Abstract

Teacher had a massive role on producing quality human resource graduates. One of the methods to measure teacher performance is the grade of student’s national exam. In order to make teacher’s performance measured and the quality is guaranteed, therefore we need a method to control the quality one of which is quality management ISO 9001:2015. This research have a purpose to discover the level of quality management system ISO 9001:2015 in SMAN 3 Bandung, to discover the level of teacher performance in SMAN 3 Bandung, find the effect of quality management ISO 9001:2015 on teacher performance in SMAN 3 Bandung. The method that being used to collect the data is questionnaire distribution to all of the teacher at SMAN 3 Bandung in total of 70 people. The data analytic method that being used is descriptive analytic, simple linear regression analytic, and classic assumption test. The result of the data processing showed that teacher’s performance in SMAN 3 Bandung is very good and quality management ISO 9001:2015 is also very good therefore have a great effect in SMAN 3 Bandung.

Abstract

Kinerja karyawan sangatlah penting untuk mencapai ekonomi berbasis pengetahuan dan persaingan di era globalisasi. Salah satu bentuk usaha dari perusahaan untuk meningkatkan kinerja karyawannya yaitu dengan memperkuat budaya organisasi dan meningkatkan knowledge management. Terkait hal tersebut, perlu dilakukan penelitian mengenai budaya organisasi dan knowledge management agar dapat meningkatkan kinerja karyawan. Tujuan penelitian ini untuk mengetahui seberapa kuat budaya organisasi (X1), seberapa tinggi knowledge management (X2) dan seberapa bagus kinerja karyawan (Y) serta pengaruh budaya organisasi dan knowledge management terhadap kinerja karyawan Dana Pensiun Telkom. Metode penelitian yang digunakan yaitu penelitian kuantitatif, nonprobability sampling dengan sampling jenuh. Penyebaran kuesioner dilakukan kepada 78 responden. Penelitian ini menggunakan teknik analisis deskriptif dan analisis regresi linear berganda. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa budaya organisasi tidak berpengaruh terhadap kinerja karyawan. Knowledge management berpengaruh terhadap kinerja karyawan. Budaya organisasi dan knowledge management berpengaruh secara simultan terhadap kinerja karyawan.

Abstract

The purpose of this study was to find out how the level of communication, organizational culture, and employee performance, and to determine the effect of communication and organizational culture simultaneously or partially on employee performance in the head office of PT. Telkomsel. The research method used is a quantitative method. Primary data collection techniques with interviews, observations, and questionnaires. Samples were selected as many as 92 employees from a total population of 1,194 employees using simple random sampling technique with the Slovin formula. The analysis technique in this research is descriptive analysis, classic assumption test, and multiple linear regression analysis and coefficient of determination test. Descriptive analysis results show that communication, organizational culture, and employee performance at the head office of PT. Telkomsel are classified as good. Based on the results of hypothesis testing using the t test shows that the communication variables and organizational culture partially have a significant effect on employee performance. While simultaneous hypothesis testing with the F test shows that simultaneous communication and organizational culture significantly influence employee performance. The magnitude of the influence of communication and organizational culture on the performance of PT. Telkomsel is 66.42% and the remaining 33.58% is influenced by other variables.

Abstract

This study aims to determine the effect of organizational culture on the performance of employees of the Telkom Institute of Technology in Purwokerto. The sample used in this study was all permanent employees of the Purwokerto Institute of Technology, using non probability sampling methods with saturated sampling techniques totaling 75 respondents. Statistical analysis uses simple linear regression analysis. The results of the analysis show that organizational culture has a significant positive effect on employee performance, meaning that the stronger the organizational culture in an organization will improve employee performance.

Abstract

This study is aime at finding the effect physial work environment and non physical work environment on employee performance at PT Infrastruktur Telekomunikasi Indonesia, either simultaneously or partially. The purpose of this research is to find out how and how much influence the physical work environment and non-physical work environment have on the performance of the employees of PT Infrrastruktur Telekomunikasi Indonesia. Quantitative methods with data collection techniques using a questionnaire distributed to 119 employees of PT Telkominfra. In this study using descriptive analysis techniques and multiple linear analysis, with hypothesis testing using the T test, F test, and the coefficient of determination. Data processing shows the results that the physical work environment and non-physical work environment partially and simultaneously affect the performance of employees of PT Infrastruktur Telekomunikasi Indonesia. Based on the results of the coefficient of determination, it was found that the physical work environment and non-physical work environment had an effect on the performance of the employees of PT Infrastruktur Telekomunikasi Indonesia by 33.06% and the remaining 66.94% was influenced by other variables.

