Pendidikan sekolah pondok pesantren tidak hanya ada pada daerah perkotaan namun ada juga pada daerah pedesaan seperti Pondok Pesantren Islamiyah Pintu Padang Siunggam. Kegiatan belajar yang diadakan di pondok pesantren ini selain pada pagi hingga sore hari juga dilakukan pada waktu malam hari. Akan tetepi, salah satu kendala terlambatnya siswa mengikuti proses belajar pada malam hari dikarenakan keterbatasan sumber air sumur apalagi saat musim kemarau. Sedangkan, alternatif lainnya seperti sungai tidak efektif digunakan karena faktor tidak adanya jaringan listrik sehingga lampu penerangan jalan di pinggiran sungai tidak ada. Menanggulangi hal tersebut, maka dilakukan optimalisasi Instalasi lampu jalan berteknologi panel surya dalam upaya mempermudah kegiatan belajar malam para santri. Hasil dari PKM menunjukkan bahwa, kegiatan ini sangat membantu majelis guru dan terutama oleh para santri, teilihat dari berbagai aktifitas yang dilakukan para santri di sungai mulai dari pukul 19.00 hingga 22.00 malam mengambil wudhu untuk shalat Isa berjamah, diteruskan pada kegiatan belajar malam dan pada pukul 04.00 hingga 05.00 dini hari dilanjutkan untuk shalat subuh berjamah, mandi, mencuci, dan lain sebagainya. Aplikasi Pemasangan lampu jalan ini juga berdampak pada psikologi anak yang dapat mengurangi kekhawatiran mereka saat malam tiba.

Abstrak: Pelajaran sains dan teknologi merupakan pelajaran yang sangat penting dalam kemajuan peradaban bangsa saat ini. Namun banyak siswa yang kurang tertarik dengan pelajaran ini karena banyaknya jumlah perhitungan sehingga siswa lebih cenderung monoton dalam mengikuti pembelajaran. Selain itu, kurangnya alat praktikum membuat siswa kurang tertarik untuk belajar. Oleh karena itu, kegiatan PKM ini bertujuan untuk meningkatkan minat siswa dalam menumbuhkan motivasi belajar khususnya bidang sains. Pelaksanaan kegiatan ini dilakukan dengan menggunakan penjelasan teoritis dengan bantuan modul dan powerpoint dan pada akhirnya dilakukan verifikasi dengan mengaplikasikan alat peraga. Hasil angket, ditemukan bahwa dengan menggabungkan penggunaan modul dan alat, minat siswa terhadap pelajaran lebih antusias dengan tanggapan siswa 70% dari 20 siswa yang mengikuti kategori mencapai sangat setuju dengan kegiatan PKM.Abstract: Learning science and technology is a very important lesson in the progress of the nation's civilization today. However, many students are less interested in this lesson because of the large number of calculations so that students are more likely to be monotonous in participating in learning. In addition, the lack of practical tools makes students less interested in learning. Therefore, this PKM activity aims to increase student interest in fostering learning  motivation, especially  in  the  field  of  science. The implementation of this activity is carried out using theoretical explanations with the help of modules and PowerPoint and at the end, verification is carried out by applying props. The results of the questionnaire, it was found that by combining the use of modules and tools, students' interest in the lesson was more enthusiastic with student responses 70% of the 20 students who attended the category reached strongly agree with PKM activities.

Abstrak: Pemadaman listrik secara bergilir di kecamatan Medan Deli membuat peternak unggas sering mengalami kerugian produksi. Hal tersebut tentu tidak lepas dari teknologi konvensional yang masih digunakan oleh pertenak unggas. Teknologi yang digunakan oleh peternak hanya menggunakan listrik sebagai sumber utama. Apabila sumber listrik PLN padam, secara otomatis suhu di dalam inkubator akan mengalami penurunan yang mengakibatkan terjadinya kegagalan dalam proses penetasan telur unggas. Kegagalan yang terjadi secara terus menerus pada peternak unggas akan berpotensi mengalami kerugian besar pada peternak unggas. Untuk itu dirancang suatu sistem yang berguna dan menjadi solusi dalam permasalahan pada masyarakat saat ini yaitu membuat alat teknologi hybrid dengan rancangan PV-Grid pada smart inkubator telur dalam upaya meningkatkan perekonomian peternak unggas pada kondisi pandemi. Metode pelaksanaan dilakukan dengan sosialisasi penggunaan alat dengan membandingkan alat yang dibuat oleh peternak unggas sebelumnya. Hasil teknologi hybrid penetasan telur unggas lebih meningkat secara signifikan, dimana tingkat keberhasilan telur menetas sebanyak 95 butir telur dengan percobaan 100 telur dan hanya 60 butir menggunakan inkubator manual dalam jangka waktu selama 21 hari. Abstract: The rotating power outages in the Medan Deli sub-district make poultry farmers often experience production losses. This certainly cannot be separated from conventional technology that is still used by poultry. The technology used by farmers only uses electricity as the main source. If the PLN power source goes out, the temperature in the incubator will automatically decrease which results in failure in the poultry egg hatching process. Failures that occur continuously in poultry will suffer huge losses for poultry. For this reason, a system that is useful and becomes a solution to problems in today's society is to create a hybrid technology tool by designing a PV-Grid on a smart egg incubator in an effort to improve the economy of poultry farming in pandemic conditions. the implementation method is carried out by socializing the use of tools by comparing the tools made by previous poultry farmers. The results of the hybrid technology for hatching poultry eggs increased significantly, where the success rate of hatching eggs was 95 eggs with an experiment of 100 eggs and only 60 eggs using a manual incubator within a period of 21 days.

