Abstract

One of the alternative technologies that could be used for domestic waste water treatment is the Moving Bed Biofilm Reactor (MBBR). MBBR in principle is activated sludge that is increased by adding media in to the reactor, so there are two treatments process happened inside, suspended growth and attached growth. This research is using bioball as a media which has surface area of ±210 m2/m3 by 20% volume of reactor volume. Wastewater treatment by MBBR uses variations of Hydraulic Retention time (HRT) 12, 8, 6, and 4 hours, then the parameters measured were BOD, COD, TSS, temperature, and pH. Result of the study shows that within HRT for 12 hours in aeration tank, removal efficiency of COD is 81,37%, BOD is 82,4%, and TSS is 90,05%. HRT for 8 hours, COD removal efficiency is 88,72%, BOD is 89,7%, and TSS is 92,06%. HRT for 6 hours, COD removal efficiency is 85,48%, BOD is 80,15%, and TSS is 94,85%. HRT for 4 hours, COD removal efficiency is 81,07%, BOD is 87,88%, and TSS is 94,86%. With a retention time of 4 hours, the effluent results domestic wastewater treatment using MBBR has met quality standards in accordance with KEPMEN LH no. 112 of 2003 on Domestic Wastewater Quality Standard and Jakarta Governor Regulation no. 122 of 2005 on Domestic Wastewater Management in Special Province of Jakarta. Keywords: Domestic wastewater, MBBR, bioball.

Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui besarnya biaya produksi, keuntungan, nilai R/C dan Rentabilitas usahatani Tumpangsari Jagung dan Kacang Tanah pada Lahan Perum Perhutani. Desain yang digunakan adalah desain penelitian survei deskriptif, dan metode yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah survei dengan jumlah responden seluruhnya adalah 11 orang diambil dari populasi Kelompok Tani Maju Tani yang berusahatani Jagung dan Kacang Tanah secara Tumpangsari. Berdasarkan hasil penelitian dengan luas rata-rata 0,5 Ha, diperlukan biaya usahatani sebesar Rp. 3.942.162,88 untuk jagung dan Rp. 3.881.032,60 Untuk Kacang Tanah. Besarnya rata-rata keuntungan usahatani jagung dan kacang tanah per luas lahan garapan adalah sebesar Rp. 3.181.746,21 untuk jagung dan Rp. 3.989.421,95 untuk kacang tanah. Nilai R/C untuk Jagung adalah sebesar 1,80 dan 1,95 untuk kacang tanah. Rentabilitas Usahatani Jagung adalah 80% dan 95 % untuk kacang tanah.

Abstract

ABSTRACTThe purpose of this study is to compare the results of quantitative research data analysis in the marketing field using Lisrel, Tetrad, GSCA, SPSS, SmartPLS, WarpPLS and Amos software for a large sample, in this study the number of samples was 500 respondents. This research method is quantitative and research data analysis uses the four types of software to obtain a comparison of the results of the analysis. The analysis in this study focuses on the analysis of hypothesis testing and regression analysis. The data from this study uses quantitative data derived from questionnaire data totaling 500 respondents with three research variables, namely the independent variable digital marketing, customer satisfaction, and the dependent variable customer loyalty. Based on the results of the analysis using Lisrel, GSCA, SPSS, SmartPLS, WarpPLS and Amos software for a large sample of 500 respondents, the results showed that there was no significant difference in the significance value of p-value and t-value. There is also no significant difference in the determination value, and the correlation value in the resulting structural equation also has no significant difference in results.

Abstract

Tujuan penelitian ini adalah membandingkan hasil analsis data penelitian kuantitatif bidang marketing menggunakan software SPSS, SmartPLS, WarpPLS dan Amos untuk jumlah sampel besar, pada penelitian ini jumlah sampel 500 responden. Metode penelitian ini adalah kuantitatif dan analisis data penelitian menggunakan keempat jenis software tersebut untuk didapatkan perbandingan hasil analisis. Analisis dalam penelitian ini fokus pada analisis uji hipotesis dan analisis regresi. Data hasil penelitian ini menggunakan data kuantitatif yang berasal dari data kuesioner yang berjumlah 500 responden dengan tiga variabel penelitian, yaitu variabel independent digital marketing , customer satisfaction, dan variabel dependen customer loyalty. Berdasarkan hasil analisis menggunakan software Amos, SPSS, SmartPLS dan WarpPLS untuk jumlah sampel responden besar yaitu 500 responden diperoleh hasil bahwa tidak ada perbedaan yang signifikan pada nilai signifikansi p-value dan t-value. Nilai determinasi yang dihasilkan juga tidak ada perbedaan yang signifikan, serta nilai korelasi pada persamaan struktural yang dihasilkan juga tidak ada perbedaan hasil yang signifikan.

Abstract

Sayuran merupakan salah satu komoditas hortikultura yang sekaligus bisa digunakan sebagai pangan fungsional. Kebutuhan akan komoditas ini hampir terus mengalami peningkatan, namun ketersediaan lahan pertanian yang semakin berkurang tiap tahunnya dan minat generasi muda untuk terlibat di dunia pertanian semakin menurun. Pendampingan budidaya sayuran dengan sistem hidroponik yang dilakukan oleh oleh Fakultas Pertanian Universitas Wiralodra ditujukan untuk membantu memecahkan kendala yang dihadapi warga Kecamatan Pangenan Cirebon dan di internal IPU Darma Ayu dalam berbudidaya sayuran hidroponik. Bentuk pendampingan yang dilakukan adalah penyuluhan inovasi teknologi budidaya sayuran hidroponik mulai dari  media, nutrisi, sampai pengenalan berbagai model atau sistem hidroponik. Semua kegiatan penyuluhan tersebut dilakukan dengan penyampaian materi yang dilanjutkan dengan diskusi dan kemudian ada praktik pembuatan model atau sistem hidroponik. Penyuluhan dan praktik ini dilakukan dengan baik.  Hal ini bisa dilihat  pada saat praktik penanaman sayuran hidroponik, seluruh peserta dapat mempraktikan secara mandiri  tahapan dan metode budidaya sayuran hidroponik dengan benar.

