Abstract

Learning is a process that contains a series of actions of teachers and learners on the basis of reciprocal relationships that take place in educational situations to achieve learning objectives. The science of mathematics is a natural science that studies about the science of measuring the certain. A person who studies mathematics requires not only skill, but also a thought process for understanding, discovering, developing concepts, theories and laws and solving problems in everyday life.Subjects in the subjects of mathematics are required understanding, analysis and ability of learners to link learning in everyday life. One of the materials learned in mathematics learning is trigonometry, therefore teachers are expected to develop the creativity of learners in learning.This is because creativity is able to interpret abstract concepts by involving curiosity, the ability to discover, explore, express ideas and feelings Learning Tournament is a technique that combines a group of learning and team competitions, and can be used to develop lessons on a wide variety of facts, concepts, and expertise. The presence of tournaments or matches every learner wants to get good grades, both individual desires and group desires.Therefore, learners who have weak skills are expected to be motivated to learn, in order to win the game and learners who have more ability, feel the need to share knowledge with learners who are less clever to get a high score and win the game. Based on the result of research, the value of first cycle, second cycle and third cycle in a row (76,76%), (79,11%) and (85,29%).

Abstract

Keberhasilan suatu perusahaan pada umumnya dapat diketahui dari keuntungan suatu perusahaan apabila keuntungan perusahaan mengalami kenaikan maka dapat menunjukkan kinerja suatu perusahaan tersebut dalam kondisi baik dan begitu juga sebaliknya.          Salah satu perusahaan yang memiliki salah satu resiko terbesar yang dapat berdampak terhadap kondisi ekonomi nasional yaitu perusahaan perbankan, perusahaan perbankan memiliki kondisi yang sangat labil apabila kondisi ekonomi tidak kondusif maka dapat juga menganggu kelangsungan hidup perusahaan, pada umumnya investor dalam melihat kondisi atau kinerja suatu perusahaan dapat diperhatikan dengan melihat keuntungan laba perusahaan tersebut,.          Tujuan penelitian yang dapat dilakukan pada penelitian ini yaitu untuk mengetahui dan menganalisis pengaruhnya LDR terhadap ROA pada perbankan yang di BEI, untuk mengetahui dan menganalisis pengaruhnya NPL terhadap ROA pada perbankan yang di BEI, untuk mengetahui dan menganalisis pengaruhnya LDR, dan NPL terhadap ROA pada perbankan yang di BEI, untuk mengetahui dan menganalisis pengaruhnya LDR dengan jumlah asset terhadap ROA pada perbankan yang di BEI, untuk mengetahui dan menganalisis pengaruhnya NPL dengan jumlah asset terhadap ROA pada perbankan yang di BEI.       Hasil dari penelitian ini diantaranya adalah Secara parsial harga saham dapat berpengaruh terhadap ROA pada perbankan di BEI, sedangkan LDR maupun NPL tidak dapat berpengaruh terhadap ROA. Secara simultan bahwa LDR, NPL dan harga saham dapat berpengaruh secara simultan atau secara bersama-sama terhadap ROA pada perusahaan perbankan yang di BEI, dan pada hasil pengujian moderating dengan menggunakan jumlah asset bahwa dapat diketahui harga saham merupakan sebagai variabel moderating yang menghubungkan harga saham dengan ROA.

Abstract

Abstrak Pokok permasalahan dalam penelitian ini adalah Profil Anak Putus Sekolah di Nagari Sungai Patai Kecamatan Sungayang Kabupaten Tanah Datar. Tujuan dari penelitian ini adalah untuk mengetahui gambaran anak putus sekolah di Nagari Sungai Patai setelah mengalami putus sekolah. Jenis penelitian yang digunakan adalah penelitian lapangan (descriptif research), menggunakan metode deskriptif dengan pendekatan kualitatif, teknik pengumpulan data berupa wawancara, observasi dan dokumentasi. Sumber data menggunakan teknik Snowball sampling. Dengan teknik analisis data model Milles dan Huberman dan teknik penjamin keabsahan data dengan cara triagulasi dan analisis kasus negatif. Hasil penelitan menunjukan bahwa 1). Latar belakang pendidikan keluarga anak putus sekolah tergolong rendah terutama orang tua 2). Latar belakang ekonomi keluarga anak putus sekolah tergolong menengah kebawah, ekonomi rendah/tidak mampu. 3). Latar belakang keharmonisan keluarga anak putus sekolah menjadi salah satu faktor penyebab anak putus sekolah namun tidak semua anak putus sekolah berasal dari keluarga yang tidak harmonis. 4). Faktor penyebab anak putus sekolah diantaranya adalah faktor rendahnya pendidikan keluarga, ekonomi, motivasi dan minat belajar yang rendah, keharmonisan keluarga, lingkungan sekolah dan lingkungan pergaulan. 5). Cita-cita anak putus sekolah, hampir semua anak putus sekolah tidak memiliki cita-cita. 6). Aktivitas/pekerjaan sehari-hari anak putus sekolah pada umumnya bertani dan mengambil upahan orang lain.

