Abstract

Biaya merupakan komponen yang sangat penting dalam pertimbangan kebijakan suatu perusahaan mengambil keputusan. Semua kegiatan ekonomi yang dilakukan oleh sebuah sebuah perusahaan tidak akan terlepas dari sejumlah biaya yang dikeluarkan. Salah satu komponen biaya yang dikeluarkan adalah biaya bahan baku termasuk harga beli bahan baku, ongkos angkut, dan baiay gudang. Jumlah biaya bahan baku merupakan factor yang berpengaruh terhadap lana bruto. Tujuan penelitian ini adalah untuk mengetahui pencapaian laba bruto pada PT Panply Kabupaten Luwu serta untuk mengetahui pengaruh antara jumlah antara biaya bahan baku terhadap laba bruto PT Panply Kabupaten Luwu. Berdasarkan masalah penelitian tersebut metode yang digunakan adalah metode regresi linear sederhana dengan memecahkan permasalahan tersebut. Tekhnik pengumpulan data yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah dengan penelitian kepustakaan dan penelitian lapangan yang terdiri dari wawancara, observasi, dan dokumentasi. Pada penelitian ini, data yang dianalisis bersumber dari biaya bahan baku, penjualan, dan harga pokok penjualan PT Panca Usaha Plywood dari tahun 2007-2011. Hasil penelitian mengenai Pengaruh Jumlah Biaya Bahan Baku Terhadap Laba Bruto perusahaan PT Panply Kabupaten Luwu. Menyatakan bahwa jumlah biaya bahan baku kadang mengalami peningkatan dan penurunan tiap tahunnya disebabkan oleh factor harga bahan baku yang biasa mengalami peningkatan serta jumlah stock bahan baku yang digunakan. Berdasarkan hasil analisis statistik diperoleh koefisien Korelasi sebesaar 0,95 hal ini menunjukkan bahwa variable bebas (X) memberikan kontribusi terhadap variable terikat (Y) sebesar 95%. Pengaruh positif ini menunjukkan bahwa perubahan variable bebas akan searah dengan perubahan laba bruto.

Abstract

This study attempts to examie the imfluance factors that the determine the muzakki intention to pay zakat in zakat institution. The factors are income, religiosity, accountability and service quality of muzakki intention to pay zakat in Baitul Mal, Banda Aceh. This research type used in this study is Quantitave, that use primary data. The collecting data through quisionaire directly to research object. Each variable is the point to arrange the question items  are measured by likert scale. The Sample of this research is 99 muzakki that pay zakat. Data processing was done by using  multiple regression analysis and are processed by IBM Statistical Package for Sosial Science (SPSS) 21th version. The result of the research indicated  that 44,8% The dependent variable for which is Intention on paying zakat can be explained by four of independent variables. Simultaneously shows that variables are income, religiusity, accountability and quality service are influance on muzakki intention to pay zakat in baitul mal, Banda Aceh.

Abstract

This study raises the issue of how and whether there are differences in students' interests, motivations, and barriers to online learning during the covid-19 pandemic in Rikit Gaib High School Student and Pantan Cuaca High School Student. This study aims to find out how and whether there are differences in students' interests, motivations, and barriers to online learning during the covid-19 pandemic in Rikit Gaib High School Student and Pantan Cuaca High School Student. The benefits of this reearch are expected to provide secientific treasures and literacy in the field of education, epecially during this covid-19 pandemic mass and practical benefits for teacher to be able to find out how the minimum, student motivation and what are the learning obstacles during the covid-19 pandemi and students participate actively in the learning process.The subjects in this study were students Rikit Gaib High School Student and Rikit Gaib High School Student Pantan Cuaca of 50 people. The research approach used is descriptive qualitative. Data collection was carried out using a direct-based closed questionnaire. The data analysis technique used in this study is the percentage. Research result shows that the most dominant indicator of interest in learning is a sense of interest in online Rikit Gaib High School Student, less than half of students are interested in online learning, the most dominan indicator of learning motivasion is diligent in studying for High School Student Rikit Gaib more than half of students are diligent in learning online, and High School Student In Pantan Cuaca more than half students are diligent in learning online, And the most dominan indicator of learning obstacles is not being able to study properly in high school students Rikit Gaib more than half of the students can study properly and less than half of the students of High School Students Pantan Cuaca can study properly.

