Abstract

Tujuan. Tujuan diadakannya penelitian ini adalah untuk mengetahui dan menganalisis pengaruh Brand Image Terhadap Minat Beli Smartphone Huawei di Tangerang Selatan. Untuk mengetahui dan menganalisis pengaruh Price Discount Terhadap Minat Beli Smartphone Huawei di Tangerang Selatan. Untuk mengetahui dan menganalisis pengaruh Free Gift Terhadap Minat Beli Smartphone Huawei di Tangerang Selatan. Metode. Desain penelitian yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini menggunakan metode kasualitas. Populasi dari penelitian ini adalah seluruh pengguna Smartphone Huawei di Tangerang Selatan, sedangkan jumlah sampel yang digunakan sebanyak 100 responden. Pegumpulan data menggunakan kuesioner dan kemudian dianalisis dengan menggunakan uji statistic dengan metode SEM (Structural Equation Modelling) dengan menggunakan software PLS 3.0. Hasil. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa tidak terdapat pengaruh antara Brand Image terhadap Minat Beli Smartphone Huawei di Tangerang Selatan. Price Discount berpengaruh signifikan terhadap minat beli Smartphone Huawei di Tangerang Selatan. Free Gift berpengaruh signifikan terhadap Minat Beli Smartphone Huawei di Tangerang Selatan. Implikasi. Perusahaan Huawei dapat terus mengembangkan Ekuitas Merek smartphone Huawei untuk membantu meningkatkan penjualan. Pengembangan tersebut dapat dengan memperkenalkan smartphone Huawei di masyarakat dengan memperkuat Ekuitas Merek melalui promosi, iklan maupun tenaga penjual. Dengan Ekuitas Merek yang kuat, akan menimbulkan rasa percaya konsumen terhadap produk atau merek yang dipilihnya.

Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan agar siswa SMKN 6 Kota Serang dapat mengembangkan kemampuannya melalui Pelatihan Manajemen Usaha Kecil Menengah (UKM) dan menghasilkan generasi muda yang siap menghadapi tantangan dunia kerja dan berkontribusi terhadap pertumbuhan ekonomi. Program ini dirancang untuk membekali siswa dengan keterampilan praktis untuk menjalankan bisnis, mulai dari perencanaan bisnis hingga manajemen keuangan dan mengembangkan strategi pemasaran. Program ini juga bertujuan untuk mengembangkan jiwa kewirausahaan di kalangan siswa, sehingga mereka tidak hanya fokus pada pekerjaan setelah lulus, tetapi juga menciptakan peluang bisnis baru yang mendukung pengembangan perekonomian lokal. Dengan pendekatan komprehensif, kegiatan ini meliputi konsultasi, pelatihan, dan pendampingan untuk memberikan siswa pengalaman langsung dalam mengelola berbagai aspek bisnis. Kegiatan ini juga diharapkan dapat memberikan dampak positif terhadap pertumbuhan sektor UKM Indonesia dan memperkuat peran lembaga pendidikan dalam mendukung pembangunan ekonomi berbasis kewirausahaan. Pada akhirnya, program ini bertujuan untuk melahirkan generasi muda yang mampu menjadi agen perubahan dan berkontribusi aktif dalam pembangunan bangsa.

Abstract

This community service activity aims to optimize the quality of human resource (HR) services to increase customer satisfaction in Bakpia Wong Jogja MSMEs. The main problem faced by partners is the lack of understanding and skills of employees in providing excellent service to customers, which has an impact on low levels of customer satisfaction and loyalty. The methods used in this activity include training, mentoring, and periodic evaluation of the implementation of customer service standards. The results of the activities showed a significant improvement in employee attitudes, communication skills, and speed of service. In addition, there has been a positive increase in customer feedback regarding the shopping experience at Bakpia Wong Jogja. With the optimization of human resources services, partner MSMEs are able to build a competitive advantage and strengthen their position in the local market. This activity is expected to be a model for human resource empowerment for other MSMEs in an effort to increase customer satisfaction in a sustainable manner

Abstract

The aim of this Community Service activity is to implement one of the Tri Dharmas of Higher Education. Apart from that, through this Community Service activity, it is hoped that the existence of universities can make a major contribution to the development and application of science in society. The method used in this Community Service is that the implementation team visits Nurul Huda Vocational School, Serang City. Providing training from 28-29 October 2023. This socialization aims to ensure that vocational school students, who are mostly teenagers, understand the importance of competence for themselves, the period of developing their personal potential is very important to prepare graduates ready for work in the future. The method for implementing this PKM is by: 1. Lecture / Presentation Method, 2. Javanese Questioning Method. 3. Sharing Session about developing personal competencies in choosing a career in the future. This sharing session was given to the participants to encourage the participants to take an active role in their environment to increase the development of their personal potential and career planning as well as understand and be able to implement how to manage their own potential optimally as a provision for being able to choose a career early on. The result of this Community Service activity is an increase in the knowledge and skills of participants at Nurul Huda Baros Serang Vocational School, especially in the field of developing personal potential and career planning in the future, namely competence becomes their provision, both now and in the future. It is hoped that the knowledge gained in this Community Service activity will be able to provide enthusiasm in conveying knowledge and provide motivation and contribute to the younger generation, both in the school, campus and community environments. So that PKM is right on target, it is necessary to pay attention to the method of implementing PKM

