Abstract

Side Dish Stores serve as traditional venues for buying and selling a diverse array of products, including fish, foodstuffs, beverages, kitchen spices, clothing, souvenirs, and more. In their pursuit of maximizing profits, traders use competitive strategies, such as online marketing, to expand their sales channels and promote products digitally. This research aims to generate recommendations for selling fish, and traditional supermarkets through a collaborative filtering method. The criteria used to generate recommendations for shops or fish sellers among 25 alternatives include product type, availability, service quality, shop cleanliness, product quality, and sales volume. The research results indicate that the highest predicted value is 0.70, where user 16 exhibits the highest similarity with user 14. Consequently, TSF 1= 4.17, TSF 5= 3.5, TSF 9= 3.33, TSF 13= 3.83, and TSF 15= 4.5. When ranked, TSF 15 will be the first recommendation for user 16, followed by TSF 1, TSF 13, TSF 5, and TSF 9. This recommendation system facilitates consumers in determining the appropriate shop or fish seller to visit when shopping at the Side Dish Store. Traders can easily market products to enhance sales. Moreover, the system streamlines buying and selling transactions for traders and consumers without the necessity of direct visits to the Side Dish Store

Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menganalisis preferensi konsumen terhadap varian rasa dan inovasi produk keripik tempe abi di pasar lokal. Sebagai salah satu produk makanan khas yang berpotensi berkembang, pemahaman tentang kesukaan konsumen terhadap berbagai rasa serta inovasi yang ada menjadi hal yang penting untuk meningkatkan daya saing produk. Metode yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah pendekatan kuantitatif dengan teknik survei melalui kuesioner dan wawancara. Data yang dikumpulkan akan dianalisis untuk menggali faktor-faktor yang mempengaruhi keputusan pembelian, tingkat kepuasan terhadap varian rasa yang ada, dan minat terhadap inovasi produk. Hasil penelitian ini diharapkan dapat memberikan gambaran yang lebih jelas mengenai preferensi konsumen, serta memberikan rekomendasi strategis untuk pengembangan keripik tempe abi yang lebih sesuai dengan kebutuhan dan selera pasar local.

Abstract

This research explores the complex interplay between Human Resource Management (HRM), financial literacy, and management accounting in addressing deviant behavior and fraud within organizations. The primary aim of this study is to develop an integrated understanding of how these elements interact to prevent fraudulent activities and promote organizational integrity. Utilizing a systematic literature review approach, the research synthesizes findings from recent empirical studies and theoretical models, focusing on the last five years to provide a contemporary analysis The methodology involves a comprehensive review of relevant literature, assessing how various HRM practices, such as recruitment, training, and performance management, intersect with financial literacy and management accounting systems. The review reveals that an integrated approach, combining robust HRM practices with enhanced financial literacy and effective management accounting strategies, significantly contributes to reducing deviant behavior and mitigating fraud. Notably, HRM practices that emphasize ethical training and performance evaluations reinforce financial literacy among employees, which in turn strengthens their engagement with management accounting processes and internal controls. The results underscore the importance of adopting a holistic approach to fraud prevention. Organizations are encouraged to implement integrated training programs that combine financial literacy with ethical guidelines and performance management systems. This comprehensive strategy fosters a culture of transparency and accountability, thereby enhancing the overall effectiveness of internal controls and reducing the likelihood of fraudulent activities. The study contributes to the theoretical understanding of the interactions between HRM, financial literacy, and management accounting, providing practical insights for developing effective fraud prevention strategies.

Abstract

This paper means to give a precise writing audit on blockchain innovation in training to offer a definite comprehension of the current situation as far as advantages, boundaries, current uses of blockchain innovation and future regions where blockchain innovation can be carried out in different spaces of schooling. A bibliometric investigation was performed for information in distributions, diaries, creators and gathered references, and checked by applying bibliometric measures. The investigation shows that blockchain innovation in schooling is as yet a youthful discipline, yet has a great deal of potential to help the training area on the loose. This examination gives an establishment to instructive organizations, strategy creators and specialists to investigate different regions where blockchain innovation can be executed, albeit this exploration additionally recommends some potential employments of blockchain innovation in different elements of the training framework, more applications can be brought into the schooling framework to exploit the capability of blockchain innovation. This paper examines the use of blockchain in innovation in schooling with the assistance of bibliometric examination. This is one of the main realized investigations to survey blockchain innovation by distinguishing the current advantages, boundaries, and utilizations of blockchain innovation.

Abstract

Penelitian ini mengembangkan sebuah aplikasi web berbasis metode PAPI Kostick untuk menentukan kepribadian calon pegawai di PT. Rapido Jayasa Trans. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa aplikasi tersebut berhasil mengimplementasikan metode PAPI Kostick dan memberikan informasi berguna dalam menentukan kepribadian calon pegawai. Skala dominansi dan penerimaan diri memiliki skor tertinggi, sementara skala kesopanan dan keteraturan memiliki skor terendah. Meskipun hasil dari metode ini hanya sebagian dari informasi yang diperlukan dalam perekrutan karyawan, aplikasi ini dapat membantu perusahaan dalam pengambilan keputusan.

Abstract

Kurikulum adalah seperangkat rencana dan pengaturan yang merinci apa yang harus dipelajari oleh siswa dalam suatu sistem pendidikan atau institusi pendidikan. Saat ini kurikulum yang diterapkan di sekolah adalah Kurikulum Merdeka menggantikan Kurikulum 2013 (K-13) sebelumnya. SMP Negeri 3 Majauleng adalah salah satu sekolah yang memulai peralihan ke Kurikulum Merdeka. Kurikulum Merdeka memiliki konsep yang berbeda dalam menerapkan indikator pencapaian kompetensi dibandingkan Kurikulum 2013 (K-13). Adapun metode yang digunakan yaitu metode K-Means dengan bantuan Microsoft Office Excel dan juga RapidMiner. Data penelitian ini diperoleh dari nilai rata-rata siswa dari setiap kelas. Hasil penelitian ini menunjukkan bahwa menunjukan bahwa SMP Negeri 3 Majauleng, dalam penerapan kurikulum terbaru yaitu IKM (Indeks Kurikulum Merdeka) sudah bisa beradaptasi terhadap perubahan metode pembelajaran dan penilaian yang diterapkan pada kurikulum IKM (Indeks Kurikulum Merdeka), hal ini ditunjukan dari nilai analisa yang dihasilkan, dimana nilai performance IKM (Indeks Kurikulum Merdeka) lebih tinggi dari Kurikulum 2013 (K-13).