Abstract

Abstract: The number of cases have been decided and executed by the Customary Court, but are still being processed and tried according to national law. It creates legal uncertainty and tends to conflict with the values of justice and human rights. This tendency is due to law enforcers who prioritize the principle of nullum delictum noella poena sine pravea lege poenali. The criminal law also acknowledges the principle of ne bis in idem for every decided and executed cases, including the Decision of the Adat Court. The result describes that the application of the principle of ne bis in idem to the Decision of the Customary Court has a place in Indonesian law. This can be recognized from the existence of a Supreme Court jurisprudence which states that if a case has been decided by the Adat Court and brought back to court, the Public Prosecutor's indictment must be declared "unacceptable" Niet On vankelijke Verklaark. The implementation of the principle of legality is not only interpreted as nullum delictum sine lege, seen as formal legality, but also as nullum delictum sine ius, material legality by recognizing customary law as a source of law.Keywoords: Ne bis in idem, Verdict, Customary Court.

Abstract

The main problem in this study is the lack of self-control of students in class XI IPS SMAN 1 Batipuh. The purpose of this study was to see how much influence the group counseling approach to Cognitive Behavior Therapy to improve self-control of students of class XI IPS SMAN 1 Batipuh. This type of research is quantitative research using experimental methods. The design used in this study was pre-experimental design with the type of one group pretest-posttest design, namely by measuring the self-control of the experimental group students by using the same instrument in the pretest and posttest measurements. The population in this study were all students of class XI IPS SMAN 1 Batipuh, the sample in this study were 10 students who have low self-control. The results showed that cognitive behavior therapy approach group counseling had a significant effect on student self control. This can be seen based on the results of "t" count with df or db 9, with a significance level of 0.5% obtained that (16.8)> tt (1.83) can thus be interpreted that the cognitive behavior therapy approach group counseling influential significant to the self-control of students of class XI IPS at SMAN 1 Batipuh

Abstract

Low competence of Physics students due to some factors; the lack of teachers’ concerns about students’ basic knowledge, the teachers are not common to reveal the real problems happened in the students’ environment, the learning material used have not based on the scientific approach, and the using of ICT has not been maximal yet. The aim of this research was to find out one solution of the problems above by using learning material based on scientific approach through ICT by applying PBL model which the purpose is to improve the students’ Physics competence at grade X of SMA N 10 Padang. This was a Queasy Experiment research with Factorial Design 2 X 2. The population was the students of grade X MIA in SMA N 10 Padang which registered at the Academic Year of 2015/2016. Samples were taken by using Purposive Sampling. The instruments are observation formats for competence of attitudes, post-test for competence of knowledge, and assessment rubric for competence of skill. The data obtained were analyzed by using graphical analysis for the competence of attitudes, two directions of variant analysis for the competence of knowledge and skill. Based on the data analysis, it can be concluded that there are significant differences of using learning material based on scientific approach through ICT by applying PBL model towards the students’ competence of attitudes, knowledge and skill at the significant degree of 95%.

Abstract

Competency of students in physics class X cross-interest in SMAN 5 Padang has not achieved well. This is due to lack of interest or motivation of students in studying physics, and worksheets that use less attractive and makes learning becomes meaningful. This study carried out to investigate the effect of the applicatio-  LKS oriented reflection learning model on the achievement of competence physics class X in SMAN 5 Padang. The type of this research is a quasi-experimental with Randomized Control Group Only Design. The Populations of this research were all students in class X IS in  SMAN 5 Padang is who listed in the academic year 2014/2015. Sample of this research was selected by purposive random sampling technique and the class was selected as the experimental class is X IS 3 and the control class is X IS 4. The instrument is used to collect data is written test for cognitive competency and observation sheet for affective competence and performance assessment form for the psychomotor competency. Based of the research that has been done, it was concluded that the LKS oriented reflection learning model can improve the competency of physics students in competency knowledge and skills but not the attitude of competency

