Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui bagaimana sistem pengendalian inflasi dalam ekonomi Islam, dengan menggunakan metode kualitatif, disajikan dalam bentuk deskriptif dari hasil studi kepustakaan (library research) literatur-literatur tertulis. Ekonomi Islam sebagai sistem perekonomian mempunyai cara dan strategi tersendiri dalam menekan inflasi yang jauh berbeda dengan sistem ekonomi lainnya. Ekonomi Islam menyetujui kebijakan moneter dan fiskal sebagai bagian dan upaya menekan inflasi. Akan tetapi untuk mencapai norma keadilan sosioekonomi perlu ada upaya untuk menjaga stabilitas harga, melalui strategi perbaikan moral, distribusi pendapatan dan kekayaan yang merata, serta penghapusan riba.

Abstract

Islamic banks as intermediary institutions shall maintain and comply with sharia principles so that in carrying out their business, they will continue to gain trust from the community, especially during the Covid-19 pandemic. The principle that is highly fundamental for the existence of an industry including sharia banks is fiduciary principle. The purpose of this study was to examine the implementation of the fiduciary principle in maintaining customer loyalty amid the Covid-19 pandemic. The research method used in this study was descriptive analysis. The type of data used was secondary data, namely in the form of articles, magazines, research journals, books, and other sources relevant to this study. The data collection technique used was documentation technique. The results of the study showed that the trust given to customers by sharia banks can increase customer loyalty in conducting various transactions. In addition, various efforts also needed to be made by sharia banks in order to maintain customer loyalty in the midst of the current pandemic by improving service quality and maintaining customer perceptions regarding the image of the bank. Therefore, sharia banks must uphold this fiduciary principle in order to prevent banking risks that may occur amidst the COVID-19 pandemic.

Abstract

Zakat perusahaan telah diatur oleh ulama melalui fatwa dan diatur pemerintah Indonesia lewat undang-undang zakat, belum memberikan efek signifikan terhadap pengumpulan zakat pada perusahaan. Potensi zakat perusahaan sangat besar menurut data Badan Amil Zakat Nasional (BAZNAS) namun sangat rendah tingkat pengumpulannya. Negara-negara Islam lainnya telah berhasil membuat kebijakan khusus mengatur pemungutan dan penyaluran zakat atas perusahaan yang wajib zakat. Indonesia seharusnya mampu menggerakkan perusahaan untuk berkomitmen penuh dalam mengeluarkan zakat.

Abstract

Artikel yang berjudul “Analisis Pemanfaatan Harta dalam Konsumsi Masyarakat (Studi Komparatif Ekomomi Konvensional dan Ekonomi Islam” merupakan metode analisis data deskriptif kualitatif. Metode kualitatif ini digunakan untuk mencari jawaban rumusan masalah bagaimana pemanfaatan harta dalam konsumsi masyarakat perspektif ekonomi konvensional dan ekonomi Islam dan bagaimana konsep konsumsi masyarakat ekonomi konvensional dan ekonomi Islam. Teknik pengumpulan data dari penelitian ini menggunakan studi pustaka yaitu mengumpulkan dan memeriksa atau menelusuri dokumen-dokumen atau kepustakaan seperti buku- buku, skripsi, kamus dan lain sebagainya yang menjadi sumber data primer, skunder, tersier yang dapat memberikan informasi yang dibutuhkan peneliti dan menggunakan pendekatan sosiologis, suatu landasan kajian sebuah studi atau penelitian untuk mempelajari hidup bersama dalam masyarakat. Hasil penelitian ini menunjukkan bahwa pemanfaatan harta terbagi atas dua yaitu pengembangan harta dan penggunaan harta. Penggunaan harta merupakan alat dan sarana untuk melakukan aktivitas konsumsi untuk memenuhi kebutuhan jasmani dan rohani konsumen. Penggunaan harta dalam aktivitas konsumsi ekonomi konvensional merupakan kebebasan untuk mencapai kepuasan sedangkan dalam ekonomi Islam belanja untuk keperluan yang sifatnya konsumtif ini tetap diatur oleh hukum syari’at sehingga ada yang dibolehkan syari’at ada juga belanja yang diharamkan oleh syari’at. Ekonomi konvensional kebutuhan ditentukan oleh konsep kepuasan (utility) sedangkan dalam ekonomi Islam kebutuhan ditentukan oleh konsep mashlahah yang bertujuan untuk mencapai falah (kejayaan di dunia dan di akhirat) sedangkan dalam ekonomi konvensional kepuasan hanya diperuntukan untuk dunia.

Abstract

The Indonesian government has planned to become the center of the world's halal industry in 2024, but the competition in the halal industry does not only come from Muslim countries also non-Muslim majority countries. Therefore, this study aims to unravel the opportunities and challenges of the Indonesian halal industry towards the center of the world halal industry. This research is a literature study, using a descriptive approach, data and information collected from various kinds of literature and secondary data. The results of this study indicate that there are five aspects of the opportunities for the Indonesian halal industry, aspects of global recognition, finance, halal food, halal tourism, and aspects of halal lifestyle. There are three challenges, each from external sources, competing countries, the unavailability of globally halal certification agreed, and the incompatibility of Muslim countries in lay down halal product standards; and from the internally consists of, the lack of halal awareness among the Indonesian people, the problems of Law Number 33 of 2014 concerning Halal Product Guarantee, and the low awareness of the Indonesian people to compete. In addition to these challenges, there are also obstacles faced of Indonesia, including the halal industry business opportunities that have not been realized by many parties and regulators, the limited supply of raw materials that meet halal criteria, the limited understanding of a number of producers accompanied by inadequate infrastructure, differences in standardization and certification of halal products, and the number of imported products that enter Indonesia.

Abstract

This study aims to determine the application of education assistance on saving behavior that is attractive as well as to prevent and find solutions to the consumptive attitudes of elementary school students in Makassar city.  This study uses the qualitative research type.  The type of data used in this research are subject data and object data, the data is obtained from interviews with informants and documentary data.  The results of this study indicate that the steps taken in order to assist education on saving behavior are attractive to elementary school students so that they like to save, namely: the preparation stage, the implementation stage, the activity process, and the evaluation. Meanwhile, efforts to prevent and find solutions to the consumptive attitudes of elementary school students in Makassar is to provide education and understanding of how important it is to instill a simple lifestyle for elementary school children in order to be able to determine their needs rather than their desires, therefore the role of parents and also teachers are very important in that effort.
