Abstract

Tujuan penyuluhan ini adalah bertujuan untuk memberikan pengetahuan praktis kepada para petani tentang bagaimana cara memanfaatkan limbah Jerami padi dijadikan kompos, pupuk kendang dan penggunaan Mikroba untuk meningkatkan kesuburan lahan ke arah peningkatan produksi dan pendapatan petani. Bentuk kegiatan pengabdian ini adalah penyuluhan sekaligus praktik tentang bagaimana cara memanfaatkan limbah jerami padi dijadikan kompos, pupuk kandang dan penggunaan mikroba untuk meningkatkan produksi pertaniannya dan sekaligus untuk meningkatkan pendapatan. Kesimpulan dari kegiatan pengabdian ini adalah : a. Pada dasarnya para petani sudah terbiasa menggunakan pupuk kandang dan jerami padi dalam kegiatan menanam sayur, namun penggunaan mikroba dan MOL (mikro organisme local) sebagai pengganti pupuk kimia dan pestisida belum pernah dikakukan : b. Sebagian besar dari para peserta pelatihan ingin dibimbing dalam kegiataan bertani yang menggunakan mikroba dan MOL untuk meningkatkan kualitas hasil produksi dan pendapatan mereka

Abstract

Forest resources are one of the environmental components that function as oxygen producers, carbon absorbers, erosion prevention regulators of water systems, providers of biodiversity, and temperature regulators. Recognizing the importance of forest areas for humans and other living things, research activities are needed to analyze the value of direct and indirect benefits and existence values and identify the factors that influence the magnitude of the economic value of the Sesaot community forest area. This type of research is descriptive with a quantitative approach. The research location is in the Sesaot Community Forest Area. Respondents were 135 people who lived around the forest area and were selected by purposive sampling. Data were collected through direct interviews and analyzed using the Total Economic Value formula and multiple linear regression. The study results show that the total economic value of the Sesaot Community Forest Area in West Lombok Regency is Rp. 4,528,501,000 per year consisting of the direct use value of Rp. 1,725,326,000, indirect use value of Rp. 2,735,495,000 and a current value of Rp. 67,680,000. Factors that affect the value of the Willingness to pay are income, number of dependents, age, level of education, and profession. Simultaneously all variables have an influence and are signed on the Willingness to pay for the existence of the Sesaot community forest area.

Abstract

This study aims to analyze the influence of determinants that influence the distribution of pawn financing (Rahn) at PT. Indonesian Sharia Pawnshop for the 2017-2021 Period. The data used is quarterly data for each variable. The method used in this research is the multiple linear regression method using the Ordinary Least Square (OLS) analysis tool through the Eviews 9 program. The research results obtained are a) From the t test, the results show that partially the variables Number of Customers and Gold Price have a significant influence towards the Distribution of Pawn Financing (Rahn). Meanwhile, the Inflation Rate variable does not have a significant influence on the Distribution of Pawn Financing (Rahn); b) From the results of the f test, it was found that simultaneously the variables Number of Customers, Inflation Level and Gold Prices had a significant influence on the Distribution of Pawn Financing (Rahn); c) From the Adjusted R2 test, the results show that the variables Number of Customers, Inflation Level and Gold Price have an influence of 95.1% on the Distribution of Pawn Financing (Rahn)

Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menganalisis pengaruh kualitas pelayanan, produk perbankan syariah dan kepercayaan terhadap kepuasan nasabah pada PT. Dinar Ashri Kantor Cabang Terara. Penelitian ini menggunakan metode kuantitatif. Teknik pengambilan sampel yaitu NonProbability Sampling dengan teknik Accidental Sampling. Jumlah resonden pada penelitian ini adalah 100 responden. Pengumpulan data menggunakan kuesioner dan kemudian di olah menggunakan SPPS V24. Hasil penelitian ini menunjukkan secara parsial variabel kualitas pelayanan, produk perbankan syariah dan kepercayaan berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap kepuasan nasabah pata PT. Dinar Ashri Kantor Cabang Terara. Hasil uji simultan menunjukkan bahwa semua variabel X berpengaruh secara simultan terhadap kepuasan nasabah pada PT. Dinar Ashri KC Terara. Dan hasil uji koefisien determinasi (R2) menunjukkan bahwa variabel kepuasan nasabah, produk perbankan syariah dan kepercayaan terhadap kepuasan nasabah sebesar 41,2% dan sisanya 58,8% dipengaruhi faktor lain diluar model.