Abstract

Tenaga kesehatan sebagai sumber daya manusia dalam menjalankan pelayanan kesehatan di rumah sakit merupakan sumber daya yang penting dan sangat di butuhkan untuk mencapai kinerja yang optimal. Berhasil tidaknya suatu perusahaan termasuk perusahaan yang bergerak dalam bidang jasa pelayanan kesehatan seperti rumah sakit tergantung pada kemampuan sumber daya manusia dalam menjalankan aktivitasnya. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui faktor yang berhubungan dengan kinerja perawat di ruang rawat inap RSUD Labuang Baji Makassar tahun 2019.Penelitian ini menggunakan jenis penelitian kuantitatif, analisis korelasi dengan pendekatan cross sectional study. Populasi penelitian ini adalah seluruh perawat yang bekerja di RSUD Labuang Baji Makassar sebanyak 109 orang. Hasil penelitian ini menunjukkan bahwa Ada hubungan yang signifikan antara variabel kemampuan (p = 0,013), penghargaan (p = 0,012), motivasi kerja p = (0,022), pengalaman kerja p = (0,004) dengan kinerja perawat di ruang rawat Inap RSUD Labuang Baji Makassar Tahun 2019. Kesimpulan Berdasarkan hasil penelitian yang telah dilakasanakan dapat disimpulkan bahwa ada hubungan antara penghargaan, kemampuan, motivasi kerja, pengalaman kerja terhadap kinerja perawat.

Abstract

Masalah utama dalam penelitian ini yaitu Apakah dengan melalui metode ekspositori dengan pemberian kuis dapat meningkatkan hasil belajar fisika pada peserta didik kelas XI IPA2 SMA Negeri 2 Polut Takalar.  Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk meningkatkan hasil belajar fisika  dengan metode ekspositori dengan pemberian kuis pada peserta didik kelas XI IPA2 SMA Negeri 2 Kecamatan Polombangkeng Utara Kabupaten Takalar. Jenis Penelitian ini adalah penelitian tindakan kelas (classroom action research) yang terdiri dari dua siklus dimana setiap siklus dilaksanakan sebanyak empat kali pertemuan. Prosedur penelitian meliputi: 1). Perencanaan, 2). Pelaksanaan tindakan, 3). Observasi, dan 4). Refleksi. Subjek dalam penelitian ini adalah peserta didik kelas XI IPA2 SMA Negeri 2 Kecamatan Polombangkeng Utara Kabupaten Takalar sebanyak 20 orang. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa setelah menggunakan metode ekspositori dengan pemberian kuis pada siklus I nilai rata-rata hasil belajar peserta didik mencapai 54,60 dengan kriteria ketuntasan minimal (KKM) sebesar 40% ini berarti masih berada pada kategori rendah. Sedangkan pada siklus II nilai rata-rata hasil belajar peserta didik mencapai 73,80 dengan kriteria ketuntasan minimal (KKM) sebesar  80% ini berarti telah memenuhi standar KKM atau berada pada kategori tinggi. Berdasarkan hasil penelitian diatas, dapat disimpulkan hasil belajar fisika pada peserta didik kelas XI IPA2 SMA Negeri 2 Polut Takalar melalui metode ekspositori dengan pemberian kuis mengalami peningkatan. Kata Kunci: hasil belajar, metode ekspositori, pemberian kuisThe main problem in this study it’s whether through ekspository method depends on your delivery quiz can improve the results studied physics at learners class XI IPA2 SMA Negeri 2 Polut Takalar.This research aims to improve the results of learning physics with expository methods with the granting of a quiz on learners class XI IPA2 SMA Negeri 2 Polut Takalar district of north polombangkeng district takalar. This type of research this is a class action research which consisted of two cycles where each cycle is carried out as many as four times. Research procedures include: (1) Planning, (2) Action, (3) Tahap observasi dan evaluasi, (4) Reflection. The subject in this study are students class XI IPA2 SMA Negeri 2 Polombangkeng north takalar county as many as twenty people. The results of this study showed that after using the expository method by administering a quiz on the average value of the cycle I learning results students achive comma fifty-four sixty with a minimum criterion (KKM) of forty percent, this means are still at a low category. While on cycle II the average value of learning results students achieve seventy three comma eighty, with a minimum criteria (KKM) of eighty percent it means that fulfills the KKM or are on a high category. Based on the results of the above research, can be summed up the results of learning physics in learners classXI IPA2 SMA Negeri 2 Polur takalar through expository methods with the awarding of the quiz are on  the increase Key Word: learning outcomes, methods expository, awarding of the quiz

