Pemberian ASI Eksklusif di Indonesia masih tergolong rendah pada tahun 2017 yaitu hanya 35,73% dengan target 50%. Provinsi Sumatera Barat menempati posisi kelima dengan cakupan ASI Eksklusif sebesar 73,6%. Puskesmas Andalas memiliki cakupan ASI eksklusif terendah yaitu 59,84%. Salah satu faktor yang mempengaruhi produksi ASI adalah perawatan payudara. Perawatan payudara yang berguna untuk merangsang payudara mempengaruhi hipofisis untuk mengeluarkan hormon prolaktin dan oksitosin. Tujuan penelitian ini untuk mengetahui hubungan antara perawatan payudara dengan produksi ASI pada ibu menyusui di Kecamatan Padang Timur Kota Padang. Jenis penelitian ini adalah deskriptif analitik dengan desain cross sectional. Populasi ibu yang memiliki bayi usia 1-6 bulan sebanyak 268 orang dengan jumlah sampel 161 orang dengan teknik purposive sampling. Uji statistik yang digunakan adalah uji statistik Chi-Square. Hasil analisis data didapatkan bahwa 108 responden (67,1% memiliki produksi susu yang tidak mencukupi dan sebanyak 114 responden (70,8%) tidak melakukan perawatan payudara. Hasil uji Chi- Square terdapat hubungan antara perawatan payudara dengan produksi ASI (p=0,044).Diharapkan petugas kesehatan dapat memberikan penyuluhan kepada ibu menyusui dengan memberikan penyuluhan kesehatan tentang upaya peningkatan produksi ASI.

Pandemi covid 19 memberi dampak kecemasan yang dapat memperburuk imunitas fisik pada lansia. Hal ini dapat dicegah dengan memberikan edukasi tentang kecemasan dan Progressive Muscle Relactation(PMR) kepada lansia. Kegiatan ini bertujuan untuk mengatasai kecemasan dan dampaknya terhadap penurunan imunitas fisik lansia. Metode : Kegiatan ini dilaksanakan di Klinik mercubaktijaya Padang bulan November 2020, Yang diawali dengan skrining Lansia. Kemudian Edukasi tentang kecemasan, dan latihan Progresive Muscle Relactation. Hasil: Hasil kegiatan Setelah dilakukan penyuluhan pengetahuan lansia meningkat menjadi diatas 75 %. sedangkan hasil ukur kecemasan lansia yang diukur dengan Hamilton Ansiety Rating Scale (HARS) didapatkan hasil sebelum diberikan terapi PMR rata-rata mengalami cemas sedang, setelah diberikan terapi PMR terjadi penurunan hasil ukur HARS lansia menjadi cemas ringan . Dapat disimpulkan bahwa terjadi peningkatan pengetahuan lansia tentang kecemasan dan penurunan kecemasan pada lansia yang telah di edukasi dan diberi PMR.

Tingginya masalah kesehatan mental emosional pada remaja di Indonesia berdampak terhadap peningkatan kejadian depresi yang mengakibatkan bunuh diri pada remaja. Salah satu faktor penyebab masalah kesehatan mental remaja pada saat ini adalah akibat penggunaan media sosial yang berlebihan. Tujuan penelitian ini adalah untuk mengetahui hubungan intensitas penggunaan media sosial terhadap kesehatan mental emosional remaja. Pengumpulan data dilakukan di SMA Pembangunan Laboratorium UNP pada tanggal 19 Agustus 2022. Desain penelitian ini adalah cross sectional. Sampel berjumlah 82 responden dengan teknik pengambilan sampel proportional simple random sampling dan instrument penelitian dengan menggunakan kuesioner intensitas penggunaan media sosial dan Self Reporting Questionnaire (SRQ 20). Hasil penelitian terdapat 67 % responden memiliki intensitas penggunaan media social tinggi, 67 % responden mengalami masalah kesehatan mental emosional, ada hubungan intensitas penggunaan media sosial terhadap kesehatan mental emosional remaja di SMA Pembangunan Laboratorium UNP (p value= 0,000). Disarankan untuk pihak sekolah untuk dapat memberikan sosialisasi tentang dampak penggunaan media sosial secara berebihan.

