Abstract

Perkembangan teknologi yang cukup pesat juga berdampak terhadap sistem penjualan. Saat ini banyak konsumen yang beralih berbelanja secara online dengan alasan lebih efektif. Daya tarik belanja online terletak pada kemampuannya untuk merampingkan proses transaksi, sehingga menarik konsumen karena peningkatan waktu dan efisiensi operasional. Marketplace merupakan platform digital di mana penjual dan pembeli bertemu untuk terlibat dalam berbagai bentuk transaksi yang melibatkan pertukaran barang atau jasa. Pada marketplace terdapat satu fitur dikenal dengan sebutkan Online Customer Review (OCR) atau ulasan pelanggan. Saat ini OCR dianggap penting dalam menentukan keputusan konsumen untuk melakukan pembelian pada marketplace tertenta, karena ulasan pelanggan dapat digunakan sebagai evaluasi kualitas produk dan layanan pada sebuah toko di marketplace. Tujuan penelitian ini adalah untuk menganalisa sebuah Online Customer Review (OCR) pada sebuah marketplace menggunakan Algoritma Naïve Bayes berbasis Particial Swarm Optimization (PSO). Hasil penelitian menunjukkan peningkatan akurasi jika menggunakan algoritma  Algoritma Naïve Bayes berbasis PSO jika dibandingkan dengan tidak menggunakan PSO. Sedangkan untuk hasil evaluasi menggunakan Grafik ROC untuk mendaparkan nilai AUC yaitu proses algoritma Naïve Bayes mendapatkan nilai sebesar 0.578 dimana nilai tersebut terdapat dalam area Failure sedangkan nilai AUC pada proses algoritma Naïve Bayes berbasis PSO mendapatkan nilai sebesar 0.724 dimana nilai tersebut terdapat dalam area Fair classification. Sehingga dapat disimpulkan untuk Evaluasi dengan Nilai AUC mengalami peningkatan jika menggunakan PSO yaitu sebesar 0.146

Abstract

Sampah masih menjadi permasalahan serius yang dihadapi di semua daerah termasuk kota Depok. Untuk mengatasi masalah sampah perlu keterlibatan dan peran aktif semua pihak dalam penanganannya. Bank sampah Komunitas Cinta Lingkungan (BS KCL) berdiri pada akhir tahun 2015 berlokasi di Perumahan Sawangan Permai Depok, dengan dilatarbelakangi keresahan warga karena semakin penuhnya TPA Cipayung. Permasalahan yang dihadapi bank sampah KCL adalah proses pencatatan tabungan sampah nasabah yang meliputi jenis/kategori sampah yang disetorkan oleh nasabah, harga masing-masing jenis sampah, hasil penimbangan sampah dan jumlah tabungan nasabah yang dilakukan ketika nasabah menyetorkan sampah saat ini masih menggunakan kertas yang kemudian direkap ke dalam Microsoft Excel, sehingga kemungkinan terjadinya human error juga sangat besar. Pencatatan arus kas masuk dan keluar pada bank sampah masih dicatat oleh beberapa pengurus di Microsoft Excel sehingga membutuhkan waktu yang cukup lama ketika ingin mengetahui jumlah kas bank sampah yang tersedia karena harus merekap dari beberapa pengurus. Metode pelaksanaan kegiatan adalah dengan melakukan pendampingan dan pelatihan penggunaan aplikasi bank sampah berbasis website untuk penginputan transaksi penerimaan sampah dan transaksi keuangan bank sampah yang terintegrasi dengan aplikasi bank sampah berbasis website. Penggunaan aplikasi bank sampah berbasis website meningkatkan pelayanan bank sampah KCL kepada anggota dimana aplikasi sudah dapat mencatat data penerimaan sampah anggota, sehingga anggota bisa melihat saldo tabungan sampah secara realtime. Pencatatan arus kas bank sampah juga sudah terintegrasi pada aplikasi bank sampah berbasis website. Pengurus bank sampah dapat melihat saldo kas bank sampah tersedia secara realtime sehingga manajemen bank sampah khususnya dalam hal pelaporan keuangan bank sampah meningkat.

