Abstract

Carrying out a development project definitely requires more effort and careful planning in all technical and administrative aspects so that the project can be carried out properly. The rate of failure in the project proved to be very high, seen from the obstacles and obstacles in the development project. This must be addressed in an appropriate manner. Therefore we need an appropriate project management technique, where project management is a collection of strategies in the implementation of skills, knowledge, and management techniques in planning, organizing, and developing to improve efficiency and effectiveness. In the information system development project itself there are several methods and platforms. Some of the platforms commonly used in development projects are web-based, mobile, and desktop. This research was conducted to determine the importance of the role of project management in web-based development. The study uses the Systematic Literature Review (SLR) method by analyzing the data obtained based on relevant literature related to project management from 2017 to 2022. With the SLR method, several articles from journals can be easily reviewed and systematically identified.

Abstract

Technology is growing nowadays, so that organizations must keep up with existing technological developments as well as the National Narcotics Agency for South Tangerang City (BNN South Tangerang City) to manage knowledge which is an organizational asset, a knowledge management system is needed. The purpose of this research is to produce a knowledge management system design that can employees use to document and share knowledge. Data collection methods used are observation, interviews, and literature study. The system development method used is Rapid Application Development (RAD) and uses Unified Modeling Language (UML) as a tool for describing and designing the system. The result of this research is a knowledge management system that can help employees to acquire knowledge effectively and efficiently.

Abstract

This study presents a bibliometric overview of research trends and algorithmic models in Aspect-Based Sentiment Analysis (ABSA). Data were collected from the Scopus database, resulting in a dataset of 2,344 journal articles published between 2021 and early 2026. The analysis was conducted using the Bibliometrix and Biblioshiny packages in R to perform number of publications per year, source’s production over time, country production over time, keyword co-occurrence, thematic mapping and evolution of research themes. The results show that ABSA research has experienced rapid growth with an annual publication increase of more than 30%. This study identifies BERT algorithmic models and Graph Convolutional Networks (GCN) as the most dominant supporting tools in the research literature. Thematic maps show that transformer-based techniques and attention mechanisms have emerged as key driving themes in this field. Furthermore, thematic evolution maps reveal a shift in focus from technical aspect extraction to online public opinion analysis, reinforced by the sharp surge in the use of Large Language Models (LLMs) in recent years. The findings provide a structured overview of the intellectual landscape of ABSA, clarifying dominant research clusters, methodological trajectories, and emerging themes. By highlighting the central role of transformer architectures, graph-based neural networks, and LLM integration, this study offers methodological guidance for future model development. Furthermore, the bibliometric insights reduce research fragmentation and identify underexplored directions, offering valuable insights for researchers to identify research gaps and develop more advanced ABSA models in future studies.