Research that was conducted by researchers from 2013-2022 has mostly been about teaching materials combined with local wisdom in learning in elementary and junior high schools (SMP). However, there is still certain research on students’ worksheets related to local wisdom based on the content of social science learning subjects in elementary schools. This article provides an overview of the percentage of use of student worksheets, the use of research methods, and then results or positive impacts or contributions of the research on the motivation of an educator to create or modify teaching materials based on local wisdom. Meta-analysis was carried out by searching for articles from web journals through Google Scholar and obtaining 50 articles that were saved in the research data documents. After the analysis, it was obtained that 30 articles matched the criteria. The meta-analysis that was carried out produced an overview that the mostdominant percentage of students' worksheets was 27% in 2020 and the research method used was the R&D method with a percentage of 64%. And the results of the research were getting good responses from validators, teachers, and students with the average category being very good.

This research aims to identify: (1) the perception of fifth-grade students regarding the Adiwiyata program at SDN 110 Pekanbaru, (2) the environmental awareness attitudes of fifth-grade students at SDN 110 Pekanbaru, and (3) the correlation between students’ perceptions of the Adiwiyata program and their environmental awareness. This study is categorized as quantitative research with a correlational approach. The sampling technique used was simple random sampling, in which the entire fifth-grade student population at SDN 110 Pekanbaru served as the sample. The data were collected through two questionnaires measuring students’ perceptions of the Adiwiyata program and their environmental awareness attitudes. Statistical analysis was employed to process and interpret the findings. The results indicate that the perception of fifth-grade students regarding the Adiwiyata program falls into the moderate category, with a percentage of 64%. Their environmental awareness also lies at a similar level, reaching 73%. Furthermore, hypothesis testing revealed a strong correlation between students’ perceptions of the Adiwiyata program and their environmental awareness, with a correlation coefficient of 0.636. The significance test showed that the calculated t-value (5.417) was greater than the t-table value (1.68), leading to the rejection of H₀ and acceptance of Hₐ. Thus, it can be concluded that there is a significant correlation between students’ perceptions of the Adiwiyata program and their environmental awareness attitudes at SDN 110 Pekanbaru.

Background: Kegiatan pelatihan pemanfaatan limbah plastik dan resin untuk pembuatan kerajinan gantungan kunci di TPA Asy Syukri dirancang sebagai upaya pemberdayaan edukatif yang menyasar anak-anak usia sekolah dasar dan menengah pertama. Tujuan utama dari kegiatan ini adalah untuk meningkatkan kesadaran lingkungan, menumbuhkan kreativitas, dan memperkenalkan konsep kewirausahaan sederhana sejak dini. Program ini dilaksanakan selama tiga hari dan melibatkan peserta dari kalangan anak-anak sekolah dasar dan menengah pertama. Metode: Metode pelaksanaan mencakup analisis kebutuhan, perancangan program, workshop dan praktik langsung serta evaluasi. Hasil: Hasil kegiatan menunjukkan bahwa anak-anak tidak hanya mampu menghasilkan produk kerajinan dari limbah plastik, tetapi juga memahami pentingnya daur ulang dan menjaga lingkungan. Evaluasi melalui angket dan wawancara menunjukkan tingkat kepuasan yang tinggi serta perubahan sikap positif terhadap pengelolaan sampah. Kesimpulan: Kegiatan ini memberikan kontribusi penting bagi pengembangan model edukasi berbasis lingkungan dan keterampilan hidup di lembaga nonformal seperti TPA. Pelatihan sederhana namun bermakna ini dapat menjadi alternatif pembelajaran kontekstual yang efektif dalam membentuk generasi yang kreatif dan peduli terhadap keberlanjutan lingkungan.

