Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui peran remaja masjid dalam meningkatkan partisipasi masyarakat terhadap kegiatan keagamaan di Desa Madura Oku Selatan. Jenis penelitian yakni deskriptif dengan pendekatan kualitatif, pengumpulan data menggunakan metode wawancara, observasi dan dokumentasi dengan subjek penelitian berjumlah enam orang. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa; 1) sosialisasi program yang dilakukan oleh remaja masjid sudah berjalan dengan baik, dimana remaja masjid mensosialisasikan programnya kepada masyarakat melalui sosial media, tokoh agama, dan berkeliling desa dengan membawa toa sambil memukul Gong. 2) Remaja masjid telah menjalankan program keagamaan ditunjukkan dengan keterlibatan secara langsung pada setiap kegiatan. Selain itu peran tenaga juga dilakukan seperti kegiatan gotong royong, pengajian setiap minggu, silaturahmi dengan remaja masjid yang lain, peringatan hari besar islam, memperingati tujuh belas agustus dan evaluasi program. 3) Peran materil yang dilakukan oleh remaja masjid dan masyarakat setempat sudah dilakukan dengan aktif yang ditunjukkan dengan adanya bantuan dana, perawatan sarana dan prasarana masjid. Dengan adanya peran remaja masjid yang telah dilakukan dengan baik tersebut sehingga adanya peningkatan partisipasi masyarakat dalam setiap kegiatan keagamaan.

Abstract

Education plays an important role in national development where through good education human beings will be born who are able to compete in the era of globalization with high competition in all aspects. In this era of high globalization, everyone must be able to have life skills attached to them, because life skills are an educational effort to increase the capacity and capability of every citizen. The purpose of this study was to determine the increase in the life skills of the community members learning PKBM Kusuma Bangsa. The research approach used is qualitative and case studies obtained from the results of interviews and observations. Sources of research data were obtained from PKBM heads, tutors and learning residents. The results of the study show that there is a skills program provided to residents learning through handicrafts from bamboo and rattan, which is currently running well and is successful as evidenced by the increase in new skills and knowledge for residents learning package C where graduates have also been able to get jobs and businesses alone.

Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mendeskripsikan pelaksanaan program Pendidikan Kesetaraan Paket C di PKBM Tunas Bangsa dengan menggunakan metode evaluasi CIPP (Context, Input, Process, Product). Pendekatan penelitian menggunakan jenis kualitatif deskripsif, subjek penelitian diambil dari unsur pengelola, tutor dan warga belajar.  Hasil penelitian menjukkan aspek context yakni program yang diselenggarakan sudah cukup sesuai dengan kebutuhan yang ada di masyarakat, Input program yakni sudah sesuai mencakup masukan sarana, masukan mentah dan masukan lainnya. Sedangkan unsur Process, yakni telah dijalankan pembelajaran dengan didukung materi, jadwal, tutor, serta penilaian yang berkelanjutan. Aspek Product telah menunjukkan bahwa warga belajar dan lulusan telah mengalami peningkatan perilaku, sikap, pengetahuan dan kompetensi yang ditunjukkan sebaran lulusan yang diserap pada dunia kerja.

Abstract

This study aimed to develop an empowerment model for students’ skills in cultivating pumpkin plants, especially for community education at the Faculty of Teacher Training and Education at University in Palembang. The type of research used was modified with four stages based on the ADDIE process: analyze, design, develop, and implement. The research subjects were Community Education Faculty of Teacher Training and Education students and two validators. The researchers conducted a group test with 26 students. Through this test, researchers can discover the weaknesses and shortcomings of the empowerment model based on how students assess the design, scope of material and techniques used. The data were collected using questionnaires. The results showed that at the stage of needs analysis through the distribution of online questionnaires, it was found that students needed this empowerment model to support various activities in the Education Park. Furthermore, the planning stage, which produces a storyboard as the initial design of the product, and the results from the validation test stage for development by validator experts make a total score of 111 with an average percentage of 92.45% and excellent feasibility. These results indicate that the product can be applied at the Education Park Faculty of Teacher Training and Education Students at Sriwijaya University. The next stage is implementation, with the results of product trials in small groups resulting in a total score of 1196 with a percentage of 92%, which indicates that the product is feasible to be applied.

