Abstract

Abstrak Penelitian ini dilakukan dengan bertujuan untuk mengetahui dan menganalisis Pengaruh budaya kerja, kemampuan dan komitmen berpengaruh secara simultan terhadap kinerja dosen dan variabel yang berpengaruh paling dominan terhadap kinerja dosen. Penelitian ini menggunakan data primer melalui Jumlah populasi 191 orang dengan metode sampel yaitu jumlah sampel yang mewakili jumlah keseluruhan dosen berjumlah 129 orang Sedangkan jangka waktu penelitian dilaksanakan mulai bulan September, Oktober dan Nopember 2014. Penelitian ini menggunakan data deskriptif dan analisis statistik. Hasil uji f berdasarkan hasil analisis regresi, maka hipotesis yang diajukan dalam penelitian secara statistik di terima dan teruji kebenarannya. Hal ini di tunjukan oleh f rasio 74,409 dengan propabilitasnya lebih kecil dari 0,05 atau P < 0,05 dengan kata lain hipotesis di terima. Dari ketiga variabel yang dipilih maka nilai indeks pengaruh menunjukkan bahwa hubungan yang paling kuat adalah kemampuan (X2) dengan nilai 0,322,kemudian komitmen (X3) dengan nilai 0,301 dan budaya kerja dengan nilai 0,228. Hasil penelitian ini menunjukkan bahwa budaya kerja, kemampuan dan komitmen berpengaruh terhadap kinerja dosen Kata Kunci: Kinerja budaya kerja, kemampuan, komitmen Abstract This research was conducted with the aim to identify and analyze the influence of work,ability and commitment simultaneous effect on the performance of lecturers and variable most dominant influence on the performance of lecturers at universities in Maros. Abstract

Abstrak Pandemi nyaris membuat semua perusahaan melakukan transformasi dalam bekerja ini menyiratkan bahwa perubahan dalam organisasi kerja dapat mempengaruhi kinerja karyawan pada saat ini. Ini di buktikan dengan peran perusahaan dalam mengandalankan era digital atau era disrupsi dalam perusahaan. Fenomena saat ini dimana pada saat yang sama muncul industry 4.0 dimana teknologi yang baru akan berdampak pada impilkasi dalam bekerja apa lagi dimasa pandemic ini. Tujuan penelitian ini adalah untuk menganalisis pengaruh kepemimpinan terhadap komitmen organisasi dan kinerja karyawan. Untuk menganalisis pengaruh kompetensi terhadap komitmen organisasi dan kinerja karyawan. Untuk menganalisis pengaruh budaya organisasi terhadap komitmen organisasi dan kinerja karyawan. Untuk menganalisis pengaruh komitmen organisasi terhadap kinerja karyawan. Penelitian ini menggunakan pendekatan kuantitatif dengan menggunakan data primer melalui kuesioner sebanyak 113 responden. Penelitian dilakukan pada bulan Maret hingga Juni 2022. Data dianalisis menggunakan SEM (Structural Equation Modeling) dengan bantuan Amos Versi 25. dan SPSS versi 25. Hasil penelitian ini menunjukkan bahwa: (1) kepemimpinan berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap Komitmen Organisasi. (2) Kompetensi berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap Komitmen Organisasi. (3) Budaya organisasi berpengaruh signifikan dan positif terhadap Komitmen Organisasi. (4) Komitmen organisasi berpengaruh signifikan terhadap kinerja karyawan (5) kepemimpinan berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap kinerja pegawai. (6) Kompetensi berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap kinerja pegawai (7) Budaya organisasi berpengaruh positif dan tidak signifikan terhadap kinerja pegawai. (8) Pengaruh tidak langsung kepemimpinan, kompetensi, budaya organisasi terhadap kinerja melalui komitmen organisasi. Abstract

