Islamic education learning for deaf students faces communication challenges, requiring an inclusive approach with visual media, sign language, and application-based educational technology. This method effectively improves understanding of abstract Islamic concepts, encourages active participation of students, and fosters collaboration between teachers and parents to support religious education that is more responsive to special needs. This Islamic education learning for deaf students aims to examine 1) the implementation of learning in character development and 2) to analyze the reflection of Islamic education learning for deaf students. The research uses a qualitative design and case study methodology conducted at SLB Negeri Campurdarat Tulungagung from August 10-24, 2024. Researchers collected data through documentation, in-depth interviews, and observation involving the principal, elementary and high school teachers, four deaf students, and an Islamic education teacher—the data analysis with triangulation of methods and sources to ensure accuracy. The results show that implementing character development and reflecting on Islamic education learning for deaf students can be successfully achieved through various approaches, making the learning material easier to convey and increasing students' motivation.

The purposeof this study was to examine the effect of quick ratio, sales growth and total asset turn over to financial distress. The population in this study are textile and garment sub- sector companies listed on the Indonesia stock exchange (IDX) in 2017-2021. This research method uses a quantitative descriptive statistical analysis method. Sampling in this study uses a purposive sampling method, which is a sampling technique based on certain criteria. So that the sample used was 15 textile and garment sub-sector companies listed on the Indonesia Stock Exchange (IDX). The type of data used in this study is secondary data from financial reports. The data was analyzed using panel data regression techniques assisted by the eviews 12. The results showed that the quick ratio partially did not have a significant effect on financial distress, sales growth partially had a nonsignificant effect on financial distress and total asset turn over partially had a significant effect on financial distress. As well as quick ratio, sales growth and total asset turn over simultaneously have a significant effect on financial distress.

Character education is important in developing 21st-century education, especially at the elementary and secondary school levels. However, its implementation still faces conceptual and operational challenges in various countries. This study conducted a systematic literature review (SLR) of 35 articles published between 2019 and 2024 from the Scopus, DOAJ, and Google Scholar databases. Article selection followed the PRISMA guidelines with specific inclusion criteria. The analysis revealed four main themes: value-based learning approaches, teacher involvement, the role of the school environment, curriculum integration, and implementation barriers. A trend toward increased collaborative approaches was identified, but teacher training and character evaluation systems remain challenges. This study recommends strengthening the character education ecosystem by involving schools, teachers, and communities holistically and contextually.

Penelitian ini menganalisis strategi Skadron 11/Amur Amara Jaya (Skadron 11/AAJ) dalam menyiapkan personel penerbang untuk mendukung operasi militer di Papua, wilayah dengan tantangan geografis dan iklim yang sulit. Motivasi penelitian ini didorong oleh tingginya angka kecelakaan penerbangan di Papua, yang sebagian besar disebabkan oleh faktor manusia. Penelitian ini menggunakan pendekatan studi kasus dengan metode kualitatif deskriptif, yang berfokus pada strategi Skadron 11/AAJ dalam menyiapkan personel penerbang untuk mendukung operasi militer di Papua. Analisa yang mendalam dilakukan dengan mengumpulkan data melalui wawancara dengan narasumber yang memiliki peran penting dalam penyiapan penerbang. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa Skadron 11/AAJ menerapkan strategi komprehensif untuk menyiapkan penerbang dengan fokus utama adalah pemeliharaan keterampilan melalui pelatihan rutin, peningkatan kemampuan pengambilan keputusan, dan pelaksanaan latihan terbang (proficiency flight). Pelatihan berkelanjutan dan penggunaan simulator dianggap krusial untuk mengurangi risiko kecelakaan yang sebagian besar disebabkan oleh faktor manusia. Strategi ini bertujuan untuk meningkatkan keterampilan teknis, kemampuan pengambilan keputusan, dan kesiapan operasional penerbang dalam menghadapi tantangan penerbangan di Papua. Penelitian ini menyimpulkan bahwa strategi penyiapan penerbang di Skadron 11/AAJ telah efektif dalam meningkatkan keselamatan, kesiapan operasional penerbangan dan efektivitas operasi militer di Papua. Temuan penelitian menunjukkan bahwa pelatihan secara berkala seperti proficiency flight dan simulasi terbang, memainkan peran penting dalam menjaga keterampilan penerbang, meningkatkan kemampuan pengambilan keputusan, dan mengurangi risiko kecelakaan. Implikasi dari temuan ini adalah bahwa strategi penyiapan penerbang yang konsisten berpotensi meningkatkan keselamatan dan efektivitas operasi militer di wilayah seperti Papua.

