Abstract

This study aims to determine the effect of net income, operating cashflow, and firm size on the stock return of the mining sector on the Indonesia StockExchange (IDX) for the period 2013-2016. Data derived from the annual financialreports of 30 mining sector companies. Data analysis used multiple linearregression analysis which was processed using SPSS version 16 software. Theresults of the research showed that net income and operating cash flow have asignificant effect on the rate of return. This indicates that investors considerinformation on net income and operating cash flow statements disclosed in theirannual reports to make investment decisions. While company size does not have asignificant effect on stock returns. The results of the calculation of the coefficientof determination (R2) that the percentage of the effect of net income, operatingcash flow, and the size of the company on the stock returns is 18.5%. While theremaining 81.5% is influenced by other variables not included in this regressionmodel.Keywords : Net Profit, Operating Cash Flow, Company Size, and Stock ReturnRate.

Abstract

The piping system is an important feature in the industrial world because it has an effective and efficient transportation function used for shipping such as liquid and gas fluids. Prevention of damage either leakage or blockage is very important because it can reduce the number of losses both economic, natural environment, and even loss of life. The use of sound signals to detect and find leaks in pipes with experimental studies. This method can be used because it is very sensitive to discontinuities in the pipe that can detect damage at a relatively lower cost. This method uses sound impulses emitted through the loudspeaker as excitation and the response of the sound signal will be recorded using a dual microphone sensor. Sound signals are given for leakage under conditions of using water and without water of different sizes, positions and polar sides. The sound signal data will be processed using the Fast Fourier Transform and Wavelet Transform methods. The test results showed that the amount of damage given is directly proportional to the amplitude generated and the wavelet coefficient of each microphone sensor will increase as it approaches the polar side of the damage. Abstract

The use of the Javanese language among students at this time is not paying attention to uploading. They talk to their peers and to those who are older in age, they do not differentiate, namely the use of the ngoko variety. Several things are the cause of the decline in students' Javanese speaking abilities, among others; (1) the influence of modernization; (2) demands for the use of national and international languages; (3) the social environment of students both in the family, school, and community is less supportive; (4) language learning in schools that have not been maximized. Various efforts have been made to improve students' Javanese language skills, especially in learning Javanese in class 9A of SMPN 3 Pule, Trenggalek Regency. one of them is to improve students' Javanese language skills through the role play method. Based on the results of the research and discussion, it can be concluded that: (1) students are very enthusiastic about learning by playing a role (2) students' ability to apply upload-ungguh Javanese language with role playing techniques increases.

Abstract

Evaluation Analysis of Teaching and Learning Process forthe Undergraduate Mechanical Engineering Program of West Sumatera Muhammadiyah Unversity in the Post Accreditation of B. This evaluation of TLP (Teaching and Learning Process) is done as a source to analyze the acquireeachievements after the enactment of the 2016 curriculum. The analitical results are expected as input to be able to further quality improvement ofeducation inthe Mechanical Engineeringprogramof West Sumatera Muhammadiyah University. The evaluation was done by giving questions to 17 students of 2017 class and 14 students of2018 class for 32 courses inthe semester of 1, 2, 3 and 4. Questions were made in the statementof 12 sentences, That are foursentences regarding to the material understanding, foursentences regarding to the learning process and foursentences regarding to the teaching process. Number 1 means not-agree, 2 means disagree, 3means quite agree, 4 means agree and 5means strongly agree. If this statement is truly agreed, it means that the TLP process has gone well as expected. Recapitulation of all answering results is obtained an average of 3.92, very close to the number 4 (agree)which may be interpreted thatthe educational process in the Mechanical Engineering programof West Sumatera Muhammadiyah Unversityis satisfiedappropriateto an accreditation obtainedof B. The answering variations of statements regardingmaterial understanding should probably become special attention to be reviewed. Abstract

Tujuan penelitian ini adalah untuk mengetahui tentang pengaturan pencabutan kekuasaan orangtua dan Perwalian terhadap anak menurut hukum positf Indonesia. Mengenai apakah yang menjadi alasan penyebab pencabutan kekuasaan orangtua dan perwalian terhadap anak dan apakah akibat hukum terhadap pencabutan kekuasaan orangtua dan perwalian terhadap anak menurut hukum yang berlaku di Indonesia. Melalui penelitian ini, diharapkan dapat memberikan sumbangan pemikiran dalam rangka pengembangan ilmu hukum khususnya mengenai pencabutan kekuasaan orangtua terhadap anak. Metode penelitian yang digunakan adalah metode penelitian hukum normative, pendekatan perundang-undangan dan pendekatan konseptual, kemudian dihubungkan dengan permasalahan yang ada, dianalisi menggunakan metode interpretasi/penafsiran hukum, argumentasi hukum, analisis peraturan perundang-undangan, keputusan mentri dalam bentuk uraian-uraian yang membahas tentang pencabutan kekuasaan orangtua dan Perwalian terhadap anak menurut hukum positif Indonesia.

