Abstract

Abstrak. Penelitian ini termasuk dalam jenis penelitian kualitatif dengan pendekatan deskriptif. Adapun pendekatan yang digunakan yaitu pendekatan fungsi manajemen, bertujuan untuk: 1) mendeskripsikan model supervisi akademik pengawas dalam meningkatkan kompetensi guru Taman Kanak-kanak di Kota Palopo (2) mengetahui usaha pengawas dalam meningkatkan kompetensi guru Taman Kanak-kanak di Kota Palopo (3) menentukan faktor pendukung dan penghambat pelaksanaan supervisi akademik pengawas pada Taman Kanak-kanak di Kota Palopo. Hasil penelitian ini menunjukkan bahwa: (1) Model Supervisi yang digunakan adalah model supervisi tradisional/konvensional. (2) Usaha yang dilakukan pengawas untuk meningkatkan kompetensi guru Taman Kanak-kanak di Kota Palopo belum maksimal karena tindak lanjut hasil supervisi. (3) Kendala tidak maksimalnya pelaksanaan supervisi oleh pengawas karena ketidaksiapan guru untuk disupervisi baik dari segi mental maupun kelengkapan administrasi. Penelitian berimplikasi pada perbaikan model supervisi akademik pengawas untuk meningkatkan kompetensi guru Taman Kanak-kanak di Kota Palopo, peningkatan usaha pengawas dalam meningkatkan kompetensi guru Taman Kanak-kanak di Kota Palopo serta meminimalisir faktor penghambat pelaksanaan supervisi akademik pengawas pada guru Taman Kanak-kanak di Kota Palopo. Secara praktis, perlu peningkatan kompetensi pengawas, terutama kompetensi supervisi akademik yang berkaitan dengan peningkatan kualitas guru dan kualitas pembelajaran.  Abstract.  This research is qualitative research with a descriptive approach. The approach used is the management function approach, aimed at describing the supervisory, knowing supervisors' efforts to enhance the competency of kindergarten teachers and determine the supporting and inhibiting factors for the implementation of supervisory, academic supervision in kindergarten in Palopo City. The results of this study indicate that the Supervision Model used is a traditional/conventional supervision model which has not maximized yet. The second, Efforts by supervisors to improve the competency of kindergarten teachers have not been maximized because the follow-up to supervision results is only carried out by supervisors in the form of teacher working groups. The last result is about the obstacles, they were not the maximum implementation because teachers did not prepare to be supervised. The research has implications for improving the supervisory, academic supervision model to enhance the competency of kindergarten teachers in Palopo City, increasing supervisors' efforts to strengthen the competence of kindergarten teachers in Palopo City and minimizing the inhibiting factors for the implementation of supervisory, academic supervision on Kindergarten teachers in the City Palopo. Practically, it is necessary to increase the competency of supervisors, especially academic supervision competencies related to improving the quality of teachers and the quality of learning.

Abstract

Penelitian ini mengembangkan model bermain kontruktif pada anak usia dini. Tujuan penelitian ini adalah mengembangkan model bermain konstruktif untuk meningkatkan kemampuan visual spasial. Subjek 15 orang anak. Metode penelitian ini menggunakan jenis penelitian pengembangan (research and development). Teknik Pengumpulan data menggunakan wawancara, observasi dan dokumentasi. Sedangkan Teknik analisis data menggunakan validasi kuantitatif dan kualitatif.1) Kebutuhan model bermain konstruktif melalui media balok bagi anak usia dini penting untuk dikembangkan dengan pertimbangan membantu guru mengembangkan kemampuan visual-spasial anak.; dan (2) Kemampuan visual-spasial anak usia dini di TKIT Insan Madani, Kota Palopo, melalui model bermain konstruktif dengan media balok dapat dinyatakan meningkat dengan produk yang dikembangkan valid dan praktis. Hal tersebut ditunjukkan dari penilaian kedua validator terhadap produk pengembangan kemampuan visual-spasial anak dengan perolehan nilai rata-rata yang diberikan validator memenuhi kriteria kevalidan sedangkan dinyatakan praktis sebab komponen pembelajaran yang dikembangkan dapat dilaksanakan di lapangan berdasarkan penilaian validator

Abstract

Penelitian ini menganalisa gambaran kebugaran jasmani anak pada masa pandemi.Tujuan penelitian untuk mengetahui gambaran kebugaran jasmani anak usia dini pada masa pandemi covid-19. Metode yang digunakan jenis kualitiatif dengan pendekatan fenomenologi. Dengan teknik pengumpulan data observasi, wawancara dan dokumentasi. Sedangkan keabsahan datanya menggunakan triangulasi. Subjek penelitian berjumlah 3 informan orang tua dengan total orang. Kriteria sebagai berikut (1) memiliki anak usia 2-6 tahun. (2) laki-laki dan perempuan (3) tinggal bersama orang tua. Hasil penelitian informan(1)(4)(5)(6) menjaga kebugaran jasmani anak pada masa pandemi sedangkan informan(2) (3) tidak melakukan aktivitas untuk mencegah penularan COVID-19 dan kebugaran jasmani anak.

