Abstract

Tujuan penelitian ini adalah untuk menganalisis pengaruh Lingkungan Kerja terhadap Produktivitas Kerja Karyawan, pengaruh Kerja Praktek terhadap Produktivitas Kerja Karyawan, pengaruh Lingkungan Kerja dan Pelatihan Kerja terhadap Produktivitas Kerja Karyawan dan serta variabel independen mana yang paling dominan. Tehnik analisis yang digunakan adalah analisis deskriptif, uji validitas, reliablitas, asumsi klasik, analisis regresi linier berganda, analisis koefisien determinasi, uji standardized coefisient beta dan uji hipotesis-t. Hasil penelitian didapatkan bahwa Lingkungan Kerja memiliki pengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap Produktivitas Kerja Karyawan, Pelatihan Kerja memiliki pengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap Produktivitas Kerja Karyawan, Lingkungan Kerja dan Pelatihan Kerja secara bersama-sama memberikan kontribusi terhadap peningkatan Produktivitas Kerja Karyawan. Pelatihan Kerja berpengaruh dominan terhadap Produktivitas Kerja.

Abstract

School as an educational institution that organize learning activities, really need quality human resources for the success of that school. Which can be done by conducting an effective recruitment and selection process, therefore the school will get qualified teacher which will improve the teacher’s performance in achieving educational goals. Based on the background of the problem in this study, the main problems are as follows: 1) Does recruitment influence teacher performance at TI Bali Global Denpasar Vocational School? 2) Does selection influence teacher performance at TI Bali Global Vocational School Denpasar? 3) How much recruitment and selection influence for teacher performance at TI Bali Global Vocational School Denpasar. The purpose of the research are as follows: 1) To determine the influence of recruitment on teacher performance at TI Bali Global Denpasar Vocational High School 2) To determine the influence of selection on teacher performance at TI Bali Global Vocational High School Denpasar 3) To find out how much influence of recruitment and selection to performance teacher at TI Bali Global Vocational School Denpasar. The population in this study involved all the teacher of TI Bali Global Denpasar Vocational High School amounted 60 people and this study used the population as a sample. The analysis technique used is descriptive analysis, data quality test, classic assumption test, multiple linear regression analysis, t-test analysis and analysis of determination. The results of the analysis show a regression model Y = 3.944 + 0.402 (X1) + 0.470 (X2). The conclusion obtained is that recruitment (X1) partially has a positive and significant effect on teacher performance (Y) on TI Global Global Denpasar Vocational School as indicated by the coefficient b1X1 : tcount = 2.582> ttable (0.05: 57 ) = 1.672 and Sig.t = 0.012 (p <0.05). Selection (X2) partially has a positive and significant effect on teacher performance (Y) on TI Bali Global Denpasar Vocational School, this can be seen in the coefficient b2X2: tcount = 2.994> ttable (0.05: 52 ) = 1.672 and Sig.t = 0.002 (p <0.05). The influence of recruitment and selection on teacher performance at TI Bali Global Denpasar Vocational School is 70.3% while the remaining 29.7% is influenced by other variables outside of this study such as motivation, workload, work environment and others.

Abstract

This study aims to analyse the effect of product quality and price on purchasing decisions Tupperware. The number of samples in this study were 119 respondents. Data collection techniques in this study are questionnaires, documents and interviews. Sampling uses the purposive sampling method, which is a sampling technique that is carried out for certain purposes and considerations. The research method used in this research is quantitative descriptive method. While the method of data analysis using multiple linear regression with T-test. Partially product quality (X1) and price (X2) have a positive and significant effect on purchasing decisions (Y) at PT.Widya Mutiara Bali. product quality (X1) and price (X2) have a positive and significant effect on purchasing decisions (Y) at PT.Widya Mutiara Bali. Based on the results of the study obtained a regression equation model Y=10,250+0,214X1+0,184X2, meaning that if there is an increase in product quality then the purchasing decision at PT. Widya Mutiara Bali will increase by 0.214 and if there is an increase in prices, the purschasing decision at PT. Widya Mutiara Bali will increase by 0.184. This means that there is a positive and significant influence between product quality and price on Tupperware purchasing decisions at PT. Widya Mutiara Bali. Implications for companies are to always improve product quality and maintain prices so that purchasing decisions can be maintained.

