Abstract

The purpose of this article is to analyze the need for developing video tutorials at Data Mining. This research is descriptive exploratory research. The subjects of this study were students of the Information Engineering Education Study Program in the Electronics Engineering Department, Faculty of Engineering, Universitas Negeri Padang, 2016. Samples were randomly selected as many as 30 students. Data was collected using observation sheets in the lecture process of Data Mining and student questionnaires. The results of the observation show that the learning material in the Data Mining course is in the form of presentation slides/power points and handbooks/texts both face to face and e-learning. The results of the needs questionnaire analysis show that students need learning media that can guide them to be able to learn independently by repeating lessons anytime and anywhere in the form of learning media in the form of video tutorials.

Abstract

There are many strategies that have been launched by the government in increasing graduate marketing and reducing unemployment, but this program is only able to absorb 12% of graduates, this is still considered not optimal. In addition, each program is still separate or not integrated with one another, so that the data and information obtained are invalid, practical and effective. Based on the description above, graduate marketing problems can be classified as follows: 1) Job matching applications managed by vocational high schools are not optimal, 2) Existing applications have not been integrated with vocational high school programs that support graduate marketing, 3) Applications that support distribution programs Existing graduates have not been able to map and provide career recommendations and connect graduates with work partners. This article aims to explain the process of designing an integrated career expert system capable of recommending careers and jobs based on personality. The method used in this research is the 4D method, namely Define, Design, Development and Disseminate. The results of this study are an expert system application that is able to provide job recommendations based on six personality types focused on vocational. The results of the constructs validation test obtained a fit model where, the value of p = 0.26972 and RMSEA = 0.029, the expert validity test of the design aspects was 0.88 (Valid), Operation 0.88 (Valid), and Benefits 0.90 (Very Valid), practicality test results 0.83 (Practical).

Abstract

Abstrak: Artikel ini membahas tentang permasalahan yang terjadi dalam pembelajaran tahfidz di TAUD Al-Fatihah dimana metode tabarak yang sebelumnya di gunakan dalam pembelajaran tahfidz bagai anak usia dini di TAUD Al- Fatihah belum mampu untuk menyelesaikan permasalahan pembelajaran dimasa pandemi COVID-19. Sulitnya proses belajar selama pandemi COVID-19 ini membuat TAUD AL-Fatihah perlu mencari metode dan media belajar yang baru. Oleh sesbab itu untuk mempermudah pembelajaran tahfidz di masa pandemi ini diperlukan metode pembelajaran berbasis smart learning. Tujuan dari kegiatan pengabdian ini adalah untuk membantu TAUD Al-Fatihah dalam menyediakan media pembelajaran yang dinamis dan mempermudah para peserta didik dalam menghafal Al-Qur’an tanpa terganggu oleh kondisi pandemi COVID-19, disamping itu kegiatan ini juga membatu para guru dalam meningkatkan kompetensi IT yang dapat mendukung kegiatan pembelajaran daring selama pandemi COVID-19. Metode yang digunakan dalam kegiatan ini adalah metode pelatihan dan pendampingan dalam pembuatan media pembelajaran tahsin dan tahfidz bagi para peserta didik selama kegiatan off-class. Media pembelajran yang dirancang ini dibuat dalam bentuk modul pintar berbasis multimedia serta video pembelajaran dan evaluasi yang dapat di akses secara offline sehingga tidak membebankan orang tua murid dalam kegiatan pembelajaran anak. Hasil akhir dari kegiatan pengabdian ini adalah sebuah media pembelajaran berbentuk modul elektronik serta terdapat peningkatan hasil pelatihan sebesar 21 % nilai rata-rata pre test 57,78 dan Post test 88,52.Abstract: This article discusses the problems that occur in learning tahfidz at TAUD Al-Fatihah where the tabarak method previously used in learning tahfidz like early childhood at TAUD Al-Fatihah has not been able to solve learning problems during the COVID-19 pandemic. The difficulty of the learning process during the COVID-19 pandemic has made TAUD AL-Fatihah need to find new learning methods and media. Therefore, to facilitate the learning of tahfidz in this pandemic, a smart learning-based learning method is needed. The purpose of this service activity is to help TAUD Al-Fatihah in providing dynamic learning media and making it easier for students to memorize the Al-Qur'an without being disturbed by the conditions of the COVID-19 pandemic, besides that this activity also helps teachers improve competence IT that can support online learning activities during the COVID-19 pandemic. The method used in this activity is the method of training and mentoring in making tahsin and tahfidz learning media for students during off-class activities. This learning media designed is made in the form of multimedia-based smart modules as well as learning and evaluation videos that can be accessed off line so that it does not burden the parents of students in children's learning activities. The final result of this service activity is a learning media in the form of an electronic module and there is an increase in training results by 21%, the average value of pre-test is 57.78 and Post-test is 88.52.

