Abstract

There is no doubt that micro, small and medium enterprises (MSMEs) have become an important part of the Indonesian economy. However, they still face several challenges, such as not having a business legality and a lack of ability to take advantage of online sales opportunities. This study aims to identify the elements that influence the growth of MSMEs, with an emphasis on the importance of business legality and the use of social media for online sales. The approach using socialization to the community is used to provide an understanding of the benefits of business legality and online sales strategies. The results of the study indicate that having a business legality can provide better access to government guidance and bank credit. entrepreneurship education in Bantargebang Village, Bekasi City, which emphasizes the importance of digital adaptation and understanding business law Alignment of technology in the digital era.

Abstract

The rapid development of the internet greatly affects business changes. Many business activities have changed with the availability of the internet today. One of the significant changes in business activity is marketing or marketing. Marketing is a social and managerial process by which individuals and groups obtain what they want and need through creating and exchanging products and value with others. Marketing is also the process of designing and executing the conception, pricing, promotion and distribution of ideas, goods and services to create exchanges that satisfy individual and organizational goals. E-marketing describes company efforts to inform, communicate, promote and market products and services via the internet. Electronic marketing utilizes network technology to coordinate market share research, assist product development, develop strategies and tactics to attract customers, provide online distribution. This web-based marketing system with SMS Gateway facilities can assist companies in capturing new customers and providing optimal service to existing customers. This web-based marketing system with SMS Gateway facilities will later be integrated with a database that will store the required data. Packaging is an important marketing tool, not only as a wrapper but also as a differentiator between the company's products and similar products from competitors. Packaging (packaging) is a process related to the design and manufacture of a container (container) or wrapper (wrapper) for a product. Each product should have an attractive packaging design, containing information on the product name, company name, net weight, expiration date, composition, nutritional content, Indonesian National Standard or SNI, Hazard Analytical Critical Control Point (HACCP) and halal marking. 2. In making the packaging design there are aesthetic and identity factors, there should be the words and the Bananation logo, and use a combination of several colors, and add various images to make the packaging more colorful and catchy so that it is easier for everyone to remember. Security and distribution factors must also be a concern of the company without compromising aesthetic value by using corrugated paper type cardboard on the outside and food grade plastic material on the inside so that it is guaranteed durability in shipping and is also environmentally friendly

Abstract

Micro, Small, and Medium Enterprises (MSMEs) are very important to the Indonesian Economy, but often MSMEs face problems in terms of marketing and management. In an effort to increase consumer buying interest, this Service Activity investigates effective marketing, branding, and employee performance strategies for MSMEs. Cheesecuit Micro, Small, and Medium Enterprises (MSMEs) face key challenges related to marketing, branding, and performance that can impact consumer awareness and interest in purchasing products. This service identifies factors that influence consumer buying interest and analyzes what marketing, branding, and management strategies are appropriate to increase consumer buying interest for cheesecuit businesses. The proposed solutions include building an integrated marketing strategy, utilizing digital marketing, improving product quality, building partnerships and distribution networks, training and mentoring for MSMEs, as well as improving Resource Management in improving employee performance. This service activity is expected to have a positive impact on business actors in order to increase consumer purchasing power and provide benefits for business owners.

Abstract

Tujuan dari kegiatan pengabdian kepada masyarakat ini adalah untuk meningkatkan kinerja bisnis para pelaku usaha Bakso SARJANA dengan memberikan pendampingan dalam manajemen sumber daya manusia (SDM) dan legalitas usaha. Pemilik usaha kecil sering mengalami kesulitan dalam mengelola sumber daya manusia dan mematuhi persyaratan hukum yang dapat menghambat pertumbuhan bisnis mereka. Kegiatan ini melibatkan memberikan pelatihan, mendampingi, dan memberikan konsultasi yang intensif kepada para pengusaha di Bakso SARJANA. Hasil dari kegiatan ini menunjukkan adanya peningkatan dalam efisiensi operasional, ketaatan terhadap peraturan, dan daya saing bisnis. Pelatihan manajemen sumber daya manusia membantu pengusaha mengelola tenaga kerja secara lebih efektif, sementara pendampingan legalitas bisnis memastikan kepatuhan terhadap peraturan yang berlaku. Menyediakan pendampingan bukan hanya untuk mengurangi kemungkinan terkena masalah hukum, tapi juga untuk meningkatkan reputasi dan daya saing bisnis di pasar. Meningkatkan pendampingan dan meningkatkan kemampuan pelaku usaha sangat penting untuk mencapai hasil yang lebih baik di masa yang akan datang.

