Abstract

This research aim to to know the Relation of Self Regulated Learning And Discipline of To Achievement Learn. From statistical assess the raport, achievement of students SMP Negeri I,  Lau Baleng. Subdistrict of Lau Baleng, Regency of Land; Ground Karo so lower. Seen from its percentage is class 1 ( one) that is 20%, class 2 (two) 17.7% while for the class of 3 (three) 15.5%. Generally is have low achievement to that is; class 1 ( one) reach 53.3%, class 2 (two) 51.1% and class 3 (three) 55.5%. Matter that happened effect of low achievement might possibly non having an effect on to the students, but extendedly also can have an effect on to nation future. Almost is often happened by the low achievement result the competitor educated will omit the class and very disappointing and also embarrass the their self, old fellow as well as peculiarly all teacher in SMP Negeri 1 Lau Baleng of Subdistrict of Lau Baleng, Regency of Land; Ground Karo. While extendedly is epoch on the move go forward non retreating. And epoch have never experienced of the stagnation of but having the character of dynamic. Thereby achievement influence peculiarly competitor educated by SMP Negeri 1 Lau Baleng, Subdistrict Lau throw the, Regency of Land; Ground Karo also partake to determine in order to moving forward nation in era this time, that goodness is globalization era, technologi as well as informatica.

Abstract

Hasil uji regresi dan korelasional bahwa kesiapan belajar memiliki pengaruh positif dengan prestasi belajar siswa, yaitu sebesar 0,722, sehingga pada taraf signifikan 5% didapatkan rt 0,334 dan taraf signifikan 1% didapatkan rt adalah 0,429. Karena rxy > rt, maka hasilnya signifikan. Hal itu juga dibuktikan dengan persamaan garis regresi Y =1.334-30.718 dengan hasil Freg sebesar 4.14. Karena Freg hasil lebih besar dari Ft baik pada taraf signifikansi 5% yaitu 4,14 dan taraf signifikansi 1% yaitu 7,44, maka hasilnya juga menunjukkan signifikan

Abstract

Upaya guru bimbingan konseling dalam memotivasi EQ siswa broken home berupa Guru bimbingan konseling melakukan pendekatan kepada siswa agar siswa merasa nyaman untuk menceritakan permasalahan yang ada pada dirinya, dan Guru bimbingan konseling memberikan arahan serta semangat kepada siswa. Faktor pendukungnya berupa mereka diarahkan kepada pergaulan yang benar dan menjauhi pergaulan yang salah serta faktor penghambatnya berupa keterbatasan waktu guru bimbingan konseling dalam memantau siswa/i broken home tersebut.

Abstract

The object of this research are to explore the microorganisms from rubber seed to prevent seed pathogens and beneficial to the growth of rubber plant. The research was conducted in the protection laboratory and greenhouse Sungei Putih Research Center from September to December 2014, using completely randomized design non factorial with 7 treatments and 4 replications. The treatments used are microorganisms exploration of healthy rubber seed, ie M0 (control), M1 (Trichoderma sp.(a)), M2 (Trichoderma sp.(b)), M3 (Aspergillus sp.), M4 (Rhizopus sp.), M5 (Isolates BBK(a)), and M6 (isolates BBK(b)). The results showed that microorganisms exploration from the healthy rubber seed has significant effect on all parameters. The best results to inhibit seed pathogens in the laboratory is Aspergillus sp. at 81.27%. For germinate speed and plants height the best results are Trichoderma sp.(b) at 5.75 days and 28.90 cm. The best results for the length of the root is Trichoderma sp.(a) at 35.10 cm, and for the root weight is Aspergillus sp at 4,91 g. Trichoderma sp.(a), Trichoderma sp.(b), and Aspergillus sp. besides potential as biocontrol agents pathogenic seed by way of seed coating, also has potential as a stimulator of growth and biological fertilizer which can improve the quality of the rubber plant growth. Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui potensi serangan hama kepik hijau (N. viridula) dan kepik coklat (R. linearis) pada tanaman kacang kedelai di rumah kassa. Penelitian ini dilaksanakan di Rumah Kasa Fakultas Pertanian Universitas Sumatera Utara pada bulan September sampai dengan Desember 2014. Penelitian ini menggunakan Rancangan Acak Kelompok nonfaktorial yang terdiri dari 3 perlakuan yaitu Kontrol, R. linearis dan N. viridula dengan 9 ulangan. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa intensitas serangan hama R. linearis lebih tinggi dibanding N. viridula. Hal ini terlihat dengan persentase serangan  tertinggi terdapat pada perlakuan R. linearis yaitu 81,36%. Jumlah populasi telur dan nimfa tertinggi terdapat pada perlakuan R. linearis dengan rata-rata 16,00 butir dan 8,11 ekor. Tingkat produksi pada perlakuan R. linearis sebesar 13,92 g. Sedangkan pada perlakuan N. viridula dan kontrol, persentase serangannya sebesar 51,66% dan 0,00%. Jumlah populasi telur dan nimfa pada perlakuan N. viridula dan kontrol sebesar 10,22 ; 0,00 butir dan 5,00 ; 0,00 ekor. Tingkat produksi pada perlakuan kontrol dan N. viridula sebesar 26,41 g dan 16,73 g.