Penelitian ini menyimpulkan bahwa strategi penyiapan penerbang di Skadron 11/AAJ telah efektif dalam meningkatkan keselamatan, kesiapan operasional penerbangan dan efektivitas operasi militer di Papua. Temuan penelitian menunjukkan bahwa pelatihan secara berkala seperti proficiency flight dan simulasi terbang, memainkan peran penting dalam menjaga keterampilan penerbang, meningkatkan kemampuan pengambilan keputusan, dan mengurangi risiko kecelakaan. Implikasi dari temuan ini adalah bahwa strategi penyiapan penerbang yang konsisten berpotensi meningkatkan keselamatan dan efektivitas operasi militer di wilayah seperti Papua.

State financial management in the Indonesian Air Force environment faces challenges in realizing transparency and accountability. This study aims to evaluate the use of the Agency Level Financial Accounting System Application in improving transparency and accountability of financial management in the Indonesian Air Force. This research method is descriptive qualitative with data collection techniques through in-depth interviews, observations, and documentation studies in various Indonesian Air Force work units that have implemented the Agency Level Financial Accounting System Application. The results of this study are that the implementation of the Agency Level Financial Accounting System Application in the Indonesian Air Force has increased transparency through more systematic recording of financial transactions that are easily accessible to related parties. Accountability has also been increased with the audit trail feature that allows detailed tracking of each financial transaction. The conclusion of this study is that the use of the Agency Level Financial Accounting System Application is effective in realizing transparency and accountability of financial management in the Indonesian Air Force environment, although there are still challenges that need to be overcome.

This study examines the enhancement of the C-212-200 aircraft’s navigation system capability in supporting Weather Modification Operations (OMC) during the G20 Summit held in Bali in 2022, with a focus on the implementation of the Traffic Collision Avoidance System (TCAS) and Transponder Mode S as part of the system's modernization. The objective of the research is to analyze the effectiveness of integrating these two systems in improving flight safety, situational awareness, and operational efficiency. A descriptive qualitative approach with a case study design was employed, involving technical interviews, field observations, and document analysis within an operational unit of the Indonesian Air Force. The findings indicate that TCAS significantly enhances pilot situational awareness by providing real-time Traffic Advisory (TA) and Resolution Advisory (RA), enabling prompt and accurate conflict avoidance maneuvers. Meanwhile, Transponder Mode S strengthens two-way communication between the aircraft and Air Traffic Control (ATC) through selective interrogation, allowing precise transmission of aircraft position, identification, and altitude data. The integration of both systems has been shown to reduce pilot workload, minimize mid-air collision risk, and improve decision-making effectiveness, especially in high-traffic airspace such as during the G20 Summit. The study also highlights non-technical challenges, particularly the limited readiness of human resources—including avionics technicians and pilots—who require further training in operating and maintaining integrated digital navigation systems. Overall, the modernization of the C-212-200 navigation system through TCAS and Mode S proves effective in supporting non-combat flight operations more safely and efficiently, and represents a strategic step toward civil–military interoperability and digital transformation within the national air defense system.

The purpose of this study was to examine the effect of Leverage Multiplier, Interest Expense Ratio, Banking Ratio on Return on Assets at BPR in Central Java in 2019-2023. The analytical method used is multiple regression analysis of panel data. The research results show that the average value of the Leverage Multiplier has decreased, which is balanced by a decrease in Return On Assets, which indicates that BPR has experienced a decrease in efficiency in generating profits from the assets it owns, despite reducing debt. The Interest Expense Ratio shows that interest costs are increasing, while the company's ability to generate profits is decreasing. Banking Ratio is decreasing in balance with ROA continuing to decline, this reflects a situation where BPR is more focused on increasing liquidity but this is not managed well

UMKM Dodol Kareueut in Tanjungsari Village, Pondok Salam District, Purwakarta Regency is a traditional food business that has been established since 1994. Although it carries cultural value and maintains a stable local market, this UMKM still faces several challenges, particularly in digital marketing and financial recording. This community service program is designed to strengthen the capacity of the business through digital marketing training and assistance in preparing simple bookkeeping. The implementation methods include observation, interviews, training sessions, hands-on practice, and monitoring. The results show an increase in the business owner’s understanding of using social media for promotion and the ability to manage a cash book using Excel. The output of this activity contributes to enhancing the competitiveness and sustainability of UMKM Dodol Kareueut.