Abstract

The purpose of this research is to look into how local government initiatives might help Karo athletes improve their performance. The descriptive qualitative data analysis technique was applied in this investigation. Observation and interviews were utilized to obtain data in this study. According to the findings of this study, the Regional Government Policy in Efforts to Improve the Achievement of Karo Athletes is not ideal since various factors such as infrastructure and finance remain. It did not, however, diminish the determination of Karo athletes to attain their goals.Keywords: Policy, Local Government, Achievement

Abstract

This study aims to find out how to reallocate and refocus village funds for the preventionof Covid-19 in Pancuran Gading Village using William Dunn's 5 evaluation models, whatis the impact of reallocating and refocusing village funds for direct village cashassistance in Pancuran Gading Village and how the contribution of direct cashassistance funds for the prevention of Covid-19 in Pancuran Gading Village. In this studyusing qualitative methods with the type of case study. Data collection techniques usinginterview techniques, observation and documentation. To ensure the validity of the data,triangulation was carried out, namely source triangulation, technical triangulation andtime triangulation. Informants in this study were village heads, village secretaries, villagetreasurers, hamlet heads, community leaders and BLT recipients. Data analysis is doneby reducing data, presenting data and making conclusions. The results of this studyindicate that in terms of effectiveness, the budget refocusing policy has not been effectivein dealing with the Covid-19 pandemic outbreak. In terms of adequacy, the refocusing ofthe budgeted funds has not been sufficient in terms of various factors, especially the KUAPPAS which has been evaluated showing a deficit. In terms of equity, the reallocation ofthe budget through APBD refocusing has been carried out in stages with an evenallocation of the budget to all units of the COVID-19 task force as well as social netprovider programs. Viewed from responsiveness, the APBD budget refocusing programreceived several responses from the public, both positive and distorted responses, inwhich many people consider the Covid-19 budget to be used as a tool for budget politics.Judging from the accuracy, the use of funds that have been centralized through theunexpected expenditure budget has been maximized in order to achieve the desiredbudget reallocation target. For the contribution of BLT funds during the Covid-19pandemic, it does not provide financial guarantees for families, it's just that these fundscan help them with financial matters, both used for savings and for health. Keywords: Dana Desa, Realokasi, Refocusing, Covid-19

Abstract

The Covid-19 pandemic has greatly impacted MSMEs where many MSMEs have experienced a decline in performance and even closed. In the new normal era, MSMEs are slowly starting to rise, business actors are utilizing online media or the use of technology and innovating to boost sales again. The goal of the research is to analyze the impact of information technology and innovation on MSMEs performance in the Rokan Hilir Regency of Riau. There are 34,036 registered MSMEs in the Rokan Hilir regency, according to the Regency Office of Cooperatives and MSMEs. In contrast, the study's sample size was determined using the Slovin and criterion-based sampling methods, and it totaled 100 MSMEs. The information gathered is called "primary data," and it consists of questionnaires and interviews with a small number of MSMEs participants. The data was analyzed using a robust linear regression model. The findings of the research hypothesis indicate that information technology and innovation have a positive and significant impact on MSMEs performance. MSMEs will find it much simpler to market their products with the help of information technologies such as the use of online media, expanding the reach of their product sales. Similarly, innovative approaches to the products the company manufactures give it an edge over the competition and boost MSMEs performance.

Abstract

This research addresses the diminishing interest and enthusiasm of students in executing solo art movements, the insufficient facilities and infrastructure for teaching these movements effectively, the declining motivation among students to practice various forms of solo art, and the inadequate comprehension of developing solo movement techniques among students. Objective. Creation of instructional resources for individual art techniques for extracurricular participants of MA.Muallimat pencak silat, innovative methodologies for students, and the provision of contemporary approaches to ensure comprehension of the standard individual art techniques of pencak silat. Materials and Methods. The study employs the Research and Development (R&D) methodology. Data gathering methodologies and equipment employ product design, data validation, and product trials. Results. The guidebook is classified as "Good," based on an actual score of 0.04 derived from the examination of the value range 0.04 ˂ X 20.04. The trial outcomes were derived from observational data. The outcomes of the observations of learning activities utilising the handbook were conducted to enhance contemporary tactics for students, employing an observation instrument of 8 item statements. This field trial encompassed 25 students use the handbook. The analysis of conventional single art movements in pencak silat, conducted during a 7-day observation period utilising the handbook, yielded an average score of 06.2%, categorising it inside the BSH evaluation research (Developing according to expectations). Conclusion. The validation results from material experts indicate that the guidebook's quality, assessed by these experts, meets the "Good" criteria after conversion to a four-point scale, yielding a score of 3.3 and an average value of 3.18, which falls within the X range analysis greater than 1.8, thus confirming its suitability for data collection.

Abstract

This research aims to describe the form and cultural meaning of the toponymic variants of naming hamlets in Sembalun District, East Lombok. The method used is a descriptive qualitative approach. The data in this research includes primary data obtained from books and official documents and secondary data in the form of information from sources who know the meaning of the names of hamlets in Sembalun. Then, the techniques used are library study techniques, interviews, recording and note taking. The analysis used is structural language analysis and anthropological linguistic analysis of the hamlet name terms used in naming hamlets in Sembalun District. The research results include three categories, namely word form, toponym variants, and the meaning of hope. First, form language units in the form of word compositions, with classification in the process of forming noun compositions with nouns, metaphorical noun compositions, noun compositions with adverbs, and noun compositions with adjectives. The composition of nouns with adverbs is the most dominant word composition unit found in the names of hamlets in Sembalun. Second, toponym variants are classified into embodiment aspects, social aspects and cultural aspects. Aspects of embodiment are found more at the level of the form of water, nature, and conditions of place (topography). Third, the meaning of naming hamlets in Sembalun District is classified based on the meaning of hope and the meaning of memory. The naming of hamlets in Sembalun District is more directed towards the hope that its people will have guidance in life, and be able to always surrender to their creator.
