Abstract

Peralatan pengangkat dewasa ini sangat beragam baik bentuk model alatnya maupun fungsinya. Proses pemindahan barang kesuatu tempat yang relative sempit masih langsung di angkat dengan mannusia, sehingga hanya akan memperlambat proses produksi dan bisa menimbulkan rawan kecelakaan. Maka dari kendala yang ada direncankanlah alat yang lebih simpel dan sederhana dengan kapasitas yang tidak terlalu besar dengan nama portable crane dengan kapasitas angkat maksimal 500 kg. Alat ini dioperasikan secara manual dan sangat mudah digunakan, alat  ini juga dapat dibongkar pasang.Berdasarkan spesifikasi teknis perencanaan alat ini, maka kait yang digunakan adalah jenis kait yang dapat berputar (swivel hook) menggunakan bantalan bola, dilengkapi jepit pengaman dengan batan beban kerja 800 kg dari catalog Brierley Lifting Tackle. Untuk menggerakan lengan (boom) diguanakan dongkrak hidrolik (hydraulic long ram jack) tipe D-51010 dari US Jack, dengan kapasitas angkat 3 ton dan panjang 413.23 mm. Roda untuk menggerakan alat ini dipilih dari TENTE. Untuk roda depan (wheel ; UEP 125x40 8) EAN 4031582070354. Sedangkan untuk roda belakang (swivel caster ; 34711TP100P63) EAN 4031582304787. Material untuk alat ini adalah baja paduan (alloy steel) yang yang mempunyai kekuatan luluh/yield strength (  ) = 620422000 N/m2 = 620.422 N/mm2. Kata kunci : Portable Crane, hydraulic long ram jack, Konsep Mekanika, DBB, Perawatan.

Abstract

This research aims to find out whether there is a positive influence between Supervision with the employees performance by the study on Dinas Pekerjaan Umum Kabupaten Kutai TimurThe population in this research is all employees the amount as much as 20 people, considering the number of taken relatively in small scale so this research using the census method, namely the population made as respondents.Based on the explanation above, analysis tool used in this research is Koefesien Correlation Product moment. From the result of the calculation shows that there is a significant impact between the monitoring of the performance of employees in  Dinas Pekerjaan Umum Kabupaten Kutai Timur. This is based on the results of the calculation that rhitung greater than rtabel namely 0,982 > 0,561 for critical value on n = 20 with tariff of the significance = 0.01. For n = 20 then both variables have the level of the very strong relations.After r count acquired, then the author held a hypothesis testing using t test from the results of the test of this hypothesis, thitung value of 22,058 meanwhile to the prices of keritis from 2,552 ttabel value is that means interfere decreasing that ttest > ttabel namely 22,058 > 2,552 with critical value n - 20 with equal significance 0.01. It can be said that there is a very strong influence from the variables surveillance of employees performance variable in Dinas Pekerjaan Umum Kabupaten Kutai Timur

Abstract

Senyawa kalkon merupakan senyawa bahan alam golongan flavonoid yang telah banyak dilaporkan memiliki aktivitas biologis yang beragam. Senyawa ini tersususn atas dua cincin aromatik yang diubungkan oleh suatu sistem karbonil α, β tak jenuh. Beberapa bioaktivitas senyawa kalkon yang diketahui diantaranya adalah antiinflamasi, antitumor, antioksidan dan antimikroba. Senyawa (E)-3-(3,4-dimetoksifenil)-1-(3’-metoksifenil)prop-2-en-1-on disintesis menggunakan metoda iradiasi gelombang mikro dari bahan dasar 3,4-dimetoksibenzaldehid dan 3’- metoksiasetofenon dalam pelarut etanol absolut dengan banuan katalis basa berupa KOH. Analisis struktur senyawa yang diperoleh dilakukan dengan menggunakan spektroskopi UV, FTIR, HRMS dan 1H-NMR. Rendemen senyawa yang diperoleh yaitu 76,60%. Hasil uji toksisitas menunjukkan potensi antikanker senyawa ini dengan nilai LC50 = 79,268 μg/mL.

Abstract

The aim of this research is to determine the effect of training and career development on employee performance both partially and simultaneously at PT. Jakarta's Great Achievement Depok. This research method uses quantitative methods. The data collection methods used are primary and secondary data. The sampling technique used saturated sampling, and the sample obtained in this study was 54 respondents. Data analysis used SPSS version 26. The analysis techniques used were validity test, reliability test, classical assumption test, normality test, multicollinearity test, heteroscedasticity test, autocorrelation test, simple linear regression analysis, multiple linear regression analysis, correlation coefficient test, coefficient of determination and hypothesis testing. Partially testing the hypothesis for the Training variable (X1) obtained tcount > ttable (7.451 > 1.675), and a significance value of 0.000 < 0.05. This means that Training (X1) has a significant effect on Employee Performance (Y). Partially testing the hypothesis for the Career Development variable (X2) obtained tcount > ttable (10.378 > 1.675). This means that Career Development (X2) has a significant effect on Employee Performance (Y). Simultaneous hypothesis testing obtained a value of fcount > ftable (58.666 > 3.179), and a significance value of 0.000 < 0.05. So it can be concluded that Training (X1) and Career Development (X2) simultaneously have a significant effect on Employee Performance (Y). The determination obtained by R square is 0.697, meaning that the Training and Career Development variables together have an influential contribution of 69,7% of employee performance. Meanwhile, the remaining 30,3% was influenced by other factors not researched by the author.

Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk merancang sistem jaringan komputer yang lebih baik dengan menerapkan VLAN (Virtual Local Area Network) di SMKN 40 Jakarta. Perancangan jaringan diharapkan dapat memenuhi kebutuhan pelayanan jaringan bagi pendidikan maupun tata usaha dalam mengurus administrasi sehingga pelayanan di SMKN 40 Jakarta menjadi lebih optimal. Penelitian ini dilakukan dengan menggunakan metode NDLC (Network development life cycle) melalui 6 tahapan yaitu analysis, design, simulation prototype, implementation, monitoring, dan management. Namun dalam penerapannya hanya dilakukan hingga tahap implementation yang berupa rancangan pengembangan infrastruktur karena keterbatasan perangkat switch unmanageable yang tidak dapat dikonfigurasi. Rancangan pengembangan infrastruktur yang dihasilkan dapat digunakan pihak sekolah sebagai dasar justifikasi untuk mengajukan dana kepada pihak yang terkait dengan pendanaan sekolah untuk membeli perangkat baru yang lebih baik. Tahap analysis dilakukan untuk menganalisis kebutuhan serta mengidentifikasi masalah- masalah jaringan komputer. Tahap design meliputi usulan perangkat jaringan, topologi jaringan, pengalamatan IP address dengan metode VLSM, dan sistem yang diterapkan. Tahap simulation prototype melakukan simulasi penerapan VLAN, DHCP, link aggregation, dan NAT melalui aplikasi Cisco Packet Tracer serta melakukan uji konektivitas dan pengujian kualitas jaringan dengan metode QoS (Quality of Service). Hasil pengukuran QoS menunjukkan bahwa rancangan jaringan terbaru menghasilkan nilai yang lebih baik dibandingkan topologi jaringan yang ada saat ini. Parameter delay mengalami penurunan sebesar 20,35 ms, kemudian pada parameter jitter mengalami penurunan sebesar 9,61 ms, dan pada parameter throughput mengalami peningkatan sebesar 377,87 bps. Tahap terakhir implementation peneliti akan menyusun rancangan pengembangan infrastruktur yang akan digunakan sebagai pedoman pembangunan jaringan yang akan diterapkan pada SMKN 40 Jakarta.

Abstract

Efforts to increase production yields are by controlling weeds. Weeds that often grow and we encounter in cultivated plants are weed grass (C. rotundus). California papaya leaves have the potential to be a bioherbicide because they contain allelochemicals that can inhibit weed growth.  This study aims to determine the effect of papaya leaves (C. papaya) on the growth of teki grass (C. rotundus) and determinetheconcentration level of papaya leaf allelopathy that most effectively inhibits the growth of teki grass.The method used was a completely randomized design (CRD) with five replications and four treatmentsof0%, 30%, 50%, and 70%. For data analysis in this study using the SPSS version 25.0 program. Papaya leaf extract (C. papaya) is able to inhibit the growth of weed grass (C. rotundus). The concentration of papaya leaf extract (C. papaya) that most effectively inhibits the growth of weed is 50% concentration with a mortality rate (64%), for the lowest plant heightis50% concentration which is 13.84 cm, for the slowestgrowthrate is 50% concentrationwith a growthrate of -0.16 cm.

Abstract

This study aims to analyze the use of FS 45-grade concrete in rigid pavement for the reconstruction of the Baros-Petir Road. FS 45 concrete, with a minimum compressive strength of 45 MPa and flexural strength of 5–6 MPa, is designed to withstand heavy traffic loads, particularly from vehicles such as trucks. Testing involved the analysis of compressive and flexural strength using cylindrical samples (150 mm in diameter and 300 mm in height) and beam samples (150 mm x 150 mm x 600 mm) at 7 and 28 days. The concrete mixing process followed a Design Mix Formula, ensuring optimal material proportions and strength. Results revealed that FS 45 concrete achieved an average compressive strength of 42.81 MPa and an average flexural strength of 5.5 MPa, meeting the minimum quality standards of 39.7 MPa and 4.4 MPa, respectively. The concrete demonstrated excellent durability against heavy traffic loads, enhanced the pavement's service life, and reduced long-term maintenance costs. Factors such as subgrade conditions, drainage systems, and construction processes were identified as critical elements for successful rigid pavement implementation. This research contributes significantly to improving transportation infrastructure, offering a more durable and efficient solution, particularly for roads with high traffic intensity.