Abstract

This Community Service Program (PKM) was carried out in Sasahan Village, Waringin Kurung District, Serang Regency, with the aim of improving the understanding and skills of MSME actors regarding the implementation of Occupational Safety and Health (OSH). The low level of awareness and limited knowledge of MSMEs about the importance of OSH has led to a high potential for workplace accidents, especially in culinary, craft, and trade sectors that use simple equipment and operate in limited work environments. Through outreach and educational activities conducted on October 8–9, 2025, participants were provided with materials on basic OSH concepts, hazard identification, accident prevention strategies, as well as training on the use of personal protective equipment (PPE) and first aid for minor workplace incidents. The methods used in this program included material presentations, interactive discussions, simulations, and hands-on practice to ensure that participants could understand and apply OSH measures in simple yet effective ways. A total of 50 MSME participants took part enthusiastically, demonstrating increased awareness of the importance of creating a safe, healthy, and productive work environment. The results showed that participants began to understand that implementing OSH is not merely an obligation, but a long-term investment for business sustainability, improved productivity, and strengthened professional image of MSME. Overall, this PKM activity produced positive impacts, including increased knowledge, practical skills, and the development of collective awareness in fostering a work culture that prioritizes safety. This program is expected to serve as an initial step toward expanding OSH awareness among MSMEs and becoming a model for OSH education programs in other regions.

Abstract

The objective of this Community Service Program (Pengabdian kepada Masyarakat/PKM) was carried out as an implementation of the Tri Dharma of Higher Education, particularly in the aspect of community engagement oriented toward empowering students within the school environment. The primary focus of the activity was to enhance motivation, creativity, and human resource (HR) planning skills among students of SMKN 1 Ciruas as an effort to foster an entrepreneurial spirit from an early age. This program was designed based on the students’ real needs, as they still faced low learning motivation, lack of self-confidence, and limited understanding of how to develop career plans and utilize their potential to face future challenges. The implementation methods employed expository and inquiry-based approaches. The expository method was used to deliver fundamental concepts of human resource planning, motivation, creativity, and basic principles of entrepreneurship. Meanwhile, the inquiry method encouraged students to think critically through group discussions, case studies, brainstorming business ideas, and simulations of career planning. The integration of these two methods enabled students to acquire theoretical knowledge while also gaining practical experience relevant to their personal development needs. The results of the program indicated an improvement in students’ understanding of the importance of individual-level human resource planning, including the ability to recognize personal potential, set short-term and long-term goals, and design career development strategies. Students’ learning motivation and interest in entrepreneurship also increased, as evidenced by their active participation in discussions and their confidence in expressing creative business ideas. In addition, students’ creativity developed through exercises in designing simple product or service concepts relevant to their surrounding environment. The impact of the program was not only felt by students individually but also by the school, as it contributed to the growth of an entrepreneurial culture and opened opportunities for continued collaboration between the school and higher education institutions. Overall, this PKM activity successfully made a tangible contribution to improving the quality of human resources at SMKN 1 Ciruas, particularly through strengthening motivation, creativity, self-planning skills, and entrepreneurial spirit. This program is expected to become a sustainable initiative that supports students’ readiness to enter the workforce or to start independent entrepreneurial ventures. Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menganalisis secara mendalam bagaimana Pembelajaran Organisasi dan kualitas Kepemimpinan (Leadership) di lingkungan sekolah memengaruhi kemampuan sekolah dalam mengelola dan memanfaatkan pengetahuan (Manajemen Pengetahuan), dan pada akhirnya, bagaimana hal tersebut berdampak pada Kinerja Guru di Sekolah Menengah Atas (SMA) Negeri Kota Serang. Studi ini menguji hubungan kausalitas (sebab-akibat) antar variabel. Pertanyaan kunci yang diajukan adalah: Sejauh mana Pembelajaran Organisasi dan Kepemimpinan berkontribusi pada Kinerja Guru, Bagaimana peran keduanya dalam membentuk Manajemen Pengetahuan yang efektif, Dan yang terpenting, apakah Manajemen Pengetahuan berfungsi sebagai variabel mediasi yakni, jalur penting yang menghubungkan pengaruh Kepemimpinan dan Pembelajaran Organisasi terhadap peningkatan Kinerja Guru. Penelitian ini menggunakan pendekatan kuantitatif dengan metode survei, melibatkan guru-guru dari SMA Negeri di Kota Serang sebagai responden. Hasil analisis data menunjukkan temuan yang kuat: baik Pembelajaran Organisasi maupun Kepemimpinan terbukti memiliki pengaruh positif dan signifikan. Pengaruh ini terjadi secara langsung pada Kinerja Guru, dan juga secara tidak langsung melalui peran krusial Manajemen Pengetahuan sebagai mediator. Kesimpulannya, untuk mencapai Kinerja Guru yang optimal, institusi pendidikan wajib memprioritaskan pengembangan budaya belajar yang berkelanjutan (Pembelajaran Organisasi) dan penguatan mutu gaya kepemimpinan. Kedua faktor ini adalah pendorong utama terciptanya sistem pengelolaan pengetahuan sekolah yang efisien, yang merupakan kunci bagi peningkatan kualitas profesionalisme dan kinerja pengajaran guru.

Abstract

This study aims to analyze the effect of Work Stress and Job Satisfaction on Turnover Intention in employees. The method used in this study is a quantitative survey of employees working across several PT companies. BFI Finance Cikupa Tangerang. Data were collected through questionnaires and analyzed using multiple linear regression to test the proposed hypotheses. The results showed that Work Stress did not have a significant effect on Turnover Intention, with a significance value of 0.862. In contrast, Job Satisfaction was shown to have a strong negative influence on Turnover Intention, with a significance value of 0.000. In addition, the analysis showed that the combination of Work Stress and Job Satisfaction significantly influenced Turnover Intention, with a significance value of 0.000. These findings indicate that increased Job Satisfaction can reduce employees' intention to leave the company, while Work Stress needs to be managed in a broader context. This research makes an essential contribution to human resource management in designing strategies to retain employees and improve work well-being.