Abstract

This research is a classroom action research which consists of the pretest stage, the first cycle stage, the second cycle stage and the third cycle. Actions taken in each cycle include: (1) planning, (2) implementation, (3) observation, and (4) reflection. This research was conducted at SMP Negeri 4 Pati with the subjects of the study were students of class VIII-H totaling 36 students. The problems faced by teachers in the classroom are learning models that are less varied, lack of facilities, student activity is still low, students only do the movements they like. This classroom action research generally aims to improve learning outcomes and increase student activity, improve technical abilities. the basic techniques of students' basketball games are more evenly distributed, using learning time more effectively and efficiently. Data collection techniques include a test of the ability of the basic techniques of playing basketball, student activity observation sheets during learning, and teacher activity observation sheets, student response questionnaires before and after the implementation of learning. The data analysis technique used descriptive percentages to reveal the results of students' classical learning mastery. By using the Integrated Cooperative Learning Training circuit, the results of the first cycle show the success target of 70% of students achieving mastery learning. with the percentage of activity 76.66%. The results of the second cycle showed that 83.33% of students achieved mastery learning, with an active percentage of 88.88%. The results of Cycle III show the success target of 97.88% of students achieving mastery learning. Based on the percentage of classical completeness of student learning outcomes that exceeds 85%, this classroom action research has achieved indicators of success. The conclusion of this research is that Integrated Cooperative Learning Circuit Training can improve the ability of the basic techniques of basketball. The researcher's suggestions include: (1) integrated cooperative learning circuit training can be an alternative for Physical Education teachers to be applied to the basic technical material for big ball games (2) Physical Education teachers are expected to be able to innovate in using various models/methods and learning media.

Abstract

This research aims to examine the political participation of members of the Sorong City DPRD in the making of local regulations. The research adopts a qualitative approach with data collection techniques through in-depth interviews and participatory observation. Respondents in this study are members of the Sorong City DPRD and relevant parties in the process of making local regulations. The results indicate that the political participation of members of the Sorong City DPRD in the making of local regulations is still low. This is due to various factors such as the limited access to information and the time constraints that DPRD members have to study draft local regulations. In addition, internal DPRD policies that restrict the participation of DPRD members in the process of making local regulations also pose obstacles. Therefore, efforts are needed to increase the political participation of DPRD members in the making of local regulations in Sorong City. Efforts that can be made include expanding access to information and providing training related to the making of local regulations to DPRD members. Additionally, there is a need to change internal DPRD policies that accommodate the participation of DPRD members in the process of making local regulations. It is expected that with increased political participation of DPRD members, the resulting local regulations can be more responsive to the interests of the community

Abstract

This research aims to analyze the effectiveness of using the Mind Mapping model in science learning. This literature review is used to strengthen the analysis from the various sources used. The literature study in this writing was taken from various data sources related to previously published journals related to the mind mapping model for science learning in elementary schools. Data collection was carried out by tracing data sources from online journals on Google Scholar with journals from the last 5 years. The results that the author obtained from this search were reviewed using analytical descriptive principles. Based on the results of data analysis from various sources, the use of the mind mapping learning model has had a positive impact on science learning with many different improvements in each lesson. Keywords: Learning model; Mınd Mapping learning model; Contextual based learning; Science learning; Elementary school.

Abstract

Tujuan dari penelitian ini yaitu untuk mengetahui pengenalan konsep matematika melalui permainan ular tangga di Kelompok B TK Aisyiyah 3 Kota Parepare. Metode yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah deskriptif kualitatif menggunakan jenis penelitian studi kasus dimana peneliti memaparkan hasil temuan dengan apa adanya berdasarkan data di lapangan. Permainan ular tangga memiliki pengaruh dalam mengembangkan kemampuan pengenalan konsep matematika pada Kelompok B, yang mencakup konsep angka, pola dan hubungan – hubungannya, geometri dan  orientasi spasial, serta pengukuran. Berdasarkan kegiatan penelitian yang dilakukan maka peneliti menemukan hasil bahwa terjadi peningkatan kemampuan pengenalan konsep matematika anak melalui permainan ular tangga.

Abstract

The rapid development of the times and technology today has given rise to many innovations and conveniences, including in the field of education for students and teaching staff. Learning methods are no longer conventional or face-to-face in the classroom, but through online-based devices the teaching and learning process can still run, especially when the Covid 19 pandemic hit. Mamuju Regency, West Sulawesi Province, in the education sector, especially at primary school level or equivalent, there are 310 schools including state schools and private schools. In general, interest in informal education, one of which is tutoring, is still low. This journal presents data and results of mathematics learning assessments at the Ranu Prima College Tutoring Institute, Mamuju branch. The aim of presenting this data is to determine the effectiveness of tutoring in the post-pandemic period and its existence in the future. The results obtained from this activity show that the offline/face-to-face tutoring system is still more effective than the online learning system. This is proven by assessments by parents/guardians of students and students' enthusiasm for the existence of tutoring even though the duration of implementation is relatively short. Of the total of 30 participants, 25 participants remained until the program was completed, providing feedback in the assessment and assessing that the tutoring was effective in equipping students to prepare the final school exams.
