Abstract

This study aims to analyze the effect of Person Organization Fit on Organizational Commitment with Job Satisfaction as a mediating variable (Case Study at Regional General Hospital (RSUD) Karangasem Regency). The sampling technique in this study used probability sampling method as many as 148 people. Data analysis techniques use a variance-based or component-based approach with Smart Partial Least Square (PLS). The results of the analysis found that 1) Person organization fit has a positive and significant effect on job satisfaction; 2) Person organization fit has a positive and significant effect on organizational commitment; 3) Job satisfaction has a positive and significant effect on organizational commitment; and 4) Person organization fit has a positive and significant effect on organizational commitment through job satisfaction at the Regional General Hospital of Karangasem Regency. This result means that an increase in Person organization fit will be able to increase organizational commitment through increased job satisfaction at the Regional General Hospital of Karangasem Regency. The suggestion in this study is that hospital management is expected to pay attention to Person organization fit and job satisfaction in an effort to increase employee organizational commitment.

Abstract

ABSTRACT This study aims to determine and analyze whether product quality, service quality, and price affect to the customer satisfaction of Kopikota Bali. The data collection technique is purposive sampling. The sampling method was carried out purposively or with certain objectives and considerations with the criteria of customers aged 17 years and over and had made transactions at Kopikota Bali. Respondents were set at 25 x 5 = 125 respondents. The research method applied in this study is based on multiple linear regression analysis with data collection techniques used are documentation and questionnaires. The data analysis technique used is quantitative descriptive analysis, validity and reliability test, classical assumption test, multiple linear regression analysis and t test analysis. The results of the analysis show that the regression results are Y = 1.125 + 0.221X1 + 0.297X2 + 0.476X3. The conclusion obtained is that product quality (X1) has a positive and partially significant effect on customer satisfaction (Y) which is shown in the regression coefficient β1X1 which has a positive value of 0.211 with tcount = 2,301 > ttable = 1,979 with sig = 0,023. Service quality (X2) has a positive and partially significant effect on customer satisfaction (Y) which is shown in the regression coefficient β2X2 which has a positive value of 0.297 with a value of tcount = 4,450 > ttable = 1,979 with a value of sig = 0.000. Price (X3) has a positive and partially significant effect on customer satisfaction (Y) which is shown in the regression coefficient β3X3 which has a positive value of 0.476 with tcount = 4.219 > ttable = 1.979 with sig = 0.000 value. Suggestions for Kopikota Bali are the need to maintain product quality, service quality, and prices provided, and if necessary to be improved again in order to always achieve customer satisfaction. Abstract

at employee performance is positively and significantly influenced by partial motivation, with tcount = 3.612 > ttable value = 2.026, rejecting Ho and accepting H1. With tcount = 3.473 > ttable value = 2.026, the workplace has a positive and substantial impact on employee performance, rejecting hypothesis Ho and accepting hypothesis H2. Employee performance is more strongly influenced by the motivation variable, which has a standardized beta coefficient () of 0.265, than by the employee work environment variable. 67.2% of the total was determined, while the remaining 0.328, or 32.8%, was explained by factors or other causes not included in the research model. Researchers' recommendations for improving employee performance at PT. Srimasari Arta Prima Denpasar include increasing work motivation by offering suitable incentives, creating a comfortable work atmosphere among coworkers, and maintaining job quality.

Abstract

Cepaka Village as a partner village of Triatma Mulya University has expressed their desire to form a tourist village, but their limited knowledge of tourism villages becomes an obstacle in making it happen. The focus of this activity is carried out based on the above grouping, namely realizing, packaging / packaging tourism villages by involving all existing potential, and involving village communities, management / governance of SMEs and services that will become the core products of tourism villages and the impact of tourism villages, implementing mentoring activities for community financial institutions in cooperatives, LPDs, traditional markets, waste banks and BUMDES. In accordance with the problems faced by partners in this service activity, the implementer can provide several solutions in accordance with existing conditions in the field. The implementation of community service activities in Cepaka Village includes several activities that have been carried out to increase the number of tours. As for the implementation of the program, namely: Programs in the Environmental Sector that have been implemented in Cepaka Village, including Community Service in the Cepaka Harum Plastic Bank area.