Abstract

This study aims to determine the mustahiq (Beneficiaries) behavior of the poor and fakir (Very poor) in utilizing zakat funds received from the National Amil Zakat Agency (BAZDA/ BAZNAS) in East Lombok Province of West South East Island, and to examine whether zakat funds can change mustahiq (Beneficiaries) status to be muzakki (Donors). This research using qualitative approach with 7 informants. Data collection methods used are observation techniques, interviews and documentation. Determination of informant researcher use purposive sampling and snowball technique. The results of this study indicate that the behavior mustahiq in utilizing zakat funds categorized on two behaviors of consumptive behavior and productive behavior. Consumptive behavior is the use of zakat funds for consumption needs (consumables), whereas productive behavior is zakat funds used for consumer needs, also set aside for the needs of productive needs such as business capital, savings and other productive business, so that funds can grow and not consumable. Zakat funds used for productive activities can change the status of mustahiq (Beneficiaries) into muzakki (Donors).

Abstract

This study examines the factors influencing interest in using Islamic banking products, including knowledge about Islamic banking, risk perception, trust in Islamic banks, and religiosity as a moderating variable. The researchers conducted multiple linear regression analysis using a closed questionnaire. The results showed that knowledge about Islamic banking positively influences public interest, implying that a better understanding of Islamic banking products increases interest in using them. However, risk perception does not significantly affect public interest, suggesting that views on risk are not the main factor in choosing these products. Trust in Islamic banks also plays a crucial role in increasing interest, but religiosity does not moderate this relationship. This implies

Abstract

Zakat is one of the pillars of Islam; where if all Muslims have assets that exceed the nisab limit, they are obliged to pay zakat to comply with religious teachings and to cleanse their assets of things that are haram to achieve the blessing of Allah SWT. Zakat is also an asset determined to make humanitarian contributions and valid for a long time. This study aims to analyze the influence of trust, income, transparency and religiosity, moderated by the public interest in paying zakat at BAZNAS Mataram City. This study used quantitative research and an associative approach, where non-probability sampling through a purposive sampling approach was implemented in the data collection of this study. The respondents were determined to 100 respondents. This study uses primary data, whose data is collected through questionnaires or questionnaires. After that, Structural Equation Modeling (SEM) was implemented in the data analysis with the help of SmartPLS 4.0 software. This study showed the results that indicate that trust and religiosity have a positive and significant effect on people's interest in paying zakat at BAZNAS Mataram City. In contrast, income and transparency have a positive impact, although not substantial, on people's interest in paying zakat at BAZNAS Mataram City, while trust, income, and transparency moderated by religiosity these three variables have a positive effect. However, trust only significantly affects people's interest in paying for zakat at the National Zakat Agency of Mataram City.

Abstract

This study was conducted to investigate the influence of religiosity, transparency, trust, and education on muzakki's decision to pay zakat at BAZNAS NTB, by considering interest as a mediating variable. The research method used is a quantitative approach, with a research population consisting of muzakki in NTB Province and a sample size of 100 respondents. The data analyzed included primary and secondary data. The results of the analysis showed that religiosity, transparency, and education did not have a significant impact other than supporting muzakki's decision. On the other hand, the trust variable has a positive and significant influence. Interest has been proven to be a mediating variable in the relationship between trust and education with muzakki's decision. However, interest failed to mediate the relationship between religiosity and transparency, which also did not show a significant influence on muzakki's decision to pay zakat. In addition, interest has a direct impact on the decision. The R-squared test shows that in a direct relationship, the independent variables can explain 38.3% of the variation in muzakki's decision, while the rest is influenced by factors outside the model. In the indirect relationship mediated by interest, the R-squared value of 37.4% indicates a similar influence from other factors outside the research model.
