Abstract

UD. Zahra Barokah merupakan perusahaan manufaktur yang memproduksi keurpuk ikan dengan ukuran sesuai dengan permintaan customer dan berdasarkan kualitas. Permasalahan yang sering terjadi adalah kecacatan produk yang tidak dapat dihindarkan. Tujuan dari penelitian ini adalah untuk mengetahui tingkat kerusakan, mengidentifikasi faktor-faktor penyebab kerusakan serta merekomendasikan tindakan perbaikan. Metode yang digunakan yaitu metode Statistical Quality Control (SQC) yang dilakukan dengan alat bantu statistik diantaranya: checksheet, histogram, diagram pareto, dan fishbone diagram. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa kerusakan atau kecacatan produk yang sering terjadi adalah bolong, bantat, dan tidak seragam. Dari faktor-faktor kegagalan tersebut didapatkan usulan perbaikan antara lain Faktor material: memilih supplier yang memiliki kualitas material yang baik, faktor manusia: menyampingkan masalah luar dengan pekerjaan agar teliti waktu bekerja, istirahat sebelum bekerja, tidak tergesa-gesa, lebih teliti dan perhatian, faktor mesin: Menyisakan uang untuk melakukan maintanance mesin, rajin mengolesi minyak terhadap mesin yang akan digunakan, memakai mesin yang automatic, metode: lebih teliti dan konsisten dalam proses produksi, mengatur timer di setiap proses produksi.

Abstract

PT. XYZ is a company engaged in logistics facilities for industry which provides services for commodity management, commodity transportation, commodity distribution, industrial land preparation, workshops and various other service needs. Organizational structure at PT head office. XYZ is divided into 16 fields starting from K3, HR, internal transportation, external transportation and so on. The external transportation sector is a field that is tasked with regulating transportation operations such as dump trucks to transport fertilizers outside the PT area. XYZ and outside the city, and in the external transport garage there are two activities, namely office activities and dump truck repair activities such as welding work and other repair activities which have a risk of work accidents due to this work, as well as potential dangers, for example exposure to dust and smoke, exposure to welding rays, and the risk of fire is also prone to occur. JSA (Job Safety Analysis) is a method used as a consideration in identifying hazards in the work environment and determining controls that are deemed appropriate in an effort to control the occurrence of work accidents. The aim of this research is to find out how to analyze potential hazards that arise and efforts to control them. This research is devoted to analyzing risks in the welding section in the workshop area of PT's external transportation garage of XYZ. From the results of the risk assessment in the dump truck welding section, it can be seen that the types of hazards have a high classification level, namely: Exposure to welding light 15, exposure to dust, smoke and gas 15, electric shock 15, noise 15, and those with a medium classification level. /Medium, namely: Fire 10, exposure to sparks 12, and those with a low/Low classification level, namely: exposure to a hot plate 4.

Abstract

In the era of rapid development of the culinary industry, companies of all sizes must compete to improve the quality of their products in order to remain relevant in the current era of free trade, Quality product design refers to the design of products that not only fulfill their basic functions, but also in accordance with quality, capacity, and appearance that satisfies customers. The company is aware of the importance of improving as well as developing the best products. Therefore, how a business wants to identify the needs and wants of consumers. This study applies QFD and Kano methods. Data collection methods in this study are conservation, interviews and distributing questionnaires. To understand the characteristics of shredded milkfish products, smile baboons that are in accordance with consumer desires, using Kano and continued with QFD analysis and then included in the House of quality, aimed at prioritizing development. The purpose of this study is to bring out what are the attributes of baboon shredded milkfish products that are expected to lift product quality. The results of this study show that there are 20 attributes that are expected by consumers and 14 technical responses, the main things of development include making new packaging, sorting and inspecting raw materials, choosing writing or fonts that are easy to read by buyers or enthusiasts, also the most important is to promote through Instagram to boost the popularity of products from smile baboons.