Abstract

The purpose of this research is to assess the impact of individual and job factors on employee performance. This study is being conducted at PT. Tunas Artha Gardatama Bali. In this study, data was gathered by observation, questionnaires, and interviews. The population consists of employees at PT. Tunas Artha Gardatama Bali, with as many as 40 respondents drawn from the overall workforce population. In this study, descriptive statistical analysis, data instrument test, classical assumptions, multiple linear regression, t test, determination, and beta coefficient were utilized as data analysis approaches. According to the study's findings, individual qualities have a favourable and substantial effect on employee performance.Job characteristics have a positive and considerable impact on employee performance; job characteristics and individual characteristics have a 55.4% influence on employee performance, with individual characteristic factors having a more dominating influence. Researchers in this study can advise PT. Tunas Artha Gardatama Bali to provide work that is appropriate for employees' abilities, provide work that can be completed within working hours, always supervise employees at work, so that later employees try to do work in accordance with procedures, and routinely provide training to employees, so that later employees are able to complete work within the specified timeliness.

Abstract

Employee retention is very important for companies to maintain employee work which is influenced by job satisfaction, career development with also the non-physical work environment. This research aims to determine the effect of job satisfaction on employee retention at PT. Bali Utama Cakrawala, knowing the influence of career development on employee retention at PT. Bali Utama Cakrawala, knowing the influence of the non-physical work environment on employee retention at PT. Bali Utama Cakrawala, knowing the independent variables that have a dominant influence on employee retention at PT. Bali Utama Cakrawala. The research method used is a quantitative method with a sample size of 75 employees. The sample sampling technique is saturated. The analysis techniques used are validity and reliability tests, classical assumption tests, multiple linear regression analysis, t tests with also beta coefficients. The results of this research show the regression equation model Y = 6.978 + 0.364X1 + 0.298X2 + 0.212X3. The results of this research, it can be concluded that job satisfaction has a positive influence on employee retention at PT. Bali Utama Cakarawala, career development has a positive influence on employee retention at PT. Bali Utama Cakarawala, the non-physical work environment has a positive influence on employee retention at PT. Bali Utama Cakawala, the job satisfaction variable has a dominant influence on employee retention (Y) at PT. Bali Utama Cakawala, this can be seen from the standardized coefficient beta value of 0.460, the career development variable (X2) of 0.278, and the non-physical work environment variable (X3) of 0.235. The implication of this research is that companies need to pay attention to factors in designing policies with also programs that can increase employee retention, consisting of indicators of job satisfaction, career development and non-physical work environments.

Abstract

The leadership team at Luwih Collection Grokgak-Bali Garment should prioritize monitoring and evaluating staff performance, since it directly impacts the company's capacity to accomplish its goals. This study aims to determine the extent to which the independent variables, namely workload (X1), competency (X2), and work stress (X3), affect employee performance at Luwih Collection Garment, Grokgak Bali. Additionally, the study seeks to identify which of these variables has the greatest impact on employee performance at Luwih Collection Garment, Grokgak Bali. The study consisted of 55 individuals. This research used the technique of sampling from a wider population. Data analysis involves the application of many statistical approaches, including descriptive analysis, research instrument analysis, multiple linear regression analysis, partial t-tests, and beta coefficient testing. The research presents a regression model expressed as Y = 30,465 - 0,511 (X1) + 0,173 (X2) – 0,264 (X3). At Garment Luwih Collection Grokgak, Bali, employee performance (Y) is influenced to some extent by the workload (X1), as shown by the negative regression coefficient b1X1. The positive correlation b2X2 suggests that competence (X2) has a partial impact on employee performance (Y) at Garment Luwih Collection Grokgak, Bali. The negative regression coefficient b3X3 suggests that job stress (X3) has a partial impact on employee performance (Y) at Garment Luwih Collection Grokgak, Bali. The variable of competence is the independent variable that has the greatest influence on employee performance, as shown by the Standardized Coefficients Beta value of 0,160.

Abstract

This study aims to determine and analyze the influence of organizational culture, communication, and worklife balance on employee performance at PT BPR Gisawa, Bali. The research method used is a quantitative method with a sample of 44 employees. The data analysis techniques used are descriptive analysis, data instrument testing, classical assumption testing, multiple linear regression analysis, t-test analysis, and beta coefficient analysis. The results of the analysis show a regression model of Y = 13.856 + 0.186 X1 + 0.175 X2 + 0.193 X3. From the results of this study it can be concluded that 1) organizational culture has a positive and significant effect on employee performance at PT BPR Gisawa, Bali 2) organizational culture has a positive and significant effect on employee performance at PT BPR Gisawa, Bali 3) worklife balance has a positive and significant effect on employee performance at PT BPR Gisawa, Bali 4) Work-life balance variables have a dominant influence on employee performance at PT BPR Gisawa, Bali, this can be seen in the Standardized Coefficients Beta of 0.390, organizational culture variables of 0.338 and communication variables of 0.325. The implementation that can be given from this study is for the management of PT BPR Gisawa to pay more attention to corporate culture, openness and adjustment of employee working hours.
