Abstract

ABSTRAK Dalam mendesain sebuah bangunan, desain eksterior dan interior bangunan tersebut memiliki peranan yang sangat penting. Desain eksterior dan interior dari sebuah bangunan dapat memperlihatkan suatu ekspresi yang ingin disampaikan oleh bangunan tersebut. Yang tidak terlepas dari tampilannya. Sehingga sebuah bangunan yang didalamnya berfungsi sebagai bangunan perbelanjaan, misalnya seharusnya dapat mengekspresikan suatu hal yang berhubungan dengan barang yang akan dijual. Bangunan yang dijadikan bahan kajian dalam penulisan karya tulis ini adalah bangunan Eiger Adventure Store yang terletak di Jl. Sumatera, Bandung. Bangunan ini dipilih karena ekspresi yang ingin dimunculkan bangunan ini sesuai dengan produk yang mereka jual yang merupakan barang atau benda-benda yang berhubungan dengan petualangan. Dengan kata lain ekspresi yang ingin dimunculkan bangunan ini adalah berkaitan dengan adventure (petualangan). Hal tersebut dapat dilihat dari penggunaan atap tenda yang memberi arti  sebuah gunung yaitu gunung Eiger Swiss, serta penggunaan material alam seperti kayu dan batu yang sangat dominan pada fasade bangunan ini. Kata Kunci: Perancangan Arsitektur, Desain Eksterior, Desain Interior, Ekspresi Bangunan ABSTRACT In designing a building, exterior and interior design have a very important role. Exterior and interior design of a building can show an expression to be conveyed by the building. Expression of the building design which is conveyed cannot be separated from the exterior and interior of the building itself. A building, such as mall building, should be able to express the things associated with the items to be sold. The building used as study material in this paper is “Eiger Adventure Store” building which is located at Jl Sumatra, Bandung. This building was chosen by considering the fact that the expression of this building appears to match the products they are selling which are every objects associated with adventure. In other words, an expression that is tried to deliver by this building is related to an adventure. It can be seen from the use of the tent roof that gives the sense of a mountain, which depicts Mount Eiger in Switzerland. Abstract

Bengkalis has a characteristic red soil water that people use other alternatives such as the use of rain water as drinking water, seawater however Bengkalis potentially be processed into clean water. One alternative treatment of sea water into fresh water is to use ion exchange method. This study uses an ion exchange method which utilizes clay Kulim. As well as ion exchange column used 2 inch diameter and a height of 1.2 meters. The medium used is activated clay and sea water Bengkalis Island. Variation used is acid solution HCl, HNO3, and H2SO4 with each solution concentration 2M and clay without activation as a control. Used detention time is 180 minutes, while the clay size -10+15 mesh. From the results, the highest efficiency in H2SO4 activated clay with an efficiency of 95.2% Pb concentration of 1.201 mg/L to 0.058 mg/L. When in comparison with clean water quality standard Pb concentration in sea water not meet quality standards. Then calculated the value of the clay CEC and CEC highest value obtained is 124.16 meq/g on activated clay H2SO4 These results indicate that the ion exchange method using activated clays are capable of removing Pb and Ca concentrations in seawater.Keywords: Acid Solution, Ion Exchange, Kulim Activated Clay Soil, Sea Water of Bengkalis

Abstract

The purpose of this study was to determine the concentration of onion pining extract gel which has anti-inflammatory activity in carrageenan-induced male mice. Pining onion (Horstedtia alliacea) is a member of the ginger plant (Zingiberaceae) that grows in tropical areas including Halmanera. Pining onion is usually used as an energy supplier for hunting in the forest, treating wounds and infections, the seeds are consumed by children and adults. The benefit of this research is that this research can provide scientific and truthful information to the public regarding the anti-inflammatory effects of the pining onion plant, so that it can be used as an alternative inflammatory treatment. Pining onions contain flavonoid compounds, essential oils and several other compounds that are useful as anti-inflammatory. This study made three sample formulas with the active ingredient of pining onion extract with composition 0 (negative control), formula I 5%, formula II 10%, formula III 15% and diclofenac sodium (positive control) using the maceration method, with an interval of 30 minutes. for 8 repetitions of each suspension. Inhibition of edema in the FIII group (15% pining onion extract) had the same tendency as the K+ group (Na-Diclofenac). Meanwhile, at the lowest test dose the inhibition of edema was in the FI group (5% onion pining extract). The conclusion of this study is that administration of pining onion extract gel can show anti-inflammatory activity in carrageenan-induced mice. Pining onion extract gel at a concentration of 15% is the concentration that has the best anti-inflammatory activity compared to concentrations of 10% and 5%.