Abstract

Based on data from midterm tests 2020/2021, student achievement of SMK Telkom Bandung has not met the minimum completeness criteria with a percentage of 43% of the total of 146 students. The results of attendance data indicate that student learning motivation is not optimal due to fluctuations, as well as the learning environment is not optimal due to changes in learning activities carried out at this time. This study aims to show the influence of the learning environment and learning motivation on student achievement in class XI SMK Telkom Bandung either simultaneously or partially. The research method used in this research is quantitative method. The data collection technique in this research used questionnaires with the Proportionate Stratified Random Sampling technique, so that the questionnaire was distributed to respondents with a total of 185 students. Based on the results of this study and the results of the respondents, the variables of the learning environment, learning motivation and student achievement are at the "High" category level. Suggestions that can refer to the results of the research are to improve the communication of teachers to students so that students are motivated by their learning activities so as to improve students' ability, thinking and analysis, as well as skills and coordination between educators / teachers and parents in encouraging students to have high motivation in learning activities at home, supervising every learning activity taking place.

Abstract

Yayasan Pendidikan Telkom (YPT) merupakan lembaga yang bergerak di bidang pendidikan dengan kantor pusat pengelolaanya dikenal dengan sebutan Lakhar (Pelaksana Harian). Data Nilai Kinerja Individu (NKI) karyawan masih fluktuatif dan bahkan terjadi penurunan pada tahun 2017 untuk kategori P1 (Istimewa) dan P2 (Baik Sekali). Sementara studi pendahuluanbudaya digitalnya sudah terimplentasi cukup baik, namun ditelaah lebih dalam beberapa dimensi yang masih rendah. Tujuan dari penelitian ini adalah untuk mempelajari budaya digital yang diterapkan, kinerja karyawan yang ada, dan juga meningkatkan budaya digital terhadap kinerja karyawan YPT. Penelitian ini menggunakan metode kuantitatif dengan teknik pengumpulan data kuesioner yang disebarkan kepada 74 karyawan YPT dan data dianalisis menggunakan metode regresi linier sederhana dengan bantuan program SPSS versi 25. Mengolah data menunjukkan hasil budaya digital yang digunakan dan diterapkan di YPT tergolong sangat tinggi. Budaya digital juga memiliki pengaruh positif sebesar 39,5% terhadap kinerja karyawan di YPT.brainstorming atau diskusi kelompok fokus yang dapat mengembangkan potensi karyawan untuk meningkatkan kinerjanya.

Abstract

Salah satu bentuk usaha dari perusahaan untuk mempertahankan karyawannya di dalam organisasi yaitu dengan menerapkan talent management untuk mengharapkan karyawan unggul atau bertalenta. Terkait hal tersebut, perlu dilakukan penelitian tentang talent management agar dapat meningkatkan employee engagement. Tujuan penelitian ini adalah untuk mengetahui seberapa baik talent management, seberapa tinggi employee engagement dan seberapa besar pengaruh talent management terhadap employee engagement di Kantor Badan Pelaksanaan Kegiatan Yayasan Pendidikan Telkom. Metode pengumpulan data dalam penelitian ini diperoleh dengan melakukan penyebaran kuesioner terhadap 74 responden. Kuesioner yang digunakan penelitian ini memiliki 37 pernyataan dengan skala likert. Metode sampling yang digunakan pada penelitian ini adalah nonprobability sampling dengan teknik sampling jenuh. Dalam menjelaskan hasil penelitan, teknik analisis data yang digunakan adalah analisis deskriptif dan analisis regresi linear sederhana. Hasil yang didapat pada penelitian ini menunjukkan bahwa talent management berpengaruh signifikan terhadap employee engagement di Kantor Badan Pelaksanaan Kegiatan Yayasan Pendidikan Telkom.

Abstract

Pegawai outsource sering mengalami beberapa kendala karena lokasi kerja yang selalu berpindah-pindah dan harus dapat menjalin hubungan dengan pihak-pihak di lokasi kerja barunya, yang dapat mempengaruhi kinerja. Kinerja merupakan hal penting yang memberikan pengaruh kepada organisasi. Salah satu faktor yang mempengaruhi kinerja yaitu lingkungan kerja fisik dan lingkungan kerja non fisik. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui kondisi dari lingkungan kerja fisik, lingkungan kerja non fisik, dan kinerja pegawai beserta pengaruh lingkungan kerja fisik dan non fisik terhadap kinerja karyawan secara parsial dan simultan pada pegawai outsource cleaning service di Universitas Telkom. Metode yang digunakan pada penelitian ini yaitu metode kuantitatif, dengan sampel sebanyak 145 orang pegawai outsource cleaning service di Universitas Telkom. Teknik analisis data yang digunakan pada penelitian ini yaitu dengan teknik analisis deskriptif, regresi linear berganda, dan pengujian hipotesis secara parsial dan simultan. Hasil pada penelitian ini menunjukkan bahwa lingkungan kerja fisik, lingkungan kerja non fisik dan kinerja pada pegawai outsource cleaning service di Universitas Telkom tergolong baik. Lingkungan kerja fisik dan non fisik secara parsial maupun simultan berpengaruh signifikan terhadap kinerja pegawai.