Abstract

Program peningkatan jaringan 3G PT Indosat di wilayah Jabotabek bertujuan untuk meningkatkan kualitas dan kepuasan pelanggan PT Indosat di wilayah Jabotabek yang secara posisi memang masih dibawah Telkomsel dan XL dalam tingkat kepuasan pelanggan. Pengolahan hasil penelitian dilakukan dengan menggunakan Structural Equation Modelling (SEM) dari 3 kelompok variabel yang diteliti yaitu reliabilitas, kemudahan dan pilihan yang dilakukan pencocokannya dengan indikator dari Goodness of Fit (GOF). Dari hasil pengolahan data didapat bahwa program peningkatan jaringan 3G PT Indosat di wilayah Jabotabek mampu menaikan kualitas dan kepuasan pelanggan khususnya wilayah Jabotabek dari semua jenis kartu seluler dan layanan jasa telekomunikasi yang disediakan oleh PT Indosat

Abstract

Advances in technology encourage the use of technology in teaching and learning process. The use of technology in the learning process is rapidly gaining popularity along with the development of information technology which is a supporting factor in the development of education and also to provide innovative solutions to the problems faced. Computer Aided Learning (CAL) is a method of approach to teaching and learning activities with the help of computer technology as an auxiliary medium is used to help learners understand the subject matter ranging from displays and provide reinforcement material also as a tool to assess learning achievement in which the material is packaged in the form software (software). Besides using CAL to learners will be able to interact with the interactive learning program that is available so they can learn to follow the ability of each learner and can also repeat a topic they have not understood the lessons step by step. By using CAL, students become more independent in learning, because the learning process not only depends on the teacher.

Abstract

One effort to measure the level of quality in schools is by measuring the performance aspects of teachers as professional educators who teach at the school. The teacher performance aspect is measured as one of the promotion requirements for a higher position or as a recommendation condition in order to take part in teacher certification activities. In order for teacher performance appraisal to be carried out objectively, a method is needed to assist in the teacher performance appraisal process. AHP method can be used to assist in decision making. This is because the AHP method is a model for structured and comprehensive decision making. From the calculation using the AHP method, it was found that the first priority was obtained by Indra with a weight of 0, 7317 or 73.17%, the second priority was obtained by Reni with a weight value of 0.2279 or 22.79% and the lowest priority was obtained by Supriyatna with a weight value 0.0604 or 6.04%.

Abstract

This study proposes the merging of the K-Means clustering data mining method and the Naïve Bayes classifier (K-Means Bayes) for better results in data processing for Student Academic Performance data. Data was taken from the Student Academic Performance dataset which is used as a test case. The amount of data used in this study were 131 data and 21 attributes. The accuracy of the results obtained from the combination of the proposed method is 97.44%. The results obtained when compared with calculations using the K-Means method and calculations using the Naïve Bayes method, the proposed method (K-Means Bayes) gives better results. Although the initial centroid determination on the K-Means method is done randomly, the impact can be reduced by adding the Naive Bayes classifier method which results in a better accuracy value, thereby increasing the accuracy of the method used. Compared to the K-Means and Naïve Bayes methods, the proposed method increases the accuracy of about 27% of the Naïve Bayes algorithm and about 23% of the K-Means algorithm. With the results obtained, it can be concluded that the proposed method can improve predictions of student academic performance data. The initial centroid determination for grouping in the K-Means method can affect the quality of the accuracy of the data produced

Abstract

The information system for providing donations at the Al-Ruhamaa' Bogor Yatim Center Foundation is still not computerized, through donors coming to the location directly or through bank services, then confirmed via social media such as WhatsApp, and receiving proof of donation in the form of a receipt. The management of the Al-Ruhamaa' Bogor Yatim Center Foundation stills using Microsoft Excel to prepare donation reports. Based on the existing problems, it is necessary to develop an information system for distributing donations that can facilitate the management and the donors of the Al-Ruhamaa' Bogor Yatim Center Foundation. The system will be developed using one of the techniques commonly used in software development is called the prototyping model. the prototyping model is a technique to collect certain information about the user's information needs quickly which focuses on aspects of the software to be presented that will be visible to the customer or user. After the system is implemented, it is found that by using this Information System, the donation transaction process becomes more efficient. Calculation of the number of donations collected can be done automatically and accurately. In terms of reporting, the system can be present donation reports automatically and is ready to print whenever needed. Data storage for documentation of activities carried out by the foundation also saves space because the information can be accessed anytime and anywhere.

