Abstract

Bertambahnya jumlah mobil yang beroperasi di Indonesia juga diikuti dengan meningkatnya kasus pidana terutama untuk motor vechicle (curanmor), dalam hal ini yang beroda 4. Kasus pencurian mobil bahkan tidak saja terjadi pada mobil pribadi, bahkan mobil yang digunakan untuk transportasi bisnis seperti wisata, taksi, kargo dan lain-lain. Banyaknya kasus pencurian, apalagi kasus pencurian mobil untuk unit usaha, salah satu faktor kerugian tersendiri bagi pelaku usaha terutama usaha rental mobil. Untuk mengatasi masalah di atas tentu saja pelaku sewa bisnis mobil harus memiliki teknologi yang dapat melacak setiap unit mobil usahanya dari jarak jauh sehingga mudah ditemukan kembali jika terjadi tindakan pencurian. Untuk dapat melacak unit mobil usaha rental maka pelaku usaha rental harus memasangkan perangkat Automatic Vehicle Locator (AVL) pada setiap unit mobil usaha rentalnya dan menintegrasikan perangkat lunak AVL monitoring dengan perangkat lunak sistem penjualan yang telah mereka miliki. Sistem pelacakan terdiri dari dua sub sistem yaitu perangkat keras AVL dan Perangkat lunak AVL monitoring dengan Arduino Saverino sebagai pengendali. Cara kerjanya ialah, perangkat lunak AVL monitoring mengirim perintah ke perangkat keras AVL melalui SMS dengan keyword tertentu kemudian perangkat keras AVL mencarikan titik koordinat dari GPS dimana posisinya berada, setelah mendapatkan kode titik kode koordinat maka akan dikirim kembali ke perangkat lunak AVL monitoring melalui SMS Gateway. SMS kode titik koordinat ini akan dikonversi menjadi tampilan visual dalam peta google map dengan bantuan website http://www.gprmcconverter.com/ yang telah terintegrasi dengan perangkat lunak AVL monitoring.

Abstract

The resonant frequency of an antenna is determined by the dimensional parameters and permittivity of the antenna substrate. Generally, to get the resonant frequency, a complex mathematical formula is needed to solve. For this reason, an intelligent method is offered to determine the resonant frequency more easily. In this study, an artificial neural network method with Backpropagation algorithm is used to overcome the problem. The data used were consisting of 80 training data and 15 testing data. The results have shown that the artificial neural network learning method with the backpropagation algorithm was successfully utilized to calculate the resonant frequency of microstrip antennas, where the precision of the resonant frequency obtained of 93.33% at an error of ≤ 1%, and 100% at an error of ≤ 2%.

Abstract

Information systems are the result of rapidly emerging technological developments because human needs as information users of technology are very strong and rapid. Begin with the very rapid growth of computer technology, computers such as smartphones, tablets, notebooks and others are limited in scale. This small computer device must be connected to the Internet so that it can be used properly. And the information system plays its role as a provider of information that computer users want to access when the computer device is linked to the Internet. The information system developed in this paper is the Citizen Data Collection Information System, this system was created using the YII Framework. The YII framework uses the MVC method which makes it easier to develop a Citizen Data Collection Information System. With this Information System, information about the latest condition of the residents can be easily accessed. So that the Kelurahan, Kecamatan, RW, and RT will have the latest information about their residents and easily anticipate if needed. In the development of this system, it has staged such as literature study, observation, interviews, analysis, design, testing, and implementation. The conclusion is that this information system can carry out the desired function when it is implemented.

Abstract

Electronic devices used by humans are often damaged. solder is the solution for repairing electronic devices. If someone wants to learn to use solder, they must study independently by watching video tutorials, when practiced without supervision is quite dangerous and this has a direct impact on workplace safety. The purpose of this research is to produce a Virtual Reality soldering application. Several stages were carried out in making this Virtual Reality soldering application, including analysis, design, development, and validation tests. The analysis is carried out by several processes including system requirements analysis and material analysis. In designing applications and creating virtual reality applications, Unity software is used as a game engine, and blender software is used to create 3-dimensional object assets. The results of the expert validation test of the virtual solder simulator media from the aspects of media design, software, and benefits obtained a score of 77.

