Abstract

Organisasi Kesehatan Dunia (WHO) resmi menyatakan Virus Corona (COVID-19) sebagai pandemi, artinya COVID-19 telah menyebar luas di dunia. Jumlah kasus COVID-19 di Indonesia terus meningkat setiap harinya. Untuk menekan jumlah penularan COVID-19, pemerintah telah mengeluarkan banyak kebijakan mulai dari PSBB, Social Distancing hingga New Normal yang dilengkapi dengan protokol kesehatan yang telah ditetapkan. Namun tetap saja belum cukup, untuk menekan angka penularan, setiap daerah harus memiliki sistem pengawasan yang berkualitas didukung dengan pendataan yang baik. Salah satu indikator pelacakan kontak surveilans kesehatan masyarakat adalah, data harus memiliki lebih dari 80 persen kasus baru di mana kontak dekat dapat diidentifikasi. Tujuan dari penelitian ini adalah merancang sistem yang dapat mengumpulkan data secara terintegrasi mengenai pelacakan kontak COVID-19. Metode pengembangan sistem yang digunakan adalah System Development Life Cycle (SDLC) dengan melakukan prototyping yang meliputi 1) analisis kebutuhan sistem dan 2) perancangan sistem. Analisis kebutuhan sistem terdiri dari 1) masukan, 2) proses dan 3) analisis keluaran dilakukan dengan tinjauan pustaka dari berbagai sumber. Perancangan sistem terdiri dari rancangan logika yang meliputi 1) diagram alir, 2) diagram konteks, 3) diagram relasional entitas, dan 4) diagram relasional tabel; dan desain antarmuka untuk web dan aplikasi seluler. Setelah dilakukan analisis, sistem contact tracing saat ini mengalami banyak kendala, dan akan terbantu jika sistem tersebut diupdate menggunakan media selain kertas. Kesimpulannya, perancangan sistem ini dapat digunakan sebagai langkah awal untuk mengembangkan sistem revolusi pelacakan kontak dari sistem manual menjadi berbasis web dan aplikasi berbasis seluler.

Abstract

Houses are a primary need for humans. The need for houses that meet healthy requirements is very important in order to improve household health status and prevent disease. The parameters of a healthy house have been regulated by a law issued by the Ministry of Health where there are 17 parameters that must be met. The purpose of this paper is to know the overview of healthy houses in Indonesia. The data used is the 2017 Susenas module. The assessment of healthy houses is based on 17 parameters which are divided into three categories, namely good, medium and less. From the results of the analysis it was found that the number of healthy houses in Indonesia was 11.3% good / fulfilling healthy conditions, 75.70% moderate categories, and 13.00% less categories. The results of mapping the number of houses in good condition are mostly in Java, Bali and southern Sumatra. Keywords : house, healthy house, mapping

Abstract

In Indonesia, the current trends and issues has changed of the malnutrition paradigm. The nutritional status of adolescents in Indonesia is experiencing double burden problems (Riskesdas 2007, 2010, and 2013). This happens due to improper lifestyle and eating habits, thus causing adolescents to be at risk of malnutrition, both deficiency or overnutrition. The nutrient deficiency has an impact on decreasing physical abilities, immune system, thinking and learning concentration. While overnutrition such as overweight and obesity in adolescents, increasing the risk of non-infectious diseases during adulthood such as heart and blood vessel disease, high blood pressure, dyslipidemia, and diabetes mellitus. The purpose of this study is to develop an Android-based m-Health application model as an effort to monitor nutritional status and online consultation. The development method that used is a prototype. Application modeling begins with system requirements analysis, context diagrams, Entity Relational Diagrams (ERD), Table Relational Diagrams (TRD), Flow Charts and User Interface Design. Adolescent nutritional status measured base on Height divided by Age (TB/U), Body Mass Index divided by Age (BMI/U) and other health conditions. The system information formed by the design concept can provide an information of nutritional status and fascinate competent nutritionists to give an interactive nutritional consultation.

Abstract

Kurangnya aktivitas fisik merupakan salah satu dari sepuluh faktor risiko utama kematian. Terlebih lagi, orang yang tidak aktif secara fisik akan membebani masyarakat melalui biaya perawatan medis yang terus meningkat serta hilangnya produktivitas yang bersangkutan. Dewasa ini, fenomena kegiatan aktivitas fisik yang rendah juga terjadi di Indonesia. Ternyata hal serupa terjadi pula di kalangan pegawai Kementerian Kesehatan yang seharusnya menjadi pelopor pelaksanaan aktivitas fisik. Mempelajari kondisi demikian maka penelitian ini akan mengusulkan suatu model aplikasi berbasis mobile android.  Tujuan dari penelitian ini agar pegawai Kementerian Kesehatan termotivasi untuk berpartisipasi pada pengukuran kebugaran dan selanjutnya menjadi aktif melakukan aktivitas fisik. Metode pengembangan sistem yang digunakan adalah prototyping. Hasil penelitian ini berupa rancangan sistem informasi pengukuran kebugaran jasmani Kementerian Kesehatan yang berisi informasi pemeriksaan fisik, pengukuran kebugaran menggunakan metode rockport dan pemeriksaan Dokter Spesialis Kedokteran Olahraga.

