Abstract

Tujuan penelitian ini adalah untuk Mengetahui konsentrasi gel ekstrak pining bawang yang memiliki aktivitas antiinflamasi pada mencit jantan yang diinduksi karagenan. Pining bawang (Horstedtia alliacea) adalah tanaman anggota ginger (Zingiberaceae) yang tumbuh di daerah tropis termasuk Halmanera. Pining bawang biasanya dimanfaatkan sebagai pemasok energi untuk berburu di hutan, mengobati luka dan infeksi, buah bijinya dikonsumsi oleh anak- anak dan dewasa. Manfaat darri penelitian ini adalah Penelitian ini dapat memberikan informasi ilmiah dan kebenaran kepada masyarakat mengenai efek antiinflamasi dari tumbuhan pining bawang, sehingga dapat dimanfaatkan sebagai alternatif pengobatan inflamasi. pining bawang mengandung senyawa flavonoid, minyak atsiri dan beberapa senyawa lainya yang bermanfaat sebagai antiinflamasi. Penelitian ini membuat tiga formula sampel dengan bahan aktif ekstrak pining bawang dengan komposisi 0 (kontrol negatif), formula I 5%, formula II 10%, formula III 15% dan natrium diklofenak (kontrol positif) menggunakan metode maserasi, dengan interval waktu 30 menit selama 8 kali pengulangan setiap suspensi. Daya hambat udema pada kelompok FIII (15% ekstrak pining bawang) memiliki kecenderungan sama dengan kelompok K+ (Na- Diklofenak). Sedangkan pada dosis uji yang paling rendah daya hambat udema yaitu pada kelompok FI (5% ekstrak pining bawang). Kesimpulan dari penelitian ini yaitu Pemberian gel ekstrak pining bawang dapat menunjukkan aktivitas antiinflamasi pada mencit yang diinduksi karagenan. Gel ekstrak pining bawang pada konsentrasi 15% merupakan konsentrasi yang memiliki aktivitas antiinflamasi paling baik dibandingkan dengan konsentrasi 10% dan 5% dan Hasil analisis gel ekstrak pining bawang memiliki konsentrasi tepat sebagai antiinflamasi.Kata Kunci :edema; mencit; ekstrak etanol; pining bawang. The purpose of this study was to determine the concentration of onion pining extract gel which has anti-inflammatory activity in carrageenan-induced male mice. Pining onion (Horstedtia alliacea) is a member of the ginger plant (Zingiberaceae) that grows in tropical areas including Halmanera. Pining onion is usually used as an energy supplier for hunting in the forest, treating wounds and infections, the seeds are consumed by children and adults. The benefit of this research is that this research can provide scientific and truthful information to the public regarding the anti-inflammatory effects of the pining onion plant, so that it can be used as an alternative inflammatory treatment. Pining onions contain flavonoid compounds, essential oils and several other compounds that are useful as anti-inflammatory. This study made three sample formulas with the active ingredient of pining onion extract with composition 0 (negative control), formula I 5%, formula II 10%, formula III 15% and diclofenac sodium (positive control) using the maceration method, with an interval of 30 minutes. for 8 repetitions of each suspension. Inhibition of edema in the FIII group (15% pining onion extract) had the same tendency as the K+ group (Na-Diclofenac). Meanwhile, at the lowest test dose the inhibition of edema was in the FI group (5% onion pining extract). The conclusion of this study is that administration of pining onion extract gel can show anti-inflammatory activity in carrageenan-induced mice. Pining onion extract gel at a concentration of 15% is the concentration that has the best anti-inflammatory activity compared to concentrations of 10% and 5%Keywords: edema, mice, ethanol extract, onion pining