The accelerated development of the technological world cannot be separated from the materials of electronic components. Vocational schools are the most dominant schools in discussing electronics, but there are still many students who have abilities below the graduation standards that have been set in the subject of electronics basics. One of the causes of low learning outcomes is due to the lack of involvement of students in the learning process. Therefore it is necessary to think pair share method to spur student activeness and creativity during learning. The technique in doing this method is by students thinking, discussing and sharing material concepts directly with their classmates controlled by the teacher in material supervision. In addition, by using this method students are able to solve problems during the learning process well. This type of research is a Quasi Experiment with Posttest Only Control Design. The subjects of this study were students of class X SMK Negeri 1 Pariaman which consisted of two classes, namely X TITL-1 and X TITL-2. From these two classes were selected randomly where class X TITIL-1 was the experimental class and class X TITL-2 was the control class. To see students' initial abilities, an analysis of the posttest was carried out in the subject of Understanding the Basics of Electronics. Collecting data in this study using a learning outcome test (posttest) in the form of objective questions of 25 items. The data were analyzed using the two-mean difference test (t-test). Based on the results of the study, the posttest mean percentage of the experimental class was 77.14% and the control class was 55.14%. The results of this study indicate that there is a significant increase in student learning outcomes with a comparison of the think pair share method which is better than the conventional method.

Rendahnya minat belajar siswa dikarenakan minimnya media penunjang yang digunakan dalam proses pembelajaran, sehingga mengurangi minat dan keaktifan siswa dalam belajar. Diantara banyaknya peggunaan media pembelajaran salah satunya adalah menggunakan media animasi macromedia flash dan didukung penegaplikasian metode direct instruction di kelas sehingga mampu mendorong siswa untuk lebih aktif dan kreatif dalam menerima pembelajaran. Siswa akan lebih berminat dan berimajinasi langsung dalam menangkap pelajaran, dan lebih mudah untuk penguasaan materi pelajaran yang dipelajari. Selain itu, dengan menggunakan media ini siswa mampu memecahkan permasalahan yang dialami selama proses pembelajaran dengan baik. Tujuan penelitian ini adalah untuk melihat perbedaan yang signifikan dari hasil belajar siswa pada mata pelajaran Sistem Pengendali Elektronik menggunakan media animasi macromedia flash dengan media konvensional. Jenis penelitian ini adalah Quasi Eksperimen dengan desain Posttest Only Control Design. Untuk melihat kemampuan awal siswa dilakukan analisis ulangan harian (UH) pada mata pelajaran SPE. Pengumpulan data dalam penelitian ini menggunakan tes hasil belajar (posttest) berupa soal objektif . Data yang dianalisis dengan menggunakan uji perbedaan dua rata-rata (t-test). Berdasarkan hasil penelitian diperoleh nilai rata-rata posttest kelas eksperimen 84,97 sedangkan kelas kontrol 77,36 dan untuk uji t hasil perhitungan diperoleh ≥ atau 5,06 ≥ 1,998. Hasil penelitian ini menunjukan bahwa terdapat perbedaan yang signifikan antara hasil belajar siswa kelas eksperimen yang menggunakan media animasi macromedia flash dibandingkan dengan media konvensional. Minat siswa dalam belajar sangat tinggi dan siswa lebih mudah menganalisa serta berimajinasi pada saat proses belajar berlangsung.

The research describes the performance and accuracy of various interconnected sensors from the measurement results of photovoltaic energy conversion from power plants connected to the electricity grid from PLN. In data retrieval, PLX-DAQ software is used as a software for data loggers. The hardware used is a Pollycristallin type solar panel with a capacity of 2.08 kW, Arduino, and several sensor components that are used as hardware. In this developed tool, the component used to measure the temperature and surface of the panel is the DHT11 sensor, the component for measuring DC current is the ACS1712 sensor, the component for measuring DC voltage is the ZMPT101B sensor, and the component for measuring currents and voltages sourced from PLN electricity is sensor PZEM-004. Arduino will record data from these components, which is then interfaced to Excel Spreadsheet processing in the form of presenting data tables and graphics in real time. The DC voltage sensor calibration test has an average error of 0.63% and an AC voltage of 0.42%, while the DC current sensor has an average error of 2.21%, and the AC sensor current has an average error of 2.07% with all sensors in the normal reading limit category. The measurement results with the maximum electrical energy consumption capacity in the DC power measurement reached 1777.8 W, while for the maximum AC power capacity measurement it reached a value of 1834 W and occurred during peak loads at 12.00 PM.