Abstract

Competition is facing the era of increasingly high free trade, including competition in the tourism sector. So it requires human resources who have the knowledge and skills that can meet global demands so that a development program is needed to increase the ability to carry out duties and responsibilities. This research aims to analyze the effect of job training and communication on employee performance at the Grand Inna Kuta Hotel. The data collection technique in this research is a questionnaire. Sampling in this research using disproportional sampling method. The respondents who were taken as samples in this research were 108 employees of the Grand Inna Kuta Hotel. The analytical tools used to answer the problems in this research are data quality test, classical assumption test and multiple regression analysis. The results of the analysis resulted in the regression equation model Y = 9,059 + 0.322 X1 + 0.174 X2. Job training has a positive and significant effect of 0.322, confirmed by testing the hypothesis which shows the tcount of 2.305 is greater than the t table of 1.657, with a significance of 0.023 (0.023 <0.05). Communication (X2) has a positive and significant effect on employee performance (Y) of 0.174, confirmed by hypothesis testing which shows that the tcount of 1.969 is greater than the t table of 1.657 with a significance of 0.042 (0.042 <0.05). Job training independent variable (X1) has a standardized coefficients beta value of 0.264, while communication has a standardized coefficients beta value of 0.226, so it can be concluded that job training independent variable (X1) has a more dominant influence on employee performance. Meanwhile, job training and communication together contributed 19.7% to the employee performance of Hotel Grand Inna Kuta.

Abstract

This research purposes to identity the effect of promotional strategies through social media mediated by word of mouth marketing on purchase Ms-Glow in Gianyar. Word of mouth marketing is an activity to discuss satisfaction or dissatisfaction with others. In order to achieve the company goals, it is also necessary to promote through good social media, so that it is stored in the minds of consumers in order to improve purchasing decisions. This research design is a quantitative research. Sampling was using purposive sampling technique, where the total sample size is 100. In this research, statistical analysis is using SPPS (Statistical for Social Science) version 26 computer program. The results of this research indicate that (1) There are a positive influence on promotional strategies through social media, on the decision to purchase Ms-Glow in Gianyar. This is evidence by the t-count of 2,295 with a significance value of 0,024 less than 0,05 and the regression coefficient having an positive value of 0,187 (2) There are a positive effect of promotional through social media on word of mouth marketing on Ms-Glow in Gianyar. This evidenced by the t-count of 6,992 with a significance value 0,000 less than 0,05 and the regression coefficient has a positive value of 0,486. (3) There are a positive effect of word of mouth on Ms-Glow in Gianyar. This is evidenced by the t-count of 3,87 which is greater that t table with a significant level of 0,05, which is 1,96 and the mediation coefficient of 0,24543 is positive.

Abstract

This research aims to find out the influence of communication on employee morale at Disni Luxury Spa And Villas Seminyak. To find out the effect of motivation on employee morale at Disini Luxury Spa And Villas Seminyak. To find out how big the influence of communication and motivation on employee morale at Disini Luxury Spa And Villas Seminyak. To find out which independent variables have a dominant influence on employee morale at Disini Luxury Spa And Villas Seminyak. The sample used was 55 people and this study used a questionnaire in data collection. The data analysis technique used is descriptive analysis, validitty and reliability testing, classical assumption test, multiple linear regression analysis, t-test analysis, coefficient of determination, and standardized coefficient beta. The results of the analysis produce a regressio equation model Y = -4.370 + 0.813X1 + 0.333X2. This study resulted in four conclusions, namely (1) there is a partially positive and significant influence of communication on employee morale. (2) there is a partially positive and significant influence of motivation on employee morale. (3) the influence of communication and motivation on employee morale at Disini Luxury Spa And Villas Srminyak is 49,9%. (4) communication is the most dominant variable affecting employee morale at Disini Luxury Spa And Viillas Seminyak with a value of 0.650, while the motivation variable is 0.208.

Abstract

Online marketing has become a mandatory activity that needs to be done by all business people. And in order to get maximum results regarding the application of digital marketing, they do not hesitate to use several digital marketing service providers. Of course, it is not without reason that they chose a digital agency. They must do that because not all business actors are able to implement the most appropriate marketing strategy for the development of their products and brands. The development of the digital business world has been quite rapid, but there are still many business actors who need a person, institution, or company who is able to meet their needs regarding the use of digital marketing. This study aims to analyze effect of digital marketing and customer relationship marketing on consumer satisfaction and consumer loyalty at Gypsy Belles Jewelry Bali. This research uses quantitative analysis. The population in this study are consumers who buy at Gypsy Belles Jewelry Bali. This study uses 19 statements so that the sample studied is a minimum of 95 respondents and a maximum of 190 respondents. Hypothesis testing is carried out using the WarpPLS inferential analysis tool. The results show that digital marketing has a positive and significant effect on consumer satisfaction. Customer relationship marketing has a positive and significant effect on consumer satisfaction. Digital marketing has a positive and significant effect on consumer loyalty. Customer relationship marketing has a positive and not significant effect on consumer loyalty. Consumer satisfaction has a positive and significant effect on consumer loyalty.