Tujuan penelitian ini adalah (1) Untuk mengetahui pengaruh Kompensasi finansial dan non finansial serta motivasi kerja terhadap Produktivitas Kerja Pegawai pada Kantor Pengelolaan Daerah Kawasan dan Penanaman Modal Kabupaten Maros dan (2) Untuk mengetahui variabel yang lebih dominan berpengaruh terhadap Produktivitas Kerja Pegawai pada Kantor Pengelolaan Daerah Kawasan dan Penanaman Modal Kabupaten Maros. Penelitian ini dilaksanakan selama 3 (tiga) bulan pada Kantor Pengelolaan Daerah Kawasan dan Penanaman Modal Kabupaten Maros. Metode Sensus digunakan untuk 54 orang sebagai sampel penelitian dari populasi yang terbatas jumlahnya sebesar 54 orang. Data dikumpulkan melalui observasi, wawancara, kuesioner dan dokumentasi, kemudian diolah dengan menggunakan statistik deskriptif yakni prosentase dan frekuensi, sedangkan statistik inferensialnya menggunakan Analisis regresi linier berganda, yang dimaksudkan untuk mengukur pengaruh Kompensasi Finansial dan Non finansial serta Motivasi Kerja sebagai variabel bebas terhadap Produktivitas Kerja Pegawai pada Kantor Pengelolaan Daerah Kawasan dan Penanaman Modal Kabupaten Maros sebagai variabel terikat. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa secara bersama-sama variabel bebas Kompensasi Finansial dan Non finansial serta Motivasi Kerja berpengaruh positif terhadap variabel terikat (Produktivitas Kerja Pegawai pada Kantor Pengelolaan Daerah Kawasan dan Penanaman Modal Kabupaten Maros) dimana Variabel kompensasi finansial merupakan variabel dominan berpengaruh terhadap produktivitas kerja Pegawai pada Kantor Pengelolaan Daerah Kawasan dan Penanaman Modal Kabupaten Maros. Hasil penelitian ini merekomendasikan perlunya pegawai meningkatkan kemampuan sumber daya manusianya dalam bentuk pendidikan, pelatihan sehingga produktivvitas kerjanya semakin baik yang pada akhirnya kompensasi yang diterima juga meningkat. Kata Kunci: Kompensasi Financial, Kompensasi Non Financial, Motivasi Kerja, Produktivitas Kerja

Abstract

Diabetes is a chronic disease characterized by high levels of blood sugar (glucose). If diabetes is not controlled properly, various complications can arise that endanger the sufferer's life. Blood sugar levels are controlled by the insulin hormone produced by the pancreas, an organ located behind the stomach. We are conducting a pkm on processing Moringa leaves into porridge as an alternative diet for diabetes sufferers. Considering that there are many diabetes sufferers, the combination of Moringa leaves and low-sugar rice makes it possible to make an alternative diet food for diabetes sufferers. Moringa or merunggai (moringa oleifera) is a type of plant from the moringaceae family. From the results of the nutritional content analysis, it can be seen that Moringa leaves have excellent potential to complement the nutritional needs of the body. This pkm can help diabetes sufferers find alternatives for their diet menu.

Abstract

Villages have the opportunity to develop the potential they have had since the birth of the Law on Villages. Optimizing the potential of the village is used for the benefit of the village community. The aim of optimizing village potential is to improve the life of the village community. The aim of establishing Village-Owned Enterprises (BUMDes) is one of the government's efforts to stimulate the village economy. BUMDes is expected to become a locomotive for village economic movements that can improve the welfare and reduce poverty of village communities. In order for this goal to be achieved, BUMDes need to be managed professionally so that they can compete and develop well. BUMDes in Gandasari Village, Bekasi Regency. BUMDes receives full support from the local village government. BUMDesa Gandasari Village has limited human resource capabilities. The limitations of existing human resources are the ability to report financial results from operational activities carried out. The Community Partnership Program (PKM) aims to provide financial management methods that were previously manual to become systematic and digitalized. The output of the activities carried out is that BUMDes administrators understand the Bumdes administration system and accounting/bookkeeping and have the ability to create BUMDes Financial Reports in the form of simple accounting, namely creating daily cash books, balance sheets, profit and loss reports and systematic, digital-based capital change reports.