The training on creating sustainable environmental education pocketbooks in Indragiri Hulu was motivated by the urgent need to raise environmental awareness and responsibility from an early age. The declining concern for environmental issues among the younger generation is a major concern, as many elementary school students are not yet accustomed to implementing environmentally friendly behaviors in their daily lives. The goal of this training was to improve teachers' skills and motivation in writing pocketbooks that incorporate sustainable environmental education values and enrich students' learning experiences. The training methods included material development, theories on environmental education and pocketbook production techniques, hands-on practice, and evaluation of the process and resulting product. The training results demonstrated an increase in teachers' motivation and skills in producing applicable and contextual environmental education pocketbooks. These pocketbooks are expected to be an effective learning medium for instilling environmental values in students and contributing to environmental conservation efforts. The success of this training has the potential to serve as a model for teacher competency development and environmental education programs in other elementary schools.

The purpose of this workshop is to provide teacher knowledge and skills in digital-based reading cornersfor teachers as teacher knowledge and skills in managing digital-based reading corners in overcoming the school literacy movement. The method of activities carried out consists of three activities: pre- activity, implementation of activities, and post-activity. The pre-activity activity is an initial assessment activity to obtain the reasons for the teacher/activity participant to take part in the activity. Meanwhile, the activity of implementing the activity was carried out by providing a list of questions to the teacher/participant containing the teacher's initial knowledge about digital literacy. then proceed with the delivery of the material. The third activity is post-activity, which is an activity to process data obtained from the responses of participants/teachers before and after the activity is carried out. The results of the digital-based reading corner management workshop activity can improve the knowledge and skills of teachers in managing reading corners in schools. This can be shown by the active participation of participants in activities starting from the beginning of delivering material that plays an active role until the end of the activity and also the teacher's ability to carry out assigned activities. given two weeks after the workshop was carried out which was proven by the collection of workshop assignments which were uploaded to the google

The virus is currently spreading around the world and has been labeled as a pandemic by the World Health Organization (WHO). Every activity is conducted at home, which is called Work From Home (WFH). The transition in the educational system from direct to online learning does certainly influence people’s attitudes, which are the indicator of successful learning. It includes knowledge, comprehension, attitudes, and so on. Based on the description, it was conducted the research entitled "Analysis of Attitudes of PGSD FKIP UNRI Students in Online Learning During the Covid-19 Pandemic". Based on the background of the problem, the formulation of the research problem was "how are the attitudes of PGSD FKIP UNRI students in online learning during the covid-19 pandemic?". The type of research used a survey method with a questionnaire as the data collection tool by using a quantitative approach descriptively, which is written words. The research was conducted at PGSD FKIP of Universitas Riau in the odd semester of the 2021/2022 academic year. The population and sample involved 119 students in the year 2019 of PGSD FKIP UNRI. According to the research results, the average score was 67.17 with a good category. At the first indicator, cognitive indicates 74.8 in the good category. At the second indicator, affective implies 67.3 with the good category. At the third indicator, the conative shows 59.42 in the good enough category.

Penelitian ini dilatar belakangi oleh, pada era globalisasi sekarang musik semakin lama semakin modern sehingga banyak calon guru sekolah dasar Universitas Riau yang melupakan musik-musik tradisional, sehingga peneliti tertarik untuk menganilisis pengetahuan mahasiswa PGSD Universitas Riau periode 2017–2019 terhadap alat musik tradisional Provinsi Riau. Penelitian ini menggunakan metode kuantitatif deskriptif. Penelitian ini dilakukan pada 358 mahasiswa di PGSD Universitas Riau. Instrument yang digunakan untuk mengumpulkan data adalah tes tertulis yang terdiri dari soal objektif sebanyak 25 butir soal. Hasil penelitian ini menunjukan bahwa mahasiswa yang mendapatkan kategori baik sekali sebanyak 92.73%. Pada kategori baik sebanyak 79.25%. Pada kategori cukup sebanyak 63.92%. Pada kategori kurang sebanyak 34.73%. Umumnya pengetahuan mahasiswa PGSD Universitas Riau berada pada kategori baik dengan nilai rata-rata 72.93.
