In the modern era, people utilize technology product to ease thetransaction process, namely e-business or e-commerce. Businessalways includes the producers and consumers. In such business, theconsumers do not get maximum service and sometimes are fooledby the producers. Such kind of business in Islam is known as bayâ alsalam. The transaction in bayâ al salam is prone to tricky acts by theproducers. Islam mengatur seluruh aspek kehidupan manusia. Sebagai seorang muslim, perilaku manusia telah diatur sesuai dengan nilai dan norma syariat Islam. Pola perilaku di era industri seperti sekarang dipengaruhi oleh banyak faktor, salah satunya yaitu pemahaman tentang literasi keuangan. Pemahaman tentang literasi keuangan sangat diperlukan dalam hal pemenuhan kebutuhan hidup agar perilaku manusia dalam memanfaatkan pendapatannya menjadi terarah dan tidak bertentangan dengan nilai dan norma ajaran Islam. Penelitian dilakukan terhadap mahasiswa Fakultas Ekonomi dan Bisnis Islam IAIN Tulungagung. Data penelitian diperoleh melalui pemberian kuesioner. Selanjutnya data dianalisis dengan menggunakan uji regresi. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa mahasiswa dengan pemahaman financial knowledge tidak dijadikan dasar dalam penentuan pilihan dalam mengkonsumsi barang dan jasa. Mahasiswa dalam mengkonsumsi barang dan jasa yang diinginkan tidak dipengaruhi oleh perilaku pengelolaan keuangannya. Mahasiswa yang mempunyai sikap keuangan yang baik akan cenderung lebih baik dan bijak pula dalam perilaku keuangannya, sebaliknya mahasiswa dengan sikap keuangan yang buruk akan cenderung mempunyai perilaku keuangan yang buruk juga. Mahasiswa dengan financial satisfaction yang positif akan menggunakan seluruh pendapatannya untuk dibelanjakan sesuai dengan aturan dan tuntunan Islam sehingga perilakunya dalam mengkonsumsi barang dan jasa akan menghasilkan kepuasan yang positif dan sesuai syariat Islam. Mahasiswa dengan pemahaman financial knowledge tidak dijadikan dasar dalam penentuan pilihan dalam mengkonsumsi barang dan jasa. Abstract: In the modern era like today, business transactions have developed along with technological developments. One form of development of business transactions is the modification of classic-contemporary contracts. One form of modification of the contract is the al-Ijarah al-Maushufah fi al-Dzimmah contract. This contract is developed for financing activities of Islamic financial institutions, especially the banking sector, and as an alternative to the financing scheme for infrastructure projects. This research aims to study the issue of al-Ijarah al-Maushufah fi al-Dzimmah in Islamic financial economics. This research is library research with a normative approach. The data analysis used is content analysis and critic analysis. According to the findings of this study, al-Ijarah al-Maushufah fi al-Dzimmah is a contract development employed to suit the community's demands. The monotheism framework underpins the creation of al-Ijarah al-Maushufah fi al-Dzimmah in the study of Islamic financial economics. Tauhid is founded on evolutionary equilibrium and consciousness as a manifestation of monotheism in developing this product. The evolution and consciousness of Islamic banking products into new scientific jewels inside the treasures of Islamic financial economics is the theoretical implication of this research. Compared to previous research, the originality of this study is that the al-Ijarah al-Maushufah fi al-Dzimmah contract is reviewed in terms of Islamic financial economics with a tauhid framework.Abstrak: Era modern seperti saat ini, transaksi bisnis mengalami pengembangan seiring dengan berkembangnya teknologi. Salah satu bentuk pengembangan transaksi bisnis adalah modifikasi akad klasik-kontemporer. Salah satu modifikasi akad tersebut adalah akad al-Ijarah al-Maushufah fi al-Dzimmah. Akad ini merupakan akad yang dikembangkan dalam kegiatan pembiayaan pada lembaga keuangan syariah, khususnya pada bidang perbankan dan merupakan produk alternatif skema pembiayaan yang digunakan untuk pembangunan proyek infrastruktur. Tujuan penelitian ini untuk menganalisis konsep al-Ijarah al-Maushufah fi al-Dzimmah dalam kajian ekonomi keuangan Islam. Penelitian ini menggunakan library research dengan pendekatan normatif. Analisis data yang digunakan adalah analisis isi dan analisis kritis. Hasil penelitian ini menunjukkan bahwa al-Ijarah al-Maushufah fi al-Dzimmah merupakan pengembangan akad yang digunakan untuk memenuhi kebutuhan masyarakat. Pengembangan al-Ijarah al-Maushufah fi al-Dzimmah dalam kajian ekonomi keuangan Islam berdasarkan kerangka tauhid. Konsep tauhid dalam pengembangn produk ini didasarkan pada ekuilibrium evolusioner dan kesadaran sebagai manifestasi tauhid. Implikasi penelitian ini dari segi teoretis adalah pengembangan dan inovasi produk perbankan syariah menjadi khazanah keilmuan baru dengan dalam khazanah ekonomi keuangan Islam. Orisinalitas penelitian ini dibandingkan dengan penelitian sebelumnya adalah akad al-Ijarah al-Maushufah fi al-Dzimmah ditinjau dalam pandangan ekonomi keuangan Islam dengan kerangka tauhid.

