Abstract

AI influences the facility's algorithm or search engine for a particular product or service. Then it changes the cost and length of lines such as in online transport, which can be detrimental to customers. Not to mention about data security and consumer privacy in the era of frequent cybercrime. In Indonesia, consumers' personal data is spread or sold due to hacking in many e-commerce applications. The juridical-normative method is used in this research to determine consumer protection after the implementation of AI in online businesses. The purpose of this study is to determine the urgency of regulation of the use of artificial intelligence (AI) in e-commerce. And the form of legal protection for consumers of e commerce users. This research uses two approaches: a case approach and a statutory approach, all available data is analysed using qualitative descriptive analysis techniques, Taking into account that the use of AI in Indonesia will not only increase for technological purposes alone, but also in various sectors, existing laws and regulations in the field of technology must be applied to regulate the application of AI in Indonesia. Any new regulation should ensure compliance with existing regulations and adjust to the characteristics of the relevant sectors

Abstract

Neural networks are the focal point of machine learning research. Their applications span across various fields and solve complex and intricate problems. Neural networks have now been applied in health image processing to detect various diseases such as cancer and diabetes. Another disease that threatens our health is kidney disease. This disease is becoming more common due to the substances and elements we consume. Death is imminent and inevitable within a few days without at least one functioning kidney. Ignoring kidney damage can lead to chronic kidney disease leading to death. Often, Kidney Disease and its symptoms are mild and gradual, often going unnoticed for years and only being realized recently. This study used 400 patients with 10 attributes as our dataset from Bade General Hospital. We used a Neural network model to predict the presence or absence of kidney disease susceptibility in patients. The model yielded an accuracy of 98%. Furthermore, we identified and highlighted the important features to rank the features used in kidney disease prediction. The results revealed that two attributes; Creatinine and Bicarbonate had the highest influence on kidney disease susceptibility prediction.

Abstract

Dalam bidang Kesehatan, khususnya sistem informasi pendaftaran rawat jalan dengan memanfaatkan tekonologi informasi semakin berkembang. Internet merupakan jaringan komputer yang dapat memberikan informasi lebih cepat dan efisien kepada masyarakat. Selain itu suatu instansi dapat menyampaikan informasi lebih lengkap dan menarik melalui web. Alur dan sistem pendaftaran pasien rawat jalan di Klinik yang semula manual dengan sistem kertas, kemudian mengumpulkan beberapa aspek pelayanan pasien, dokter, diagnosa, tindakan serta laporan yang dimuat dalam suatu sistem pendaftaran pasien rawat jalan berbasis web melalui beberapa tahapan yaitu komunikasi, perencanaan, pemodelan, konstruksi dan penyerahan. Sistem ini dirancang dan diaplikasikan secara komputerisasi dengan menggunakan bahasa pemrograman PHP (Hypertext Prepocessor) yang terdiri dari tabel pasien, tabel poliklinik, tabel dokter, tabel diagnosa, tabel tindakan dan tabel pendaftaran. Laporan yang dihasilkan yaitu laporan data per pasien/ data pasien, laporan data poliklinik, laporan data dokter, laporan data diagnosa, laporan data tindakan, laporan pendaftaran pasien per periode, KIB.Kata Kunci : sistem informasi, rawat jalan, web

Abstract

Pusat Kesehatan Masyarakat (Puskesmas) adalah salah satu instansi kesehatan yang bertugas menjaga kesehatan masyarakat. Dalam pemenuhan tugasnya, Puskesmas melakukan kegiatan-kegiatan seperti penyuluhan kesehatan baik kesehatan diri maupun lingkungan, melayani pengobatan, konsultasi kesehatan, dan lain-lain. Sehingga melalui kegiatan itu, diharapkan Puskesmas dapat menjadi pusat kesehatan masyarakat yang sebenarnya. Sistem penilaian kualitas pelayanan masih dilakukan secara konvensional yaitu menggunakan kertas dan masih memerlukan petugas yang berjaga untuk setiap poli pada proses penilaian tersebut. Sehingga terdapat pemborosan kertas dan sdm Oleh sebab itu dari permasalahan tersebut, pada pendaftaran pasien rawat jalan dibutuhkan pembuatan aplikasi pengolahan data kuesioner penilaian pada Puskesmas kebakkramat 2 berbasis android agar dapat menerima data penilaian dapat dimuat dan diakses melalui android, hal ini dilakukan agar sistem yang penulis buat dapat lebih efektif dengan hal2 yang terkait tentang penilaian kecepatan petugas, Kopetensi petugas, kesopanan serta keramahan petugas, kerapian berpakaian yang bertugas pada pelayanan puskesmas, kesesuaian persyaratan, kemudahan prosedur dan kewajiban biaya.

