Abstract

Lada merupakan tanaman tahunan yang banyak dimanfaatkan sebagai rempah, bumbu masak,  dan obat. Upaya peningkatan produksi lada di Indonesia khususnya di Lampung agar tidak semakin menurun tiap tahunnya. Penelitian bertujuan untuk mendapatkan kombinasi antara konsentrasi giberelin (GA3) dan volume semprot pupuk daun yang terbaik untuk meningkatkan produksi tanaman lada perdu (Piper nigrum L.). Penelitian dilaksanakan di kebun Politeknik Negeri Lampung, pada bulan Agustus 2019 sampai dengan Februari 2020, menggunakan Rancangan Acak Kelompok (RAK) pola faktorial dengan 15 kombinasi perlakuan dan 3 ulangan. Faktor pertama adalah konsentrasi GA3 (G) : 0 mL L-1 (G0), 50 mL L-1 (G1), 100 mL L-1 (G2), 150 mL L-1 (G3), dan 200 mL L-1(G4).  Faktor kedua adalah volume semprot pupuk daun (D) :  0 ml (D0), 100ml (D1), dan 200 ml (D2). Analisis data penelitian menggunakan uji F, jika ada perbedaan maka dilanjutkan dengan uji BNT taraf 5%. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa perlakuan konsentrasi giberelin (GA3) tidak berpengaruh pada pengamatan diameter batang, jumlah cabang, jumlah bunga, tetapi berpengaruh terhadap jumlah ruas, jumlah buah dan bobot buah pada taraf 150 mL L-1 (G3) dan 200 mL L-1 (G4). Perlakuan volume semprot pupuk daun  pada pengamatan diameter batang, jumlah ruas, jumlah buah dan bobot buah yang tidak berpengaruh, tetapi berpengaruh terhadap jumlah cabang dan  jumlah bunga pada taraf 200 ml (D2).  Interaksi giberelin (GA3) dan pupuk daun menghasilkan diameter batang, jumlah cabang, jumlah ruas, jumlah buah dan bobot buah yang tidak berpengaruh, tetapi berpengaruh terhadap jumlah bunga pada kombinasi konsentrasi giberelin (GA3) 100 mL L-1 dengan volume semprot pupuk daun 100 ml.

Abstract

At present the total area of Indonesian coffee plantations is ranked second in the world, but for the production and export of Indonesian coffee there is at number four in the world. The low productivity of coffee is caused by inadequate crop cultivation techniques, this encouraging various plant growth disorders. Based on the problems, coffee farmers need a tool that can provide information about coffee plants and diseases that attack coffee plants and provide solutions to handle these diseases. One branch of computer science that can help is the expert system (Expert System). Expert systems use the knowledge of an expert which is intended to increase knowledge into computers. This research used Dempster-Shafer method to diagnose and to knowing the degree of accuracy of the diagnoses results. Information system and expert system of coffee plants diagnose contains information about plants management that begins from planting until harvest. This system built based on the web, with this system is expected to help provide solutions to handle the coffee plants that have disease, that many coffee plants can be saved from disease and can increase the productivity of coffee plants.

Abstract

Criminal law reform in the face of cybercrime is a critical issue that requires attention in Indonesia. The research method used in this study is literature review. The purpose of this study is to evaluate the effectiveness of the current ITE Law and identify aspects that require improvement to optimise law enforcement against cybercrime. The results show that the current ITE Law requires adjustments to include more specific definitions and clear boundaries to avoid multiple interpretations and misuse. There is a need to update and enhance the law with higher standards related to human rights and freedom of expression. In addition, Indonesia's information technology infrastructure and human resources require improvement through investment and training to effectively address cybercrime challenges. International cooperation is also an important element of this research, which concludes that Indonesia should participate more actively in inter-state conventions and cooperation to strengthen its response to cross- border cybercrime. Therefore, this research suggests that legal reform, capacity building, and international cooperation are necessary to support Indonesia's efforts in dealing with cybercrime.
