Abstract

Specific Objectives of this research are: (1) analyze the attributes of organic agricultural products desired by consumers, (2) analyze the consumer preference for organic food product attributes, this research will be carried out in Bandar Lampung Supermarkets. The choice of location is done intentionally (purposive). Samples were taken as many as 30 respondents who consume organic agricultural products. The analytical method used, namely: Conjoint analysis, valuation of non-market value approach; contigensi valuation method (CVM). Research results show (1) A very important factor in the purchase of organic agricultural products is the first factor, namely: certificate of organic products labeled (for organic certification) reached 54.217%, the second factor is the availability or stock of organic products in the Supermarket (17.419%), the third factor is the packaging of organic agricultural products  (14.237%), and the last factor is the price of agricultural products (14.127), (2) Consumers prefer lower prices on organic products, organic agricultural products labeled (there is organic certificate of agencies or institutions), the availability or many stock of goods , and attractive packaging using sealed plastic and tidy.

Abstract

Abstract.This research is a descriptive research that aims to know the self-efficacy profile of students based on biology learning result. The population in this study is all students of class X MIA MAN 1 Makassar, sample of research is 68 people. Data collection was conducted in even semester of academic year 2017/2018. Data of self-efficacy obtained by questionnaire and biology learning result obtained from biology learning result test. Data of self-efficacy and biology learning result analyzed by using descriptive statistics. The results showed that: (1) for students with very high, high and medium of biology learning result have not self-efficacy (2) for students with low and very low of biology learning result have self-efficacy.Keywords:descriptive research, self-efficacy, biology learning result.

Abstract

Seberan volume penjualan beras  jenis pandan wangi yaitu Ratu Koki memiliki presentase sebesar 1,5% dan untuk Dua Koki hanya sebesar 0,79%.  Penelitian ini digunakan untuk menganalisis faktor-faktor yang mempengaruhi keputusan pembelian yang mengakibatkan volume penjualan sangat rendah, baik faktor harga, faktor kualitas produk dan faktor citra merk. Proses pengambilan keputusan ini menggunakan  Accidental Sampling menggunakan rumus virtucio digunakan apabila populasi sulit diketahui.mengunakan alat analisis deskriptif dan regresi logistik dengan jumlah responden sebanyak 100 responden.  Berdasarkan Proses pengambilan keputusan konsumen yang pertama yaitu Pencarian, Evaluasi alternatif, Keputusan pembelian, Pasca pembelian. Berdasarkan hasil analisis terdapat faktor-faktor yang mempengaruhi pengambilan keputusan pembelian ada 2 faktor yang berpengaruh secara signifikan parsial dan memberikan pengaruh yang positif terhadap pengambilan keputusan pembelian beras pandan wangi yaitu variabel harga dan kualitas produk, sedangkan untuk variabel variabel citra merk tidak berpengaruh signifikan terhadap pengambilan keputusan

Abstract

Giriloyo batik village is believed to have existed since the 17th century, during the reign of the Mataram Kingdom under the leadership of Sultan Agung. Initially, Giriloyo and his friends worked as batik instructors who sold half-finished batik to batik bosses in the center of Yogyakarta. The Giriloyo Batik Center is an area in Yogyakarta where the craft of hand-drawn batik has been passed down from generation to generation. Hundreds of generations of families in this area have made batik a part of their passion to preserve Indonesian cultural identity. Geographically, the Giriloyo Batik Center area is located in Ukirsasi Village, Imogiri District, Bantul Regency, Special Region of Yogyakarta (DIY) Province. This community service activity was motivated by the problems faced by Giriloyo Batik Village, namely the lack of literacy education related to digital-based financial reports, where the recording of financial reports that has been done so far is still manual and still uses or pays for the services of an accountant to create a financial report. So our team of proposers chose Kampung Batik Giriloyo to be a partner and we took the title "Online Financial Report Preparation Training as a Utilization of Digital Media". The proposer offers a solution to overcome the problems in Kampung Batik Giriloyo, namely by providing education on basic accounting and providing training in recording financial reports with MS Excel-based accounting software. The output target of this activity is that financial report recording can be done by batik business groups in Kampung Batik Giriloyo can be digital-based and the publication of community service journals is indexed by Sinta.

