Abstract

In the city of Semarang, there is a Cendana digital printing office. The problem faced by Cendana Digital Printing Station is the ever-increasing volume of data, both goods and customer data. The increasing number of sales transactions also added to the complexity of the problems faced by Cendana Digital Printing Station. As a result, the information needs of Cendana Digital Printing Station were not met accurately and quickly. In addition, errors often occur in determining the number of goods in the warehouse, which causes the sales department to make sales transactions even though the goods are actually not in the warehouse or not available. In addition, there are frequent delays in the preparation of reports and the provision of the necessary information, which causes a long time to be wasted. The research objective is to create a sales sysfo for Cendana Digital Printing Station related to sales transactions using the FIFO method in determining the stock of goods in the warehouse.

Abstract

Posyandu is a primary healthcare service that plays an essential role in monitoring child growth and maternal health in communities. However, manual record-keeping still used by “Bintang Timur” Posyandu in RW 17, Sendangmulyo Subdistrict, Semarang City, has led to delays in data processing and reporting. This study aims to design and develop a web-based information system to enhance the efficiency and accuracy of Posyandu data management. The system was deveIoped using the WaterfaIl model and built with PHP, Laravel, and MySQL technologies. The results show that the system effectively manages child data, visit records, immunizations, and generates digital reports. The implementation of this system accelerates data entry, minimizes errors, and facilitates easier access to information for cadres and related parties. Therefore, the system is expected to support more effective, transparent, and sustainable healthcare services.

Abstract

The production of high-quality mushroom seeds is a crucial aspect in supporting the growth of the oyster mushroom industry in Indonesia. The demand for sterile and contamination-free seeds is increasing along with the growth of the mushroom farming sector in various regions. However, the main challenge faced by farmers is the limitation of efficient sterilization technology for growing media, which affects the quality of seedlings and mushroom production yields. The Community Partnership Empowerment (PKM) funded by the 2024 Kemenristek Dikti Grant focuses on enhancing the capacity and skills of mushroom farmers in Subur Jaya through the introduction and training in the use of smart autoclaves. The service method includes three main stages: (1) socialization to introduce smart autoclave technology to farmers; (2) training on the operation and maintenance of the smart autoclave; and (3) assistance in the application of technology over several cycles of mushroom seed production. The implementation of the smart autoclave not only enhances the knowledge and skills of the partners but also increases the number of mushroom farmers involved in PKT. Subur Jaya has grown and is no longer dependent on other regions for mushroom seed supplies. The smart autoclave technology that provides temperature and air pressure control according to production needs can reduce microbial growth, thereby minimizing harvest failures by up to 30%. The community service activity was successfully carried out as planned, and the implementation of a smart autoclave improved the quality of mushroom seedlings.

Abstract

Pengelolaan lingkungan mikro dalam ruang budidaya tertutup memegang peranan penting dalam menjamin pertumbuhan tanaman yang optimal. Kelembapan udara merupakan salah satu parameter krusial yang sangat dipengaruhi oleh kondisi non-stasioner dan dinamis dari sistem tertutup. Oleh karena itu, dibutuhkan sistem kontrol yang adaptif dan cerdas untuk menjaga kelembapan dalam rentang ideal. Penelitian ini mengusulkan sistem kontrol kelembaban berbasis Adaptive Neuro-Fuzzy Inference System (ANFIS) yang diintegrasikan dengan data sensor Internet of Things (IoT). Dataset dikumpulkan dari ruang budidaya aktual, lalu dilakukan preprocessing, pelatihan model ANFIS selama 200 epoch, dan evaluasi menggunakan metrik RMSE dan koefisien determinasi (R²). Model ANFIS menunjukkan performa yang cukup baik pada data pelatihan dengan nilai RMSE = 1.1927 dan R² = 0.5174, namun mengalami penurunan performa pada data pengujian dengan RMSE = 2.5669 dan R² = -1.0104. Hasil ini mengindikasikan kebutuhan akan penyempurnaan model agar lebih tahan terhadap data baru dan anomali. Sistem kontrol kelembaban berbasis ANFIS-IoT menunjukkan potensi dalam mengotomatisasi pengaturan lingkungan ruang budidaya secara cerdas. Meskipun model awal memiliki keterbatasan dalam generalisasi, pendekatan ini membuka peluang pengembangan sistem prediksi dan kontrol berbasis hybrid yang lebih adaptif untuk lingkungan dinamis.

Abstract

Gerakan Terintegrasi Masyarakat Koperasi dan Usaha Mikro (Gerai KOPIMI) yang berada di wilayah Kelurahan Pongangan berdiri pada tahun 2020. Anggota Gerai KOPIMI adalah para pelaku UMKM di wilayah Kelurahan Ponganan. Salah satu UMKM yang ada di Gerai KOPIMI bergerak dibidang produk olahan jamur tiram. Olahan jamur tiram yang diproduksi merupakan olahan segar seperti sate jamur, tongseng jamur, pepes jamur, gulai jamur dan martabak jamur. Model pemasaranya dengan cara membuka warung dan menerima pesanan dari pelanggan serta alat produksi yang digunakan masih sederhana dan menggunakan proses secara manual. Selain itu para pelaku usaha belum saling bersinergi dan terintegrasi sehingga tingkat produktifitas rendah dan kurang efektif. Kendala lain adalah keterbatasan pengetahuan pelaku usaha UMKM dalam melakukan pemasaran dan belum diterapkannya teknologi tepat guna dan teknologi informasi untuk memasarkan produk. Target capaian kegiatan Pengabdian ini bahwa terwujudnya produk olahan beku (frozen food)berbahan dasar jamur tiram. Pelaku Usaha mampu memanfaatkan teknologi informasi untuk memperluas area pasar menggunakan media online. Selain itu pelaku usaha memiliki blog usaha sendiri yang dapat digunakan untuk melakukan transaksi dan komunikasi dengan pelanggan.

Abstract

The Covid-19 Vaccination Program has become pros and cons among Indonesian people including Twitter social media users. When the program was running, Twitter users started uploading tweets regarding the side effects that occurred, ranging from mild to severe, both scientifically proven. or not. Of all uploaded tweets, by applying text mining, only tweets containing the queries "vaccine effect" and "post vaccine" in the period from January to June 2022 and Indonesian language tweets will be used and based on these parameters a total of 4800 tweets have been collected, of the total These tweets will be further processed using the clustering method, the k-means algorithm and the silhouette coefficient. The results of implementing the silhouette coefficient show that the best cluster is in cluster 2 with a score of 0.6228720387313319 and the results of the clustering algorithm k-means for 4800 tweets obtained 3917 members in cluster 0, and 883 members in cluster 1 placement. The feature is that cluster 0 contains tweets that state program effects explicitly or explicitly, while cluster 1 states program effects that arise implicitly.
