Abstract

The spread of Covid-19 to almost all countries in the world affects various aspects of human life. Through Circular Letter Number 4 of 2020 concerning the Implementation of Education Policies in the Emergency Period of the Spread of Covid-19, the government decided to change the implementation of offline learning to online learning. XYZ University in Bandung City already has a Quality Assurance Division that is tasked with evaluating the use of information technology (IT) for the offline learning process, but it also needs an IT utilization evaluation instrument related to all aspects of online learning. This research aims to create an online learning evaluation system based on international standards by considering the quality aspects of the educational system, support system, learner quality, instructor quality, and information quality. PSSUQ method is used for 4 assessment categories with a 7-point Likert scale assessment of the technology usability concept. Meanwhile, the Naive Bayes method is used to analyse the polarity of comments related to the effectiveness of IT utilization in the online learning process. The results obtained from research on students of the Department of Information Systems class of 2018 and 2019, obtained 18 subcategories successfully exceeded the target with a score of 5.18. The ease to learn and ease to use subcategories have the highest average score of 6.30, while the previous experience subcategory has the lowest average score of 5.18. For processing the polarity of comments regarding the ease to use subcategory, a positive sentiment of 90.3% was obtained, visualized using a word cloud. The results of this study show that out of 24 subcategories of assessment aspects, only 1 is still below the average target and the utilization of IT in the online learning process meets its utilization objectives. The resulting evaluation instrument can be utilized as part of a sustainable quality assurance process.

Abstract

Ketepatan informasi jasa merupakan salah satu tolak ukur paling penting dalam kualitas jasa, termasuk salah satunya adalah ketepatan informasi waktu. Salah satu bisnis jasa yang membutuhkan informasi waktu adalah bengkel. Bengkel PGM merupakan bisnis otomotif yang menawarkan jasa servis kendaraan mobil dan motor. Bengkel memiliki kebijakan untuk memberikan perkiraan estimasi waktu penyelesaian untuk transaksi dengan durasi lebih dari satu hari. Akan tetapi, berdasarkan data transaksi pada tahun 2022, saat ini akurasi estimasi tersebut hanya mencapai 68%. Hal tersebut kemungkinan disebabkan oleh beberapa hal, antara lain belum adanya peraturan khusus dalam menentukan servis mana yang perlu dikerjakan terlebih dahulu sehingga urutan pengerjaan dapat dengan mudah berubah yang menyebabkan waktu estimasi tidak tercapai. Agar dapat meningkatkan akurasi estimasi tersebut, dilakukan perancangan sistem informasi servis kendaraan. Sistem usulan yang dirancang bertujuan memberikan solusi dengan mengadopsi metode antrean prioritas. Sistem antrean responsif yang dapat memberikan rekomendasi antrean berdasarkan data bengkel diharapkan dapat meningkatkan ketepatan estimasi yang dibuat. Sistem yang dirancang akan menghitung waktu estimasi setiap transaksi sebelum mengurutkan semua transaksi aktif berdasarkan prioritas. Tingkat prioritas akan berubah sesuai dengan beberapa parameter, seperti durasi, waktu kedatangan, dan sisa waktu estimasi. Metode tersebut diharapkan dapat membantu bengkel dalam meningkatkan ketepatan waktu estimasi dengan memastikan semua servis selesai sebelum waktu estimasi yang ditentukan. Berdasarkan hasil pengujian didapatkan bahwa metode yang digunakan dapat meningkatkan akurasi estimasi menjadi 80%. Hasil akhir yang didapat dalam user acceptance test menggunakan UTAUT menunjukkan bahwa target pengguna memiliki respons positif terhadap sistem, baik secara performace expectancy, effort expectancy, maupun social influence.