Abstract

Students of PTI FT-UNP Study Program are arranged into study groups based on one criterion, namely the entry route and is carried out on new students. As a result, a study group that is formed has far differences between one group and another regarding academic ability, regional origin, school origin and other factors. This is not beneficial for the interest and motivation to learn students and teachers also have difficulty in determining learning strategies between student study groups. Improvements in the preparation of study groups can be done by determining student profiles as the basis for preparation. Through the application of the K-Means method which is implemented in an application, the student clustering which is used as the basis for the distribution of the formation of study groups is proven to be better. The resulting study group succeeded in showing a heterogeneous study group among its members and homogeneous in each study group.

Abstract

The parameters of a rectangular microstrip antenna are intensely determined by the permittivity of the substrate, the thickness of the substrate, and the resonant frequency. Generally, to get the antenna parameters, a complex mathematical formula is needed to solve. For this reason, an intelligent method is offered to determine antenna’s parameters more easily. In this study, an artificial neural network method with backpropagation algorithm is used to overcome the problem. The network is trained using the Levenberg–Marquardt algorithm. The data used were consisting of 80 training data and 15 testing data. The results have shown that the artificial neural network learning method was successfully utilized to calculate the patch length, the patch width, and the feed point of a rectangular microstrip antenna, where the precision of the resonant frequency obtained of 93.33% at an error of ≤ 0.5%, and 100% at an error of ≤ 1%. However, the artificial neural network method with backpropagation algorithm is quite accurate for determining the parameters of rectangular microstrip antennas.Keywords: Artificial neural network, Backpropagation, Microstrip antenna, Resonant frequency

Abstract

The objective of the research is the score of student's result test under standart value on subject Teknik Kerja Bengkel (TKB) at SMKN 1 Batipuh. it is caused by several factors less of  active participation of students’ and practise facilities.The purpose of this study was to reveal how big the contribution of active participation of students and  practise facilities and severally on learning outcomes. Data onstudents’ learning outcomesobtainedfrombasic electronicsengineeringteachers.While the active participation of  students’ and practise facilitieswas collected through questionnaires distributed to students by using a Likert scale that has been tested for validity and reliability. The result showed that that (1) active participation of students and practise facilities together contribute significantly to the learning outcomes in SMK Negeri 1 Batipuh by 40.4%, (2) active participation of students’ to contribute significantly to the learning outcomes in SMK Negeri 1 Batipuh of 25.8%, (3) practise facilities contribute significantly to the learning outcomes in SMK Negeri 1 Batipuh of 28.4%. So it can be concluded that active participation students and practise facilities are jointly and individually contribute to the learning outcomes in SMK Negeri 1 Batipuh, increasing active participation studentsand sufficient practise facilities, the higher results learn.

Abstract

Mail archiving process in SMK 5 Negeri Padang still recorded manually. Therefore, we need an information system management of archives at SMK Negeri 5 Padang to assist in performing document archiving and can handle the process of legalization requests quickly archive. This information system aims to improve the efficiency, accuracy and security of archived documents. Hopefully, by the information system management of archives can alter the performance in SMK Negeri 5 Padang, especially in the archives in order to facilitate the archiving mail. In addition, by using the information in records management system will obtain the benefits of speed and convenience. The purpose of the speed here is through the use of this information system, the process of search, discovery, distribution and archive legalization done in quickly. Information system management of archives at SMK Negeri 5 Padang is designed to involve a web-based programming language HTML, CSS, JavaScript, and an object-oriented PHP, CodeIgniter, and MySQL as database. The system also uses an alias on addressing by applied to the address .htaccess file is actually as one of the security system. Users registered in this system have a private account to be entered into the system ID number and password with MD5 encryption. The results obtained from implementation information system management of archives in SMK 5 Negeri Padang is easier to manage the recording and archiving of mail that were once manual is now digital, and is helpful to demand legalized archives.Keywords : Information System, Archives, School, Web, CodeIgniter.

