Abstract

This study aims at analysing what factors determine consumption pattern in Nagan Raya. Secondary data used in the study were collected from Nagan Raya BPS office. A simple regression model was developed to test whether gross domestic regional products as a proxy of regional income has a positive impact on the consumption level. The results the study revealed that autonomous consumption level in Nagan Raya is about IDR 557,35 million meaning that consumption level will increase by IDR 557,35 millions while income level remains constant. In addition, marginal propensity to consume in Nagan Raya is as much as 0.86. This indicates that one percent increase in income will increase consumption level by 0.86 percent. Based on t-test result, income was tatistically significant to explain variation in consumption.

Abstract

ABSTRACT  Micro, Small and Medium Enterprises or better known as UMKM have a very important role in increasing the country's growth. These UMKM were able to survive in 1998 compared to large companies in Indonesia. The purpose of this study is to analyze to encourage the development of UMKM in Indonesia and to provide solutions in increasing UMKM. The research method used is a combination of quantitative research with qualitative research (Mixed Methods). The results of this study are UMKM that are looking for very fast financing, which can be used from a variety of jobs, personal and personal and lifestyle. Yes, there are also UMKM that do not innovate or even decline. The decline in UMKM business was caused by two things related to economic conditions and unfavorable conditions. Keywords: UMKM, Mix Methods and Financing Institutions

Abstract

This study attempts to examine how customer loyalty is affected by brand trust and image for one of Toyota's best-selling vehicles in Indonesia. The study's sample consists of one city residents in Indonesia who drive vehicles. Data collection for this study has been done using a convenience sample strategy. In this study, there are 100 participants, all of them live in the city and drive vehicles. According to the study's findings, brand loyalty for Toyota cars is significantly influenced by both brand image and brand trust at the same time. Partially, brand trust and image have a big impact on how loyal Toyota automobile buyers are.

Abstract

The era of globalization, which increases information technology, has increased competition in the business world. Companies in this era are increasingly complex and competitive. Every business must be prepared to deal with technical advancements, all consumer wants, and fierce rivalry from other businesses. Companies need a solid plan if they wish to survive the competition. The purpose of this study is to examine how leadership style and the caliber of accounting information systems affect employee performance. This study makes use of first-hand information gathered via accountant survey data. Nonprobability sampling was the method of selection that was employed in this study. This study adopts a quantitative methodology and makes use of IBM SPSS and non-parametric statistical analysis techniques. The test results demonstrate that leadership style and the caliber of the accounting information system are key determinants of employee success.

Abstract

This study was carried out at one of Jakarta's transportation businesses. In this study, the dependent variable is employee performance, while the independent factors are organizational communication and motivation, the intervening variables are work satisfaction, and the intervening variables are intervening variables. Through the use of intervening factors, this study tries to ascertain the interaction between the independent variables and the dependent variable both concurrently and partially directly or indirectly. Using a basic random sampling procedure, 100 respondents made up the sample size. The route analysis approach, which is based on prior correlation and regression analysis, is used to evaluate hypotheses. The outcomes of a hypothesis test conducted on the model-1 structure demonstrate that organizational communication, motivation, and work satisfaction all concurrently have a beneficial impact on employee performance. The outcomes of a hypothesis test conducted on the model-2 structure demonstrate that organizational communication and motivational factors both positively impact work satisfaction.

Abstract

The purpose of this research is to analyze effect of problem-based learning model on learning outcomes in microeconomic course. The approach used in this research is a quantitative approach. Population in this study are students from Medan City Private Universities. Due to the large population, sample is determined randomly, namely 50 respondents. The data analysis technique in this research uses simple linear regression analysis. The research results show that problem-based learning model has a positive and significant effect on learning outcomes in microeconomic course.

Abstract

Economic growth is one of the key indicators used to analyze a country's economic development. A country with consistently increasing economic growth year after year will enhance its development. The purpose of this study is to examine the impact of investment, inflation, and public consumption on economic growth in Bandung. This study makes use of secondary data, namely time series data from 2012 to 2022. Multiple linear regression analysis with SPSS 25 software was employed as an analytical method in this study. The study's findings suggest that, in Bandung, partially investment has little effect on economic growth, inflation has a negative and large effect on economic growth, and public consumption has a significant positive effect on economic growth.
