Abstract

Planning a development requires more detailed details, so that in the field implementation there is no change. The Management of Al-Ikhlas Mosque RW-06 wants to establish the construction of the Early Early Madrasah (MDA). This is done because it is in accordance with Law No. 20 of 2003 concerning the National Education System and followed up or the adoption of PP No. 55 of 2007 as the basis for the need for religious education in Indonesia. Prior to the construction of Madrasah Diniyah Awaliah (MDA), detailed planning is needed in the form of designs (pictures). The results of the planning carried out are Siteplan Images, 1st and 2nd floor plans Front view, Side, Rear Pieces A-A and B-B, Cost Budget Plan (RAB) with a physical value of the building Rp.2,754,207,000, - including the value of VAT, Scheduling (Curve S) implementation time is ± 4 months in the work and adjusted to general and technical specifications. For the planning data manager, it is used as a basis or guide for doing further work.

Abstract

Abstract: A laboratory assistant is someone who has expertise and works in a laboratory and helps student learning processes (practicum) and lecturer research. In addition to laboratory laboratory assistants are also assisted by assisting the work of the laboratory. Given the importance of the role of a concrete laboratory assistant in supporting practical activities or testing in the laboratory, it is very important to improve the abilities and competencies of a concrete laboratory worker. These competencies need to be prepared considering technological advances, scientific developments continue to develop so that the roles and insights possessed by concrete laboratory workers are needed to answer all these challenges. In overcoming partner problems, the service team provides solutions in the form of concrete testing training for laboratory workers. The steps for implementing the solutions offered in overcoming these problems are four stages, namely (1) the planning stage, (2) the implementation stage, and (3) the evaluation stage. From the results obtained, there is an increase in the results of 62.1% of the preetest and posttest questions. Then 80% of the participants got a good score and 20% of the participants got a pretty good score.            Keywords: Laboratory Asistant, Concrete TestingAbstrak: Laboran adalah seseorang yang memiliki keahlian dan bekerja di laboratorium serta membantu proses pembelajaran mahasiswa (praktikum) dan penelitian dosen. Selain laboran laboratorium juga dibantu oleh asisten yang membantu pekerjaan dari laboratorium. Mengingat pentingnya peran seorang laboran beton dalam menunjang aktifitas praktikum ataupun pengujian di laboratorium, maka kemampuan dan kompetensi yang dimiliki seorang tenaga laboran beton sangat penting untuk ditingkatkan. Kompetensi ini perlu dipersiapkan mengingat kemajuan teknologi, perkembangan ilmu pengetahuan terus berkembang sehingga peran dan wawasan yang dimiliki oleh laboran beton sangat dibutuhkan untuk menjawab semua tantangan tersebut. Dalam mengatasi permasalahan mitra maka tim pengabdian memberikan solusi berupa pelatihan pengujian beton bagi laboran. Langkah-langkah pelaksanaan solusi yang ditawarkan dalam mengatasi permasalahan tersebut yaitu ada empat tahap yaitu (1) tahap perencanaan, (2) tahap pelaksanaan, (3) tahap evaluasi. Dari hasil yang didapat terdapat peningkatan hasil sebesar 62,1% dari soal preetest dan posttest. Kemudian sebesar 80% peserta mendapatkan nilai baik dan 20% peserta mendapatkan nilai cukup baik.Kata Kunci: Laboran, Pengujian Beton

Abstract

This research was conducted to determine the drainage capacity of the Pekanbaru City Singgalang Green Residence Housing so that it can function optimally. The research location is at the Singgalang Green Residence Housing Pekanbaru City has a channel with a square shape and 9 different dimensions. In this study, the EPA SWMM 5.1 program was used to simulate channel conditions when rain occurs. The data needed in this study are data on rainfall that occurred for ten years and the results of surveys in the field. After obtaining all the data needed, the next step is to process the data with the right theory to get the result data which will then be inputted into the EPA SWMM 5.1 application. From the simulation results, a peak discharge runoff of 0,01 – 0,09 m3/s was obtained. The results of the study showed that of the 9 channels contained in the Singgalang Green Residence Housing in Pekanbaru City, there were 6 channels that were flooded during the rain so that they could not drain water optimally. Based on the results of the study, it can be concluded that the dimensions of the drainage channel at the Singgalang Green Residence Housing in Pekanbaru City are not able to drain water discharge.