Abstract

Dana Alokasi Khusus (DAK) merupakan salah satu sumber pembiayaan bagi daerah untuk melaksanakan pembangunan kesehatan. Dana Alokasi Khusus (DAK) bidang kesehatan dibagi menjadi dua, yakni DAK fisik dan DAK nonfisik. BOK Puskesmas merupakan salah satu komponen dalam DAK nonfisik yang dapat dimanfaatkan untuk mendukung pelaksanaan operasional kegiatan kesehatan. Dalam BOK Puskesmas terdapat menu kegiatan Sanitasi Total Berbasis Masyarakat (STBM) bagi Desa/Kelurahan prioritas yang ditujukan untuk mendukung percepatan pelaksanaan Desa/Kelurahan Stop Buang Air Besar Sembarangan (Stop BABS). Pelaksanaan kegiatan dari menu ini yang dilakukan oleh daerah perlu dievaluasi, sehingga harapannya terdapat data dan informasi yang dapat digunakan sebagai proses perencanaan tahun selanjutnya maupun bahan pertimbangan pengambilan keputusan. Oleh sebab itu disusunlah rancangan sistem informasi pelaporan kegiatan STBM yang menggunakan BOK Puskesmas bagi Desa/Kelurahan. Rancangan sistem informasi ini menggunakan metode Systems Development Life Cycle (SDLC) dengan pendekatan prototyping, dan untuk pengumpulan data yang dibutuhkan berdasarkan studi literatur. Tahapan penyusunan rancangan sistem informasi mulai dari perencanaan hingga analisis. Hasil akhir dari sistem informasi ini adalah informasi terkait rencana kegiatan, rencana alokasi anggaran, lokasi sasaran serta realisasi pelaksanaannya.

Abstract

Environmental health inspection is part of the environmental health services carried out by the Public Health Center. Environmental health inspections are carried out by observing environmental media using the health center's sanitarian kit to measure the quality of water, air and food. The District/City Health Office is expected to assist the Public Health Center in providing a sanitarian kit as a tool to support environmental health inspections. The Public Health Center that already have a sanitarian kit, need to carry out item management which includes monitoring and evaluating the use of the equipment. Based on this, the design of a monitoring and evaluation information system for the health center sanitarian kit using the Systems Development Life Cycle (SDLC) method with a prototype approach was created. System design stages start from planning, analysis, to design. The end result of this information system is to obtain information related to the utilization of the kit, the condition of the equipment, the obstacles encountered, to the maintenance of the equipment (calibration, availability of reagents and spare parts) which can then be utilized by the District/City Health Office and the Ministry of Health.

Abstract

School-age children are candidates for the next generation, so to produce superior next generations, efforts are needed to maintain the health of students. One of the efforts made is through health screening activities for students carried out by schools through UKS/M with assistance from the local Puskesmas as an institution under the district/city Health Office. The results of this health screening activity must be reported and followed up quickly so that if there are cases of certain diseases in students, they can be handled immediately. However, in practice, there are still many obstacles to this activity, mainly caused by paper-based data management. Therefore, information system technology is needed so that the data management becomes better. Based on this, the author wishes to design a software requirement for elementary school students' health screening information system as an initial step in designing a web-based application that can be used by the puskesmas in managing health screening data for students in elementary schools. Based on the evaluation by the evaluator, this design requirement only accommodates 65% of the needs of prospective users. Therefore it is necessary to carry out further development to produce prototype designs with a higher percentage to produce web-based applications that suit the needs.

Abstract

Primary clinics that are supported by a good management information system are important in this era. Clinic X is a primary clinic with General Poly and Maternal and Child Health (MCH) services, Emergency Room (ER) and One Day Service. In a month the average number of patients visiting is 1500-2000 people. There are 9 health workers. The recording system is done manually using paper, double data often occurs. Only the register entered in the computer’s Excel column is useful for storing medical record numbers. Based on the suggestion box, patients complained of long waiting times. Therefore, a clinical administration and service information system was developed. The system was developed using the Systems Development Life Cycle (SDLC) method with a prototyping approach. The preparation stage starts from the planning stage to the design stage. The result of this system is patient data and examination information; dashboards related to patients, clinic stock and logistics, as well as clinic finances

Abstract

Stunting in toddlers occurs because of long-term malnutrition, which has the potential to cause recurrent infections and chronic malnutrition. Contributing factors include a poor nutritious diet and poor sanitation, including open defecation, which can contaminate the environment with human feces and increase the risk of spreading diarrhea-causing bacteria to children. The province of NTT is one of those with a high prevalence of stunting in Indonesia. This study aims to determine the distribution of stunting in NTT and its association with the status of villages/kelurahan in NTT where open defecation is still practiced. The research was conducted using a Geographic Information System (GIS) application using classification, scoring, and overlay techniques. The result is that there are seven districts that are prioritized for tackling stunting with interventions on community behavior to stop open defecation. These districts include Rote Ndao, West Sumba, Southwest Sumba, Central Sumba, Kupang, North Central Timor, and Malacca.

Abstract

The implementation of Electronic Medical Records (RME) in all health service facilities is a digital transformation target in Indonesia. Clinics are health service facilities as the spearhead of primary level health services. However, there are still many clinics whose operations are still paper-based. The purpose of this study is to design an RME Clinical information system that produces precise and accurate data and information and uses RME variable guidelines and metadata to be ready to be integrated into the SATUSEHAT platform. The research design used in this research is qualitative. The system development method uses the System Development Life Cycle (SDLC) with the prototype method. The results of data collection found several problems in the implementation of medical records including paper-based, not standardized and structured diagnoses, medical record card storage was not efficient, report preparation was less effective. Based on this, a web-based clinical RME prototype was built. The resulting prototype makes clinical administration more efficient without a lot of paper/cards, standardized diagnostics, structured and safer data storage, and more effective report preparation because it is done through the system. Reports generated by the prototype can be used as a basis for clinical policies such as providing drug stock based on patient disease reports, as well as routine reports that are reported to the Puskesmas. This Clinical RME prototype can also be the forerunner of a clinical information system that wants to integrate RME with the SATUSEHAT platform.