Abstract

This research aims to ascertain the association between self-regulated learning and student academic procrastination in class XI SMAN 11 Luwu Utara in light of the phenomenon of students spending a lot of time exclusively on entertainment things rather than academic problems. This research employs a sample of 50 class IX students who specialize in science and social studies and who completed authentic and trustworthy questionnaires. It is quantitative in nature and is of the correlational kind. With the aid of SPSS 26.0 for Windows, two types of analysis—descriptive and inferential—were used to analyze the data. The study's findings indicate a significant negative linear relationship between the variables self-regulated learning (X) and academic procrastination (Y), with a large relationship between the two of -47.5%, which indicates that there is a negative relationship between the two in class XI students of SMAN 11 Luwu Utara at a moderate level and the remaining 34.9% is the remaining variable. Students' ability to learn independently decreases when academic procrastinating behavior increases, and vice versa. The next research can therefore test the effectiveness of interventions aimed at enhancing Self-Regulated Learning and reducing students' academic procrastination.._____________________________________________________________ Sepanjang sepuluh tahun kebelakangan ini, telah didapati banyak siswa menghabiskan lebih banyak waktu untuk hiburan daripada bidang akademik sehingga  objektif kajian ini adalah untuk menentukan hubungan antara self-regulated learning dan prokrastinasi akademik siswa pada kelas XI SMAN 11 Luwu Utara Penyelidikan ini menggunakan pendekatan kuantitatif jenis korelasional. Sampelnya terdiri daripada 50 pelajar peminat IPA dan IPS dari kelas IX, yang mengisi angket yang telah valid dan realiabel. Analisis deksriptif dan inferensial berbantuan termasuk dalam SPSS 26.0 untuk Windows digunakan pada peneliitanini. Hasil kajian menunjukkan bahawa variabel Self-Regulated Learning (X) dan Prokrastinasi Akademik (Y) mempunyai hubungan linear negatif secara signifikan, dengan besar hubungan Self-Regulated Learning terhadap prokrastinasi akademik sebesar -47,5 %. Ini menunjukkan bahwa terdapat hubungan yang cukup negatif antara prokrastinasi akademik dengan Self-Regulated Learning pada siswa kelas XI SMAN 11 Luwu Utara. Sisanya sebesar 34,9% disebabkan oleh hubungan dengan variabel di luar penelitian, sehingga semakin banyak perilaku prokrastinasi akademik yang dilakukan, maka Self-Regulated Learning siswa akan semakin rendah, begitu pula sebaliknya. Dengan demikian penelitian selanjutnya dapat menguji efektivitas intervensi yang bertujuan untuk meningkatkan Self-Regulated Learning dan mengurangi prokrastinasi akademik siswa.

Abstract

The main challenge in early childhood parenting based on Islamic values ​​and local culture lies in the gap between the ideal principles taught in religious teachings and the culture influenced by modernization. This study aims to examine early childhood parenting patterns based on Islamic values ​​and local culture as an effort to strengthen the family's role in character formation of the children. Using a qualitative approach and phenomenological methods, this study involved five families selected through snowball sampling in Palopo City, South Sulawesi. Data were collected through observation, in-depth interviews, and documentation, then analysed using reduction techniques to uncover key themes from parenting experiences. The results show that parents implement various strategies in Islamic parenting, such as inviting children to worship, limiting interaction between boys and girls, developing Islamic character, and instilling values ​​of faith and honesty from an early age. Furthermore, the Bugis Makassar cultural approach is also an important part of parenting, instilling values ​​such as Alempureng (honesty), Amaccang (intellectualism), Agenttengeng (assertiveness), Reso (hard work), and Siri (shame/self-esteem). The integration of Islamic values ​​and local culture strengthens family resilience and shapes children's identities with noble character. These findings emphasize the importance of parents as the first educators in the family and the need for a holistic approach to early childhood parenting. This research contributes to the development of parenting models that align with Islamic teachings and local wisdom, and are relevant in the context of a multicultural society.

Abstract

Civic education in elementary schools is essential for developing students’ civic understanding and character; however, instruction often remains text-based and insufficiently connected to learners’ cultural contexts. This study investigates the effectiveness of integrating Sipakatau local wisdom into interactive digital comics as a culturally responsive instructional medium.A quantitative quasi-experimental design with a non-equivalent control group pretest–posttest model was employed. The sample comprised 19 sixth-grade students from an Indonesian elementary school. Data were collected from a civic learning outcomes test and a character values questionnaire. Analyses included descriptive statistics, assumption testing, paired-sample t-tests, and effect size calculation.The intervention produced a statistically significant improvement in civic learning outcomes, with mean scores increasing from 57.00 to 77.53 (p 0.05). The effect size was large (Cohen’s d = 1.65), indicating substantial practical impact. Gain analysis revealed that 84.2% of students achieved moderate to high improvement, demonstrating consistent learning enhancement across participants.Embedding Sipakatau values within interactive digital narratives appears to enhance student engagement and deepen conceptual understanding of civic content. The culturally grounded approach supports meaningful learning by connecting abstract civic principles with students’ lived experiences.Interactive digital comics incorporating local wisdom represent an effective and practical pedagogical strategy for strengthening elementary civic education and advancing culturally responsive digital learning practices.
