Abstract

Karyawan penerima reward secara objektif berdasarkan kriteria yang telah ditetapkan. Karyawan adalah salah satu sumberdaya yang dimiliki dalam suatu instansi, dimana dalam melaksanakan tugasnya karyawan dituntut untuk menghasilkan kinerja yang unggul. Sebagai kompensasi dari kinerja yang sudah dilakukan oleh seorang karyawan, instansi memberikan upah atau gaji pokok. Pemberian gaji pokok pada karyawan dilakukan oleh instansi sesuai dengan kontrak kerja. Di samping gaji Teknologi informasi yang berkembang di masyarakat memberi pengaruh yang sangat besar dalam berbagai aspek kehidupan. Dengan adanya teknologi informasi, masyarakat dapat mengefektifkan serta mengefisiensikan pekerjaan mereka. Salah satu pemanfaatan teknologi informasi adalah dalam menentukan pokok, setiap instansi kadangkala memberikan reward. Reward diberikan bisa setahun sekali atau beberapa tahun sekali. Metode VIKOR merupakan salah satu metode yang digunakan dalam proses pengambilan keputusan, misalnya dalam pemberian reward. Dengan adanya reward masing-masing karyawan berusaha untuk menunjukkan kinerja terbaiknya yang dapat menguntungkan instansi. Nilai indeks alternatif minimum (Qi) diperoleh alternatif ke-20 dengan nilai Qi­ adalah 0,00.

Abstract

Seiring perkembangan zaman dan semakin pesatnya persaingan, maka untuk meningkatkan kualitas perusahaan, diperlukan sumber daya yang unggul. Salah satu sumber daya itu adalah karyawan. Pengelolaan SDM dalam suatu perusahaan sangat berpengaruh pada aspek-aspek keberhasilan kerja dan pencapaian target dari perusahaan tersebut karena jika SDM dikelola dengan baik, maka diharapkan perusahaan dapat menjalankan semua proses usahanya dengan baik.  Berdasarkan hal tersebut, dengan menggunakan Metode VIKOR adalah salah satu metode yang digunakan dalam pengambilan keputusan, salah satunya dilakukan dalam proses pemilihan karyawan terbaik. Karyawan terbaik yang terpilih akan mendapatkan promosi jabatan dan mendapat hadiah berupa kenaikan gaji/upah. Pemilihan karyawan terbaik dinilai berdasarkan 4 kriteria penilaian yang telah ditetapkan yaitu masa kerja, kedisiplinan, prestasi kerja, dan kerjasama. Berdasarkan metode VIKOR maka karyawan terbaik adalah A15 dengan nilai Qi 0,00.

Abstract

Tujuan dari penelitian ini adalah untuk meramalkan jumlah pengangguran di Kabupaten Asahan pada tahun 2021 menggunakan Metode Weighted Moving Average yang nantinya akan membantu pihak pemerinta daerah dalam mengambil kebijakan mengenai masalah pengangguran ini. Data pengangguran diperoleh dari Instansi Badan Pusat Satatistik (BPS) Kabupaten Asahan dimana data aktualnya diambil dalam kurun waktu 11 tahun terakhir dari tahun 2009 sampai dengan tahun 2020 (data tahun 2016 tidak ada). Metode akurasi yang digunakan pada penelitian ini menggunakan Mean Absolute Deviation (MAD) untuk menghitung jumlah error, Mean Squared Error (MSE) untuk mengevaluasi metode peramalan, dan Mean Absolute Persentage Error (MAPE) untuk menghitung persentase error. Hasil dari penelitian ini berupa peramalan jumlah pengangguran di Kabupten Asahan pada tahun 2021 yaitu sebesar 19851 orang pada nilai bobot 6 dengan nilai MAD sebesar 1763,43, nilai MSE sebesar 8394169,76 serta nilai MAPE sebesar 8,55 %

Abstract

The use of social media today is very large and has an impact on the social life of the wider community in line with the development of Information Technology. The existence of social media can certainly reduce human limitations in interacting and communicating with each other. One of the positive things about the use of social media is in conveying information quickly to the wider community, especially in advancing development in the region. The devotional activities are carried out in the form of socialization or delivering short materials followed by discussions where this activity aims to provide insights on the use of social media that is good and correct to provide benefits for its users. Participants in this activity are members of the community who are members of the Asahan Development Role Institute (LEPPAS). The result of this devotion activity is in the form of material understanding for the participants of activities that will be able to implement the role of social media in advancing regional development, especially in Asahan Regency.

Abstract

One of the government's efforts in equitable distribution of education is to launch the PAUD Regional Operational Assistance (BOSDA) program by providing financial assistance for each PAUD with underprivileged students. This Regional Operational Assistance (BOSDA) aims to reduce the cost of education for underprivileged children, so that they can obtain early childhood education services that can optimally foster, grow, and develop the full potential of early childhood. The problem that occurs is the Determination of Regional Operational Assistance Recipients (BOSDA) which is not optimal and not right on target. The purpose of this research is to facilitate the UPT employees of the Education Office in determining the recipients of the Regional Operational Assistance (BOSDA) program with the right decision results. Therefore, the UPT Department of Education requires the right technology to assist employees in determining the recipients of PAUD Regional Operational Assistance (BOSDA). In achieving the research objectives, the analysis used is data analysis with quantitative methods which is a data analysis used if the conclusions obtained can be proven by numbers and also in the calculation of formulas that have to do with research analysis. The calculation process uses the WP method, so that the results of the assessment that have been carried out go through many calculation processes, ranging from weighting the values ​​of all criteria and determining the value to getting a candidate for PAUD Regional Operational Assistance (BOSDA) at the UPT of the Buntu Pane District Education Office.