Abstract

Sistem absensi wajah dibangun dengan memiliki fitur dimana pengguna yang akan mengabsen diri tinggal berdiri didepan layar monitor sistem dan menghadap ke layar sekitar lima detik. Dari proses ini maka proses absensi dapat diselesaikan, dan menghasilkan sistem absensi wajah yang lebih cepat dan akurat. Absensi wajah ini dilakukan untuk menangkap/pencocokan wajah siswa untuk diambil absensinya, untuk melakukan pengenalan wajah maka diharuskan suatu gambar dimana gambar tersebut diambil dari kamera dan wajah siswa akan dikenali berdasarkan data input sebelumnya, kemudian hasil output masuk ke database. Setelah masuk ke database siswa melakukan kembali pencocokan untuk melakukan absensi masuk dan keluar, jika sudah maka absensi secara otomatis melakukan pengecekan apakah siswa tersebut hadir atau tidak, dengan kemajuan teknologi maka tumbuh beragam jenis macam kamera salah satunya kamera webcam yang terdapat di sebuah komputer. Dengan meninjau kondisi sekarang ini maka tumbuh solusi untuk melaksanakan atau membangun sebuah sistem yaitu “implementasi metode eigenface pada sistem absensi wajah berbasis php dan mysql”. Metode yang dilakukan dalam penelitian aplikasi absensi wajah ini adalah metode eigenface. Metode Eigenface adalah sekumpulan standardized face ingredient dari analisis statistik dari banyak gambar wajah, dalam meode eigenface, dicoding dilakukan dengan menghitung eigenvector kemudian direpresentasikan dalam sebuah matriks yang berukuran besar. Untuk menghasilkan eigenface, sekumpulan besar citra digital dari wajah manusia diambil pada kondisi pencahayaan yang sama, dinormalisasi dan kemudian dilolah pada resolusi yang samaKata Kunci: Pembelajaran Daring, Implementasi, Sistem, Absensi Wajah, PHP, MySQL, Eigenface Face attendance system is used to solve this problem. The facial attendance system is built by having a feature where the user who will take the attendance just stands in front of the system monitor screen and faces the screen for about five seconds. From this process, the attendance process can be completed, and results in a faster and more accurate facial attendance system. This face attendance is done to capture / match the student's face to take attendance, to perform facial recognition, an image is required where the image is taken from the camera and the student's face will be recognized based on the previous input data, then the output results enter the database. After entering the database, students do the matching again to perform incoming and outgoing attendance, if so, attendance automatically checks whether the student is present or not, with technological advances, various types of cameras grow, one of which is a webcam camera on a computer. By reviewing the current conditions, there is a solution to implement or build a system, namely "implementation of the eigenface method on a php and mysql-based facial attendance system". The method used in this face attendance application research is the eigenface method. Eigenface method is a set of standardized face ingredients from statistical analysis of many face images, in the eigenface method, coding is done by calculating the eigenvectors and then represented in a large matrix. To generate an eigenface, a large set of digital images of human faces are taken under the same lighting conditions, normalized and then processed at the same resolution.Keywords: Online Learning, Implementation, System, Face Attendance, PHP, MySQL, Eigenface

Abstract

This research based by the weak received signal received by the Mobile Station (MS) caused loss propagation trajecktory  which allows the impending failure of calls and data connections. The purpose of this research is todiscover the impairment power received by MS. Monitored from the value of Rx Level and knowing the propagation model of Padang city urban areas in general.The method of measurement used is a Test Drive using TEMS Investigations software version 8.0. then analyzed with empirical models and models Okumura Hata, the results of the analysis compared with the standard value of Rx Level. This research was conducted in the morning and evening for five days.The analysis showed: (1) The signal quality measurements on base stations Terandam in average -81.6 dBm, and Hata model calculations on average -79.66 dBm, Okumura models average of -78.47 dBm, then the signal quality in good condition, BTS Simpang Haru is an average measurement of -82.7 dBm, and Hata model calculations on average -86.49 dBm, Okumura models average of -81.43 dBm, then the signal quality in good condition and the BTS Cendana Andalas in average measurement -80.03 dBm, and Hata model calculations on average -90.05 dBm, Okumura models average of -86.19 dBm, then the signal quality in a state of being. (2) Empirically propagation model for urban areas is a desert city in BTS Terandam Hata models, while BTS Simpang Haru and Sandalwood Andalas is a model Okumura. (3) Creep waves are blocked and then undergo reflection resulting trajectory taken further and further away, the received signal varies causing fluctuations in the signal and trigger fading, and failure in call and data. Keywords: MS, Rx Level, Drive Test, TEMS Investigation, transmitter, receiver and diffraction
