Abstract

Interest in subscribing to Netflix's video on demand service is influenced by several factors, namely service quality, price perception, promotion, customer service, subscription interest, as well as the influence of service quality, price perception, promotion, and customer care/service on interest in subscribing to video on demand services. The method used is a quantitative method. Based on conclusive objectives, survey research strategy, type of causal investigation, based on individual analysis units, researcher involvement does not interfere with the data, non-conflict background and cross-sectional research implementation time In this research, the results showed that the t-count of service quality on subscription interest was 9.992, the t-count of price perception on subscription interest was 1.999, the t-count of promotion on subscription interest was 10.889, and the t-count of customer care/service was 4,933. Based on the results of the research, it is concluded that the variables Service Quality, Price Perception, Promotion and Customer Care/Service have a positive effect on Interest in Subscribing to Netflix Video on Demand.

Abstract

The Covid-19 pandemic is driving the emergence of many new applications in the healthcare field as innovative solutions for safe and effective healthcare services. The increase in smartphone penetration and internet access in Indonesia, especially among Generation Z (born 1995-2010) who are active internet users for more than seven hours per day, supports this trend. This study evaluated the SatuSehat app using the Mobile Application Rating Scale (MARS) measurement tool. The aim was to provide an overview of government healthcare applications. The results review the features of the SatuSehat app and analyze its quality with MARS. This evaluation helps developers design useful and easy-to-use applications to meet the needs of the community in the future. SatuSehat application scored high in Application Quality variables such as Engagement, Functionality, Aesthetics, and Information, with a score of (4.1/5). The success of this application shows that the transformation from PeduliLindungi to SatuSehat has significantly improved its quality. The MARS evaluation shows that generation Z can rely on this app to manage their health. These results form the basis for further development so that SatuSehat continues to innovate and benefit the health of generation Z as the main users in the future.

Abstract

Industri Rumah Tangga-Usaha Mikro (IRT-UM) memiliki kontribusi besar terhadap perekonomian Indonesia, mencakup lebih dari 60% Produk Domestik Bruto (PDB) dan menciptakan jutaan lapangan kerja. Namun, tantangan seperti keterbatasan modal, rendahnya akses terhadap teknologi, kurangnya legalitas usaha, serta pasar yang terbatas sering menjadi hambatan utama bagi keberlanjutan dan pertumbuhan sektor ini. Untuk menjawab tantangan tersebut, Universitas Telkom melalui program pendampingan memberikan solusi berbasis inovasi dan manajemen kepada dua IRT-UM, yaitu Lunar Interactive, startup di bidang teknologi pendidikan, dan Handai Coffee, produsen minuman berbasis rumah tangga. Program ini dirancang untuk mengintegrasikan berbagai elemen kunci, termasuk penguatan legalitas melalui pendaftaran hak cipta dan sertifikasi produk, peningkatan kapasitas produksi dengan pelatihan teknis dan pengadaan peralatan, integrasi teknologi untuk efisiensi operasional, serta pengembangan strategi pemasaran untuk memperluas jangkauan pasar. Hasil menunjukkan bahwa program ini berhasil meningkatkan daya saing dan keberlanjutan usaha mitra secara signifikan, yang tercermin dari peningkatan omzet, efisiensi, dan kepercayaan pasar. Studi ini menyimpulkan bahwa model pendampingan serupa dapat diadopsi secara luas untuk memberdayakan sektor IRT-UM lainnya di Indonesia, sekaligus mendukung pertumbuhan ekonomi yang inklusif dan berkelanjutan.

Abstract

Based on Decree No. 556/Kep.770-Disbudpar/2022, issued in 2002, Sugihmukti Village in Bandung Regency was officially designated as a tourism village. Sugihmukti Village is known for its birdwatching activities conducted in collaboration with "Burung Indonesia" community which have drawn both domestic and international visitors. Aside from birdwatching, the tourist attractions offered by Sugihmukti Village are not significantly different from those of nearby villages. As a result, Sugihmukti Village is striving to enhance its brand recognition among tourists. We believe that through business model design training, the residents of Sugihmukti Village can uncover their hidden potential and establish a sustainable economic foundation for the future. Economic development at the village level plays a crucial role in improving community welfare. To promote economic development, training about designing business model in Sugihmukti Village is required. This training aims to empower the local community with skills that can boost the village's competitiveness and eventually economic welfare. Thus, a training session titled “Business Model Design Training in Sugihmukti Village, Bandung Regency.” This training is expected to have a significant positive impact on Sugihmukti Village by raising awareness on value proposition, optimizing local resources to enhance key activities, developing partnerships and networks, ensuring sustainability and risk mitigation, and improving community welfare. The delivery method of this training is a direct approach to the residents of Sugihmukti Village particularly those who are directly involved in managing the tourism village. The training is designed to deliver an effective learning process that will enhance both individual and group competencies in tourism. Hopefully, through this training, Sugihmukti Village can present itself as a unique and attractive tourist destination.

