Abstract

One of the success of an organization of educators in implementing the learning is how educators attempt to deliver the message , and information theory to the students to understand the lessons and information more quickly and make the lessons more interesting and easier to understand, then educators need to create an exciting learning media such as media learning 3D animation ( three- dimensional ) . The purpose of this thesis is to design and build 3D animated instructional media on subjects Installing PC on Skills Program Computer Engineering and Networks . 3D animation creation using real-time , with the Pre-Production stages that include a search of ideas and materials will be made in 3D animation , character design , script, and storyboard creation , later stages of production , including the manufacture of modeling a design object / character , the next stage is the stage of post- production is a compilation of Final Editing and pengecekkan element if an error occurs then the process is repeated . Afterwards, proceed to the next stage of the rendering which will output the video as a whole . In the process of making 3D animsi using Blender 3D application version 2.6.5 . This final project will result in a medium of learning in subjects install the PC in the Program of Computer Engineering and Networks. Abstract

This study was conducted to reveal the contribution of End - User Computing Satisfaction ( EUCS ) to the satisfaction of the end users in the UNP Academic Portal website. This research is a descriptive correlational ex post facto nature. The sample in this study amounted to 100 students. Groups as well as proportional (Proportionate Stratified Random Sampling). Data on the number the number of end-user portal website Academic Computer Center was obtained from the head of the UNP, EUCS which are factors such as the content, accuracy, format, easy of use, timeliness which become variables in this study were collected through a questionnaire using a Likert scale that has been tested for validity and reliability. Then the data were analyzed using statistical methods to analyze the impact. The results of data analysis showed : Content variables, Accuracy, format, Easy of use and Timeliness together accounted for 92,70 % of user satisfaction Portal website academic in the UNP.  So it can be concluded factor content, accuracy, format, easy of use, timeliness has contributed to user satisfaction UNP Academic Portal website, if the quality of the website Portal Academic UNP in view of the five factors of content, accuracy, format, easy of use, improved timeliness then the end-user satisfaction Academic Portal website that faculty and students will also be increased. Keywords        : Academic Portal website, Content, Accuracy, format, Easy of use, Timeli ness, satisfaction end-user.

Abstract

The background of this research is the number of internet users today, and requires a high-speed internet service. This study aims to find out great: delay, packet loss, and throughput. This type of research in this study is descriptive by using statistical analysis. Measurement delay, packet loss, and throughput using Axence NetTools, the results were compared with standard TIPHON. The study was conducted at three different measurement tititk during morning, noon, and night for 5 days. The analysis showed: (1) large delay measurement TP1 = 144.44 ms; TP2 = 134.48 ms; TP3 = 139.99 ms. Based on the very good standard so TIPHON classified service is still feasible to use. (2) Large Packet loss measurement TP1 = 0.77%; TP2 = 0.86%; TP3 = 2.24%. Based on the very good classified TIPHON standard so it is still feasible to use. (3) large throughput measurements TP1 = 0.63%; TP2 = 0.59%; TP3 = 0.57%. Based on the standard TIPHON classified ugly. Keywords : Delay, Packet loss, Throughput, Axence Nettools

Abstract

The development of information technology very quickly and proved instrumental in a variety of activities,  thus  supporting  the  performance  improvement  of  efficiency,  effectiveness  and productivity for various agencies, both agencies embodiment developed and prosperous society. Health sector is one of the important sectors of the government is one sector with huge potential for development can be integrated with the presence of information technology. BP RB Hospital XYZ which became one health care center in  . BP RB Hospital XYZ   is one health authority that is being developed. With a considerable number of patients, lead to problems in getting information about their patients, number of patients, number of visits, total revenues, drug inventory data and drug data that has been used by the hospital. Besides the issue of data collection and archiving of patient medical records is an important thing to note. By looking at existing problems, the BP RB Hospital XYZ  , with the rapid development of information technology and by utilizing information technology, it is necessary to create an application that can overcome the problems encountered so as to improve health services in order to realize the vision of the society and mission Hospital BP RB XYZ.

Abstract

Fiber To The Home (FTTH) networks have become an important communications infrastructure that meets the need for fast and reliable internet connectivity in various communities. The aim of this research is to provide a comprehensive analysis of FTTH network development, focusing on the factors that influence the quality of FTTH networks and their impact on society and industry. The research method used, among others, is quantitative by measuring the IN and OUT attenuation parameters at the Optical Distribution Point using an Optical Power Meter measuring instrument. Then the results are compared with the TIPHON/ITU-T Packet Loss standard. The analysis results show that IN and OUT attenuation greatly influences the quality of the FTTH network. The results of the total attenuation analysis on Line A show that the attenuation that has been compared using Packet Loss has a total attenuation difference of 1.11% to 1.37%, on Line B 1.07% to 1.49%, on Line C 1.27% to 1.43%, and on Line D 1.16% to 1.56% the difference obtained during the research can still be said to be quite feasible and good for use by customers. By considering these factors, it is hoped that the construction of an FTTH network can provide maximum benefits for society and industry in supporting economic growth and technological progress.