Abstract

This study aims to determine (1) the state of the character of students in SMP Negeri 1 Percut Sei Tuan (2) teacher guidance and counseling programs in implementing character education programs at SMP Negeri 1 Percut Sei Tuan (3) the role of guidance and counseling teachers in implementing the program. Character education at SMP Negeri 1 Percut Sei Tuan (4) the contribution of guidance teachers in the implementation of character education programs at SMP Negeri 1 Percut Sei Tuan. The type of research used in this thesis uses qualitative research. The subjects in this study were guidance and counseling teachers at SMP Negeri 1 Percut Sei Tuan, totaling 5 people. The data collection techniques used are interviews (interviews), observations (observations) and documentation. While the data analysis techniques used are data reduction, data presentation and drawing conclusions. The results of this study found that guidance and counseling teachers at SMP Negeri 1 Percut Sei Tuan were able to show an active role in the implementation of character education programs in schools through guidance and counseling services based on recommendations from the homeroom. Based on the results of interviews conducted by researchers with school principals, guidance and counseling teachers, they apply counseling guidance services through individual guidance, individual counseling, classical guidance, and group guidance, for students who undergo sanctions due to violations. Guidance and counseling teachers also collaborate with homeroom teachers, students and parents. The role of guidance and counseling teachers through comprehensive guidance and counseling services. Service quality can be improved through scheduling to meet student needs and respond to student problems through guidance and counseling programs and services.

Abstract

This study aims to: (1) To find out how the guidance of parents towards children's learning responsibilities at Bina Satria Mulia Middle School, Medan Deli District; (2) To find out the relationship of parental guidance to children's learning responsibilities at Bina Satria Mulia Middle School, Medan Deli District and (3) To find out the barriers to parental guidance on children's learning responsibilities at Bina Satria Mulia Middle School, Medan Deli District. The type of research used in this study is quantitative research, this study uses an ex post facto design because the independent variables are not given certain treatment and are not controlled.The results showed that: (1) Parental guidance at Bina Satria Mulia Middle School, Medan Deli (a) parents really care about their children; (b) cooperation between parents and the school. (2) The relationship between parental guidance at Bina Satria Mulia Middle School, Medan Deli (a) Invite parents to school; (b) Hold meetings regarding student cases. Abstract

This study aims to analyze interpersonal communication barriers caused by language ambiguity and emotional barriers, especially in the context of today's digital communication and social interactions. Semantic ambiguity occurs when a word or sentence has more than one meaning that allows for misinterpretation, while emotional barriers include psychological conditions such as stress, anxiety, and anger that affect how messages are received and interpreted. This research approach uses a qualitative descriptive-analytical method that allows for in-depth exploration of the meaning, dynamics, and factors that influence interpersonal communication. Data analysis was carried out thematically with a hermeneutic approach to understand the relationship of meaning in social and psychological contexts. Semantic Ambiguity Theory by Stephen C. Levinson is the main foundation in understanding the disturbance of meaning in verbal communication, which emphasizes the importance of situational context and shared knowledge between communicators. The results of the study indicate that language ambiguity is increasingly common, especially in the communication of the younger generation who often use informal language, abbreviations, and digital symbols, so that it has the potential to cause conflict when combined with emotional barriers experienced by the recipient of the message. The close relationship between semantic ambiguity and psychological barriers worsens the effectiveness of interpersonal communication, especially in the workplace, education, and social media. Therefore, this study emphasizes the need for an interdisciplinary approach that combines semantic and psychological studies so that communication strategies can be more adaptive, reflective, and humane in dealing with the complexity of contemporary communication

Abstract

Islamic education currently faces complex challenges amidst the current of globalization, the acceleration of digital technology, and the weakening of spiritual values among the younger generation. This study aims to explore in depth the various potentials and obstacles that influence the future direction of Islamic education. With a descriptive qualitative approach based on literature studies, this article analyzes various scientific sources, field data, and the thoughts of contemporary Islamic education figures. The results of the discussion show that the existence of global spiritual awareness, technological advances, and the spirit of integration between religious knowledge and science provide great opportunities for Islamic education to develop. On the other hand, challenges such as curriculum separation, weak mastery of technology among educators, and the influence of secularism are significant obstacles. Therefore, systemic strategies are needed such as holistic curriculum updates, improving teacher quality, wise use of technology, and strengthening moderate and universal Islamic values to realize relevant and contributive Islamic education in the modern era.
