Abstract

The objective of this reserach is to identify the model and strategy development of marine fishery agroindustry that consists of: fish drying, fish crackers, fish curing and also fishing business which are the upstream industry as an input producer for agroindustry of marine fishery. Through the Force Field Analysis the research using purposive technique (Nazir, 1999) was conducted in District of Tambakboyo, Tuban Regency. The conclusions of this research are: (1.) Development of marine fishery agroindustry is positive, where the driving factors are more dominant than the restraining factors. (2.) Activities and investments that can be done in the development of marine fishery agroindustry are cooperative network building of production equipment procurement and distribution, formation and development of agribussiness clinics, formation and development of Agribusiness Forum, formation and development of Agribusiness Clinics, formation and development of Agribusiness Sub-Terminal, repair of facilities and supporting infrastructure, and role support of goverment.Keywords: Agroindustry marine fishery, model and strategy, force field analysis

Abstract

The purpose of this study was to analyze the factors that influence consumer decisions in making purchases at coffee shops, this study was conducted in three coffee shops in Bandar Lampung, the determination of the three coffee shops was done purposively with a total sample of 60 samples. This research was conducted from May to July. The data analysis method in this study used Structural Equation Modeling (SEM). SEM analysis in this study uses the SEM PLS (Partial Least Square) technique. The results of the analysis show that of the five variables that are thought to influence purchasing decisions, only one variable has a significant effect, namely the price variable with P-values of 0.013 (<0.05).

Abstract

Permasalahan yang menyebabkan sistem pemasaran produk pertanian menjadi tidak efisien diantaranya  lemahnya infrastruktur dan informasi pasar, skala pertanian yang masih relatif kecil, kurangnya pengetahuan dari para pelaku pemasaran mengenai grading dan handling, biaya transaksi yang tinggi serta kurangnya kebijakan pemasaran yang baik. Desa Simbawaringin merupakan salah satu desa yang ada di Kecamatan Bangunrejo Kabupaten Lampung Tengah. Sebagian besar masyarakat di Desa Simbawaringin adalah seorang petani.  Permasalahan yang dihadapi oleh masayarakat di Desa Sukawaringin adalah terkait dengan kegiatan pemasaran. Posisi tawar petani yang rendah menyebabkan harga yang diterima oleh petani menjadi rendah sehingga akan berpengaruh terhadap pendapatan petani yang diperoleh. Untuk mengatasi permasalahan yang dihadapi petani maka petani perlu mengatahui sistem pemasaran produk pertanian mulai dari pengadaan bahan baku (input) sampai dengan pemasaran hasil pertanian. Selain itu, pemasaran online (digital marketing) dapat digunakan sebagai salah satu alternatif dalam menyampaikan informasi produk-produk dalam bidang pertanian, sehingga keterbatasan dalam melakukan transaksi penjualan produk-produk pertanian dapat teratasi, dan dapat menciptkan sistem penjualan yang lebih efektif dan efisien

Abstract

Community services were carried out at the Punggur Inti Sejahtera BMT Cooperative located inSidomulyo Village, Punggur District, Central Lampung Regency. Based on the problems faced bypartners, the priority justifications agreed with partners for solutions are increasing knowledge aboutthe completeness of cooperative organizations (Statutes and bylaws, legal entities) and the practice ofapplying sharia principles to improve cooperative financial reporting skills. Provide security and peaceof mind through transactions in sharia for the management and cooperative members so that theincome received is lawful and good for the members and management. They are helping to increasethe business capacity of cooperative members through increasing managerial ability in businessservices by applying sharia principles. The expected targets of PKM activities are: 1) Increasedknowledge of the completeness of cooperative organization and sharia principles for cooperativemanagement and members, 2) Improved skills in the practice of drafting AD/ART and filing forcooperative legal entities, 3) Increased ability of sharia transaction administration for cooperative management and members cooperatives and 4) Increased skills in preparing financial reports forcooperative management. The target audience is 23 members and the management of thecooperative. The PKM method carried out includes several stages, namely counseling onorganizational completeness and the application of sharia principles to cooperatives, the practice ofdrafting AD/ART and the requirements for filing cooperative legal entities, the practice of applyingsharia principles to cooperative businesses, and training in the preparation of cooperative financialreports. Activity outputs are a) Draft statutes, bylaws, and requirements for filing a combined legalentity. b) Cooperative financial transaction contract form according to sharia, b) Financial transactionreport, profit and loss, and cooperative financial position.

Abstract

Strengthening the downstream of the agri-food chain holds a strategic part in enhancing the rural economy. This research was conduct to analyze the frontier production efficiency of cassava chip processing in rural. Then explore the opportunity to develop productivity enhancement of small-scale cassava chips SMEs. The research location referred to the cassava production centre in Lampung, which involved six District regions. Respondent was 60 small-scale cassava industries. Field survey had taken from February to April 2017. Analyzed data designed by the frontier production and binary logistic regression model. The production efficiency value of cassava chips SMEs achieved 61% on average. The achievement value still less than the optimum efficiency. The cassava chips SMEs still operated at a medium level of technical efficiency. Input combination is not optimum, and technology facilities even limited caused the production output not to reach the manufactured capacity the production run under the capacity production. Scale-up the production capacity is necessary. The introduction of the new technology equipment opens the possibilities in scale-up capacity production. The opportunity to adopt the new cassava processing equipment's strongly was affected by human resources skills and appropriate production equipment. The cassava SMEs technology application is significantly determined by experience and production equipment. Furthermore, the proper linkage between SMEs and university or research agencies is necessary to improve technology adoption. The current micro-credit scheme is also vital in provide adequate capital on scale-up production capacity. Keywords: cassava, efficiency, frontier, rural, SMEs