Abstract

Belum optimalnya penyerapan lulusan SMK ke dunia kerja dan industri menjadi fokus utama penelitian ini, salah satu faktor penyebab ketidak optimalan penyerapan lulusan SMK tersebut adalah belum terintegrasinya sistem informasi karir yang ada dengan kebutuhan dunia kerja, sehingga data dan informasi yang diperoleh menjadi tidak valid, praktis dan efektif. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menjelaskan proses perancangan sistem pakar karir terintegrasi yang mampu merekomendasikan karir dan pekerjaan berdasarkan kepribadian. Metode yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah metode 4D yaitu Define, Design, Development dan Disseminate. Hasil penelitian ini adalah aplikasi sistem pakar yang mampu memberikan rekomendasi pekerjaan berdasarkan enam tipe kepribadian yang difokuskan pada  vokasi. Hasil uji validasi constructs diperoleh model yang fit dimana, nilai p = 0.26972 dan RMSEA = 0.029, uji validitas pakar terhadap aspek Desain 0,88 (Valid), Pengoperasian 0,88 (Valid), dan Manfaat 0,90 (Sangat Valid), hasil uji praktikalitas 0.83 (Praktis).

Abstract

Penggunaan smartphone di kalangan pelajar sebagian besar digunakan untuk mengakses jejaring sosial dan belum menggunakan smartphone dalam poroses pembelajaran. Tujuan Penelitian ini untuk merancang media pembelajaran mobile learning pada mata pelajaran simulasi digital berbasis android. Model yang digunakan adalah Instructional Development Institute (IDI) dalam metode pengembangan Research and Development (RD). Hasil penelitian ini menunjukkan bahwa mobile learning berbasis android untuk mata pelajaran simulasi digital ini layak untuk dimanfaatkan sebagai media pendukung pembelajaran mandiri, sesuai dengan pengujian yang dilakukan terhadap aspek materi dan desain yang diujikan ke siswa didapatkan hasil untuk kelas kontrol sebesar 74,125% dan eksperimen sebesar 83,25%. Sehingga dapat diambil kesimpulan penggunaan media mobile learning berbasis android ini valid, praktis dan efektif digunakan pada mata pelajaran simulasi digital. Mobile learning simulasi digital ini dapat meningkatkan minat belajar siswa dan juga meningkatkan hasil belajar siswa. Diharapkan untuk guru dan kepala sekolah SMKN 2 Padang agar dapat mempergunakan mobile learning dalam pembelajaran.Kata kunci: mobile learning, research and development, simulasi digital Development of learning media based on mobile learning in digital simulation subjectsAbstractThe use of smartphones among students is mostly used to access social networks and have not used smartphones in learning processes. The purpose of this study is to support mobile learning media on android-based digital learning. The model used is the Instructional Development Institute (IDI) in the Research and Development (RD) development method. The results of this study indicate that android-based mobile learning for digital simulation subjects is feasible to be used as a supporting medium for independent learning, in accordance with tests conducted on material and design aspects that are tested for students who obtain results for the control class by 74.125% and trials for 83, 25%. It can be concluded that the use of mobile learning media based on Android is valid, practical and effective in digital simulation lessons. This digital simulation of mobile learning can increase student learning interest and also improve student learning outcomes. It is expected that teachers and principals of SMKN 2 Padang can use mobile learning in learning.Keywords: mobile learning, research and development, digital simulation