Abstract

Ulos cloth has long been used by the Batak people and has become a cultural heritage. Ulos cloth is used in various gatherings and also traditional events such as weddings, funerals, seven months or events within the family circle. Current developments have made ulos cloth endangered because the economic conditions of ulos craftsmen are not developing, so they do not want to continue their profession as craftsmen. Ulos Village, Lumban Suhi Suhi Toruan Village, Samosir Island, where the majority of the people work as weavers, so the village is called ulos village. The people there sell their ulos through bazaars, exhibitions, and to visiting tourists. Pondok Raja ulos village carries out empowerment to develop ulos cloth in order to preserve the revitalization and utilization of available natural resources, including developing the village as a tourist village. This research uses the theory of participatory communication and community empowerment. The data collection technique is by conducting interviews with the management or craftsmen of the ulos. This research also carried out on-site observations by looking at how community empowerment with ulos craftsmen has improved the MSMEs of North Sumatra, especially in Lake Toba.

Abstract

Indonesia has a large population, especially children. Chocolate is almost liked by all groups. In addition to being delicious, chocolate also has various benefits forthe body, from improving mood to maintaining heart health. Starting from children, teenagers, to adults, many like to eat chocolate. In addition to its distinctive and delicious taste, chocolate also has health benefits. Chocolate is a processed cocoa bean that is roasted, ground, then formed into a liquid, paste, or in block form. Dark chocolate or dark chocolate contains antioxidants, vitamins, and minerals that are good for the body. Now there are many chocolates that are processed with the addition of sugar, milk, and so on. Instead of getting the health benefits of chocolate, consuming this type of chocolate is dangerous for health. Therefore, if you want to feel the benefits of chocolate, consume dark chocolate without adding excess sugar. because this product has an affordable price and has great benefits.

Abstract

indonesia has many diverse vegetable plants. Vegetables are plants that are often used as ingredients to complement rice and side dishes. Vegetables are rich in fiber, vitamins, and minerals so they are very good to consume. The benefits of lettuce can be felt when consumed regularly. This green leafy vegetable is low in calories and will not be a problem when consumed in large quantities. Kebab is made from vegetables, chicken, cheese, tomatoes, lettuce leaves. Kebab bread is the latest innovation that is rarely found on the market which is made from vegetables and white bread. Thus we innovate to create nutritious food for children as an alternative food. This new innovation can also increase children's nutrition because it is made from vegetables where vegetables are very much needed by the body, especially children, so that children's nutrition is sufficient. The business of making Kebabs made from vegetables, fruit, cheese, chicken meat increases the selling power of Kebab products. This Kebab product manufacturing business will be marketed in the Bontokassi area and will be developed outside the Bontokassi area. Kebab has a fairly high business opportunity because: (1) Many people, especially children, like this type of food; (2) Raw materials that are easy to obtain; (3) An alternative vegetable substitute for children who do not like vegetables; (4) In making Kebab does not require special skills; (5) From teenagers to adults can make this product; (6) Not many people sell this product. The target of this product is small children and teenagers who do not like vegetables, especially carrots and lettuce, because this product has an affordable price and has great benefits.

Abstract

The business world has undergone a major transformation as a result of the digital era, and this is also true for Indonesian MSMEs. While MSMEs play an important role in the economy, many of them still struggle to adjust to the rapid changes brought about by digital technology. MSMEs must be able to adapt to the increasingly fierce business competition to meet evolving consumer expectations. To stay relevant and compete in a dynamic market, MSMEs must quickly go digital as digitalization increases consumer expectations of service quality and shopping experience. The aim is to provide a Strategy for Improving Product and Service Quality in facing the challenges of digitalization. The method used has three stages, namely preparation, implementation and evaluation. Service activities provide implementation around strengthening digital marketing, product innovation, improving product quality, developing human resources, and opening collaborations with other parties that allow MSMEs to face challenges in this digitalization era. The results obtained are products that are easily accessible, innovative, and of high quality, and can adjust quickly to advances in digital technology.