Abstract

Abstract. Aglonema is an ornamental plant that currently has a lot of fans. Aglonema has economic value. There are so many aglonemas in Hend'z Florist Aglonema Sawangan Depok. There are problems faced by Hend'z Florist Aglonema in his cultivation in marketing using only social media such as youtube and conventional word of mouth. Answering the problems of the service team making information technology based on e-commerce websites. The purpose of this activity is to utilize science and technology (IPTEK) for aglonema cultivation business strategy for the creation of welfare based on e-commerce websites. The stages of implementing this service are carried out by providing socialization, training, mentoring, evaluation, simulation, monitoring, and sustainability. The method used is learning by doing, for this method begins with a direct field review to monitor and evaluate the results of the training that has been carried out. The mentoring process in this service includes socialization, training, evaluation, simulation, monitoring, and evaluation. From the results of the assistance carried out by partners, they were able to apply the use of technology by 88%, helping to increase knowledge and skills in the field of digital marketing by 85% and being able to increase the partners' income. To ensure the success of the implementation of community service, the evaluation stage will be carried out at each stage of program development. Abstrak. Aglonema merupakan tanaman hias saat ini banyak sekali peminatnya. Aglonema memiliki value ekonomis. Banyak sekali aglonema ada pada Hend'z Florist Aglonema Sawangan Depok. Ada permasalahan yang dihadapi Hend'z Florist Aglonema pada budidayanya dalam pemasaran hanya menggunakan media sosial seperti youtube dan konvensiaonal dari mulut ke mulut. Menjawab permasalahan tim pengabdi membuat teknologi informasi berbasis website e-commerce. Tujuan kegiatan ini memanfaatkan ilmu pengetahuan dan teknologi (IPTEK) untuk strategi bisnis budidaya aglonema demi terciptanya kesejahteraan berbasis website e-commerce. Tahapan-tahapan terlaksananya pengabdian ini dilakukan dengan pemberian sosialisasi, pelatihan, pendampingan, evaluasi, simulasi, monitoring dan berkelanjutan. Metode yang digunakan ialah learning by doing, untuk metode ini diawali peninjauan langsung kelapangan hingga monitoring dan evaluasi dari hasil pelatihan yang sudah terlaksana. Proses pendampingan dalam pengabdian ini seperti sosialisasi, pelatihan, evaluasi, simulasi, monitoring dan evaluasi. Dari hasil pendampingan yang dilakukan mitra mampu menerapkan penggunaan teknologi sebesar 88%, membantu meningkatkan pengetahuan dan keterampilan dibidang digital marketing sebesar 85% dan dapat menaikkan pendapatan mitra tersebut. Untuk memastikan keberhasilan pelaksanaan pengabdian masyarakat, maka tahapan evaluasi akan dilakukan pada setiap tahap pengembangan program.

Abstract

Abstract. The initial idea for the UMKM business, Rasadewa Indonesia Depok, saw the potential for starfruit to be used as a souvenir typical of the city of Depok. There are no processed food/beverage products made from star fruit and the starfruit icon typical of Depok city, which must be preserved and maintained, and rich in vitamin B. The types of processed products are dodol, juice, syrup, chips, jam, jam pie, chili sauce and tengteng, various variants, sizes and flavors. The problem with partners is that the reach of the marketing network is not wide, partners market their products conventionally by opening displays at home, consigning to shops, participating in exhibitions/bazaars, lack of knowledge to develop their business and not optimally mastering limited digital marketing/optimization of social media. The aim of the activity is to utilize science and technology to empower the community to improve the management of starfruit processing businesses for the creation of community welfare. The solution is to create a digital marketing website https://rasadewa.id/, and develop business management. The method used is learning by doing, starting with direct observation of the field, monitoring and evaluating the results of the training that has been carried out. The stages of implementation are analyzing the situation and conditions of field surveys, collecting data and classifying problems, discussing with partners, socializing partnerships, preparing for transfer of appropriate technology by creating a digital marketing website, providing guidelines for using the website, training, simulation and website assistance, business management, as well as monitoring, evaluating and continuing community service activities. Abstrak. Ide awal usaha UMKM Rasadewa Indonesia Depok melihat potensi buah belimbing dijadikan oleh-oleh khas kota Depok, belum ada olahan produk makanan/minuman berbahan buah belimbing dan belimbing icon khas kota Depok harus dilestarikan dan dipertahankan, serta kaya akan vitamin B. Jenis olahannya dodol, jus, sirup, keripik, selai, pie selai, sambel dan tengteng, berbagai variansi, ukuran dan rasa. Permasalahan mitra jangkauan jaringan pemasaran belum luas, mitra memasarkan produknya secara konvensional dengan membuka display di rumah, konsinyasi ke toko-toko, mengikuti pameran/bazar, minim pengetahuan untuk mengembangkan usahanya dan belum maksimal menguasai limited digital marketing/optimasi media sosial. Tujuan kegiatan memanfaatkan IPTEK pemberdayaan masyarakat peningkatan manajemen usaha olahan buah belimbing demi terciptanya kesejahteraan masyarakat.Solusinya membuat website digital marketing https://rasadewa.id/,dan pengembangan manajemen usaha. Metode yang digunakan learning by doing, diawali peninjauan langsung kelapangan, monitoring dan evaluasi dari hasil pelatihan yang sudah terlaksana. Tahapan pelaksanaannya adalah analisa situasi dan kondisi survei kelapangan, pengumpulan data dan klasifikasi permasalahan, berdiskusi dengan mitra, sosialisasi kemitran, persiapan transfer teknologi tepat guna dengan membuat website digital marketing, menyediakan panduan penggunaan website, pelatihan, simulasi dan pendampingan websitenya, manajemen usaha, serta adanya monitoring, evaluasi dan keberlanjutan kegiatan pengabdian.

