Abstract

Polemik kekuasaan adalah perdebatan sengit yang terjadi karena adanya sebuah kemampuan seseorang untuk mempengaruhi individu atau kelompok dalam hal ini pemerintah dan Masyarkat. Dalam kehidupan bermasyarakat di mana pemerintah ada pasti ada masyarakat yang akan mengikuti aturannya. Dalam Prespektif hukum Islam yaitu mengena Aturan bagaimana cara mendamaikan sesuai undang-undang dan prinsip-prinsip Islam. Dengan demikian sangat penting diperhatikan bagaimana penyebab, pencegahan, dan padangan hukum Islam. Metode penelitian ini adalah penelitian lapangan dengan pendekatan penelitian adalah: Pendekatan sosiologis, pendekatan syariah, dan pendekatan yuridis. Hasil penelitian ini menyimpulkan yaitu Polemik kekuasaan yang muncul karena adanya kesenjangan sosial yang terjadi antara pemerintah dengan masyarakat sehingga timbul lah prilaku yang tak sepantasnya yang berlaku dalam kehidupan bermasyarakat. Tentang sumber kekuasaan, harus menegaskan rakyat adalah sumber kekuasaan bagi pemerintah. Rakyatlah yang mengangkat dan yang mempunyai hak memaksa pemerintah dalam pandangan Islam dalam lapangan politik, kekuaasaan tertinggi di sebut kedaulatan) ada di tangan Allah Swt; manusia hanya sebagai pelaksana kedaulatan itu. Implikasi penelitian adalah diharapkan kepada Pemerintah sering melakukan sosialisasi di kecamatan agar mempunyai hubungan jalinan antara masyarakat membaik dan terbentuknya kerja sama dalam berbagai aspek dalam kehidupan bermasyarakat.Kata kunci : Kekuasaan; Polemik Masyarakat; hukum Islam

Abstract

Politics and the state are inseparable. The confusion of the form of politics or what is known as the Political Configuration and Legal Products in Indonesia makes people wonder. Then, Islamic Constitutional Law will look at or see how Indonesia's forms of politics and legal products are used. This study aimed to determine Indonesia's political configuration and legal products in terms of Islamic constitutional law. The type of study was normative legal research or research library. The primary data sources were obtained from Al-Qur'an and Hadith, while the secondary data were obtained from books, journals, or materials taken from writings related to the subject matter. The data collection technique was used through the literature by searching, reading, studying, and reviewing related literature. The results of this study showed that: 1) Indonesia currently used a democratic political configuration and responsive legal products, where the public was given space to express themselves and play an active role in determining policies in the government; 2) Islamic constitutional law considered that the political configuration and legal products in Indonesia were in accordance with what was contained in the Islamic constitutional law. This was because Indonesia's democratic political configuration and legal products had the same vision, namely creating prosperity for the general public.

Abstract

There is no doubt that writing is among the important skills ones have to possess in order to be able express themselves. People are able to communicate their ideas and opinion through the medium of writing as an alternative to oral medium. The challenge is that several key issues prohibit people, including students from writing effectively. This is particularly the case with academic writing. This article outlines several key impediments students encounter in academic writing. This analysis is undertaken on the basis of review of the existing literature and the writer’s own reflections of teaching academic writing skills for students in higher education context. Among the key inhibitors faced by students in academic writing are lack of motivation, lack of ideas to write, limited opportunities to practice academic writing, and lack of support, recognition and appreciation from authorities.

Abstract

Keberadaan Badan Usaha Milik Desa (BUMDes) dimaksudkan sebagai wadah untuk memfasilitasi kegiatan ekonomi atau usaha ekonomi sebagai salah satu alternatif dalam meningkatkan kesejahteraan masyarakat pedesaan. Namun, secara umum pengelolaan BUMDes dinilai belum maksimal, hal tersebut menjadi poin menarik untuk diteliti, khususnya pengelolaan BUMDes di Desa Kalebentang Kecamatan Galesong Salatan Kabupaten Takalar. Jenis penelitian yang digunakan yaitu penelitian lapangan (field Research), sumber data berupa data primer dan data sekunder, data yang diperoleh kemudian dianalisis secara kualitatif untuk ditarik disimpulkan. Hasil dari penelitian menunjukkan bahwa, pengelolaaan BUMDes sudah sesuai dengan ketentuan dan tujuan pembentukannya. Akan tetapi, tidak dibisa dipungkiri bahwa masih terdapat kelemahan dan kekurangan dalam pengelolaannya, sehingga masih sulit untuk mewujudkan kesejahteraan masyarakat Desa Kalebentang. Beberapa kelemahan dan kekurangannya diantaranya, BUMDes hanya menyasar pelaku Usaha Kecil Menengah (UKM), tingkat pengetahuan masyarakat, kurangnya edukasi pemerintah terhadap keberadaan dan fungsi BUMDes serta keterbatasan sumber daya manusia.Kata Kunci: BUMDes; Pengelolaan; Kesejahteraan

Abstract

The Development of Indonesian Language Teaching Materials Based on Know-ledge Integration in Islamic Higher Education. This study aims at describing: (1) the reality and the needs for materials oriented towards knowledge integration, (2) the prototype and evaluation of the developed teaching materials. This is a Research and Development undertaken in UIN Alauddin Makassar involving 138 students, five lecturers, and two expert validators. The results show the currently used materials is not based on knowledge integration. Integration have been undertaken in the developed materials by including related verses or hadith, raising Islamic themes as reading materials and examples. The developed materials were evaluated by expert validators both content and design with the average score of 3.91 and 3.93 respectively and categorized as very good. The gain index for small and large groups is 0.71 and 0.72 respectively and categorized as high.

Abstract

The election of village heads is a process of selecting leaders democratically at the lowest level of government and is carried out directly. The study aims to find out how the selection process for the Head of Gareccing Village in the perspective of siyasah syar'iyyah using qualitative types of research, through juridical and normative syar'i approaches. The selection process for the Head of Gareccing Village starts from the stages of forming an election committee, registering candidates, voting, determining selected candidates, and inaugurating the elected village head, and the process has been carried out in accordance with applicable regulations. Political contestation that takes place every 6 (six) years is not colored by dirty practices, such as intimidation and money politics, so that public participation is quite high. Although in the history of Islamic constitutionality there has never been an example of a direct election mechanism such as the election of the Head of Gareccing Village, it does not mean that the mechanism is contrary to the principles of Islamic teachings. Because, from the time the Prophet Muhammad saw to his companions, there was no uniform mechanism in selecting leaders.