Abstract

The business world has undergone a major transformation as a result of the digital era, and this is also true for Indonesian MSMEs. While MSMEs play an important role in the economy, many of them still struggle to adjust to the rapid changes brought about by digital technology. MSMEs must be able to adapt to the increasingly fierce business competition to meet evolving consumer expectations. To stay relevant and compete in a dynamic market, MSMEs must quickly go digital as digitalization increases consumer expectations of service quality and shopping experience. The aim is to provide a Strategy for Improving Product and Service Quality in facing the challenges of digitalization. The method used has three stages, namely preparation, implementation and evaluation. Service activities provide implementation around strengthening digital marketing, product innovation, improving product quality, developing human resources, and opening collaborations with other parties that allow MSMEs to face challenges in this digitalization era. The results obtained are products that are easily accessible, innovative, and of high quality, and can adjust quickly to advances in digital technology.

Abstract

The role of transformational leadership, organizational culture, and work motivation in improving employee productivity in manufacturing companies is discussed in this study. Companies face great challenges to maintain and improve their productivity in an era of globalization and intense competition. Employees get inspiration and motivation from transformational leadership, and a positive corporate culture encourages teamwork. To ensure that employees remain energized and dedicated, it is crucial to have high work motivation. The method used is a quantitative method involving data analysis using the Partial Least Squares Structural Equation Model (PLS-SEM). With an R2 value of 0.953, the third variable has a positive and significant impact on employee productivity. The results show that in a competitive business environment, increasing productivity through developing better leadership, improving organizational culture, and increasing work motivation is essential.

Abstract

Usaha Mikro, Kecil, dan Menengah (UMKM) memiliki peran penting dalam mendukung pertumbuhan ekonomi negara kita. Pasalnya, sebagian besar pengusaha aktif di sektor ini, dan mereka berhasil menciptakan lapangan kerja yang signifikan. Tujuan penelitian ini adalah untuk memahami bagaimana kompetensi sumber daya manusia (SDM) dalam usaha mikro, kecil, dan menengah (UMKM) di desa Burangkeng, Kecamatan Setu, Kabupaten Bekasi, dapat meningkatkan kinerja UMKM tersebut. Kompetensi tenaga kerja (SDM) rupanya merupakan satu faktor yang amat krusial dalam sektor UMKM. Dengan adanya peningkatan kemampuan sumber daya manusia melalui peningkatan tingkat pengetahuan dan keahlian, maka hal tersebut menjadi faktor utama dalam meningkatkan performa usaha mikro, kecil, dan menengah (UMKM).

Abstract

Wirausaha merupakan langkah dalam meningkatkan pertumbuhan ekonomi pribadi, masyarakat, dan Negara. Kegiatan wirausaha adalah proses menciptakan sesuatu secara kreatif dan inovatif dengan memanfaatkan peluang yang tersedia sebagai salah satu jalan menuju kesuksesan. Dalam usaha memerlukan sebuah keamanan dan kenyamanan dalam menjalankannya, yaitu dengan legalitas usaha dan pemahaman pengetahuan manajemen usaha. Legalitas usaha mikro kecil, dan menengah merupakan standarisasi yang harus dipenuhi oleh pelaku usaha. Pelaku UMKM dituntut untuk memiliki legalitas usaha sebagai bentuk perlindungan hukum yang jelas. Perlindungan hukum ini dinaungi langsung oleh pemerintah pusat dan pemerintah daerah. Sehingga dengan adanya legalitas usaha akan menjamin kemudahan dalam berwirausaha.Tujuan dari pengabdian ini yaitu memberikan pemahaman kepada masyarakat terkait pentingnya berwirausaha dan legalitas UMKM. Pelaksanaan pengabdian menggunakan metode ceramah dalam kegiatan pemaparan materi dan metode diskusi. Pelaksanaan pengabdian mendapatkan respon yang positif dan antusias dari peserta kegiatan, sehingga pelaksanaan berjalan dengan baik.