Abstract

Permasalahan yang menyebabkan sistem pemasaran produk pertanian menjadi tidak efisien diantaranya  lemahnya infrastruktur dan informasi pasar, skala pertanian yang masih relatif kecil, kurangnya pengetahuan dari para pelaku pemasaran mengenai grading dan handling, biaya transaksi yang tinggi serta kurangnya kebijakan pemasaran yang baik. Desa Simbawaringin merupakan salah satu desa yang ada di Kecamatan Bangunrejo Kabupaten Lampung Tengah. Sebagian besar masyarakat di Desa Simbawaringin adalah seorang petani.  Permasalahan yang dihadapi oleh masayarakat di Desa Sukawaringin adalah terkait dengan kegiatan pemasaran. Posisi tawar petani yang rendah menyebabkan harga yang diterima oleh petani menjadi rendah sehingga akan berpengaruh terhadap pendapatan petani yang diperoleh. Untuk mengatasi permasalahan yang dihadapi petani maka petani perlu mengatahui sistem pemasaran produk pertanian mulai dari pengadaan bahan baku (input) sampai dengan pemasaran hasil pertanian. Selain itu, pemasaran online (digital marketing) dapat digunakan sebagai salah satu alternatif dalam menyampaikan informasi produk-produk dalam bidang pertanian, sehingga keterbatasan dalam melakukan transaksi penjualan produk-produk pertanian dapat teratasi, dan dapat menciptkan sistem penjualan yang lebih efektif dan efisien

Abstract

Kemasan merupakan suatu hal yang sangat penting guna menunjang pemasaran suatu produk. Produk yang baik hendaknya memiliki kemasan yang baik pula, disamping untuk menjaga kualitas, kemasan juga dapat menjadi daya tarik bagi konsumen untuk membeli produk tersebut. SMKN 1 Negeri Besar Way Kanan merupakan salah satu sekolah menengah kejuruan yang ada di Kabupaten Way Kanan yang memiliki jurusan agribisnis dengan fokus ke arah pertanian dan menghasilkan produk-produk olahan pangan. Produk pangan olahan yang dihasilkan oleh siswa di SMKN 1, masih belum memiliki kemasan yang baik. Keterbatasan pengetahuan dan keterampilan dalam membuat kemasan menjadi faktor utama dalam pengembangan dan pemasaran produk. Untuk mengatasi permasalahan tersebut, perlu dilakukan pemberian informasi dan pemahaman mengenai pentingnya kemasan yang baik bagi suatu produk. Pengabdian ini dilakukan dengan metode penyuluhan, diskusi, dan pelatihan. Kegiatan pengabdian diikuti oleh guru-guru SMKN 1 Negeri Besar Way Kanan. Para peserta dapat memahami pentingnya kemasan yang baik bagi produk. Para peserta mengalami peningkatan keterampilan dengan rata-rata 50,67 dalam pembuatan kemasan produk olahan pangan. Para peserta dapat meningkatkan kualitas kemasan produk olahan pangan. Kata kunci: kemasan, pelatihan, produk

Abstract

Community services were carried out at the Punggur Inti Sejahtera BMT Cooperative located inSidomulyo Village, Punggur District, Central Lampung Regency. Based on the problems faced bypartners, the priority justifications agreed with partners for solutions are increasing knowledge aboutthe completeness of cooperative organizations (Statutes and bylaws, legal entities) and the practice ofapplying sharia principles to improve cooperative financial reporting skills. Provide security and peaceof mind through transactions in sharia for the management and cooperative members so that theincome received is lawful and good for the members and management. They are helping to increasethe business capacity of cooperative members through increasing managerial ability in businessservices by applying sharia principles. The expected targets of PKM activities are: 1) Increasedknowledge of the completeness of cooperative organization and sharia principles for cooperativemanagement and members, 2) Improved skills in the practice of drafting AD/ART and filing forcooperative legal entities, 3) Increased ability of sharia transaction administration for cooperative management and members cooperatives and 4) Increased skills in preparing financial reports forcooperative management. The target audience is 23 members and the management of thecooperative. The PKM method carried out includes several stages, namely counseling onorganizational completeness and the application of sharia principles to cooperatives, the practice ofdrafting AD/ART and the requirements for filing cooperative legal entities, the practice of applyingsharia principles to cooperative businesses, and training in the preparation of cooperative financialreports. Activity outputs are a) Draft statutes, bylaws, and requirements for filing a combined legalentity. b) Cooperative financial transaction contract form according to sharia, b) Financial transactionreport, profit and loss, and cooperative financial position.

