Abstract

In the current era of digital transformation, it is essential to modernize data processing systems to improve operational efficiency and competitiveness across industries. However, PT Agro Sawit Musi Rawas still relies on outdated manual processes, resulting in reporting delays, inaccurate data, and difficulties in real-time performance monitoring. Therefore, the aim of this research is to design a comprehensive monitoring system specifically tailored to meet the unique operational needs of PT Agro Sawit Musi Rawas. The system criteria were identified through methods such as observations, interviews, and literature reviews, which provided valuable insights into the company’s specific challenges and requirements. The system design incorporates data collection and analysis using the URS (User Requirement Specification) and UML (Unified Modeling Language) frameworks, ensuring it addresses the identified needs effectively. The design and analysis follow a structured and systematic process to develop an information monitoring system that enhances transparency, operational effectiveness, and efficiency. The findings reveal that the implementation of the proposed system can significantly improve reporting speed, data accuracy, and real-time monitoring capabilities. By adopting this monitoring system, PT Agro Sawit Musi Rawas can optimize reporting processes, facilitate real-time performance monitoring, and ultimately strengthen its competitive market position.

Abstract

This study proposes a new method to assess researcher expertise using publication data. The quality of research publications is an important indicator in the ranking of universities that are undergoing diversification. Research publications have become an important indicator in the university ranking system and have a major impact on the reputation of universities as a lens for the study of expertise and prestige for human resources. Expertise is often difficult to verify objectively, as a result, many people claim to be experts or are considered experts without evidence and correct data. To ensure the expertise of researchers, it must be proven with valid data support through measurable and presentable expertise parameters. The model built uses the cosine similarity and association rule approaches. The publication variables attached to the researcher are formulated in the collaboration of the algorithm to assess the level of researcher expertise. Validation of important points of publications as parameters for measuring expertise has been identified as the main factor contributing to the measurement of researcher expertise and its impact on university reputation. The model built successfully validated researcher expertise up to 72% which is relevant to its support for university rankings up to 75%.

Abstract

Di era digital saat ini, keberhasilan pemasaran tidak hanya bergantung pada keberadaan di platform media sosial, tetapi juga pada kemampuan untuk menghasilkan konten visual yang menarik, relevan, dan konsisten. Penelitian ini menggunakan pendekatan Research and Development (R&D) untuk mendesain, memproduksi, dan mengevaluasi berbagai jenis konten visual, seperti foto, video, dan desain grafis, yang disesuaikan dengan kebutuhan dan preferensi audiens target. Tahapan penelitian meliputi analisis kebutuhan, pembuatan konten, hingga pengukuran efektivitas melalui fitur insight Instagram. Hasil menunjukkan peningkatan signifikan dalam keterlibatan pengguna melalui publikasi 4 video Reels dan 8 desain grafis yang diunggah secara terjadwal, dengan pendekatan gaya minimalis dan profesional. Pengujian dilakukan melalui metode uji Alpha dan Beta. Uji Alpha, yang melibatkan pemilik dan dua staf, menunjukkan rata-rata hasil sebesar 93% dengan kategori "Sangat Setuju". Sementara itu, uji Beta dilakukan dengan melibatkan 150 responden melalui fitur Instastory Instagram, menghasilkan rata-rata skor 90,42%, yang juga masuk dalam kategori "Sangat Setuju". Berdasarkan temuan tersebut, penelitian ini membuktikan bahwa strategi konten visual yang dirancang dengan baik dapat meningkatkan interaksi audiens secara signifikan, sekaligus memberikan panduan praktis bagi UMKM dalam memaksimalkan media sosial sebagai alat pemasaran yang efektif dan berkelanjutan pembelajaran.