Abstract

Penelitian ini diharapkan dapat merencanakan pelaksanaan media pembelajaran Android memanfaatkan mata pelajaran Informatika dengan memanfaatkan aplikasi pendukung misalnya Adobe Artist untuk merencanakan dan melaksanakan sebagai pembuat/rencana pelaksanaan media pembelajaran. Area eksplorasi ini diarahkan pada SMKS Mutiara Bangsa Sebatik. Penelitian ini menggunakan strategi ADDIE Investigate (Pemeriksaan), Rencana (Plan), Kemajuan (Improvement), Eksekusi (Execution), dan Penilaian (Assessment). Tahap pengujian mengacu pada bentrokan dan pengaturan, kerangka kerja yang berjalan dan prasyarat kerangka kerja. Tahap konfigurasi, tahap ini menyinggung rencana flowmap, action graph, use case, flowchart, setting chart dan konfigurasi storyboard/sistem eksekusi media pembelajaran. Tahap kemajuan, istilah ini mengacu pada peningkatan eksekusi yang sedang dilakukan. Tahap pelaksanaan Tahap ini mengacu pada pelaksanaan awal siswa SMKS Mutiara Bangsa Sebatik. Tahap penilaian, tahap ini menyinggung tentang penilaian pelaksanaan dan penilaian pelaksanaan pendahuluan.Kata Kunci : Media Pembelajaran, Metode ADDIE, Informatika This study expects to plan the execution of Android learning media utilizing Informatics subjects utilizing supporting applications, for example, Adobe Artist to plan and carry out energize as a maker/plan execution of learning media. The area of this exploration was directed at Mutiara Bangsa Sebatik SMKS. This study utilizes the ADDIE Investigate (Examination), Plan (Plan), Advancement (Improvement), Execution (Execution), and Assessment (Assessment) strategies. The examination stage alludes to clashes and arrangements, the running framework and framework prerequisites. Configuration stage, this stage alludes to the flowmap plan, action graphs, use cases, flowcharts, setting charts and storyboard configuration/learning media execution system. Abstract

Abstract

Creativity is critical in education, especially for teachers in crafting instructional media that captivates and engages students' interest in comprehending the subject matter. Each student possesses distinct interests and enthusiasms towards the instructional press, allowing educators to innovate in devising captivating learning resources. One form of instructional media that offers a unique experience is augmented reality (AR) based media, which delivers individualized audio-visual interactions and experiences. In this research, we harness the Assemblr Edu platform, an AR and VR-based instructional media tool, within a community engagement workshop held at SMPN 3 Batusangkar, involving participation from educators of the Natural Sciences Teachers' Subject Study Group (MGMP IPA) in Tanah Datar Regency. The research aims to enhance the creative aptitude of educators in designing instructional media using the augmented reality technology of Assemblr Edu. Employing a quantitative approach, we gauge the extent of success among educators in crafting interactive instructional media using the Assemblr Edu platform, yielding augmented reality instructional media accessible through Android smartphones. The research findings underscore that Assemblr Edu, integrated with augmented reality technology, remarkably stimulates students' interest, amplifies their learning motivation, and assists them in comprehending subject matter while efficiently tackling assignments