Abstract

Era digitalisasi sudah jauh berkembang pesat yakni pada bidang teknologi informasi termasuk pada bidang pelayanan kesehatan. Salah satunya adalah perancangan sistem pendaftaran online pasien rawat jalan berbasis android di Klinik Pratama Ary Farma Jaten Karanganyar. Pada awalnya sistem pendaftaran yang dilaksanakan di Klinik Pratama Ary Farma masih menggunakan cara konvensional. Maka dari itu apabila klinik yang cukup ramai dikunjungi oleh pasien tidak melakukan pendaftaran secara cepat dan efektif akan menimbulkan antrian yang cukup banyak. Metode penelitian yang digunakan adalah deskriptif. Dengan identifikasi variabel alur pendaftaran rawat jalan, data pasien, data dokter, data poliklinik, data jadwal polklinik, data jadwal praktek dokter, data petugas pendaftaran dan data pendaftaran. Pendekatan yang digunakan adalah cross sectional. Dan menggunakan metode pengembangan sistem SDLC (System Development Life Cycle). Perancangan Sistem Pendaftaran Online Pasien Rawat Jalan Berbasis Android Klinik Pratama Ary Farma dibangun menggunakan bahasa pemrograman PHP dan database MySQL terdiri dari tabel data pasien, data dokter data poliklinik, data jadwal poliklinik, data jadwal praktek dokter poliklinik, data petugas pendaftaran, dan data pendaftaran. Output yang dihasilkan adalah laporan-laporan dari semua master data serta laporan kunjungan pasien berdasarkan tanggal pendaftaran pasien. Sistem pendaftaran pada Klinik Pratama Ary Farma Jaten belum terkomputerisasi sehingga menyebabkan proses pendaftaran kurang efektif dimana ketika pasien tidak membawa kartu periksa pasien atau KIB akan menghambat proses pendaftaran karena harus mencari data pasien terlebih dahulu. Sebaiknya sistem pendaftaran online pasien rawat jalan berbasis android di Klinik Pratama Ary Farma diterapkan dan dikembangkan agar pelayanan yang diberikan kepada pasien lebih efektif dan efisien dimana pasien bisa mendaftar dari rumah menggunakan android/smartphone untuk mengurangi timbulnya antrian panjang

Abstract

Stunting is a global health problem, especially in developing countries including Indonesia. One of the main causes of stunting is malnutrition, especially in children aged 0-23 months. Therefore, this study aims to develop an AI-based model to detect calories in Indonesian food images for stunting prevention, using the Transfer Learning method with AlexNet. In this article, we propose a new deep learning-based food image calorie detection model called, Alexnet Interactive Transfer Learning (AITL). AITL is built based on Alexnet's Convolution Neural Network architecture, and further modified at the last Convolution layer and classification layer. AITL was evaluated using a dataset from the Indonesian food database. Experiments were conducted on the dataset to detect food types and their calorific content. There are ten classes of authentic Indonesian food types, which include: Rendang, Bika Ambon, Pempek, Sate Ayam, Gado-gado, Ayam Pop, Kerak Telor, Rawon, Lemang, and Ayam Betutu. The accuracy of the developed AITL model reached 95.33%. The results of the tests conducted show that Alexnet-based AITL outperforms other CNNs in terms of accuracy and efficiency.

Abstract

Posyandu cadres are health providers who are closest to the community. One of the tasks of posyandu cadres is to address stunting. The problem faced by posyandu cadres in addressing stunting is the difficulty in determining the nutritional status and stunting status of toddlers. This is because this work is usually carried out by midwives at the Community Health Centre (Puskesmas). The objective of this community service project is to implement a smart application for detecting stunting in toddlers for posyandu cadres. The smart application includes: recording toddler medical records, automatically detecting toddler nutritional status and stunting, and displaying graphs of weight, height, and head circumference development. This community service project covers two main points. First is the implementation of a smart application for detecting stunting in toddlers for posyandu cadres, and second is training in the operation of the programme for posyandu cadres. The accuracy of the smart application for detecting stunting in toddlers is 96%. Meanwhile, the results of the evaluation of the feasibility of implementing the software using the PIECES method obtained a result of 83.8%. The results of the community service conducted at the Arumdalu Posyandu, Sangrahan Village, Grogol, Sukoharjo, show that Posyandu cadres are greatly assisted by the stunting detection software for infants using an intelligent system.

Abstract

Stunting is a condition of failure to achieve normal growth due to poor nutritional status over a long period of time. The purpose of this Community Service Program is to increase the knowledge of stunting cadres through smart applications for stunting prevention. This is the basis for community service with the title "PKM Implementation of Smart Applications for Stunting Prevention at the Arumdalu Integrated Health Post (Posyandu) in Sanggrahan Village, Grogol, Sukoharjo". The activity stages begin with coordination and communication activities with the Village Head, Village Midwife, and the Chairperson of the Arumdalu Integrated Health Post (Posyandu) in Sanggrahan Village. The implementation of Community Service (PKM) is carried out offline through digital-based education with a brainstorming method. The outputs of this PkM activity are the publication of scientific articles in the PkM journal, proceedings, posters, mass media publications, application guides, 5-minute PkM activity videos, and the integration of PkM activity results into courses. The outputs of this PkM are expected to have an impact on increasing knowledge, improving the quality of abilities, and real practices of the Arumdalu Integrated Health Post (Posyandu) cadres in Sanggrahan Village in stunting prevention.
