Abstract

The MSME sector in Indonesia plays an important role in driving economic activity. Sidoarjo Regency is known as one of the areas dubbed as the center of MSMEs in Indonesia. The purpose of the study is to analyze and explain the development strategy of MSMEs in Delta City. The basic concepts in this strategy, strategies according to Salusu include corporate strategy, program strategy, resource support strategy, and institutional strategy. This study applies a qualitative method with purposive sampling techniques and collects data through interviews, observations, and documentation. Data analysis was carried out using the interactive approach of Miles, Huberman, and Saldana. The results show that the development of MSMEs in Sidoarjo district involves several aspects. First, within the framework of resource support corporate focus is given to the best service providers through coaching, development and mentoring activities for business actors. Second, program strategy is realized through business mentoring efforts carried out by the Sidoarjo District Cooperative and Micro Business Office. Third, the resource support strategy involves collaboration with the Economic Section Head in the Sub-district, the Sub-district Coordinator, and the Association Coordinator as a group of business actors to improve their quality. Fourth, institutional strategy involves the implementation of institutional strategies by the Sidoarjo District Government's Office of Cooperatives and Micro Enterprises through socialization, seminars, and inspiring businesses. However, there are several obstacles in the development of MSMEs in Sidoarjo District, including aspects of human resource (HR) qualifications, capital, and program strategies that need to be overcome in optimizing program strategies.Sektor UMKM di Indonesia memiliki peran penting dalam menggerakkan kegiatan ekonomi. Kabupaten Sidoarjo dikenal sebagai Kabupaten Sidoarjo dikenal sebagai salah satu daerah yang dijuluki sebagai pusat UMKM di Indonesia. Tujuan dari penelitian adalah untuk menganalisis dan menjelaskan strategi pengembangan UMKM di Kota Delta. Konsep dasar dalam strategi ini, strategi menurut Salusu diantaranya corporate strategy, program strategy, resource support strategy, dan institusional strategy. Penelitian ini menerapkan metode kualitatif dengan teknik purposive sampling dan mengumpulkan data melalui wawancara, observasi, serta dokumentasi. Analisis data yang dilakukan dengan menggunakan pendekatan interaktif Miles, Huberman, dan Saldana. Hasil penelitian menunjukan bahwa pengembangan UMKM di Kabupaten Sidoarjo melibatkan beberapa aspek. Pertama, dalam kerangka resource support corporate fokus diberikan pada penyedia layanan terbaik melalui upaya kegiatan pembinaan, pengembangan, dan pendampingan kepada para pelaku usaha. Kedua, program strategy diwujudkan melalui upaya pendampingan pelaku usaha yang dilakukan oleh Dinas Koperasi dan Usaha Mikro Kabupaten Sidoarjo. Ketiga, resource support strategy melibatkan kolaborasi dengan Kasi Perekonomi di Kecamatan, Koordinator Kecamatan, serta Koordinator Asosiasi sebagai kelompok pelaku usaha untuk meningkatkan kualitas diri. Keempat, institusional strategy melibatkan implementasi strategi kelembagaan oleh Dinas Koperasi dan Usaha Mikro Pemerintah Kabupaten Sidoarjo melalui sosialisasi, seminar, dan inspring bussines. Namun, terdapat beberapa kendala dalam pengembangan UMKM di Kabupaten Sidoarjo diantaranya aspek kualitasi sumber daya manusia (SDM), permodalan, dan strategi program yang dalam optimalisasi strategi program yang perlu diatasi.

Abstract

This study will examine the role of the Village Consultative Body (BPD) in the development planning of Medalem Village using Soerjono Soekanto's role theory. The purpose of this study is to describe the role of the Village Consultative Body (BPD) in the development planning of Medalem Village according to the six indicators of Soerjono Soekanto's role theory. The research method is descriptive qualitative, with data collection techniques through observation and interviews. The results of this study show that the role of the BPD of Medalem Village has not been fully implemented. It is proven from the results obtained that 3 of the 6 indicators of Soekanto's role theory still have problems, namely (1) role conflict in the form of unclear information delivery between the BPD; (2) rights and obligations in the form of BPD supervision are only formalities without in-depth evaluation; and (3) social expectations in the form of the absence of several BPD members without clear explanation.