Abstract

UD. Karya Mandiri is a business engaged in the sale of goods, especially building materials contained in the Main Asahan Chart. As for UD. Karya Mandiri sells special building materials such as coconut wood, zinc, iron, nails, wall paint, wood, brickwork, ceramics and others. Based on sales data at UD. Karya Mandiri experienced an increase or decrease in sales every month. This makes UD. Karya Mandiri has a problem in controlling the inventory of building materials that cannot be predicted properly because it only calculates directly the amount of building materials left in the warehouse and then reports it to the owner and then orders the amount of building material inventory based on conventional assumptions. To avoid and reduce the level of loss in sales of building materials in the future, UD. Karya Mandiri needs a sales forecasting system. This forecasting method is Single Exponential Smoothing (SES), which can estimate sales over time with sales forecasts and request. The results of the final study that this system can predict the amount of building materials, namely in the July 2022 period broti sales 2177.18 (kg) MAPE value 15.41%, wood 2864.10 (kg) MAPE value 9.33%, zinc 532.16 ( kg) the MAPE value is 14.54% and the nail is 435.69, the MAPE value is 15.91%

Abstract

The Simple Additive Weighting (SAW) method is one of the methods in determining decisions based on predetermined criteria, such as employee annual bonuses.  However, there are no criteria and systems used to determine who employees are eligible for the yearly bonus based on their purpose The purpose of this study is to create a system of supporting employee annual bonus decisions by applying the SAW method. The waterfall is a model used to build this system through analysis, design, implementation, and testing.  Data collection used observations and interviews, as well as data used by 20 people.  The data analysis technique uses the SAW method by looking at alternatives and rankings of the results obtained.  Testing this system uses a black box by looking at the processes and functions of several components in this system.  These findings result in a system that can provide a decision to determine annual bonuses for employees using the SAW method addition, has been successfully implemented with this method.  In addition, this system also has all its components already functioning, both from the login process to being able to produce feasible decisions and not determining the bonus.

Abstract

Analytical Hierarchy Process (AHP) is a method that is often used to determine decisions in system making. To determine the soft-skill competence possessed by a person, a more in-depth analysis needs to be carried out based upon the criteria used. The purpose of this study is to produce a decision support system to assess the soft-skill competence of employees using the AHP method. This system is made based on the stages of the waterfall model which consists of analysis, design, implementation and testing. The collection technique used observation and interviews, and the amount of data was 18 people who were analyzed using the AHP method. System testing is done with a black box which aims to see the functionality to the system. Our findings are in the form of a web-based decision support system. In addition, this system managed to show the best employee with a score of 0.622, and all components run as expected, without any errors. So that this system can be used as a reference to determine the soft skill competencies of employees in this place.

Abstract

Gold is a precious metal that plays an important role in people's daily lives. People use gold jewelry as a dowry so that gold is sought after, such as earrings, necklaces, pendants, bracelets, rings and others. However, buying and selling gold jewelry at a gold jewelry store has a different strategy. Gold sellers must carry out the gold jewelry production process to meet gold jewelry supplies and market demand. The results of the sale of gold jewelry sometimes increase and decrease every day which cannot be predicted every day, so this can affect the store to find out the profits and losses that will be obtained in the future. The purpose of this study was to determine the results of forecasting sales of gold jewelry at the Yoga Gold Shop using the single exponential smoothing method in the coming month. The results of this study resulted in March 2022 9 carat gold jewelry totaling 4191.16 grams with a 3.01% MAPE, 10 carat gold totaling 2095.53 grams with a 3.01% MAPE, Surabaya gold 1047.76 grams with a 3.03% MAPE and london gold jewelery 523.83 grams with a MAPE of 3.41%. So it can be concluded that applying the single exponential smoothing method can help in predicting the sales results of gold jewelry.

Abstract

Abstract: In the digital era, the use of information technology has a very large influence in all aspects of life in society, one of which is for the younger generation (teenagers). Advances in information technology are now increasingly rapid, these developments certainly require human resources who are able to manage and utilize them properly. Along with the development of technology, the need to do something is recommended to use technology because it is more efficient and faster, one of which is a computer. Skills in using or operating computers have now become a demand to support organizational activities for teenagers because they can be added value or provision as competency values (soft skills) in the world of work. Therefore, computer training is one of the positive activities that are useful for building human resources in the community, especially teenagers for the betterment of the nation. Thus, to build and develop human resources among the younger generation/community, it is necessary to have computer training for teenagers. Seiring perkembangan teknologi tersebut, kebutuhan untuk mengerjakan sesuatu hal disarankan memakai teknologi karena lebih efisien dan cepat, salah satunya yaitu komputer. Keterampilan dalam menggunakan atau mengoperasikan komputer saat ini sudah menjadi sebuah tuntutan guna mendukung kegiatan dalam berorganisasi bagi remaja karena dapat menjadi nilai tambah atau bekal sebagai nilai kompetensi (soft-skill) dalam dunia kerja. Oleh karena itu, pelatihan komputer merupakan salah satu kegiatan positif yang bermanfaat untuk membangun sumber daya manusia di masyarakat terutama remaja demi kemajuan bangsa. Dengan demikian, untuk membangun dan mengembangkan sumber daya manusia di kalangan generasi muda/masyarakat perlu adanya pelatihan komputer bagi remaja.Kata Kunci: Soft Skill; Teknologi Informasi; Remaja