Abstract

Perkembangan industri gula aren di Desa Batu Mila Kec. Maiwa Kab. Enrekang dapat berjalan dengan cepat karena didukung oleh 4 faktor produksi yaitu faktor modal, sumber daya alam, faktor tenaga kerja dan faktor kewirausahaan. Kehadiran industri gula aren di Desa Batu Mila berpengaruh pada kehidupan sosial ekonomi masyarakat. Pengaruh keberadaan industri gula aren terhadap bidang sosial ekonomi yaitu penyediaan lapangan pekerjaan, dan meningkatkan kemakmuran masyarakat, dan peningkatan sarana prasarana pendidikan, munculnya industri gula aren menimbulkan dampak bagi masyarakat sekitar. Mobilitas masyarakatnya lebih cepat apabila dibandingkan dengan desa-desa lain. Dengan adanya industri gula aren juga mampu menyediakan lapangan kerja bagi masyarakat sehingga pengangguran berkurang. Keberadaan industri gula merah membawa pengaruh bagi kehidupan sosial ekonomi masyarakat sekitarnya

Abstract

Mental disorders are health conditions in which the individual experiences changes in thought patterns, emotions, or behavior or a combination of these three changes (American Psychological Association. 2015). Keliat (2012), states that violent behavior is a person who is ambiguous, always anxious, has a negative assessment of himself and others, is unable to solve problems well, so that violent behavior is one of the methods used by patients to solve problems. Violent behavior is a situation where a person carries out actions that can cause physical harm, both to himself and others, characterized by uncontrolled rage and restless noise (Dermawan, 2018). The method used by the author in this case study is the interview technique. The sample taken in this case study was one person with a mental disorder at risk of violent behavior in the Bengkulu City area. The results of research that has been carried out show that teaching deep breathing relaxation techniques can reduce violent behavior towards ODGJ patients.

Abstract

This study aims to describe Mechanical Solidarity in the Antar Pakatan Tradition in Sambas Malay Ethnic Weddings in Singaraya Village, Semparuk District, Sambas Regency using a qualitative approach with a descriptive method, employing observation, interviews, and documentation for data collection. The findings indicate that collective activities play a crucial role in these weddings, where the local community actively participates in various event stages, such as venue preparation, cooking, arranging dishes, and serving guests, reflecting strong values of family bonds and mutual cooperation (gotong royong). The Antar Pakatan tradition showcases a strong collective awareness, with the community working harmoniously, prioritizing communal interests over individual ones, maintaining unity through cooperation, collective commitment, and a shared focus on the event's success and tradition"™s continuity. Furthermore, this tradition reduces individualism and fosters active participation, where a sense of togetherness and collective responsibility ensures that individuals prioritize community well-being over personal interests, strengthening unity and enhancing the quality of the tradition in uniting the community.

Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mendeskripsikan bentuk tindak tutur ekspresif dan strategi bertutur guru dalam pembelajaran teks ulasan di kelas VIII SMP Negeri 7 Padang. Penelitian menggunakan pendekatan kualitatif dengan metode deskriptif. Data penelitian berupa tuturan guru yang diperoleh melalui teknik simak libat cakap (SLBC) dengan instrumen utama peneliti sendiri (human instrument). Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa terdapat 40 tuturan ekspresif yang meliputi: 2 tuturan mengucapkan selamat, 4 berterima kasih, 6 mengeluh, 2 menyalahkan, 14 memuji, 4 menyindir, 1 meminta maaf, dan 7 mengkritik. Bentuk tindak tutur yang paling dominan adalah memuji. Selain itu, ditemukan 39 strategi bertutur yang terdiri dari 11 strategi bertutur terus terang tanpa basa-basi, 9 strategi bertutur terus terang dengan basa-basi kesantunan positif, 9 strategi bertutur terus terang dengan basa-basi kesantunan negatif, dan 10 strategi samar-samar. Strategi bertutur yang paling dominan adalah terus terang tanpa basa-basi.

Abstract

Research has been conducted on the study of the effect of NaCl electrolyte on Pb-PbO2 electrode batteries. So far, H2SO4 battery electrolyte can have a negative impact, one of which can irritate the skin, it will even become toxic when inhaled by humans. For this reason, I tried to replace the use of the H2SO4 electrolyte with NaCl electrolyte so that a voltage of 6.73 volts was obtained while the H2SO4 electrolyte reached a voltage of 12 volts with an electrolyte that was more environmentally friendly. Furthermore, the NaCl electrolyte will be developed to increase the voltage yield equal to the H2SO4 electrolyte.

Abstract

This study aims to determine the influence of service quality, promotions and prepaid prices on customer decisions at PT PLN (Persero) Palembang. The population in this study is all customers at PT PLN (Persero), both prepaid electricity customers in 2023 in Palembang City. The sample conducted in this study was 100 respondents, namely by purposive sampling method. The results of multiple linear regression analysis show that service quality, promotion and price have a positive and significant effect on customer decisions. Service quality, it is expected that PT PLN (Persero) Palembang will always make improvements in terms of services provided. As a monopolist, PT PLN (Persero) needs to provide good service for its customers. By being responsive in the process and responding to complaints as well as criticism and suggestions given by consumers. Promotion, it is expected to do promotions with promo prices that are not only done on certain dates. In addition, when doing promotions to be informed through print and electronic media. Price, it is expected to be adjusted prices for increasing electric power.
