Abstract

Program Kemitraan Masayarakat ini fokus pada Penguatan Pendidikan Karakter melalui Melalui Perilaku Positif. Tujuan utama dari kemitraan ini adalah:1) membantu sekolah mengidentifikasi perilaku-perilaku positif apa yang perlu ditanamkan di sekolah yang mendukung ketercapaian nilai-nilai pendidikan karakter. 2) memberikan pemahaman kepada guru-guru tentang perilaku positif yang dialami oleh siswa akibat adanya stimulus yang dilakukan oleh sekolah. Metode yang di gunanakan adalah worshop dan simulasi penyusunan program. Hasil pelatihan menunjukkan bahwa dengan menggunakan metode worshop dan simulasi guru-guru telah memahami perilaku positif dan telah mampu menyusin program disekolah masing-masing

Abstract

Tujuan penelitian ini adalah untuk mengetahui bagaimana implementasi kurikulum Cambridge di Sekolah Dasar Metro Makassar. Pendekatan penelitian ini adalah kualitatif dengan jenis penelitian kualitatif deskriptif. Teknik pengumpulan data berupa observasi, wawancara dan dokumentasi. Sumber data penelitian ini adalah Direktur sekolah, Head of Principal/kepala dari kepala sekolah (HOP), dan kepala sekolah. Teknik analisis data menggunakan analisis deskriptif. Pengecekan keabsahan data menggunakan teknik triangulasi. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa SD Metro makassar menerapkan 2 kurikulum yaitu kurikulum cambridge dan k13. Penerapan kurikulum tersebut mengikuti pada kebijakan pemerintah dan standar sekolah. Kurikulum Cambridge berfokus pada 5 indikator utama yaitu Matematika, Sains, Bahasa Inggris, Bahasa Mandarin dan Musik. Kurikulum ini mulai diterpak pada siswa kelas I Semester 2 sampai dengan kelas VI dengan menggunakan bahasa inggris sebagai bahasa pengantar. Tantangan dalam penerapan kurikulum ini adalah terbatasnya ketersediaan tenaga asing yang terlibat dalam proses pembelajaran dan pemahaman orang tua tentang kurikulum yang digunakan di sekolah.

Abstract

Abstract: This study aims to describe the implementation of the principal's leadership in improving the quality of learning at MIS Yaa Bunayya Fathul Khair. The results show that school principals play a strategic role as decision makers, motivators, facilitators, and role models. The leadership style applied is a combination of transformational and democratic. Transformationally, school principals encourage technology-based learning innovations such as Virtual Reality (VR) and Jasoz HI-FI, as well as instill the value that teaching is worship. Democratically, school principals involve teachers in decision-making, open communication spaces, and support professional development through training. The impact can be seen in increasing teacher motivation and professionalism, strengthening religious culture, and learning effectiveness. Despite challenges such as differences in teacher backgrounds and student discipline, principals continue to encourage innovation and collaboration. This integrative and adaptive leadership has been proven to be able to optimize the quality of learning as a whole.

Abstract

As the communication space and public services shift to the digital world, elderly need to be able to use digital devices safely and comfortably. Elderly, as users of digital platforms, require special attention, mainly due to the widespread dissemination of online information. Assistance for older people is crucial so that they can communicate and interact comfortably in the digital world. One of these efforts is realised through the Elderly Digital Academy program from Tular Nalar, which was then developed by the Indonesian Elderly Institute (LLI) in Makassar as a mentoring and training program. This study assisted 32 elderly individuals in addressing issues such as hoaxes, online fraud, and digital transactions. The goal is to empower elderly to become active internet users who can create and disseminate fact- based educational content. Although the elderly face challenges such as fake news and hate speech, they still have the spirit to learn and contribute. Digital literacy for elderly is not just about disseminating information, but also creating collaborative spaces and encouraging active participation in digital communities.

Abstract

The improvement of thesis supervision service quality in higher education is a crucial aspect in supporting the smooth progression of studies and the academic success of students. This study aims to explore students’ perceptions of the quality of thesis supervision services at the Faculty of Education, , focusing on five SERVQUAL dimensions: Tangibles, Reliability, Responsiveness , Assurance, and Empathy. A descriptive quantitative approach was employed using a survey method. The instrument was a closed-ended questionnaire based on a 10-point semantic differential scale, consisting of 34 statement items, and was distributed online to 327 students. The data were analyzed using descriptive statistics through frequency and percentage distribution. The findings indicate that, in general, students’ perceptions fall into the “very good” category across most service dimensions. The Tangibles dimension was rated as very good, reflecting the availability of adequate supervision rooms, comprehensive thesis guidelines, and the effective use of digital communication media. The Reliability dimension also received a very good evaluation, indicating the consistency and accuracy of supervisors in performing their supervisory duties. The Responsiveness dimension was rated as good, suggesting that supervisors were reasonably responsive in providing feedback and allocating time for students. The Assurance dimension received the highest score within the very good category, demonstrating students’ strong trust in their supervisors’ competence, integrity, and professionalism. Meanwhile, the Empathy dimension was also rated as very good, reflecting the care, concern, and ability of supervisors to understand students’ individual conditions. Overall, the results indicate that the thesis supervision services have met students’ expectations, although some aspects, particularly within the Responsiveness dimension, still require improvement.