Abstract

Facial expressions are primary indicators of human emotions, often providing deeper insights than words (Oliver & Alcover, 2020). This study focuses on Mood as a natural response to past experiences, emphasizing its importance for psychological well-being. Over the past five years, the Covid-19 pandemic has triggered a significant global mental health crisis, affecting facial expressions and leading to varying degrees of depression and anxiety. Generation Z, particularly students, have been severely impacted, experiencing declines in academic abilities such as attention and memory (Qorik et al., 2020; Uswatun et al., 2020).In the educational context, the online learning systems adopted during the pandemic have introduced new challenges for students, including technical issues, lack of direct interaction, and less effective delivery of material, all of which contribute to increased academic stress (Rahmayinita, 2020; Utami et al., 2020). Enhancing the affective aspects of online education is crucial to better simulate face-to-face interactions (Bloom et al., 1984; Marzano & Kendall, 2007). This research aims to detect the Mood of students in online learning environments using advanced technology. The system is designed to assist educators in recognizing the academic stress levels of their students, enabling them to develop more creative and responsive teaching strategies (Zulfikri et al., 2023).

Abstract

The alumni information system is an example of an information system specifically designed for the purpose of supporting the work of educational institutions, especially at SMK Negeri 1 Koto XI Tarusan, if you want to process alumni data and view all the data through web-based information services. At SMK Negeri 1 Koto Web-based alumni are very necessary to collect alumni data in a comprehensive and easily accessible manner. This research aims to design a web-based alumni information system using the waterfall development method which allows the development process to be carried out in stages starting from analysis, design, to implementation of the system. With this method, it is hoped that the system design can be more structured, efficient, and make it easier for schools to collect current alumni data.

Abstract

The lack of centralized and accurate alumni data management systems remains a challenge for many vocational schools. This study aims to develop a web-based alumni information system for SMK Negeri 1 Koto XI Tarusan to streamline alumni data processing and improve post-graduation engagement. Using the Waterfall development model, the system was designed through sequential stages including requirement analysis, system design, implementation, testing, and maintenance. The result is a role-based information system that includes separate dashboards for administrators, alumni, and alumni coordinators. The system allows secure login, data editing, event announcements, and alumni networking. The implementation demonstrates that a structured development model can effectively address institutional data management needs and enhance user interaction. However, future improvements are needed to support mobile access, analytics integration, and broader deployment across institutions. This system serves as a foundational step toward digital transformation in alumni management for vocational education institutions.

Abstract

This study aims to develop a data security system for the Pancadaya Waste Bank web-based application by implementing a hybrid cryptography algorithm combining AES and RSA. The main problem identified is the vulnerability of manually recorded and unsecured transaction data. The research applied a qualitative approach through interviews with system users and the Environmental Agency, as well as literature reviews on hybrid cryptography algorithms. The system was developed using the Rapid Application Development (RAD) method and implemented using PHP, MySQL, and the OpenSSL library. The results show that the system successfully encrypts transaction data using AES and secures the AES key with RSA, thereby enhancing data security. Testing with GTmetrix indicates excellent application performance. Furthermore, the system can display and decrypt real-time transaction data in receipt form for both deposit and withdrawal processes. This application provides an innovative solution to data management and transaction security issues in digital-based waste bank systems.

Abstract

Attendance is an essential component of school management that serves as both proof of presence and a basis for evaluating the discipline of teachers, students, and staff. The manual attendance system that is still widely used often leads to several issues, such as delayed data recapitulation, potential attendance manipulation, and low recording accuracy. This study aims to design and develop a web-based attendance application at SD Negeri 19 Pasar Cubadak by integrating geolocation, timestamp, and face recognition features as attendance validation tools. The research method employed is the Research and Development (R&D) approach using the Waterfall software development model, which includes the stages of requirements analysis, system design, implementation, and testing. The application was developed using the Laravel framework with PHP and JavaScript programming languages and a MySQL database. The results show that the web-based attendance application can record attendance in real-time, automatically validate user location and identity, and generate accurate and transparent attendance reports. The User Acceptance Test (UAT) results indicate that the system is user-friendly, improves recapitulation efficiency, and assists the principal in objectively monitoring school members’ discipline. Therefore, this application is expected to serve as a modern solution to enhance the effectiveness of attendance administration in primary education environments.