Abstract

Ineffective achievement of student competency in learning physics caused by several factors:Teacher use the textbooks of the school when giving lesson about physics, teacher haven’t used ICT materials yet optimally. Scientific approach hasn’t been optimally applied in learning of physics. Teacher are not enough yet in giving some of problems related about materials before starting the lessons. And then the problems that are explained by teacher don’t have the concrete steps to be solved. The solution which is offered in this research is by using e-learning module in setting learning model Problem Based Instruction (PBI). That is aim to increase the achievement of physics competence for student at class X SMAN 3 Padang. To achieve that purpose, it needs to do a quasy experiment research by using the student at class X MIA SMAN 3 Padang who have been registered for 2016/2017 period as population and the sample chosen with purposive sampling technique. An instrument sheets of observation to competence attitude, post-test is to knowledge competence, and performance assessment for competence skills. The data will be analyzed by a chart for analysis attitude competency, using test equality of two average to knowledge competence and skills competence. Based on the data analysis, it can be concluded that there is an influence from the user of learning module in setting model about PBI learning which is related in increasing competence achievement of physics for student class X SMAN 3 Padang by having 95% as the confidence rate

Abstract

Not optimal relationship obtained learners is caused by using strategy/method that not exactly in learning. Beside of that, teaching material that used does explain characters that need to reach by learners. A solution to solving the problem is needed teaching materials charged character values and learning strategy that can increase learners’s thinking ability. This research is a quasi-experimental with study design only randomized control group design. The population of research was eleventh grade students of SMAN 7 Padang in the academic year 2014/2015. Sampling are used with a technique cluster random sampling, so there are two sampel class, which is XI MIA5 as experiment class and XI MIA3 as control class. The  research instrumental is written tests for cognitive, format of observation for affective and performance sheet for psychomotor. The data analysis technique used  two average similar test at significance level 0.05 The research shows the average values consecutive of  experimental class are 88,24 at cognitive, 79,41 at affective, and 80,48 at psychomotor. The average values of control class consecutive are 77,71 at cognitive, 72,49 at affecive, and 70,16 at   psychomotor. It shows that the average values of experiment class are higher than control class. From data analysis is got tcount at cognitive, affective, and psychomotor consecutive are 3,38, 3,31, 4,93 and ttabel 2,00. It shows that tcount are bigger than ttabel. it can be said that there are difference learning outcomes between experiment class and control class at significance level o,o5, which is learning outcomes of experiment class are bigger than control class. Difference learning outcomes is caused by effect of the application of teaching materials charged character values with Learning Strategy Increased Ability To Think  on work  and harmonic motion. It can be concluted that there are effects o the application of teaching materials charged character values with Learning Strategy Increased Ability To Think on work and harmonic motion at class XI of SMAN 7 Padang.

Abstract

This study aims to investigate the effect of implementation of integrated learning material character values in CORE Cooperative learning Model in business Matter Energy and Simple Harmonic Vibrations Competence against student class XI SMAN 1 Tarusan. The research is a Quasi Experiment with Randomized Control Research Group Only Design with a population of this research is a class XI student of SMAN 1 Tarusan listed in the Academic Year 2016/2017. Sampling was done by purposive sampling technique. Data collection tool of research in the form of a written test for competency knowledge and competency observation sheet for the scoring rubric for the attitude and competence skills. Mechanical analysis of research data using the t test at real level of 0.05 for the third competency. Based on the analysis of data obtained by the average value for the experimental class and control class that is in the competence of knowledge (80.97) and (72.26), the competence of the attitude that (86.11) and (81.39), and competence skills that (85.3) and (83.59). Data knowledge of both classes of normally distributed samples and having variances were homogeneous, so do test the equality of two average. Competence knowledge tcount (3,537), competence, attitudes tcount (7.25), and competence skills tcount (1.025) with table = 2.00. Thus the working hypothesis that reads Effect of Application of Instructional Materials Integrated Values Characters in Cooperative Learning Model Core At Creative Enterprises Energy and Vibration Harmonic Simple Against Student Competency Class XI SMAN 1 Tarusan accepted for aspects of competence knowledge and attitudes but not for competency skills