Abstract

Lapisan perkerasan jalan yang menjadi bagian konstruksi paling penting penting adalah subgrade atau tanah dasar, fungsinya untuk mendukung beban yang ada di atasnya. Usaha yang dapat dilakukan untuk meningkatkan nilai daya dukung tanah dasar adalah dengan perbaikan fisik tanah yaitu dengan mengganti tanah tersebut dengan tanah timbun. Tanah timbunan sebagai pengganti tanah dasar memiliki karakteristik yang harus sesuai dengan Spesifikasi Bina Marga. Tujuan penelitian ini adalah untuk mengetahui karakteristik tanah timbun sebagai pengganti subgrade jalan. Metode pengujian yaitu pengujian laboratorium. Sampel tanah timbun diambil dari Bekasab, Duri. Hasil penelitian untuk karakteristik tanah timbun yaitu untuk sifat fisis tanah tergolong klasifikasi CL yaitu lempung tak organik. Sifat mekanis tanah timbun diperoleh nilai CBR sebesar 16,80%. Kesimpulannya karakteristik tanah timbun untuk pengganti subgrade tidak diperbolehkan plastisitas tinggi dan untuk sifat mekanis nilai CBR berdasarkan Spesifikasi Bina Marga Tahun 2018 Revisi 2 > 6%.

Abstract

Kampung Baru Village is one of the villages in Senapelan District, Pekanbaru City. Has a Posyandu Mekar Kuntum Smell Fragrant. Posyandu functions are explained by partners for continuous monitoring of public health. Currently, posyandu still has simple facilities and infrastructure. To encourage people to feel comfortable when they are there, it is necessary to add facilities and infrastructure, namely by installing ceilings and dividing curtains. The purpose of this community service is to assist partners in making planning designs and cost budget plans (RAB) for ceiling renovations and curtain installation. The method used is the counseling method. The output of this activity is a planning drawing and the type of ceiling and curtain used and the RAB for installing the ceiling and curtain. The installed ceiling is a type of gypsum with a volume of 45 m2. For blinds that are installed made of soft and not transparent. Assisting with the installation of the posyandu ceiling and curtain.

Abstract

Indonesia is a country that has unique tourism potential areas. Semut Island is an ecotourism that is still beautiful with the development of a local community-based tourism sector. Access to tourist attraction locations is still unknown to many people around Pekanbaru City. For this reason, a map of tourist attraction locations is needed to make it easier for visitors to access tourist locations. Before a tourist map is created, it is necessary to identify potential tourist attractions in Semut Island. This activity aims to help partners identify the potential of the Semut Island tourist attraction. The method used is the discussion and mentoring method. As a result, partners were able to identify the potential of the Semut Island tourist attraction and were able to form a grand design for the Semut Island tourist attraction.

Abstract

The use of reference management applications or citation managers such as Mendeley can help students who are working on their final assignments to write their theses more comprehensively. In the process of working on a final assignment, there are often limitations in accessing popular reference sources. A community service activity with our partner, Young Researchers in Pekanbaru City, this activity aims to assist our partners in making citations to facilitate the completion of their final reports. The solution offered by the service team is to provide training on using Mendeley. The implementation method used includes lectures, discussions, and evaluations through the provision of pre-tests and post-tests. The pre-test results showed that 82.26% of participants were unable to install the application, and after the training, the post-test results indicated that 100% of the participants were able to install, use the Mendeley application, and create a bibliography.

Abstract

Vocational High Schools are schools in the realm of secondary-level education to prepare students who are ready to work in certain fields. To improve the student competency skills (soft skills) in 3D drawing, the students of SMKN 2 Pekanbaru can be provided with drawing training using the Sketchup program. SMKN 2 Pekanbaru has 12 skills programs, namely construction and housing engineering, modeling design and building information, mechanical engineering, automotive engineering, analytical chemistry, industrial chemical engineering, electronics engineering, welding and metal fabrication engineering, geospatial engineering, software and game development, electrical engineering, computer network engineering, and telecommunications. SketchUp is a 3D graphic design program owned by Google. This application is usually used by civil engineering professionals, architects, or designers in creating 3D designs related to building design, architectural design work, game creation, and related matters. 3D drawing training for SMKN 2 Pekanbaru students aims to improve students' competency and soft skills in the field of 3D drawing. The methods used are the telling method, practice, and evaluation stage. As a result, the students of SMKN 2 Pekanbaru were enthusiastic about receiving this training, where 100% of the participants understood the material provided.
