Abstract

This study aims to determine the strategy to increase sales after the pandemic. The research method is qualitative, using a descriptive type of research. His research background is in one of the private companies in Pekandangan Sangrah, CV Pusaka Madura, especially in using Moringa leaves (Moriga). As for the research results, the impact is to decrypt existing personnel management and provide solutions in increasing post-pandemic sales. The objectives of this study are, 1) Knowing the added value of Moringa leaf flour products, 2) Knowing external internal factors and 3) Knowing strategies that are in accordance with the company's current external internal. The data analysis methods used are quantitative and qualitative analysis. Quantitative analysis is used to determine added value, business development strategies that are prioritized in implementation by CV. Madurese heritage in developing Moringa leaf flour. The three alternative strategies are, 1) Opening business branches in other locations, 2) Expanding marketing and 3) Increasing cooperation with the private sector and related parties. Suggestions for Moringa leaf flour business units are, 1) increasing production and market areas balanced with effective promotion, 2) maintaining the existence of business units in the market with complete infrastructure facilities and promotion with social media, and 3) maintaining and increasing cooperation with related parties

Abstract

Surat Berharga Negara (SBSN) atau Sukuk Negara merupakan Instrument Investasi yang diterbitkan oleh pemerintah dalam bentuk surat pengakuan utang dalam mata uang rupiah dan valuta asing. Peneltian ini bertujuan menganalisis perkembangan Sukuk Negara dan perannya dalam meningkatkan kesejahteraan masyarakat. Penelitian ini menggunakan pendekatan kualitatif dengan jenis penelitian kajian pustaka. Hasil penelitian menyatakan sukuk Negara pertama kali diterbitkan pada tahun 2008 hingga saat ini telah membiayai banyak pembangunan di Indonesia. Kesimpulannya sukuk Negara berperan penting dalam meningkatkan kesejahteraan masyarakat Indonesia melalui lima aspek yaitu, memperluas Layanan dan Fasilitas Kesehatan, meningkatkan Kualitas Pendidikan, memperkuat Ketahanan Pangan, mendorong Peningkatan Ekonomi Masyarat, dan mendukung Keberlangsungan Lingkungan. Penelitian ini diharapkan memberikan pengetahuan empris berhubungan dengan peran SBSN dalam meningkatkan kesejahteraan masyarakat, selain itu diharapkan menjadi refrensi bagi pemerintah dalam optimaliasasi pengelolaan dana SBSN sehingga dapat meningkatkan kesejahteraan masyarakat secara merata, serta dapat meningkatkan minat masyarakat berpartisipasi dalam pembangunan negara melalui inevstasi di Sukuk Negara yang pengelolaannya berlandaskan syariah.  Selama 17 tahun SBSN telah berperan dalam pembangunan infastruktur di sektor kesehatan, pendididikan, sosial, ekonomi dan kelestarian lingkungan, sehingga SBSN telah mampu meningkatkan kesejahteraan masyarakat Indonesia.

Abstract

This study explores the antecedents of customer satisfaction among mobile banking users by refining the Technology Acceptance Model (TAM) through the lens of intention to use as a mediating mechanism. In doing so, it deepens the conceptual scaffolding of TAM by juxtaposing ease, utility, and volition within a digital Islamic banking context. A survey of 150 active BSI mobile banking users across multiple provinces was analyzed using Partial-Least-Squared Structural Equation Modeling. The results indicate that ease of use significantly bolsters satisfaction—directly and indirectly—while perceived usefulness exerts its influence chiefly through intention. Surprisingly, usefulness alone fails to predict satisfaction, suggesting a more nuanced psychological calculus in fintech adoption. These insights furnish digital banking strategists with a practical blueprint: prioritize interface simplicity to cultivate loyalty and perceived value.
