Abstract

Parental attention has a great relationship with children's learning activities. With the attention of parents, children will be more active and more enthusiastic in learning. The background of this research problem is that ideally a child can have a good Islamic education learning achievement if the child gets high or sufficient attention from his parents. Because, a child, especially in the period of development, certainly needs a trusted figure who can guide, direct and be a role model.This study aims to determine: (1) the quality of parental attention to children's learning in the field of Islamic education at Junior high school Darussalam Medan Labuhan, (2) student interest in learning in the field of Islamic education at Junior high school Darussalam Medan Labuhan, and (3) the relationship between parental attention and interest learning on student achievement in the field of Islamic Studies at Junior high school Darussalam Medan Labuhan.This research is a quantitative research. The analysis used in this research is correlation. This technique is used to connect the measurement results between two different variables in order to determine and obtain information about the degree of relationship that occurs between the two variables. The correlation technique used in this study is serial correlation.

Abstract

This study aims to: (1) To find out how the guidance of parents towards children's learning responsibilities at Bina Satria Mulia Middle School, Medan Deli District; (2) To find out the relationship of parental guidance to children's learning responsibilities at Bina Satria Mulia Middle School, Medan Deli District and (3) To find out the barriers to parental guidance on children's learning responsibilities at Bina Satria Mulia Middle School, Medan Deli District. The type of research used in this study is quantitative research, this study uses an ex post facto design because the independent variables are not given certain treatment and are not controlled.The results showed that: (1) Parental guidance at Bina Satria Mulia Middle School, Medan Deli (a) parents really care about their children; (b) cooperation between parents and the school. (2) The relationship between parental guidance at Bina Satria Mulia Middle School, Medan Deli (a) Invite parents to school; (b) Hold meetings regarding student cases. (3) Barriers to parental guidance at Bina Satria Mulia Middle School, Medan Deli (a) children have difficulty understanding the teacher's explanation; (b) children have difficulty in getting literature books

Abstract

The aims of this research are: 1) To find out aspects of spiritual intelligence in Islamic education; 2) To find out aspects of spiritual intelligence contained in Surah Al-Ikhlas verses 1-4; 3) To find out the implementation of aspects of spiritual intelligence contained in Surah Al-Ikhlas verses 1-4 to the concept of Islamic education.The method used in this study uses a type of library research (library research), namely activities relating to library data collection, and recording research materials.The results of this study are: Aspects of spiritual intelligence in Islamic education consist of: Religious spiritual point of view, socio-religious relational point of view, reflected on social attitudes in terms of togetherness and social welfare, Social ethics point of view. The aspects of spiritual intelligence contained in Surah Al-Ikhlas verses 1-4 are that Allah SWT is the One and Only God, the only One, without helpers, without partners, the Most Holy of numbers and compositions, because this is the nature of absolute for God. And Allah has a special nature that is not owned by other than Him. The implementation of aspects of spiritual intelligence contained in Surah Al-Ikhlas verses 1-4 on the concept of Islamic Education is Making Tawheed as the Basis of Akhidah, Instilling Tawheed by Giving an Description of the Nature and Nature of Allah SWT, Fostering Akhidah Tauhid.

Abstract

T This article analyzes the nature of learners in Islamic education philosophy that can be implemented holistically in modern education. This research aims to explore the concept of learners in the perspective of Islamic education philosophy, the challenges of its application in the modern curriculum, and the influence of this philosophy on the character building of learners in the era of globalization. The method used in this article is the systematic literature review (SLR) method by collecting data from books, journals, and scientific articles published between 2016 and 2023 through the Google Scholar and Publish or Perish platforms to ensure the validity and relevance of the sources. Furthermore, the results of the discussion in this study show that (1) the concept of learners in Islamic education philosophy emphasizes the development of intellectual, moral, and spiritual potential in a balanced manner, which aims to create individuals with intellectual intelligence, praiseworthy morals, and spiritual awareness; (2) the main challenge in the modern curriculum is the lack of integration of Islamic values, which hinders the character building of learners in the midst of a moral crisis; (3) Islamic education philosophy is important to shape the character of learners to be able to face globalization without losing Islamic identity. Abstract

Transformative education in senior high schools plays an important role in balancing academic achievement with the formation of students' social and religious characters, in line with the perspective of Islamic Religious Education. This study aims to examine how the implementation process of transformative education is carried out at Dharmawangsa High School in Medan City, as well as assess the results achieved in strengthening students' social awareness and responsibility. The research used a qualitative approach with descriptive methods. Data were obtained through interviews, observations, and documentation, then validated using source triangulation and member checks to ensure credibility. The results show that transformative education is successfully integrated in the curriculum through social and religious value-based learning, which encourages students' active involvement in social activities such as fundraising, community empowerment, and environmental preservation. On the other hand, the main challenges arise from the dominance of the academic paradigm that often shifts the priority of social character development, the limited role of teachers outside the principal, and the lack of maximum parental involvement. The implications of this research emphasize the need for synergy between schools, teachers, parents and communities so that transformative education is sustainable and contextual to culture and religious values. The recommendations in this study are the need for a more systematic curriculum design based on Islamic Religious Education values and strengthening collaborative strategies across parties to produce graduates who excel academically while caring socially.

Abstract

Karakter seorang muslim dalam melakoni kehidupan sehari-hari sudah mempunyai rule model yang menjadi suri tauladan yaitu ada pada keperibadian Rasulullah SAW. Rule model inilah yang dikembangkan oleh pemikir-pemikir muslim hingga membentuk sebuah aliran keilmuan yang lazimnya dikenal dengan nama filasafat. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui bagaimana Filsafat yang pada objek dasarnya adalah hasil dari pegulatan alam pemikiran untuk mendapatkan jalan yang bijak guna menjalankan aktifitas bermasyarakat, mampu bersanding pada pembentukan kepribadian muslim dalam perspektif pendidikan Islam. Dengan pendekatan paradigma Sistematic Literatur Review (SRL) pada jurnal yang sudah dipubikasikan sejak tahun 2020 sampai tahun 2024 maka didapatkan hasil bahwa pembentukan Keperibadian Muslim. Berdasarkan Filsafat Pendidikan Islam adalah, Pertama, dari aspek epistemologi filsafat Pendidikan islam dalam membentuk keperibadian muslim bahwa bagaimana cara, atau langkah-langkah untuk mendapatkan pengetahuan pendidikan yang berdasarkan Alquran dan As-Sunah. Sistem pendidikan Islam harus menempatkan Alquran maupun As-Sunah sebagi pemberi petunjuk ke arah mana proses pendidikan digerakkan. Kedua aspek ontologi berangkat dari ajaran tentang hakikat atau nilai kebaikan yang hendak dituju dalam proses Pendidikan untuk perbaikan keperibadian muslim itu sendiri. Ketiga aksiologi Pendidikan berkaitan dengan tujuan atau manfaat Pendidikan dalam pembentukan keperibadian muslim, maka tujuan dari filsafat Pendidikan islam dapat membentuk karakter keperibadian muslim adalah bahwa pendidikan islam bermanfaat untuk pengembangan manusia secara menyeluruh, melibatkan akal, hati, jasmani, rohaniah, keterampilan, dan akhlak, sehingga filsafat Pendidikan islam sangat mempengaruhi karakter keperibadian muslim
