Abstract

PT. Indorama Polypet Indonesia is a polyester producer. In doing one production per day, it produces 500,000 tons per year. Therefore raw material or material factors are very important to support the production activities. The process of procurement and supervision of raw materials or materials is an activity to meet the needs of raw materials or materials and oversee the use of materials. PT. Indorama Polypet Indonesia has not used information technology equipment for the procurement and supervision of raw materials or materials. For the process of procuring raw materials or materials that are running still using telephone and fax, there is no system that integrates between the company and the supplier. While the process of monitoring raw materials or materials is still using a file system. From the existing problems the researchers designed an application to solve the problem of the procurement process and the supervision of raw materials or materials by building an e-procurement system. The e-procurement system was developed using the PHP programming language with Mysql as the database. It is expected that with this e-procurement system the process of procuring raw materials or materials will become more effective and efficient, because the e-procurement system integrates companies and suppliers so that it will facilitate the process of procuring raw materials or materials. As for the process of controlling raw materials or materials, e-procurement is expected to be able to supervise the use of raw materials or company materials, so that the supply of raw materials or company materials is maintained.

Abstract

Radio Frequency Identification (RFID) has been now, widely used as security system room device, checking goods, noralthough as media for daily attendance in office areas. With this RFID system, it is expected that someone can carry out various activities more quickly, effectively and safely. The design of the Parking Gate Prototype aims to design a microcontroller tool,that is Parking Gate can be inform the motorist. In this design has several common parts that are used, namely ultrasonic sensors, Arduino, PC / laptop. While, for the entrance and exit areas of the parking area using a servo device, and Arduino UNO as the operation of the parking gate. Banten Jaya University is a campus located in Serang City, Banten Province and a provider of educational services of Informatics, Teacher Training and Engineering. The control and security of the parking area at Banten Jaya University is currently not optimal, because there is no information about the parking area and the maximum checking when leaving the parking area. So that, there is a risk of loss of vehicles and disorganized of it in parking vehicles. This study aims to create a parking gate system that utilizes RFID through a Kartu Tanda Penduduk (KTP) as a media to access the parking area. In this research, a parking gate system using RFID as the main media is produced to identify users who will enter or exit the parking area. The system development uses the Rapid Application Development (RAD) method by analyzing existing weaknesses in the current system, which was obtained from interviews with the infrastructure facilities of Banten Jaya University.

Abstract

Javanese language is one of the lessons that students consider the most boring, especially for students at the level of Madrasah Ibtidaiyah or Elementary Schools. The teaching method of the teacher still uses conventional methods, namely the teacher explains with lectures and students listen to textbooks. The media used are limited to textbooks and white boards. Given the importance of these subjects, a new alternative is needed to support learning media for optimal learning. Although the learning media used currently exist, they are not optimal. So that development needs to be done in order to create more effective learning media. The methodology used is structured analysis and development, starting from analyzing the running system to the proposed system using UML. The final result achieved from this writing is the formation of a system procedure using UML. In addition, an android-based interactive learning media application design using APP Inventor was also produced. The formation of this interactive learning media application design is expected to optimize learning Javanese language subjects about word processing for Madrasah Ibtidaiyah students to support student learning at home and in the classroom.

Abstract

The population administration system is part of the state administration system, which has avery important role in the government to manage population data. Increasing populationawareness and participation to participate in supporting the development planning of thepopulation administration system to improve services to the public. In line with the objectives ofthe administration of population administration, population registration and civil registrationare an important part of the population administration system that needs to be managed as wellas possible to provide benefits for government improvement and development. Sampler Villageis one of the villages that already use information systems and computers in carrying out dailyactivities. This population information system was built by applying auto control to input errorsthat often occur, besides that it is also equipped with auto control for data that is exchangedwhich causes data redundancy as well as control over information users because it has beenequipped with good user security features so that it is more guaranteed that data will not belost. stolen or lost. Abstract

The purpose of this study is to analyze as well as provide input to a company, namely through the development of an information system that is currently used to process data for travel car rental services. Currently the computer application is one of the important factors for a company in managing all company activities to be more effective and easier. Even the use of technology through information systems has become the main requirement to show the quality of a field and become the most important capital in winning the competition. The information system for travel car rental services at Tirtayasa Trans needs to be designed because currently it is still using a separate data processing method in a spreadsheet application, where each daily or monthly transaction is grouped in each file so that this makes the filtering and reporting process difficult. The research method used in writing is a descriptive review method with a data collection technique approach, namely through observation, interviews, and literatur study. In addition, at the system development stage, the waterfall system is used. The design of this computer application can help companies to improve performance and car rental services in order to compete well in the world of travel car rental business.