Abstract

Abortion is generally an act of abortion that is carried out without giving the opportunity to live outside the womb for certain reasons. Abortion committed by rape victims becomes a polemic in the context of criminal law to be held accountable. There are different formulations in the regulations that regulate even though these regulations regulate the same material so that rape victims who have abortions can be criminally charged. The method used is a statutory (normative) approach by using data collection namely laws and secondary sources of material in the form of previous thesis, books, scientific journals, and other literacy. The results of the research obtained are that the perpetrators of abortion victims of rape cannot be held criminally responsible because of the principle of no crime without fault where the perpetrators of abortion of rape victims have abortions which are prohibited by the Criminal Code but in accordance with the provisions of Article 75 paragraph (2) of Law Number 36 of 2009 concerning Health that allows abortion due to rape.

Abstract

In the era of globalization and rapid technological development, organizations are faced with the demands of rapid adaptation to maintain competitiveness, with organizational culture and employee commitment as key success factors. In Indonesia, Generation Z, which now dominates the workforce, has unique characteristics and high challenges in job satisfaction, which impact turnover intentions and organizational turnover. This study aims to examine the relationship between organizational culture, organizational commitment, and job satisfaction of Generation Z employees using a bibliometric analysis approach on related publications (2011-2023) collected through Publish or Perish software and analyzed with VOSViewer. The results show a significant upward trend in publications, a strong link between the topics of Generation Z, job satisfaction, and employee performance, and the important role of an adaptive and inclusive organizational culture in increasing the motivation and loyalty of Generation Z. This study provides a strong foundation for human resource management practices that are responsive to demographic dynamics and the challenges of the modern workplace. Highlights: Adaptive Culture: Inclusive organizational culture improves motivation and loyalty of Gen Z employees. Job Satisfaction: Directly linked to turnover intentions and overall organizational performance. Research Insight: Bibliometric analysis (2011–2023) shows strong publication growth in Gen Z and HR topics. Abstract

Fenomena echo chamber di media sosial semakin memengaruhi penegakan hukum di Indonesia. Kondisi ini terlihat pada fenomena no viral no justice, ketika aparat lebih cepat menindak lanjuti kasus yang viral atau ramai diperbincangkan di media sosial dibanding kasus yang tidak mendapat perhatian publik. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menganalisis Echo Chamber di Media Sosial dalam Penegak Hukum studi kasus No Viral No Justice. Penelitian ini menggunakan pendekatan kuantitatif dengan analisis bibliometrik Penelitian ini juga memanfaatkan data publikasi dari Google Scholar melalui aplikasi Publish or Perish dalam rentang waktu 2016-2025. Berdasarkan hasil dan analisis data, penelitian menunjukkan adanya tren publikasi yang stabil dengan fokus pada isu hukum dan media sosial di Indonesia, yang juga terhubung dengan isu-isu global seperti justice, protest, dan racism. Kasus Vina dan mario Dandy menjadi contoh nyata bagaimana viralitas di media sosial dapat mempercepat proses hukum melalui tekanan publik. Penelitian ini menyimpulkan bahwa echo chamber mampu memperkuat partisipasi publik dalam mengawal keadilan dan percepatan penegakan hukum, tetapi sekaligus berpotensi menimbulkan polarisasi, bias informasi, dan menurunkan kepercayaan publik terhadap objektivitas hukum. Oleh sebab itu, peningkatan literasi digital diperlukan agar pemanfaatan media sosial dapat tetap mendukung penegakan hukum yang adil dan seimbang.