Abstract

Proses procurement bahan baku kain (greige) pada perusahaan manufaktur tekstil menjadi salah satu proses yang sangat penting karena berpengaruh pada tingkat pemenuhan pesanan dan kepuasan pelanggan. Di samping itu, proses pengadaan bahan baku juga bertujuan untuk memenuhi buffer stock untuk mengantipasi proses reject pada quality control. Kesalahan dalam perencanaan produksi dapat mengakibatkan penumpukan barang dan peningkatan biaya operasional. Pada penelitian ini dilakukan pengembangan sistem infomasi  kebutuhan bahan baku kain dengan metoda forecasting pada industri manufaktur tekstil. Model forecasting pada sistem usulan dikembangkan dengan melakukan analisis data transaksi perusahaan. Dari hasil perhitungan erorr rate didapatkan bahwa metode yang terpilih untuk digunakan pada sistem informasi peramalan buffer stock adalah single moving average, weighted moving average, double moving average, dan single exponential smoothing. Dengan hasil perhitungan MAPE 22,1% hingga 62,9%, dilakukan juga uji validitas dengan durbin watson sehingga dapat mencari model terbaik untuk melakukan forecasting pada periode selanjutnya. Di samping itu, sistem usulan juga mampu merekam dan mengolah data untuk membantu perusahaan dalam melakukan pengadaan kain greige. Dari hasil pengujian sistem, didapat nilai akurasi sebesar 82%. Hal ini menunjukan bahwa sistem usulan cukup baik dalam memberikan hasil peramalan sesuai kebutuhan perusahaan terkait pengadaan buffer stock bahan baku kain greige.

Abstract

Berangkat dari pembuatan Simulator CABbaGe (Coronary Artery Bypass Grafting) sebagai sarana media pembelajaran bedah jantung koroner yang berkonsep virtual reality, perancangan biomodeling denyut jantung dimulai dengan pendekatan pada perubahan tekanan pulsa di daerah mesh pembentuk obyek jantung yang mengakibatkan perubahan volume jantung, dan berakhir pada perubahan gaya tekan jantung. Dari perancangan tersebut, dieksplorasi untuk mendapatkan hasil yang lebih baik terkait model denyut jantung dengan menggunakan Model Windkessel  Dua Elemen yang mana model ini menggambarkan dinamika tekanan dan aliran darah dalam sistem kardiovaskular dan lebih akurat dalam menggambarkan dinamika aliran darah yang lebih kompleks. Dari hasil pengujian dapat diperoleh kesimpulan bahwa implementasi Model Windkessel Dua Elemen ini cukup efektif untuk memodelkan dan memahami mekanika dasar dari aliran darah dalam sistem kardiovaskular. Selain itu, algoritme dari pemodelan ini cukup sederhana sehingga memudahkan penerapannya dalam simulasi biomodeling denyut sebagai bagian dari upaya membantu pembelajar bedah kardiovaskular menganalisis kinerja jantung secara lebih baik lagi.

Abstract

Culture is the intellectual, spiritual, and aesthetic development of a group of people. Indonesia has a very rich cultural diversity, one of which is folklore. Folklore is a story of the past that describes the cultural characteristics of a nation. However, the current development, the dissemination, delivery, and storage of Indonesian folklore is fading and decreasing. In fact, every knowledge in folklore has benefits that have a positive impact, especially in the dissemination or sharing of Indonesian moral values and cultural norms. In the midst of the development of information technology today, the condition of the folklore makes the role of the application to help in contributing to improve the situation that occurs from Indonesian folklore. The problem that has occurred until now is the limited application of collaborative media in the process of delivering, disseminating, and storing existing knowledge, resulting in the process of sharing knowledge being hampered. To solve these problems, in this study a Knowledge Management System (KMS) was created. This KMS was developed with web-based Web 2.0 technology. This KMS was also developed with a feature that can provide traffic information that is useful for showing information from each user activity. With this KMS, the knowledge sharing process runs effectively and the knowledge shared by each user is more collaborative and provides the development of new knowledge.

Abstract

PAUD Permata Tunas Daud is one of the early childhood education schools in East Java. As an early childhood education institution, communication between the school and parents regarding monitoring progress of students is very much needed; that's why Permata Tunas Daud PAUD implements two-way communication with a communication book run every week. However, physical books that frequently change hands carry a risk of loss and damage. In addition, the existing document form contains only some of the information one wishes to receive and convey. Therefore, this study aims to develop a system to help share teachers' knowledge with parents. This research used the waterfall method for software development and design thinking for problem collection. After the analysis, a solution for making an information system is determined with several features, such as an assessment element carried out by the teacher; this feature facilitates the teacher to create information on child development, which will later be displayed to parents. The system also provides an announcement feature for teachers to share knowledge with parents to support children's growth. After the software is developed, the system will be tested with two testing methods, namely black box testing and testing the user with User Acceptance Testing (UAT). Based on the UAT that has been carried out, it is found that each test has produced a value greater than or equal to 80%, so it can be concluded that the system succeeded in getting good scores from all aspects and for each user.