Abstract

Abstract. Digital transformation through implementing the website https://fadhillahilmi.com can increase the efficiency and effectiveness of data management and educational services at the Fadhillah Ilmi Pratama Depok Foundation. This community service explores the application of information technology in supporting foundation activities, especially in accepting new students. By developing a web-based information system, the foundation can speed up access to information for the public, student registration, and digital payment recording. The website can solve partner problems in the field of service, partner knowledge, and skills. The activity aims to carry out digital transformation to support the activities and management of new students at the Fadhillah Ilmi Pratama Foundation in providing services and wider information to improve the quality of education. The method used is learning by doing, starting with a direct inspection of the field, monitoring and evaluating the results of the training that has been carried out, with implementation stages including analysis of situations and conditions, preparation for appropriate technology transfer, training, simulation and mentoring followed by monitoring and evaluation activities. The results showed significant improvements in information accessibility and user satisfaction. The training provided succeeded in increasing partners' knowledge and skills in utilizing information technology with partners' understanding of the partner's level of knowledge and understanding of the website for the pre-test at 30% and 94%.   Abstrak. Transformasi digital melalui implementasi website https://fadhillahilmi.com dapat meningkatkan efisiensi dan efektivitas pengelolaan data serta pelayanan pendidikan pada yayasan Fadhillah Ilmi Pratama Depok. Pengabdian kepada masyarakat ini mengeksplorasi penerapan teknologi informasi dalam mendukung aktivitas yayasan, khususnya dalam proses penerimaan siswa baru. Dengan mengembangkan sistem informasi berbasis web, yayasan dapat mempercepat akses informasi bagi masyarakat, pendaftaran siswa, dan pencatatan pembayaran secara digital. Website dapat menyelesaikan permasalahan mitra bidang pelayanan, pengetahuan dan keterampilan mitra. Kegiatan bertujuan melakukan transformasi digital mendukung aktivitas dan pengelolaan siswa baru pada yayasan Fadhillah Ilmi Pratama dalam melakukan pelayanan dan penyampaian informasi yang lebih luas untuk meningkatkan kualitas pendidikan. Metode yang digunakan learning by doing diawali peninjauan langsung kelapangan, monitoring dan evaluasi dari hasil pelatihan yang sudah terlaksana, dengan tahapan pelaksanaan meliputi: analisa situasi dan kondisi, persiapan transfer teknologi tepat guna, pelatihan, simulasi dan pendampingan dilanjutkan kegiatan monitoring dan evaluasi. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan peningkatan signifikan dalam aksesibilitas informasi dan kepuasan pengguna. Pelatihan yang diberikan berhasil meningkatkan pengetahuan dan keterampilan mitra dalam memanfaatkan teknologi informasi dengan pemahaman mitra untuk tingkat pengetahuan dan pemahaman mitra tentang website untuk pre-test sebesar 30% dan post-test sebesar 94%.