Abstract

The development of Technology and Communication at thus time has a huge impact, one of which is in the field of education, one form of technological development applied in education is a e-learning. Learning activities at MIS Muhammadiyah Kubangkondang are currently carried out face-to-face where the classroom learning activities when teachers of students cannot be present in class and make students feel freedom in carrying out learning become one of the ideas for the creation of an android-based e-learning application design. The research methodology used is the observation and interview data collection method, and the waterfall system development method and UML data modelling. The programming language used kotlin. With this application, the implementation of learning will continue even though the learning time in the classroom has run out because students can view material through the application outside of study hours, when theacers or students are not present in the classroom can carry out learning because teacher can provide material through the application and students can view material through the application.

Abstract

According to survey of BPS, in 2020 meat consumption especially poultry has reached 4 million tons per year or equivalent to 35% of total meal consumption. Every year the production and productivity of meat especially poultry has been increasing significantly. However, with such a large production volume, most of the process in poultry industry such as feeding, quality inspection, vaccine injection and sick detection in Indonesia still performed with human intervention. This process, like other manual activities, is very labor intensive, time consuming, and prone to inconsistencies and inaccuracies. This research is focus on early sick detection in poultry industry especially chicken farm. A delay in the sick detection stage can result in high economic losses for farmer. The automation process using computer vision technology is expected to reduce costs, increase efficiency and accuracy by applying the YOLOv5 algorithm. Based on the results of the study, conducted to 4333 feces images it was found that at the testing stage, the best average level of accuracy obtained was 89.2%.

Abstract

Information technology currently has a very important role in all fields and aspects of life, both in the world of business, politics, and the economy. This is because the company's or society's needs for information can be met with technological developments. Academies or futsal clubs that have been registered in the futsal association of Pandeglang Regency are as many as 12 academies or clubs. In the futsal association of Pandeglang district, there is still a lack of organizational management and the administration of the academy or futsal club has not been organized. SDLC (system development life cycle) software development methodology with the water model waterfall, where it describes a systematic and sequential approach to software development, starting with the specification of user requirements and then continuing through the stages of planning (planning), modeling (modeling), construction (construction), and delivery of the system to customers/users (deployment), ending with support for the complete software produced. The results obtained are the application of information systems at the futsal association of Pandeglang district which will make it easier to manage player data and league match result data. With the association website futsal will make it easier to provide information about Futsal management information regarding the Official Leagues by futsal activists in Pandeglang Regency. With the futsal association website, it can solve organizational management problems for each futsal academy and club in Pandeglang Regency. With the futsal association website, you can complete the administrative order of the Academy or Futsal Club in Pandeglang Regency

Abstract

The purpose of this study is to further ease in accessing the data - the data and preparing reports required by the parties - those in need . The method used in this study is the waterfall method ( waterfall model) that begins with research on a running system , design , coding , and maintenance of records management system that archives information management and records management report generation can run fast , precise and accurate . The results obtained from this study is the management information system that is integrated with the database records to support records management process easily , quickly , and accurately .The conclusion that can be drawn from this information system that records management can be well documented because it is equipped databases , storage has become a single entity , can reduce redundancy or duplicate data, it can display the file management information is needed so as to facilitate officers in preparing reports of record-keeping . Abstract

Information technology is developing rapidly in all aspects of life and until now its application has created conditions conducive to community work. One of the activities that can now take advantage of information technology is e-voting in the election of the chairman and deputy chairman of the organization. SMK Nurul Huda Petir has more than 200 students. The democratic process of selecting the head of this school organization is still used manually. There will be many obstacles, namely data security risks, which will reduce learning time, and require large implementation costs. The problems that arose created an information system called e-voting. E-voting is a system for creating ballots, casting, counting, and displaying ballot results, and generating and maintaining audit trails electronically and digitally. This research aims to speed up, improve security, and reduce implementation costs in the process of election activities at Nurul Huda Petir Vocational School. The application development process-voting uses the method Waterfall with Unified Modelling Language (UML) for system design. System e-voting its build-based web with Framework Codeigniter and added an RFID sensor (Radio Frequency Identification). The results of this research found that the application of e-voting can reduce 80% of implementation costs, improve voice data security, and speed up the process of collecting and calculating voice data.