Abstract

Local agri-food business actors require efforts to increase production scale, access to technology, capital, and market capacity in building their business sustainability. The sustainability of the agri-food business is related to the entrepreneurial intention and social capital of business actors. This study conducted to analyze the determinants of social capital and entrepreneurship in agri-food business sustainability. This study used a survey method in the central area of the local food processing industry in Central Lampung, Lampung Province. Respondents from MSMEs who are members of the Mulia Women Farmers Group Association (KWT) are 30 business actors. Data were analyzed using a path analysis regression model with entrepreneurship, environmental dimensions, economic dimensions, and social capital variables. The results show that entrepreneurial characteristics are built through the antecedent conditions of social capital within the framework of strong economic dimensions. The interaction of social capital and entrepreneurship works effectively in increasing the economic productivity of food industry business actors. The economic and environmental dimensions are determinants of social capital and entrepreneurship as key factors for the sustainability of food processing businesses. Pelaku usaha olahan pangan lokal memerlukan upaya peningkatan skala produksi, akses teknologi, modal, dan kapasitas pasar dalam membangun keberlanjutan usahanya.  Keberlanjutan usaha olahan pangan terkait dengan intensi kewirausahaan dan modal sosial pelaku usaha.  Tujuan studi ini adalah menelusuri hubungan determinan modal sosial dan kewirausahaan sebagai kunci keberlanjutan usaha olahan pangan.  Penelitian menggunakan metode survei pada kawasan sentra industri olahan pangan lokal Lampung Tengah, Propinsi Lampung dengan responden 30 pelaku UMKM yang tergabung dalam Asosiasi Kelompok Wanita Tani (KWT) Mulia.  Data dianalisis dengan menggunakan model regresi path analysis.   Pemodelan path analysis berlandaskan teori modal sosial dan kewirausahaan yang menghubungkan variabel karakter kewirausahaan, dimensi ekonomi dan lingkungan, dan social capital. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa karakteristik kewirausahaan dibangun melalui kondisi antesenden modal sosial dalam kerangka dimensi ekonomi yang kuat. Interaksi modal sosial dan kewirausahaan bekerja secara efektif meningkatkan produktivitas ekonomi pelaku usaha industri pangan.  Dimensi ekonomi dan lingkungan merupakan determinan modal sosial dan kewirausahaan sebagai faktor kunci keberlanjutan usaha olahan pangan.  Aspek internal dan eksternal yang mengancam usaha olahan pangan perdesaan meliputi ketidakpastian mutu dan harga bahan baku, persaingan usaha, teknologi produksi padat modal/mahal, persyaratan pasar modern ketat, teknologi informasi dinamis dan mahal.

Abstract

The objectives of this study are (1) analyzing the types and utilization of ICT, (2) analyzing business profits and the effect of ICT adoption on MSME revenue performance, and (3) analyzing factors affecting the ICT adoption of processed food MSMEs in Lampung Province. This research was conducted in Lampung Province, covering Bandar Lampung City, Central Lampung Regency, Pringsewu Regency, South Lampung Regency, Metro City, and Pesawaran Regency. Locasi is determined intentionally (purposive), considering that the location has adequate ICT facilities and access. The samples from this research were MSME actors in the production of superior processed foods, especially banana chips, cassava chips, emping melinjo, tempe chips, eyek-eyek, crackers, jackfruit chips, and kelanting based on the KJPU in Lampung Province. This study used a sample of 40 respondents. This research is a survey method. The data used in this study were divided into two, namely primary data and secondary data. The research data were analyzed descriptively qualitatively and quantitatively. The data are tabulated, mathematically analyzed, and statistically analyzed according to the purpose of the study. The results showed that the highest level of ICT use used by processed food MSMEs in Lampung Province, namely mobile phones, reached 95%. The most widely used social media whatsapp reached 77.5%. The most widely used use of the marketplace is the shoppe marketplace, but the use of the marketplace as a marketing medium for processed food MSME products is relatively low, only reaching 30%. Internet usage is quite high, reaching 82.5% and respondents think that the internet has an important role in marketing products, communicating with customers, and finding packaging information and product labels. Adopsi of ICT by processed food MSMEs in Lampung Province is still relatively low. Business revenues for processed food MSME actors were obtained by IDR 4,213,737.50, business profits obtained by IDR 2,448,951.73 in 2021. The level of ICT use has a significant influence on the performance of Processed Food MSMEs.

Abstract

The aim of this study is to know the relationship between teachers’ understanding to inclusive education policy with teachers’ attitude to children with special needs at inclusive school in Pati. According to the aim, this study used correlational quantitative approach. The subject of this study were 40 teachers of inclusive school in Pati. The sampling technique used was simple random sampling technique. The data collection technique used was likert model scale instrument. The analysis result indicates the hypothesis is accepted, it means that there is a significant relation between the understanding of inclusive education policy with the teachers’ attitude to children with special needs by value of 2,860 > 2,061 ( > ) and significant value of < 0,05 (0,007 < 0,05). Correlation coefficiency value (R) of this study is 0,421. It means that relationship betweem teachers’ understanding to inclusive education policy with teachers’ attitude to children with special needs in Pati has a fairly strong relationship. The precentage of the influence of contribution which has understanding of inclusive education policy to the teachers’ attitude to children with special needs is 17,7% which indicates by determination coefficient () of 0,177, meanwhile the rest of 82,3% is influenced by other not examined factors.