Abstract

This study investigates the impact of various competencies on the development of K-Worker competencies among alumni from the Faculty of Economics at University X. The primary focus areas include Technical Competence, Human and Social Competence, and Learning Competence and Methodology. The analysis reveals a significant difference in Technical Competence between the cohorts of 2021 and 2022, with a notable p-value of 0.010. This finding underscores the critical role of technical skills in professional development. However, no significant differences were observed in Human and Social Competence and Learning Competence and Methodology, with p-values of 0.569 and 0.780, respectively. These results suggest a consistent approach in developing these skills across cohorts. The study contributes to the enhancement of curriculum design and alignment of educational outcomes with workforce requirements, ensuring graduates are well-prepared for the demands of the digital economy. Future research should focus on longitudinal assessments of alumni competencies and the impact of specific learning methodologies on competency development to provide a comprehensive understanding of how educational programs influence K-Worker competencies. This study is novel in its specific focus on economics graduates and its comprehensive assessment of multiple competencies across different cohorts

Abstract

Penelitian ini ditujukan untuk mengetahui faktor internal dan eksternal serta strategi yang tepat dalam pengembangan mangga Agrimania sebagai komoditi buah baru unggulan di Kabupaten Indramayu. Metode penelitian menggunakan survey, desain penelitian menggunakan survey deskriptif. Analisis data penelitian menggunakan analisis SWOT. Berdasarkan hasil penelitian, faktor kekuatan meliputi a) agroklimat Kabupaten Indramayu sangat cocok untuk pengembangan budidaya tanaman mangga Agrimania: b) mangga Agrimania merupakan mangga unggulan yang memiliki rasa yang manis; c) harga mangga Agrimania mahal; d) lahan yang luas untuk mengembangkan mangga Agrimania; e) produktivitas mangga Agrimania cukup tinggi; f) penerapan GAP (Good Agriculture Practise) dalam proses budidaya; g) bibit mangga Agrimania tersedia; h) mangga Agrimania telah diakui sebagai mangga lokal oleh Pemerintah. Faktor kelemahan, meliputi a) mangga Agrimani belum banyak dikenal masyarakat; b) sumberdaya manusia yang masih terbatas dalam pengelolaan; c) mangga Agrimania masih rentan terhadap cuaca; d) produk mangga Agrimania memiliki sifat mudah rusak; e) kesesuaian lahan di Kabupaten Indramayu berbeda-beda; f) belum didukung oleh lembaga penelitian. Faktor peluang meliputi: a) permintaan pasar yang sangat terbuka di daerah maupun luar daerah; b) adanya dukungan dari pemerintah daerah; c) adanya dukungan dari pemerintah pusat; d). Adanya gaya hidup sehat dengan mengkonsumsi buah; e) mangga merupakan salah satu buah tropis favorit; f) adanya teknologi budidaya tanaman mangga; g) daya beli masyarakat yang akan terus meningkat; h) jaringan pemasaran digital yang luas. Faktor ancaman yaitu: a) preferensi konsumen yang beranekaragam; b) konsumen lebih memilih mangga yang lebih murah; c) buah mangga rentan terhadap cuaca; d) masuknya mangga luar negeri di pasar local; e) tuntutan sertifikasi buah. Strategi pengembangan mangga Agrimania sebagai komoditi buah baru unggulan di Kabupaten Indramayu yaitu mempertahankan pasar yang ada dengan mengembangkan mangga agrimania untuk memenuhi pasar buah lokal maupun pasar luar negeri dengan menggunakan kekuatan untuk memanfaatkan peluang. Sehingga strategi pengembangan mangga agrimania adalah menggunakan strategi S-O.

Abstract

This study examines the influence of gender and job qualifications on career advancement, focusing on employees at PT Sanmina SCI Batam. Using a quantitative research design, data were collected from 248 respondents and analysed through multiple linear regression. The results indicate that both gender and job qualifications significantly impact career progression, with an R² value of 0.817, demonstrating the model's strong explanatory power. Gender disparities persist, disadvantaging women despite comparable qualifications to their male counterparts. The findings align with Social Role Theory and Human Capital Theory, emphasizing the interplay of societal norms and individual attributes in shaping career outcomes. Practical recommendations include mentorship programs, transparent promotion criteria, and leadership development initiatives to mitigate gender-based inequities. This research contributes to the literature by highlighting the complex interaction between gender and qualifications and advocating for equitable HR policies. Abstract

This study explores the impact of employee competence and loyalty on job promotion outcomes in the context of Indonesia's manufacturing sector. It investigates how these factors interact and influence promotion decisions, drawing on theories such as social exchange theory and the resource-based view. The findings reveal that while competence is a critical determinant of job performance, loyalty significantly enhances an employee's chances of promotion by increasing their visibility and perceived value within the organization. The study also provides practical recommendations for HR departments, emphasizing the importance of training programs, recognition systems, and supportive organizational cultures. These insights contribute to the ongoing debate on the role of competence and loyalty in career advancement. Despite some limitations, including its focus on a single industry, the study paves the way for future research to expand on these findings and explore the dynamics of competence and loyalty across different industries and regions.