Abstract

The objective of this research is to investigate the development of skills among inmates at the Special Child Rehabilitation Institution (LPKA) Class I in Palembang City. The research methodology employed is qualitative descriptive approach. Data collection is conducted through interviews, observation, and documentation. The study involves four subjects, comprising two inmates, one institution supervisor, and one prison officer. The results indicate that personality skills are divided into three aspects: religious awareness development, which has been implemented and perceived by both inmates and other personnel. Hence, the effective collaboration of stakeholders at LPKA Class I in Palembang City is crucial. Intellectual development has been successfully executed through partnerships with schools in Palembang and adequate facilities for inmates to utilize during their detention. Legal awareness development is also progressing well and is supported by physical infrastructure, advice, and available facilities, albeit facing implementation challenges due to violations by some individuals. Life skills development is proceeding smoothly, with each inmate showcasing their unique talents. Consequently, LPKA Class I in Palembang City facilitates the distribution and advancement of these talents through activities held within the institution.

Abstract

This research aims to determine the motivation of housewives to take part in recitation at the Darrurahmah Ta'lim Assembly, Subdistrict 16 Ulu Palembang, seen from two aspects of motivation, namely intrinsic and extrinsic aspects. This research is descriptive research with a qualitative approach. This research data collection used observation, interview and documentation methods. The subjects in this research were the recitation congregation at the Darrurahmah Ta'lim Assembly, Subdistrict 16 Ulu Palembang. The qualitative approach used was to collect data about the motivation of housewives to attend recitation regularly at Darrurahmah Ta’lim Assembly, Subdistrict 16 Ulu Palembang, while descriptive research was used to interpret the results of research that the author had conducted with informants regarding the motivation of housewives to attend recitation regularly. at the Darrurahmah Ta'lim Assembly, Subdistrict 16 Ulu Palembang. The data analysis techniques used in this research are data reduction, data display, and conclusions. The data analysis process in this research was carried out simultaneously with the data collection process. This research found that there are two aspects that encourage housewives to take part in recitation at the Darrurahmah Ta'lim Assembly, namely intrinsic and extrinsic aspects. There are two intrinsic indicators, namely achievement and progress in life level, and there are two extrinsic indicators, namely relationships between people and environmental conditions. However, there are no indicators of recognition for the intrinsic aspect and indicators of reward for the extrinsic aspect of housewives attending recitation at the Darrurahmah Ta'lim Assembly, Subdistrict 16 Ulu Palembang. The results of this research are in line with the two-factor motivation theory proposed by Herzberg, namely the intrinsic aspect consisting of indicators of achievement, recognition and progress in life level. Extrinsic aspects consist of indicators of relationships between people, rewards, and environmental conditions.

Abstract

This study aims to analyze the role of Village Owned Enterprises (BUMDes) in advancing society through the management of traditional markets in Bulang Village, Muara Enim Regency. This study used a qualitative descriptive method with data collection techniques through interviews, observation, and documentation of six respondents. The results of the study show that BUMDes have succeeded in increasing the income and economy of the community through four objectives of establishment: advancing the village economy, increasing village original income, optimizing local potential, and encouraging growth and economic equality. This has a positive impact on the community's economy. The quality of life in Bulang Village has increased related to: increased income, decent housing, healthy environment, social stability, health, education and job opportunities. Rural economic growth in Bulang Village achieves the characteristics of good economic growth, including rapid per capita product growth, increased community productivity, structure, and a significant level of urbanization. This shows that BUMDes plays an important role in driving the economy and improving the quality of life of village communities