Abstract

Perkembangan teknologi informasi telah meningkatkan layanan publik di berbagai bidang, termasuk rumah sakit. Namun, antrian pada layanan rawat jalan tetap menjadi tantangan akibat keterbatasan kapasitas dan proses administrasi manual. RSUD Pasaman Barat menerapkan sistem pendaftaran online berbasis WhatsApp, namun sistem ini kurang efektif karena petugas masih harus memasukkan data secara manual. Penelitian ini mengembangkan aplikasi berbasis web menggunakan metode SDLC Fountain untuk mempercepat proses pendaftaran pasien rawat jalan. Hasil pengujian menunjukkan aplikasi ini berhasil menurunkan waktu tunggu pasien dan meningkatkan efisiensi operasional dengan skor kelayakan 95% dari ahli, yang menunjukkan fungsionalitas dan desain yang ramah pengguna. Aplikasi ini dinilai cocok untuk diimplementasikan dalam operasional rumah sakit guna mendukung peningkatan kualitas pelayanan kesehatan.Kata kunci : Pendaftaran rawat jalan, SDLC Fountain, Laravel, Website, Pengujian Black boxThe development of information technology has enhanced public services in various fields, including hospitals. However, queuing for outpatient services remains a challenge due to limited capacity and manual administrative processes. RSUD Pasaman Barat implemented an online registration system via WhatsApp, but it is less effective as staff still need to manually enter data. This study developed a web-based application using the SDLC Fountain method to expedite the outpatient registration process. Testing results show that this application successfully reduces patient waiting times and improves operational efficiency, with a feasibility score of 95% from experts, indicating user-friendly functionality and design. The application is deemed suitable for implementation in hospital operations to support improved healthcare service quality.Keywords: Outpatient Registration, SDLC Fountain, Laravel, Web, Black box Testing

Abstract

Merdeka Belajar Kampus Merdeka (MBKM) adalah kegiatan di luar kampus yang digagas oleh Menteri Pendidikan dan Kebudayaan dengan tujuan mendorong mahasiswa agar dapat menguasai berbagai bidang ilmu sebagai bekal dalam memasuki dunia kerja. Sistem informasi  MBKM ini dibuat menggunakan informasi berbasis web, dengan tujuan untuk menghasilkan rancangan Sistem Informasi Kegiatan MBKM pada Departemen Teknik Elektronika FT UNP. Perancangan Sistem Informasi Kegiatan MBKM Pada Departemen Teknik Elektronika FT UNP merupakan visualisasi pemodelan UML (Unified Modeling Language) menggunakan sejumlah diagram visualisasi berorientasi objek. Bahasa pemrograman yang digunakan adalah bahasa pemrograman PHP  (PHP Hypertext Processor) berbasis framework Laravel, dengan MySQL sebagai Database Management System (DBMS). Sistem Informasi MBKM membantu Departemen Teknik Elektronika FT UNP dalam menyediakan informasi terkait program MBKM, memeriksa konversi mata kuliah, serta membantu mahasiswa dalam pengajuan bukti lulus dan bukti penyelesaian program MBKM. Sistem informasi untuk Kegiatan MBKM pada Departemen Teknik Elektronik FT UNP dapat memberikan informasi MBKM yang tersedia melalui web.Kata kunci : Sistem Informasi, MBKM Departemen Teknik Elektronika, Web, Laravel. Merdeka Belajar Kampus Merdeka (MBKM) is an off-campus activity initiated by the Minister of Education and Culture with the aim of encouraging students to master various fields of knowledge as a preparation for entering the workforce. This MBKM information system is created using web-based information, with the goal of producing a design for the MBKM Activity Information System in the Department of Electronic Engineering at FT UNP. The design of the MBKM Activity Information System in the Department of Electronic Engineering at FT UNP is a visualization of UML (Unified Modeling Language) modeling using a number of object-oriented visualization diagrams. The programming language used is PHP (PHP Hypertext Processor) based on the Laravel framework, with MySQL as the Database Management System (DBMS). The MBKM Information System helps the Department of Electronic Engineering at FT UNP in providing information related to the MBKM program, checking course conversions, and assisting students in submitting proof of graduation and proof of completion of the MBKM program. The information system for MBKM Activities in the Department of Electronic Engineering at FT UNP can provide available MBKM information through the web.Keywords: Information System, MBKM Department of Electronics Engineering, Web, Laravel.