Abstract

Di Indonesia sinar matahari tergolong dapat dikatakan cukup menyengat karena memiliki iklim tropis biasanya memberi efek pada kulit karena merupakan lapisan yang paling luar. Kandungan UV pada sinar matahari dapat membuat kulit kita berubah menjadi lebih gelap. Efek tersebut menimbulkan permasalahan tidak meratanya warna kulit dan menjadikan kulit yang terkena sinar matahari langsung lebih menggelap.Kulit merupakan bagian yang sangat penting dalam tubuh. Tipe kulit setiap orang berbeda satu sama lainnya. Saat ini telah dikembangkan pemanfaatan bahan-bahan alam sebagai sumber antioksidan dalam sediaan kosmetika. Buah- buahan yang dapat dimanfaatkan untuk kulit adalah alpukat. Kulit buah alpukat mengandung saponin, alkaloida, flavonoida, dan tanin. Sedangkan daun alpukat mengandung saponin, alkaloida, flavonoida dan polifenol. ekstrak etanol kulit buah alpukat memiliki aktivitas antioksidan yang tinggi, Antioksidan memiliki peran penting untuk kecantikan yaitu mampu mencegah pertumbuhan bakteri pada kulit yang menyebabkan jerawat, dan melembabkan serta melindungi kulit dari kekeringan. Tujuan dari penelitian ini yaitu Untuk mendapatkan sediaan face spray gel dari ekstrak kulit alpukat dan Untuk mendapatkan sediaan face spray gel kulit alpukat sebagai pelembab wajah. Penelitian ini membuat empat formula sampel dengan bahan aktif ekstrak kulit alpukat dengan komposisi 0 (kontrol negatif), formula I 4%, formula II 6%, formula III 8% dan produk wardah (kontrol positif) menggunakan metode maserasi. Pengukuran kelembaban dilakukan dengan menggunakan alat skin analyzer menggunakan parameter % yaitu dehidrasi 0-29, normal 30-50, hidrasi 51-100. Berdasarkan hasil penelitian yang dilakukan formula Formula I, Formula II, Formula III face spray gel ekstrak kulit alpukat memiliki efek melembabkan kulit pada formula III face spray gel ekstrak kulit alpukat dengan konsentrasi 8% adalah komposisi terbaik face spray gel dengan ekstrak kulit alpukat yang memiliki efek melembabkan kulit wajah paling baik. Hasil tersebut diketahui bahwa semakin tinggi konsentrasi maka semakin tinggi pula tingkat kelembaban dari sediaan face spray gel ekstrak kulit alpukat. Kesimpulan dari penelitian ini yaitu Ekstrak kulit alpukat (Persea americana Mill.) dapat diformulasikan sebagai sediaan face spray gel dan Kulit alpukat (Persea americana Mill.) dapat diformulasikan sebagai sediaan face spray gel pelembab wajah, pada konsentrasi 8% memberikan kelembaban yang paling tinggi dari semua konsentrasi.Kata Kunci : kulit, melembabkan, ekstrak etanol, kulit alpukatIndonesia, the sun's rays can be said to be quite stinging because it has a tropical climate that usually has an effect on the skin because it is the outermost layer. UV rays in the sun can make our skin darker. This effect causes the problem of uneven skin tone and makes skin exposed to direct sunlight darker. Skin is a very important part of the body. Everyone's skin type is different from one another. Currently, the use of natural ingredients has been developed as a source of antioxidants in cosmetic preparations. Fruits that can be used for the skin is avocado. Avocado skin contains saponins, alkaloids, flavonoids, and tannins. Meanwhile, avocado leaves contain saponins, alkaloids, flavonoids and polyphenols. ethanol extract of avocado skin has high antioxidant activity, antioxidants have an important role for beauty, namely being able to prevent the growth of bacteria on the skin that causes acne, and moisturize and protect the skin from dryness. This study made four sample formulas with the active ingredient of avocado peel extract with composition 0 (negative control), 4% formula I, 6% formula II, 8% formula III and wardah products (positive control) using the maceration method. Moisture measurements were carried out using a skin analyzer using % parameters, namely dehydration 0-29, normal 30-50, hydration 51-100. Based on the results of research conducted, Formula I, Formula II, Formula III face spray gel avocado peel extract has a moisturizing effect on the skin. Formula III face spray gel avocado peel extract with a concentration of 8% is the best composition of face spray gel with avocado skin extract which has the effect the best moisturizer for facial skin. Abstract

Indonesia is a country that has a lot of diversity, not only in cultural diversity but also in religious diversity; each religion alone still has some differences. While Muhammadiyah was one of the organizations that was founded in Indonesia in 1912 and founded by K.H. Ahmad Dahlan in Yogyakarta, Mohammadiyah is also one of those organizations that has a moderate concept in addressing the problems of diversity that exist. Multiculturalism is diversity in a very broad context, discussing the multiculturalism of Muhammadiyah as one of the organizations that is concerned with all such matters. Using qualitative research methods and gathering data from library studies, this article will discuss the concept of Muslim moderation in enhancing multicultural values. The gathered data will be presented in a brief descriptive manner in this article. The Prophet (peace and blessings of Allah be upon him) said: “Because Allah is not pleased with such a thing, he has taught his people not to bow down to one thing”. With the stubbornness of the founder of Muhammadiyah, K.H. Ahmad Dahlan, Muhammadiyah finally has the concept of moderation to capture the diversity that exists in this country, ranging from cultural diversity to the diversity in Bergamot and also the variety in Bermazhab.
