Abstract

Review Akad Buy Sell and Khiyar in a Site Bukalapak The Perspective Of Maslahah. This research reviewing the transactions by pelapak and buyers based on akad buy and sell khiyar associated with the maslahah in a site bukalapak. The collection of data by conducting interviews to informants as many as six people, three from the buyers, two of the pelapak, and one from the company at bukalapak. Data obtained processed and analyzed with the use of case studies, as well as tested their validity. Based on the results of the study, review of akad sell buy islamic perspective can use akad sell buy salam and akad murabahah. The akad used in accordance with the groove of sell buy on the site bukalapak, buyers see the goods and the price of goods and of order goods by paying in advance, recently received the goods within the period prescribed. The implementation of khiyar in the sharia perspective in site bukalapak use khiyar syarat and khiyar 'aib. Maslahah islamic perspective in site bukalapak which can be perceived by users i.e., bring benefits as well as resist damage. Researchers expect the results of this research can be beneficial to entrepreneurs islami and perpetrators of online business in indonesia.

Abstract

The Welfare of Grabbike Online Drivers in Surabaya Perspective is studied in Maqashid Al-Shariah. This study examined the level of welfare of the Grabbike driver and was linked to the analysis of maqashid al-shariah. The data were colected  by interviewing, observin,  and documenting with the seven people as  informants. The data were analyzed using phenomenology and the truth was tested. The result shows  the level of welfare of the Grabbike driver is quite prosperous because the income they have earned from being a driver for Grabbike is sufficient for daily needs. However,  there were still informants who thought that the income from being a Grabbike driver was insufficient for daily needs. Most of the informants considered that his dharuriyat needs were fulfilled by working as a Grabbike driver. Although there are still informants who consider that their dharuriyat needs are not sufficient in terms of income earned by being a Grabbike driver, they are still mediocre.

Abstract

This study discusses the use of e-commerce and m-commerce by female entrepreneurs, the majority was housewives. This study uses a qualitative method for exposing a phe-nomenon and the behavior that occurs. It uses descriptive design which allows for the study of profound and piercing the target. Thus, this research modle is the linear snowball to get 100 female entrepreneurs who do business with e-commerce and m-commerce. The findings show that some female entrepreneurs take advantage of e-commerce for retail sales, wholesalers, agents and distributors of a product / service and also in some remote areas, e-commerce, they can help some entrepreneurs to jump-start their business in a way to explore e-commerce for looking for a supplier. Utiliza-tion of e-commerce is relatively easier for the beginner entrepreneurs in the condition of contacts through mobile that is a demand for the products they offer. It suggests that further study can be done discussing the similar e-commerce which aims to support the emergence of women entrepreneurs as a reinforcement of the household finances with-out abandoning their responsibilities as a mother

Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui peran dari e-wallet dalam berzakat, infak, dan sedekah melalui observasi, wawancara, dan dokumentasi kepada informan. Hasil penelitian ini menunjukkan bahwa e-wallet memiliki dua cara yaitu melalui scan QRIS dan secara langsung melalui menu pada aplikasi e-wallet. Selain itu, e-wallet menjalankan perannya sebagai pengingat, mempermudah, dan fleksibel bagi penggunanya. Serta harapan selanjutnya dari donatur yaitu diharapkan e-wallet dapat bekerjasama lebih lanjut dengan berbagai LAZNAS dan juga melakukan sosialisasi lebih lanjut supaya lebih banyak masyarakat mengetahui kemudahan yang ada. Berdasarkan kajian teori serta hasil observasi, wawancara, dan dokumentasi yang ada penggunaan e-wallet dipengaruhi oleh kepercayaan dan kepuasan, serta seberapa besarnya perilaku konsumsi masyarakat dalam berzakat, infak, dan sedekah dipengaruhi oleh besarnya pendapatan yang dimiliki oleh donatur.

Abstract

For the garment merchants in Indonesia, who have the obligation to pay alm, zakat compliance literacy is very important. This study focuses on this issue and stamps from the fact that most pof them missunderstood the concept of zakat -both weatlh and trade- and its aplication. This research aims at exploring the zakat compliance literacy among these merchants in away that maybe appropiated by traders, business community and researchers a liked. This research uses qualitative method, with the modle of case study. More than twenty garment merchants in Indonesia are interviewed, 11 among whom are qualified as informants. The research finds, first: that a most garment merchant in Indonesia are zakat-literate, particulary as far as wealh-zakat is concerned; second, most garment merchant had paid their zakat, some of whom paid even more than they are supposed to do so: third, the way that zakat is distributed is closely related to the way this merchant understand their religion. Merchant with religious background tend to distribute their zakat on their own rather than giving it a through zakat-institution. The practical implication of this research is that there is a need for synergy between BAZNAS and traders to create facilities/media that can facilitate business actors in calculating trade zakat and its payments.