Indonesia is a country where the majority of the population is Muslim. One of the potentials that Indonesia has with its Muslim community is the waqf order. This great potential of waqf certainly provides a positive side for the state in the context of the welfare of its people. To improve people’s welfare through the potential of waqf, the government through Otoritas Jasa Keuangan (OJK) makes a sharia investment instrument that is linked to waqf, namely the Sukuk Linked Waqf product. This product is a combination of Sukuk and waqf. The emergence of this product is expected to be able to achieve the great potential of waqf and expand the market share of Islamic finance indirectly, the Sukuk Linked Waqf product is a product that is expected to increase sharia financial inclusion. The method used is a literature review of maqashid sharia and Sukuk. This study used critic analysis and content analysis to investigate the theory of maqashid sharia and Sukuk. The results showed that Sukuk Linked Waqf based on Abu Zahra’s maqashid sharia model is a financial investment product that aims to bring benefits. The benefits, in this case, are in the form of welfare for humans in terms of economic improvement. Whit the emergence of this product, the road to the welfare of the people becomes more real.

Transaksi dengan akad ijarah sebenarnya sudah ada dan dilakukan oleh masyarakat Arab sejak zaman pra-Islam. Setelah datangnya Islam, ijarah merupakan bagian transaksi-transaksi yang penting untuk membangun dan memberdayakan ekonomi dalam bidang muamalat. Akad ijarah juga digunakan dalam perbankan syariah bahkan dikembangkan dengan menggabungkan akad lain sehingga menjadi hybrid contract yaitu akad ijarah maushifah fi al-dzimmah. Penelitian ini mengkaji bagaimana akad ijarah maushufah fi al-dzimmah ditinjau dalam perspektif muamalah kontemporer. Metode penelitian yang digunakan menggunakan library research dengan sumber data primer diambil dari buku fiqh dan fatwa DSN MUI. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa akad ijarah maushufah fi al-dzimmah merupakan produk pengembangan dari akad ijarah dan dapat digunakan sebagai alternatif produk bank syariah untuk pembangunan infrastruktur proyek. Dasar legalitas dari ijarah maushufah fi al-dzimmah didasarkan pada akan salam dan istishna’ yang mana transaksi diperbolehkan dengan menyebutkan kriteria dan spesifikasi barang.

Public trust in the products offered at thrift shops is a challenge that must be faced by thrift shop businesses, and the low level of public trust cannot be blamed because judging from what is happening in the field, second-hand products are of unclear origin and cannot be separated. of the risks of its use. The research objectives include: (1) To determine and analyze the effect of product, price, and promotion together (simultaneously) on customer trust in the thrifting business in Tulungagung outfits. (2) To find out and analyze the influence of individual products (partial) on customer trust in the thrifting business in Tulungagung outfits. (3) To find out and analyze the effect of individual (partial) prices on customer trust in the thrifting business in Tulungagung outfits. (4) To find out and analyze the effect of individual (partial) promotions on customer trust in the thrifting business in Tulungagung outfits. (5) To find out and analyze the variables of product, price, and promotion that have a dominant influence on customer trust in the thrifting business in Tulungagung outfits. This study uses a quantitative approach, which is used to determine the effect of production, price, and promotion on customer trust in Outfit Tuulangagung. The analysis used is the data in the form of numbers. While the data analysis method used: (1) descriptive data analysis, (2) classical assumption test, (3) and inferential statistical analysis. The results showed that: (1) Product, price, and promotion simultaneously (simultaneously) had a significant effect on customer trust in the thrifting business in Tulungagung outfits. (2) Individual products (partial) have a significant effect on customer trust in the thrifting business in Tulungagung outfits. (3) The price individually (partial) has a significant effect on customer confidence in the thrifting business in Tulungagung outfits. (4) Individual promotion (partial) has a significant effect on customer confidence in the thrifting business in Tulungagung outfits. (5) Promotion has the most dominant effect on customer trust in the thrifting business in Tulungagung outfits.

This research is backed by the phenomenon of online transactions conducted by the people of the modern era. Online transactions emerge due to the development of technology and information that can help human beings buy and sell transactions efficiently. However, online transactions pose an individual problem as fraud. Islam governs that every transaction should prioritize a mutual attitude so that no party is harmed. Islam guarantees that all forms of transactions must be free from anything that could harm either party. This article will discuss Islam's concept to protect the parties in the transaction, especially in online transactions. This research is a research library with a normative juridical approach. The data analysis used is content analysis and critic analysis. This research can conclude that al-ru'yah may be applied to online transactions as a form of collateral protection provided to the consumer. Khiyar al-ru'yah attempts to ensure that the consumer knows the goods are transacted so that no party is harmed.

This article aims to re-understand the term al-bay where the context of the revelation of the Koran is different from the technology-based transaction model in the modern era. This article aims to answer the question of how al-Bay's understanding accordances the historical context, the understanding of the commentators and their relevance to technology-based buying and selling transactions in the modern era. These questions are discussed using the mauḍū'ī interpretation method with a library database. The approach used is historical critical. This article shows that the word al-bay' in the Qur'an indicates an effort to seek profit in worldly affairs, especially economics and an effort to seek divine pleasure as provisions for the afterlife in ukhrawi affairs. The historical meaning of al-bay is buying and selling transactions carried out by human beings prioritizing maṣlaḥat and avoiding mafsadat. Meanwhile, technology-based transactions contain al-bay values if they fulfill their willingness, are useful, help each other and are not prohibited. In addition, technology-based buying and selling transactions must prioritize benefit and avoid mafsadat as the purpose of the birth of the term al-Bay in the Koran.
