Abstract

Cooperative Learning Model and Process Skills in the personality of each student are very important to have to maximize the activities and learning outcomes of each student. This study aims to analyze the differences and also the relationship between student process skills and student responses to the jigsaw learning model in mathematics subjects. This research is important so that teachers or educators know the students' process skills and student responses to the jigsaw learning model. The urgency of this research is as a reference for educators in carrying out teaching so that it is more optimal by using the jigsaw learning model to improve students' process skills in mathematics subjects at SDN/MIS. This type of research is quasi-experimental quantitative research by comparing 8 classes using a jigsaw model with material velocity and discharge. The sample in this study was 288 elementary school students, the sampling technique was purposive sampling. This study uses quantitative data analysis with the help of SPSS 25 statistics. Based on the correlation test of student process skills and student responses to the jigsaw model with speed and discharge material, there is a relationship between student process skills and student responses to the jigsaw model with speed and discharge material.

Therefore, the authors conducted research related to teacher communication and student discipline character in learning Islamic religious education. The purpose of this study was to determine the comparison and influence of teacher communication variables and the disciplined character of elementary school students. This type of research uses mixed research methods with an explanatory design. Mixed methods research is a combination of quantitative research methods and qualitative research methods. This research was conducted by distributing questionnaires and interviews. The data analysis technique used is random sampling. The research subjects in this study were 80 students in elementary schools. The results obtained are elementary school 9 Jambi City has a higher percentage than elementary school 9 Bengkulu City so that elementary school 9 Jambi City has advantages in teacher communication and student discipline character. The conclusion of this study is that there is a comparison and influence of teacher communication and student discipline character.

Abstract

The purpose of this study was to compare the attitudes and interests of students at SMPN 34 Batanghari and MTsN 5 Batanghari. To find out the relationship between the attitudes and interests of junior high school students towards science subjects on environmental pollution. To find out the relationship between the attitudes and interests of MTs students towards science subjects on environmental pollution. The method used in this research is a quantitative method with a comparative type. The results of the description test can be concluded that SMPN 34 Batanghari is superior to MTsN 5 Batanghari. Based on the results of the T test, it can be concluded that there is a comparison between students' attitudes and interests towards environmental pollution material. From the results of the correlation test, there is a relationship between the attitudes and interests of the students of SMPN 34 Batanghari and there is a relationship between the attitudes and interests of the students of MTsN 5 Batanghari

Abstract

The formulation of the problem in this study is how the comparison and influence of interest in learning on science learning outcomes of students in SMP 22 Batanghari and SMP 1 Muaro Jambi. The purpose of this research is to find out how the comparison and influence of interest in learning on science learning outcomes of students at SMP 22 Batanghari and SMP 1 Muaro Jambi. This study also serves to see how important student interest in learning is to student learning outcomes in science subjects at the junior high school level. This study uses a mix method research with explanatory design and the data analysis technique used is random sampling. Based on the t-test of student interest in learning and student learning outcomes obtained a significance value of 0.05 so it can be concluded that there is a difference between student interest in learning and student learning outcomes in science subjects at SMP 22 Batanghari and SMP 1 Muaro Jambi. Based on the regression test of student interest in learning and student learning outcomes obtained a significance value of 0.05 so it can be concluded that there is an influence between student interest in learning and student learning outcomes in science subjects at SMP 22 Batanghari and SMP 1 Muaro Jambi

Abstract

The character of school students is currently in the declining category. This is due to the lack of emphasis on the time of the learning process and affects the level of success of the functions and objectives of national education. This study aims to determine the characters that are not embedded in the physics learning process for class X material for circular motion. The research method used is a qualitative method with the type of documentation research. The researcher uses a documentation study because the subject used is a 2013 curriculum teacher's book for class X circular motion. After studying the circular motion material, it is known that there are 18 characters that must be instilled during the physics learning process. However, these 18 characters are not fully embedded because there are some characters that are missing and will have a continuous negative impact on students. Due to the imperfection of this research, in the future, in the textbook of physics learning teacher class X on Circular Motion in the 2013 curriculum and its subsequent development, more attention should be paid to the character of students so that all these characters are fulfilled in order to create a good generation

Abstract

Purpose of the study: The primary objective of this research was to comprehensively examine the teachers' reactions and responses towards the implementation of Adat Bersendi Syara' and Syara' Bersendi Kitabullah values within the context of science subjects. Methodology: This study employs a descriptive quantitative research approach, targeting the entire teacher population of State Junior High School 1 Muaro Jambi, comprising 36 teachers. Using purposive sampling, 19 teachers were selected as the research sample. The research utilized a non-test instrument, namely a questionnaire, to gauge teacher responses. Data analysis was carried out through descriptive statistical tests. Main Findings: Based on the research, it is evident that teachers at State Junior High School 1 Muaro Jambi exhibited a highly favorable response, 52.6%. These findings indicate a positive reception among teachers regarding integrating Adat Bersendi Syara' and Syara' Bersendi Kitabullah values into the junior high school science curriculum. Novelty/Originality of this study: The novelty of this research is that by focusing on integrating culture and religious values, this research can accommodate the diversity of cultures and beliefs in the school environment. This can create an inclusive learning environment where every student feels valued and can identify themselves in the context of learning. Therefore, this research will complement previous studies.