Abstract

Dynamic business developments, especially in the MSME sector, encourage business actors to continue to create competitive advantages through innovation. This study aims to determine the effect of radical and incremental innovation on the competitiveness of food and beverage MSMEs in Cirebon City. The study used a quantitative descriptive method with data collection through online questionnaires to MSME actors, and analyzed using SEM through Smart PLS. The results of the study showed that both types of innovation have an effect on competitiveness, where radical innovation includes fundamental changes, while incremental innovation focuses on gradual improvements. Implementation of the right innovation strategy can strengthen the competitiveness of MSMEs in the midst of dynamic market competition. Abstract

Organisasi yang inovatif akan lebih sukses dan dapat memberikan manfaat bagi masyarakat. Keunggulan kompetitifadalah kemampuan suatu organisasi untuk menjadi yang terbaik di industrinya. Dengan perubahan lingkungan bisnisyang semakin dinamis dan persaingan yang semakin ketat, organisasi bisnis perlu melakukan inovasi dan adaptasisecara berkelanjutan. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menginvestigasi dampak inovasi produk dan kualitas produkterhadap keunggulan bersaing UMKM Pancake Fluffy Japanese di Kota Cirebon. Metode kuantitatif yangdigunakan dalam penelitian ini yaitu Structural Equation Modeling (SEM). Jumlah sampel diambil sebanyak 200responden konsumen yang mengetahui dan mencoba Pancake Fluffy Japanese, yang dipilih melalui teknik samplingnon- probability sampling, yaitu Purposive (judgement sampling). Hasil penelitian ini diharapkan memberikanwawasan tentang bagaimana inovasi produk dan kualitas produk dapat mempengaruhi keunggulan bersaing padaUMKM Pancake Fluffy Japanese di Kota Cirebon. Abstract

Transformasi yang cepat dalam industri kopi, yang sebagian besar dikelola oleh Usaha Mikro, Kecil, dan Menengah(UMKM), mendorong perlunya pengembangan strategi yang tidak hanya efektif tetapi juga menggabungkan elemeninovatisi untuk mengoptimalkan keunggulan bersaing. Penelitian ini secara khusus memfokuskan pada eksplorasimendalam mengenai peran penting inovasi produk dalam memperkuat daya saing UMKM Genre Coffee. Fokusstrategis untuk mencapai tujuan tersebut terpusat pada pendekatan inovatisi terhadap produk, yang dianggap sebagaipondasi utama dan faktor diferensiasi. Tujuan penelitian ini adalah agar menganalisis dampak inovasi produkterhadap keunggulan bersaing. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menilai seberapa jauh inovasi produk memengaruhiserta memberikan kontribusi terhadap keunggulan bersaing di UMKM Genre kopi di Pangkalan Kerinci. Dalammenjelajahi peran dan dampak inovasi produk, penelitian ini menerapkan metode Structural Equation Modeling(SEM) melalui aplikasi Smart PLS untuk menganalisis data survei yang telah terkumpul. Abstract

Saat ini, UMKM memiliki peran krusial dalam perekonomian Indonesia, menjadi pilar utama yang berkontribusisignifikan terhadap pertumbuhan ekonomi dan penciptaan lapangan kerja. Ketangguhan sektor ini selama krisismoneter menunjukkan integralitasnya dalam struktur ekonomi negara. Faktor penentu keberhasilan UMKMmelibatkan inovasi produk dan kualitas produk sebagai elemen kunci. Penelitian ini secara khusus memfokuskan padaperan penting inovasi produk dan kualitas produk dalam memperkuat daya saing UMKM Sinar Coffee. Penelitian inijuga dapat mempertimbangkan variabel lain yang mungkin memengaruhi keunggulan bersaing dan memperhatikaninovasi dan kualitas produk. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk meneliti dampak Inovasi Produk dan Kualitas Produkterhadap Keunggulan Bersaing UMKM Sinar Coffee di Pekanbaru, Metodologi penelitian ini memakai pendekatanKuantitatif dengan memakai data primer yang di peroleh dari kuesioner online (Google-form) yang disebar melaluimedia sosial. Serta data sekunder yang diambil dari literatur berupa buku dan jurnal yang relevan. Sampel yangdikumpulkan sebanyak 200 responden. Teknik pengambilan yang digunakan adalah teknik non-probability samplingpada teknik purposive sampling. Penelitian ini menerapkan metode Structural Equation Modeling (SEM) melaluiaplikasi Smart PLS untuk menganalisis data survei yang telah terkumpul. Temuan kajian berikut memperlihatkan jikavariabel inovasi produk berdampak secara signifikan terhadap keunggulan bersaing. Di sisi lain variabel kualitasproduk juga berdampak secara signifikan atas keunggulan bersaing. Hasil penelitian diharapkan memberikanpemahanan mengenai bagaimana inovasi produk dan kualitas produk dapat mempengaruhi keunggulan bersaing padaUMKM Sinar Coffee di Kota Pekanbaru. Abstract

Digitalization has significantly impacted the culinary industry, necessitating that businesses adapt to remain competitive. Rumah Makan and Café Saung Bodeman face service challenges, including manual reservations, limited menu information, and inefficient operations. This study aims to design a digital service program using the Design Thinking method through five stages: empathize, define, ideate, prototype, and test. A qualitative approach with interviews and observations was conducted to explore user needs from both consumers and employees. The research produced two interactive website prototypes: one for consumers (online reservations, menu ordering, estimated processing time, and menu availability) and one for employees (a dashboard for reservation management, menu and seating updates, and input reservations). Usability testing with the System Usability Scale (SUS) involving 12 respondents showed that both prototypes achieved acceptable scores with good user satisfaction. The results show that the proposed digital solution effectively addresses service issues and can improve Saung Bodeman's competitiveness in the digital era.