Abstract

The world of industrial business is now increasingly widespread, one of which is the aviation industry. The aviation industry is one of the means of transportation that can make it easier for us to travel long distances but with a faster time. To analyze the effect of tangibles/physical evidence on customer satisfaction using Garuda Indonesia airline in Denpasar. This study aims to analyze the effect of reliability/reliability variable, responsiveness/responsiveness variable, assurance/guarantee, empathy/caring, on customer satisfaction in using Garuda Indonesia airline in Denpasar. This research uses a quantitative approach. Respondents in this study were customers who visited the Garuda Indonesia office in Denpasar, with a total sample of 95 respondents. The analysis technique used is multiple linear regression analysis. Physical evidence has a positive and significant effect on customer satisfaction in using the Garuda Indonesia airline in Denpasar. Reliability has a positive and significant effect on customer satisfaction in using the Garuda Indonesia airline in Denpasar. Responsiveness has a positive and significant effect on customer satisfaction in using the Garuda Indonesia airline in Denpasar. The guarantee has a positive and significant effect on customer satisfaction in using the Garuda Indonesia airline in Denpasar. Concern has a positive and significant effect on customer satisfaction in using Garuda Indonesia airline in Denpasar. Physical evidence has a beta value of 0.224. Reliability has a beta value of 0.128. Responsiveness has a beta value of 0.248. The guarantee has a beta value of 0.177. Concern has a beta value of 0.248. Beta Concern and Responsiveness have the same beta value, but seen from the tcount value of the concern variable has a higher value, this means that caring has a dominant influence on increasing or decreasing customer satisfaction in using Garuda Indonesia airline in Denpasar.

Abstract

ABSTRACT This study aims to determine and analyze whether product quality, service quality, and price affect to the customer satisfaction of Kopikota Bali. The data collection technique is purposive sampling. The sampling method was carried out purposively or with certain objectives and considerations with the criteria of customers aged 17 years and over and had made transactions at Kopikota Bali. Respondents were set at 25 x 5 = 125 respondents. The research method applied in this study is based on multiple linear regression analysis with data collection techniques used are documentation and questionnaires. The data analysis technique used is quantitative descriptive analysis, validity and reliability test, classical assumption test, multiple linear regression analysis and t test analysis. The results of the analysis show that the regression results are Y = 1.125 + 0.221X1 + 0.297X2 + 0.476X3. The conclusion obtained is that product quality (X1) has a positive and partially significant effect on customer satisfaction (Y) which is shown in the regression coefficient β1X1 which has a positive value of 0.211 with tcount = 2,301 > ttable = 1,979 with sig = 0,023. Service quality (X2) has a positive and partially significant effect on customer satisfaction (Y) which is shown in the regression coefficient β2X2 which has a positive value of 0.297 with a value of tcount = 4,450 > ttable = 1,979 with a value of sig = 0.000. Price (X3) has a positive and partially significant effect on customer satisfaction (Y) which is shown in the regression coefficient β3X3 which has a positive value of 0.476 with tcount = 4.219 > ttable = 1.979 with sig = 0.000 value. Suggestions for Kopikota Bali are the need to maintain product quality, service quality, and prices provided, and if necessary to be improved again in order to always achieve customer satisfaction. Abstract

The purpose of this study was to determine whether there was an effect of teacher competence (X1), motivation (X2) and work environment (X3) on teacher performance (Y) at Triatma Jaya Tabanan Tourism Vocational School. This research includes explanatory research, which is a type of research that aims to determine the relationship between three variables, namely the dependent variable (teacher performance) and the independent variable (teacher competence, motivation and work environment). The population in this study were teachers of the Triatma Jaya Tabanan Tourism Vocational School, which amounted to fifty-six people. The sampling technique uses a saturated sampling method where the entire population is used as a sample. The analysis technique in this research is using descriptive analysis, data quality test, reliability test, classical assumption test, multiple linear regression analysis, t-test analysis, analysis of determination with the help of SPSS 24 software for windows. The results of the analysis show that the regression model is Y = 4.927 + 0.307X1 + 0.615X2 + 0.233X3. The conclusion obtained is that partially teacher competence (X1) has a positive and significant effect on teacher performance (Y) which is indicated by the coefficient b1X1: tcount = 2,382 > ttable (0.05: 52) = 1.674 and Sig t = 0.021 (p<0 ,05). Motivation (X2) has a positive and significant effect on teacher performance (Y) which is indicated by the coefficient b2X2: tcount = 4.162 > ttable (0.05: 52) = 1.674 and Sig t = 0.000 (p <0.05). The work environment (X3) has a positive and significant effect on teacher performance (Y) has a positive and significant effect as indicated by the coefficient b1X1: tcount = 2.673 > ttable (0.05: 52) = 1.674 and Sig t = 0.010 (p<0.05). Teacher competence, motivation and work environment affect the teacher's performance at Triatma Jaya Tabanan Tourism Vocational School by 42.0% while the remaining 58.0% is explained by other variables not examined in this study such as work discipline, technology and others