MPEG surround is one of the most popular multichannel audio coding standards used today. In producing quality sound, there are several parts that are influential, but those that are directly related to sound reproduction, one of which is the method of downmixing, mixing the right channels will improve the quality of the sound produced. Because this research is closely related to data computing, the Matrix Laboratory (MATLAB) application is used. There are 2 stages carried out in the MATLAB application, namely the encoding and decoding process. In the encoding process in MATLAB, each audio channel is set according to a previously designed scheme. The results of this encoding are then decoded, so that the ODG value of each tested audio channel is obtained. In his presentation, the design and analysis of several domnmixing schemes was carried out. There are 5 schemes tested and to determine the performance of each scheme, these schemes are tested at high bitrates, from the range of 1000 Kbps to 2000 Kbps. Based on the test, it was found that the effect of increasing the bitrate is directly proportional to the resulting audio quality. During testing Scheme-5 has a better level of stability among all downmixing schemes and the average percentage increase in Objective Difference Grade (ODG) for all audio samples is 9.6927 %.

Penelitian ini memaparkan Pengukuran sistem online berbasis Web dan Android pada photovoltaic (PV) tipe Polycrystalline. Rancangan sistem monitoring photovoltaic online ini dengan memanfaatkan NodeMCU sebagai mikrokontroler sekaligus wifishield untuk mengirimkan data melalui koneksi jaringan internet. Konsep Internet of Things yang didesain menggunakan ESP 8266 yang terdapat pada NodeMCU agar alat dapat terkoneksi ke internet. Sensor dalam membaca arus dan tegangan yang mengalir dari panel surya menggunakan sensor INA219. Untuk kombinasi sistem Arduino IDE yang telah diprogram pada pembacaan arus dan tegangan yang diterima, kemudian dikirimkan melalui koneksi jaringan internet menggunakan modul NodeMCU. Selanjutnya data yang terkirim dapat dimonitor melalui website firebase yang dapat di tampilkan menggunakan personal komputer maupun smart phone. Data yang ditampilkan di website terdiri dari tegangan, arus dan daya. Hasil Eksperimen menunjukkan bahwa Galat dari pembacaan tegangan dan arus sensor INA219 dengan multitester digital adalah masing – masing 0.28% dan 2.29 %. Hal ini dipengaruhi oleh keterbatasan multitester dalam membaca nilai pengukuran yang kecil. Pada alat sistem Solar charge controller berfungsi untuk menjaga tegangan yang masuk dari panel surya sesuai dengan tengangan kerja baterai ± 12 Volt. Data pengukuran yang ditampilkan mempunyai waktu update 1 detik. Informasi ini dapat dipergunakan sebagai tambahan referensi dan analisa untuk pemasangan Sistem Energi Terbarukan (Photovoltaics) di Sumatera Utara.

The design of automatic hand washing technology tools to support blended learning in the COVID-19 pandemic is very much on order. In designing and demonstrating a hand washing device, an automatic faucet modification is needed which consists of an IR sensor component (Proximity Infrared Switch Sensor) as an automatic on and off switch, then to support the faucet to work with a good system, a transistor that has been modified with a modified dynamo integrated into the system. connected to a mini pump. Then the other supporting components consist of a leg rack made of elbow iron, gallons of water, a sink, a water vacuum, an adapter and a dirty water disposal bucket. Then a demonstration of the tool was carried out to students at MTs Parmiyatu Wassa'adah. In demonstrating the tool there is a percentage of students with a positive response where as many as 14 students state very good with a percentage of 66.67%, and as many as 4 people state good with a presentation of 19% and as many as 3 people state quite well with a percentage of 14%. That is, the proportion of success from the design of this tool runs smoothly and can understand its functions and uses.

The use of electricity that has covered every area of the earth is a valid fact. This makes electricity a primary need that must be continuously provided to meet the needs of the community. Based on these known facts, as much as 50% of this electricity user is in the form of a household scale. Therefore, a research was conducted on the analysis of the technology system conversion in the PV-grid-battery design at a household scale. This study aims to determine the level of technology conversion in the pv-grid-battery design at a household scale so that electric customers can utilize solar panel technology more optimally and well. The method used in this activity is to use a direct observation and data collection system. Based on the results obtained, it can be concluded that the use of solar panels with a capacity of 120 Wp x 2 can help in backing up loads on a household scale. The household load power which is the parameter in this research activity is 450 VA (based on the power of the household kWhmeter).
