Abstract

The purpose of this research is determine the effect of tax knowledge and service quality on taxpayer compliance in KPP Pratama Semarang Gayamsari. The population used in this study is the individual taxpayer employees who are registered at the Pratama Semarang Gayamsari Tax Service Office with a total of 15,901 people. This study is conducted against 100 respondents using the Non-Probability Sampling method with the Incidental sampling technique. Data analysis used is the instrumental test, classical assumption test, multiple linear regression analysis, and hypothesis testing. The results of this study indicate, that the level of tax knowledge and service quality has a positive and significant effect on taxpayer compliance. The results of the coefficient of determination show that the level of tax knowledge and service quality jointly contribute to taxpayer compliance by 32%. The remaining 68% of taxpayer compliance is influenced by other factors not examined in this study

Abstract

PT. Samudera Agencies Indonesia Semarang Branch’s company performance which can be explained by export volume, fluctuates every month from 2017-2020. Factors that could be the cause of these fluctuations are the container availability and exchange rates. The research aims to analyze the influence of Container Availability on export volume, and the influence of Container Availability on export volume with Exchange Rate as a moderator variable at PT. Samudera Agencies Indonesia Semarang Branch’s and to find out the contributions of all independent variables and moderator variable to dependent variable. This research is an explanatory research with quantitive approach. Simple Linear Regression Analysis and Moderator Regression Analysis method is used in this study equipped with the Descriptive Statistics Test, Classic Assumption Test, Coefficient of Determination, and T-Test. Data used in this study are secondary data which are obtained by collecting the data from Samudera Agencies Indonesia Semarang Branch and Bank of Indonesia from January 2017-February 2020. The output from this research shows that the independent variable has a significant effect on the company performance of Samudera Agencies Indonesia Semarang Branch, and exchange rate can moderate the influence between container availability and company performance. Suggestion that can be taken are paying attention to the number of container availability so they can meet exporters’ demand and export volume of the company will meet higher number at maximum, and an effective strategy to allow them to benefit from advantageous rates, as well as deal with the downside risk. Further study is needed to investigate the other factors that influence export volume/company performance

Abstract

This research examines the influenceKITEfacilities and Rupiah exchange rate to exportvalues in Central Java using the monthly datafrom January 2006 until December 2011usessecondary data from some governmentinstance in Central Java, and using themultiple linier regression analysis by SPSSversion 16.0.The objective of this research is to analysis ofinfluence KITE facilities and Rupiahexchange rate to export values in CentralJava.The results simultaneous by F-test indicatedthat the present KITE facilities and Rupiahexchange rate affected export values inCentral Java significantly. Meanwhile, theresult of this research in partial (T-test)indicated that the present KITE facilitiesaffected positivelyand significantly towardexport values. Abstract

Object of this article is the culinary industry in Semarang. This article was formulated based on the important fact is found in the field. Where the facts show competition in the culinary industry at this time spawned creativity in formulating the business name of culinary and culinary quality. This is a unique name on one side in an effort to build differentiation to competitors and at the same time aims to influence customer satisfaction. While in the culinary industry it remains an aspect of quality of other important things into superior value. This article attempts to explore further the factors that led to the better culinary value and how the value of culinary and business names into determinants of customer satisfaction. Formulation variables and indicators of the article refer to the previous article. A model has been developed and four hypotheses have been formulated to address the problem of this article. The sampling technique was purposive sampling and quota sampling. Respondents from this article numbered 100 respondents, of which the respondent is a culinary consumer around Semarang State Polytechnic. Data analysis tool used Structural Equation Modeling (SEM) in AMOS 18.0 program. The results of the data analysis this article shows the results of the model and the fourth hypothesis can be accepted article. Managerial implications of providing advice to focus on the indirect effect culinary quality on customer satisfaction around Semarang State Polytechnic through consumer value have the most dominant coefficient.

Abstract

The success of a business is influenced by internal and external factors of the company. This study aims to determine the influence of Technical Factors, HR Factors, Operational Factors, and Financial Factors on SME Performance either partially or simultaneously. The data collection method in this study used observation, questionnaires and interviews conducted in Magelang City. The population used in this study is export-based SMEs in Magelang, while the sample used is 30 export-based SMEs. The analysis technique used is multiple regression analysis. The results showed that the influence of Technical Factors, HR Factors, Operational Factors, and Financial Factors had a positive relationship to UKM Performance, but only HR Factor variables had a significant influence on UKM Performance. The coefficient of determination in this study is 36.6 % which means that the influence of the independent variable on the dependent variable studied in this study is only 36.6% and the remaining 63.4% is explained by other variables outside this study

Abstract

This study aims to determine the halal value exposure to halal purchase behavior, where digital marketing and perceived behavioral control have an important role. This study considers consumers who use halal beauty treatments and cosmetics. This study uses a structured questionnaire which was developed and distributed to 179 adolescent respondents in Central Java. The data were analyzed by applying structural equation modeling. The results showed that the halal value exposure model had a positive mediating effect on Halal Purchase Behavior. This study also confirms the active moderating role of the Theory of Planned Behavior scheme in digital marketing and perceived behavioral control of halal purchase behavior. Based on these findings, producers and distributors in the halal industry should maximize their sales by increasing the halal value of their products. Because consumers are smarter by considering the number of quality clues to make their choices on halal beauty care and cosmetics. Therefore, practitioners should consider the information to increase the demand for their products

Abstract

This study aimed to determine the influence of organizational commitment and organizational climate on turnover intention of employees at PT Nusatovel Semarang Head Office. The methods that used for data collection in this study were interviews and questionnaires. The scale that used in the questionnaires is agree disagree scale with 10 scale points. The sample that used in this study was 69 employees of PT Nusatovel Semarang Head Office. Used multiple linear regression techniques for analyzing the data, it indicated that organizational commitment and organizational climate had a negative and significant influence on turnover intention. organizational commitment and organizational climate had 42.4% contribution to turnover intention, that means every 42.4% of turnover intention was explained by organizational commitment and organizational climate, while 57.6% was explained by other factors which were not observed in this study

Abstract

This study aims to determine the motivation and work stress on the performance of employees of PT. PLN (Persero) UPT Semarang. Data collection methods used are through interviews, questionnaires and literature study. The number of samples in this study were 77 employees with the census method. The analytical method used is the validity and reliability test, classical assumption test, multiple linear regression test, t test, F test and the coefficient of determination test. The results showed that partially motivation and work stress have a significant positive effect on employee performance. Simultaneously, motivation and work stress have a significant effect on employee performance. Motivation has the greatest influence in improving employee performance
